Great job for being a newly opened store. Employees are giving 100%, and everything is working. My biggest advice is to stop giving out sauces that customers aren't asking for. Most of them will end up in the trash. Oh, and bring the tofu eggplant. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is fresh most of the time. It depends on the time of the day, and the portions could be more consistent, sometimes getting smaller than they should be.

It's your standard Panda Express with a drive through and menu options, however, keep in mind the Dinning Room Hours vary from the Drive Thru Hours (as of the post) ** Location is Handicap accessible however not very friendly. Ramp to enter dining room is found around the building to the right near Drive Thru. This is also where you'll find the two designated Handicap Parking Spots. There is a large parking lout in front, BUT, if you use an assistive device that is ramp only, you have to go past the outdoor patio seating in the street between parking spots and Drive Thru queue which can prove difficult during rush hour. :/ loses a star for convenient accessibility.

Not the eatery it used to be for flavorful dining. Adding red pepper flakes to certain entree's is a selection killer as well for some of us who prefer savory over fire-mouth misery. Otherwise, the counter clerk was super nice, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking.

Pretty cool place. Got to chop it up with some young elders from Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, (of which I enjoyed) didn’t get into the politics of religion, however did get to shed some light on studying the Hebrew language. All in all, good day. Food, so so. Didn’t really eat what I ordered, too busy trying to sow some good seeds while shedding some knowledge upon root meanings of things…!

I suggest going in and getting your food rather than using drive through, it’s not a big deal but I ordered a bigger plate and they forgot one of my entrees, it gets busy so it’s just best to go in and make sure it’s correct! Super yummy though! Staff are friendly, and the large drinks are super big and great for sharing!

On my last visit, the unsweetened ice tea bin was empty, so I settled for another choice. No big thing. I informed the cashier of the situation, and she told me that what they have available is what they have available. And she really wasn't all that polite about it. I wasn't expecting her to drop what she was doing to make more tea. What I did expect from her was for her to at least try to be polite. I will stop going to this SP PE and go back to Harbor City PE.

Wow...the person preparing the food in the drive through is doing a terrible job. Where's my chow main? lol and that's why you work there.

Tried to use a gift card. Cashier said it was invalid, then said it has a $0 balance. I asked for the card back and she said ok, but then didn't give it to me. I asked again, but she almost walked away, but then gave it back. Checked the balance online and it had $15+... they scamming people?

This Panda Express is atrocious ! Terrible portion sizes. Food lacks flavor. This location needs to inspected and assessed cause the employees are clearly not doing something right

The worse location ever. The food was DISGUSTING. The cashier barely puts attention when ordering food. Please do not come here, do yourself a favor.

Ordered mushroom chicken. Took forever. Got tired of waiting got my refund. Hina was nice to help, but I had to get home.

We went there shortly after 11am on Sat. No one cooking, one scoop of kung pao chicken left, and 6 empty serving bowls of items like mushroom chicken that I normally order. We walked out.

I just went to this location and I’ve been here before but today the food portion size really annoyed me. I paid $9 for a bowl full of rice and spicy orange chicken and they literally gave me five pieces of orange chicken. I didn’t say anything, I just paid and walked out, BUT! I’m NEVER going back to Panda Express again. I boycotted Chipotle for their ridiculous food portions long before it became a trend, now Panda Express is next.

Horrible experience, waited 20 minutes after placing my order in the drive thru. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my food out. I then noticed 4 cars that were behind me were also told to wait in the parking lot. When my food was brought out, the employee had an attitude and didn't even apologize for the delay. My food was cold. That place really sucks.

They left out a meal from my order. I called them and they said they would honor it another time. I went back today and they gave me a replacement meal, however, left out another meal from the rest of my order. This time I drove back to the location to get the forgotten meal only to find out when I got home that they left out one of the entrees. Completely unacceptable!!!!! Terrible service. Not only do you have to check how many meals you get you actually have to check inside each one to make sure it’s correct. I might as well scoop it myself too - just hand me the serving spoon.

The food was old and cold!! This place and how it is running is disgusting. Brian was nice on the phone however, he did not add the wontons he said he was going to throw in due to an issue with my order for delivery. So sad 😞. I will continue to travel to the Panda Express on PCH AND Hawthorne the service and management Angel, are awesome!!

I ordered large orange chicken a la carte last 5/23/24. The orange chicken in the glass protective stall looks dry to begin with. Fast forward, came home served the chicken to my boy and to our disappointment the entire order was 60% fried breading and 40% meat. Like literally we were eating fried breading with minimal amount of chicken in it. At first I thought because it was dry but when I checked the chicken one by one it’s mostly cooked breading without a chicken . What a shame, thats not how you keep a customer

I totally agree with the rest of the reviews about the employees and portion size, I won’t be returning I just left and the young girl serving food took one look at me and my son and served us less then a serving. I paid 20 dollars and I’m still hungry, I usually go to the panda at the traffic circle in Long Beach since I work in the area and I’m always satisfied with the portions at the panda at the traffic circle I usually have a lot of food left over for my break but at this location it was disappointing it was like a zoo inside the employees young girls need to have better customer service skills , I don’t recommend the food and the quality was disappointing

