Love this place, only 1 issue so far (cole slaw was almost frozen, but 20 seconds on the microwave fixed it back to normal). Besides that never had an issue at this location.
Always thought kfc was bad... but their chicken sandwich was too good... I mean it is just perfect original or spicy all!!!!!!! I want it everyday. I dont know if this location is better than other places but man they changed my feeling towards KFC.

Five stars isn't excessive, given the weirdly negative-for-no-apparent-reason reviews floating around. The food is up to normal standard (cheap fast food DOES have some standard) but the people seem very nice. The cashier even humored me in helping me solve my indecisiveness. Nice lady, bears a passing resemblance to Clara Oswin Oswald.
Food was surprisingly good, and staff was very polite and friendly. Based on other comments I hesitated to come here but really wanted some KFC so I took a chance. Luckily I must've arrived at a good time because everything went as well as you can hope for. Chicken was very crispy and felt like they just came out of the fryer not long ago. From other comments looks like this place may be a hit or miss; I ad a good experience and based on that experience I would recommend this place and return.
My go to KFC, always have a good experience here. Good food that comes out quick. Cashiers and staff are usually nice too and can help you with coupons and stuff. Food quality has always been decent, and the biscuits are nice and soft!
Our cashier Kimberlyn was very friendly and professional. We were very happy with food and service! I have a good friend who is passionate about KFC, she claims that this KFC is best. I thought all KFC is same. I guess she can tell the difference. She is a foodie and I trust her!

The customer service is awesome. Even when they get difficult customers they always keep a smile on their face. I come here once a month for my 2 youngest children. I would recommend it!
This review is for Danny. He has the best customer service. He greeted me with a smile and took my order with care. He was courteous and kind. He even offered to help carry my large order to my car. Hand off this guy is the future for outstanding leadership.

Went with coupon and got to know I got wrong coupons from different region? So had to pay extra couple $s for the meal but they offered some extra sides..just hesitant to give 5* since they always miss asking if I need some ketchup or sauces while taking to-go and also dont include any spoons or tissues in the to-go order which I think is a basic thing.
Went through the driv. And the gal who took are order had a gardtime. Takibgour order dto languageproblem. We had repeat everything about 3 times. With all the repeatingqw still did mot get what we order.
On a convenient neighborhood corner to eat out when you feel not to cook. Chicken is good as usual, however the staffs need to put a smile to show better happier attitude.

It's a normal KFC with drive through. Double check your order every time though, since this location seems to make a lot of mistakes.
Every year, the chicken gets smaller and the food blander. It's not the same KFC I grew up with. When I want my KFC fix, I go here. It's cleaner than most, there's no wet mop smell, and the cashiers are very polite. If you go during busy hours, expect to wait 5-10 mins.

It's good but they doesn't work until 10 pm. They really close the store at 7:45. And be careful because one time they did 2 payments of 13.06 in my card

It is your typical KFC. One thing about KFC's, they are like all the chain restruants, daiy consistent across the chain. One thing I like $10 for 8 piece bucket on Tuesday's.

To me this KFC was not like eating at home. The cashier asked me if my meal was for here or to go. I told her I was dining in. 3 seconds later another person gave me my mail and asked me if it was for here or to go. They don't read what's on the receipt. I told her it was for here and so she put my box on a tray. Nobody gets a plate anymore when they dine in. You still eat from a box where do you dine out or dine in. I'm not happy about it
Order was incorrect unless mashed potatoes can be confused with corn on the cob.... Restroom had a large sign stating that staff checked it every 30 minutes for cleanliness and to report any problems. Excusses offered by staff.
I just spit out a receipt that was in my mac and cheese! Outta pocket. I feel like throwing up. Thanks guys. And when I called they wouldn't pick up. How tf do you get a receipt in the macaroni!!! Who knows where it came from?
If you want an customized order from here? You won’t get it the way you want, that’s for sure! They’ve done this a handful of times… I know it’s a fast food place but damn, they really don’t care here.
I've eaten here many times, usually it's good but tonight they had the chairs upside down on the tables 50 minutes before closing, and most of the food items were dry and/or stale. The drumsticks were amazingly tiny. The tea in the dispenser tasted like chemicals and artificial flavor. Even the kids noticed the food was unusually bad. It was the first time I tried the Nashville hot tenders, they weren't good (I was hoping for something like Popeye's) but I don't know if it was because this store was having a bad day or that's how they always are. This location gets at least one item incorrect every time we come here, but this time there were four items wrong or missing in an order for 5 people.
I try this location about 3-4 times a year because after each visit I leave unhappy so I wait a while to return hoping things have changed. I only come at night after work and every time they say they are out of something or they forget to give me something. The kids working nights have this location prepared for closing an hour and a half prior to closing and love to say they are out of things instead of frying some fresh. I called management several times over the years however things remain the same. THE NIGHT SHIFT NEEDS TO STOP BEING LAZY!!!

I placed an order on kfc.com, came to the store to pick it up, and they said they were closed and can't give me anything. I had to call KFC HQ to even get my money back!

