The customer service is awesome. Even when they get difficult customers they always keep a smile on their face. I come here once a month for my 2 youngest children. I would recommend it!
This review is for Danny. He has the best customer service. He greeted me with a smile and took my order with care. He was courteous and kind. He even offered to help carry my large order to my car. Hand off this guy is the future for outstanding leadership.

Service is good. Staff is courteous and accommodating your order. They recently added ordering kiosks.
They had no hot sauce and instead of giving me the cookie that comes with the fill up box I got a biscuit.

Excellent quality and service, the downside dining in the store during a hot day. The air conditioning is either broken or turned off. I feel bad for the employees having to work in such poor conditions. I’m surprised they don’t have a heat stroke. Can’t the owners or area managers get the ac on for both the diners and their employees? It’s sad really. I’ll go back in the winter.

I was very excited to try the new apple pie minis... asked for freshly made ... told they were but no... they did not look like the picture at all and they were not crispy or crunchy but "doughy", soft and chewy. Nope not good as an advertised newer item.
So, you know the big sign by the drive thru? The one where it says if they don't give you your receipt, you get a free meal? Yeah, they don't honor that. Do you know that if you want a refund on your meal, and pay by card, they don't do that? Nobody at that location is authorized process a refund if you pay by card. So, if you patronize this business please be sure to always use cash.

I would give a zero stars if it was an option. This is the mac and chicken bowl looks like. A slice of Kraft cheese instead of shredded cheese. That's while I'm taking my talents to Popeyes.
Ordered on phone and this was the *regular chizza* they gave me. Split into 2 pieces like the *small chizza*. We already got home so we tried calling them but no one answered.

Employee rude chicken are old burn also not new cook
I ordered again. Thos location has gone downhill. Today got poeces instead of 6. Mash potatoes and gravy were cold. No butter for biscuits. Wont buy from this location again. Grrr
KFC manager or management! I bought a burger at 15:45 pm on 21 feb 2025 at drive through window! The bun was not even warm, straight from freezer. Someone check it out
It was our first time visiting this KFC after coming from Virginia, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. My son was excited to try the new wings, but they were very small, dry, and tasted old. The fries also seemed old, though the team did make fresh potato wedges when we asked, which we appreciated. However, the chicken overall was still dry and not enjoyable. Customers shouldn’t be served old food — quality and freshness should be a priority. Sadly, we won’t be coming back due to the poor food quality.
1 star because I can’t give you zero. I am writing to express my frustration regarding two recent negative experiences at your KFC restaurant. On my first visit, my order was prepared incorrectly. When I returned to have it corrected, I was treated as if I was being dishonest rather than as a valued customer. This was disappointing and unprofessional. On my most recent visit, I attempted to redeem my rewards points through the KFC app, which was not working properly. I asked for assistance at the drive-thru, but the employee told me I had to come inside because helping me would affect her drive-thru timer. I explained that I had two children with me and could not easily come inside, yet she refused to assist me unless I did so. This kind of response shows a lack of customer service and care. If your employees are not trained or equipped to handle app or rewards issues, customers should not be told to come inside only to find out they still cannot be helped. It wastes time, creates unnecessary frustration, and leaves the impression that staff are unwilling or unable to provide proper service. As a loyal customer, I expect better. I urge you to review how your staff are trained in both handling mistakes and supporting customers with your app and rewards program. Please let me know what steps will be taken to address this matter
