I always forget his name, but one of their best employees has been there for over 15 years. Their are fast and accurate. The remodel looks nice.

Great sandwiches and great staff. My favorite togos in the South Bay. Their bread is always fresh!

It's been awhile since I came to this location. I remember this place being a really old yet clean restaurant. Thanks to the addition of the freestyle coke machine, this place looks more 2020 than 1980s. The service is really quick and all the tables are kept clean. As for the food that have kept the quality top notch since three years ago. My favorite thing to get is the Asian chicken wrap. Honestly I'm really having a hard time understanding why this place has always pretty empty, even during lunch time. I mean come on this place is located just right across Santa Clara University. Everybody likes eating sandwiches right?

The staff here is very accommodating. I wanted to get my staff lunch, kind of last minute and decided to call this location. I wanted sandwiches for 60 people so it was a long shot anyone was going to help me. They took a minute to check their inventory and then pleasantly said, yes we can do it. The food was ready on time as promised and they even helped me carry it to my car.

The Lafayette St Togo's is a friendly shop with good sandwiches - entirely appropriate for its next-to-campus location. Locals, students, and staff are happy to have Togo's nearby. Over time, I've grown from being an occasional customer to a regular client. In fact, this is the only food app on my cell phone.

Went in for lunch today. Today has been a tough day (unusual for a Friday) So I went in alittle out of it and frustrated. The lady that made my sandwich must of sensed it (older lady that spoke about how excited she was to see her grandkids this weekend) and she engaged me in conversation. Just simple , but much needed conversation. Her kindness was very genuine and is the reason I needed to write this. Thank you so much! As for the Sando (Regular Hot #7) everything was great. The veggies were very fresh and crisp! I will definitely be returning to this location. Keep up the great work.

Honestly, one of the best parts of this visit was the woman who helped us, Cheryl (?) I think. She was an extraordinary advocate for Santa Clara. Oh and the food was really good as well!

Best sandwich chain ever! Consistently making my tastebuds happy since I started coming here. Hot Pastrami is awesome and Roast Beef is also on point. They don't have Boom Boom sauce anymore, but the chipotle mayo they have is still pretty good. I could eat here everyday

Every time i have gone to this location, the food has been very well put together and delicious!! Great service on top of great food. I love the "choose 2" on menu. Always get the Asian Chicken salad with half a sandwich. Dressing is sooooooo yummy!

Our first visit. It was a very enjoyable breakfast. Perfect for meeting an old friend and their family. Quick and friendly service. Great menu with some excellent omelet combinations. Some excellent flavorful lunguica and chorizo. I couldn't have ran out of coffee if I tried.

Great staff, especially at lunch. They play music too loud and hard rock which is unfriendly to eat and talk with friends.

Great food! I crave the Hot Roast Beef (#7) sometimes. They've just become a bit pricey .....

Like this Togo's generally, but the individual at the counter this time stated that they didn't have tomatoes when they did. Good overall though.

We were the only guests. Our sandwich wad not as good as previous visits and we wonder if they are having problems with their supply chain.

They skimmed on the meat n produce it didnt fill up the bread like before.. but other then that it was good

Good location, friendly staff. The soda selection is a limited. I've been spoiled with the new soda machines that offer so many options! So when I saw the one here I thought it would have more options. Alas it does not. But still a great sandwhich place!

One of the great places for sandwiches. We tried out this place as we got bored of subway. The vegetarian options are good but not many to choose from. Their bread is very soft as well. Will surely visit again.

The prices for sandwiches have gone way up in northern cal. Food is ok, but for a few bucks more i could go to a sit down restaurant...meh

The sandwiches are still good snd bread was fresh but man, I had to repeat my order no less than 7 times before and while making it.

Well I went in and ordered a BBQ beef sandwich, I was told that was discontinued 20 years ago! What a trip. Got a philly cheese and eh....it wasnt the best I had...or even close to wanting to order it again

Sandwiches are always good quality and very tasty. However, the service wasn't so great today. In during lunch rush, and we had three sandwiches to order. Line moved fine, but while the other sandwich makers did five to six sandwiches, our person only managed two. And he didn't ask any questions about how we wanted anything. Left with only two sandwiches made and the sandwich maker and cashier both giving us attitude over being upset at the pace. And $30 for two 9" sandwiches is too much. Togo's is a premium price for an average sandwhich and poor service.

Shrinkflation has hit Togo's. The 6-inch didn't use to be the same width as Subway. Now it is. So very disappointing. I'll rethink my next sandwich shop. Plus I ordered a large and received a regular. Doubly disappointed.

I ordered through Uber Eats and my boyfriend got the pastrami sandwich I got roast beef a few hours later my boyfriend got really sick from his pastrami sandwich so I'm not sure what was wrong with the pastrami but my boyfriend is dog sick right now

Early Sunday evening, only two employees working, a long line forming to place orders, and customers who paid online for curbside pickup or delivery waiting over half an hour past their expected time for food. The poor kids behind the counter were swamped, out of white bread and other items, while tickets kept pouring in from the internet. A manager should have the ability to shut down in-store or online ordering until the situation could be rectified... if they were aware of the problem. It seems that several things went awry today

Why is everything soggy/mushy? Even after prep.I have teeth 😬. Not very good. Same texture as eating a used sponge 🧽. Really the only thing going for them is hot pastrami.

Over the years, and I can not tell you exactly when, the bread quality has taken a dump. They have too many workers who do not know how to build a good sandwich.

Pick up time was 12:20PM. But they didn't prepare yet and nobody care and I was standing 15 minutes. And one guy asked my name and they will prepare now. It was so terrible experience. My luch time is almost over. Their service is bad.

They gave us the wrong size sandwich and wouldn’t answer our calls. My poor grandparents were going to share and were waiting on their large sandwich. We had to scramble up some leftover snacks for them to eat as they had to share a small sandwich. It was their first take out meal since 2020, and it was ruined.

WARNING, This Togo's is so disorganized, and dose not following Covid-19 protocol, not to get too detailed, just find out for your on you own, I personalty prefer wearing a mask and to stay spittle distance from some one taking my order.