Every other month I go here after work. Well today I went at like 6pm and they were closed. No sign on the window or anything.
I asked for the nine piece chicken bucket half and half and then they told me to be 3 minutes that they would give me they would bring my chicken out to me and I waited over 5 minutes and they still didn't bring it out and I had to go in there and get it myself

I haven't have a great food there, ordered 10 pieces meal, paid $35 bucks and had to dispose. Smashed potatoes are not fresh, seems to be those powder+water. Chicken is pure oil and also not fresh, it was there for hours looks like. I'll never go back to KFC anymore.
Just got their four piece chicken tender combo and wow was it gross!! Chicken was too dried and too salty. Fries tasted like fish and the ranch tasted sour and was warm. Didn’t eat it. Am very disappointed:(
This is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too. Service was slow, they couldn't understand our order, they ran out of crispy chicken, legs, and milk, and they ended up giving us the wrong sides. It's hard to park or drive through as it's poorly designed. There was a homeless person wrapped up in a blanket outside.
The Manger on 7/6 was rude first they messed up order thank God I check before driving away, than had redo my order and it took 20 mins had walk in and get order for her to be rude it's not fault she can't take a simple order no English at all bad service
Ordered 3 items at 9:50. Fries, a thigh, a chicken patty. Got fries, no thigh and a sandwich covered in Mayo. Drove back to ask for the right order, first they asked what I’d like to order, then when I said I was just here asking for my correct order they said, “sorry were closed.” Drove up to the window, honked, saw the man in front of me and I’m 100% sure he saw me and didn’t care.
I usually do not write reviews but I thought I should with this place. I continue to run into issues and I'm finally giving up, alot of the time the store will be out of items but even worse...the items that you were suppose to get will be missing or incorrect. THIS HAPPENS WAY TO OFTEN. Even today they confirmed with me twice that my son was getting a juice and when we arrived at home...what do you know, no juice....also no spoons for the sides.

After working out and being starving and watching a commercial for kfc decided to venture down to my local KFC, Just to wait 30min for my food. And then get home to relize we got jipped 3 biscuits, mac n cheese, 2 chicken littles and the wrong tenders......our 52 dollar feast of glory slowly turned into disappointment :(
Every time I eat here I get sick to my stomach. And my daughter in law ate there not to long ago and got violently ill to her stomach. Not cool.
This location has terrible service! The lady taking orders the night I went was very unprofessional and did not do her job right. To start off, she was in a hurry to leave and told us we could not dine in because they were going to close in 15 minutes. She did not review our order before charging us and then once we got our food we realized she had gotten our orders wrong. When I went to tell her, she accused me of lying about what I had ordered and then grabbed our food very aggressively and threw it away and went very angry to get what we had really ordered. When I finally got my 5 pice chicken tender and opened it, there were only 3 pieces in the box not 5. On top of that she did not even bother to ask us what sauces or sides we wanted and just proceeded to place whatever she wanted. To avoid such a big mess she should have just done her job right by reviewing the order before placing it. She also shouldn't accuse customers of lying. She was in a hurry to leave and ended up having to redo the order because she didn't do it right the first time. If she doesn't like working with customers she should ask to be placed somewhere else or look for a different job.
Showed up a bit before they closed. All lights were on, including opening sign. Pulled into the drive through to get a drink and they turned all the lights off for the sign etc. it was not 11pm. Pulled up to the window to ask and the employee made eye contact and turned around lol
I ordered the food and waited more than 40 mins until the store is almost closed. Extremely hungry. The cashier told me my order should be ready in 10mins at the beginning but never arrived until the end. Will never come to the store again.
I did not like what i order it was terrible and the service was over all horrible and careless. I ordered the chicken snacker sandwich and asked for no mayo one i have a lactose allergy two i do not like mayo, the cashier heard me and repeated the order exactly how i asked. Few minutes later i received my food and i noticed instantly that there was mayo coming out the side of the bread. I got up and told the cashier sorry i asked for no mayo, she asked if i was sure there was mayo so i had to show her and open the snacker to see all the excessive mayo inside. she seemed annoyed and said they will make another and told me next time let them know before, clearly delusional because she forgot how she read my order back she should have been the one paying more attention to the small details of her job. Its pretty simple listen repeat and get it right.
They were out of Cole slaw, and I was told I had to wait 8 min for. 3 pot pies. After waiting 25 min I went into find out what was going on. They wanted to know what I ordered, and I had to show them my receipt. Very poor service and no apology or compensation
Paid $28 for 6 pieces of chicken, small fries, and a drink. Bad service (impatient associate, didnt give me napkins nor ketchup). The chicken was not fresh and way too salty. When did KFC become this bad? Popeyes and Jollibee will have my business next time.

I ordered again. Thos location has gone downhill. Today got poeces instead of 6. Mash potatoes and gravy were cold. No butter for biscuits. Wont buy from this location again. Grrr

It was our first time visiting this KFC after coming from Virginia, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. My son was excited to try the new wings, but they were very small, dry, and tasted old. The fries also seemed old, though the team did make fresh potato wedges when we asked, which we appreciated. However, the chicken overall was still dry and not enjoyable. Customers shouldn’t be served old food — quality and freshness should be a priority. Sadly, we won’t be coming back due to the poor food quality.

When I returned to have it corrected, I was treated as if I was being dishonest rather than as a valued customer. This was disappointing and unprofessional. On my most recent visit, I attempted to redeem my rewards points through the KFC app, which was not working properly. I asked for assistance at the drive-thru, but the employee told me I had to come inside because helping me would affect her drive-thru timer. I explained that I had two children with me and could not easily come inside, yet she refused to assist me unless I did so. This kind of response shows a lack of customer service and care. If your employees are not trained or equipped to handle app or rewards issues, customers should not be told to come inside only to find out they still cannot be helped. It wastes time, creates unnecessary frustration, and leaves the impression that staff are unwilling or unable to provide proper service. As a loyal customer, I expect better. I urge you to review how your staff are trained in both handling mistakes and supporting customers with your app and rewards program. Please let me know what steps will be taken to address this matter