Thought we would try out this new Panda Express in San Pedro. Many years ago we loved it in Von’s Burbank and at the original restaurant before it sold out to corporate America. Tasteless and unappetizing. We will not return. Boo on you Panda

I would like to give store 0 stars! This store in San Pedro California is practicing racial discrimination since the woman behind me was Caucasian who was helped before me as I was ignored. I was helped with a small orange chicken and I told the helper after waiting over 15 min in line the small was too small give me a large. They helped the person in back of me then didn’t help me anymore. I demand a resolution to this I ended up walking out of the location without the orange chicken for my son who was in the line hungry. My food was on the counter and no one helped me pay for my order and I had to ask what happened. The helper was very rude telling me if I knew where the line was not even giving me a chance to walk in that direction which I was even before l ordered I feel unwelcome here at this new location in San Pedro CA.

This is the worst Panda Express I've ever visited. The chow mein and the fried rice were undercooked and the workers, mostly women, had no personality and were so unfriendly. Even the orange chicken and mushroom chicken tasted different from the other locations.

Cross contamination galore. Ugh! There was a teenage employee doing nothing, just horsing around and distracting other employees trying to cook. Such young guy (white/latino) with bling and braces was shaking hands with all kitchen staff, and the barely working employees continued cooking!!! No gloves, no hand washing. No hygiene. I found pieces of chicken mixed in all of our premium shrimp entrees! Utterly disgusting. Are your cooks this filthy. Are you scamming us? Making us sick with your employees' carelessness and cross-contamination? Roni please retrain your staff, or at least please tell your general manager to hire people interested in working.

Service is slow this location even when there’s few customers. I came in for a bowl and was asked if I could wait for a fresh batch of chow mein, so I waited politely. Unfortunately, the crew is unprofessional and slow. I then learned other customers at the restaurant were eating and STILL waiting in other food items they had ordered. This has been the worst fast food experience in my life. This restaurant doesn’t prioritize the food or service. They have to constantly scream at crew members to get STARTED on working in food items customers have ordered and paid for. For me, a 3 minute wait turned to over 12 minutes of waiting. Not coming back to this location

Check your online orders. Ordered the string bean chicken breast combo (2 entrees) and the main dish was almost all green beans. Only received 2 ounces of chicken and over 7 ounces of green beans. If you want to be stingy with your product, go sell diamonds. This is food, and not worth it.

It makes me upset because I came today on 10/29 when there just opening up. Every-time I come I donate to the children foundation they ask for. Today I declined they didn’t have honey sesame chicken. The young women said only orange chicken was ready so I said ok to orange chicken. No sauces in the bag or nothing then I get a piece of burnt meat covered in rice 🤮 I’m beyond irritated smh 🤦‍♀️

I’m extremely disappointed with this Panda Express location. My online order was supposed to be ready at 8:00 PM and wasn’t even close to being done until 8:30 PM. The wait area was full of frustrated customers, all of whom were dealing with the same issue orders not being ready anywhere near the promised time. What really bothered me was seeing a uniformed police officer waiting patiently for her food, only to have to cancel her order because she had to return to duty. She clearly didn’t have time to wait around, and the fact that the staff didn’t prioritize or quickly prepare her meal is honestly unacceptable. It would’ve taken them a couple minutes to help her out, but instead she left without food. That speaks volumes about how poorly this location is managed. On top of the delay, the portion sizes were incredibly small (as shown in the picture I’ve attached). For the price, I expect better. Sadly, this isn’t even the first time I’ve had a bad experience here. This location seriously needs better organization and customer service, especially during peak hours.

I come here often and never have a problem, but the food was not so good. The chicken was uncooked which made my stomach sick and had to call out of work cause I kept having the runs. The texture of the kung pao chicken seemed hard to bite into, almost like plastic. I thought it was just me and didn’t think it would make me sick but unfortunately it did. Be careful, if the chicken seems weird to bite into it’s most likely uncooked🤢 customer service was great but I guess I got a bad cook. It’s a hit or miss I guess.

The food was horrible! I asked the girl that worked there why is the food so Bland she says because he will have food allergies well I don't I pay too much for the taste of that food. And this generation of workers are young and rude and they just want to rush you they forgot most of my order I had to remind them that they acted like they didn't care I'm never coming back here I want my money back and I live in San Pedro

This happened around 5:50–6:20 on the day after Christmas to, and overall the experience was very unprofessional and frustrating. Horrible service.

I would give it zero stars yesterday i ordered a plate hot orange and teriyaki chicken plus a side off string bean chicken .As i start eating it i noticed there was a WORM yes a WORM in my teriyaki chicken. Im glad i ask the girl to cut it up in to little pieces. Cause i might not have seen it.

I was told to wait for the chow mein and I did, and I still didn’t get it in my bowl. I ordered a drink and I had to ask for it. My bowl looked very empty upon receiving it, it’s like the person scooping the food pays for the food themselves to be this stingy..The flavor was good. That’s all I can say not the greatest experience. This place can really use some help.
