Mike Fiorillo helped me arrange a 50th Birthday for my daughter for January 29. I shared my ideas, he clearly and professionally provided options and suggestions. Gina was my contact and the banquet room was perfectly set up, roomy for Covid time, beverage station and helped to beautifully display the cake. Thanks so much to her and her staff for a successful fun party. Guests complimented on the 3 menu items - lasagna (wow -baked in own dish!), chicken parmigiana (yummy)and angel hair pasta. We eat at Fiorillos several times a year and have been coming here for years. Awesome,beautiful, and great service.

We didn't have a reservation but we (4) were seated promptly on a Friday night. I ordered the Prawns Fra Diavlo and it was very good...very flavorful. The linguine was just right, or do you say al dente? The hostess, Christine, was very nice and she made us feel at home and never rushed. They have a wide selection of wines and the Cabernet I selected was very good. The tiramisu was very good and I took more than I should against my doctor's order. Overall a very enjoyable evening dining here.

Firoillo's is a very sweet surprise! Tucked away in a little corner between San Jose and Santa Clara you will find this little gem. Reservations are recommended. Please do yourself a favor and try it. I ordered their Linguine and Clams with white sauce and it was hands down the best I ever had! I've ordered it in a lot of different regions of Italy and this was the best for me! My sister-in-law had a gluten free seafood pasta, my daughter had veal parmesean, my other daughter had Chicken Parmesean and my mom, well...I can't remember, but it was all amazing.

The food is just amazing. I had the best ravioli of my life there. The fresh bread was crunchy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. I also tried a chocolate tartufo, which completed a wonderful meal. The service is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable with large portions. My only complaint is that the place is a little anti-climatic. They need to dim the lights a little and play some music. Overall, a great place to eat with your family.

This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in the entire Bay Area. If you want true authentic Italian food this is the place. The marinara sauce is rich and absolutely delicious. If you like your meat it marinara sauce a bit tart and bitter this place does it perfect. I have tried to get the receipt to no avail. Go and eat there you will not be disappointed.

Went for dinner with my daughter and we had a great time. The burrata appetizer was delicious. I had the pesto linguini, she had the clam in white sauce pasta. Both sauces were great. I would have liked my pasta a minute or 2 more al dente but this is really a minor remark. Christina who helped us with our orders was attentive, corteous and smiling all the time. We will be back!

First time at this Restaurant, and it was terrific!! The staff is top notch, and the food was excellent. I normally NEVER eat fish but I did here and was so pleased to find it to be so delicious!!! Everything was so good. Would recommend it to anyone! 5 thumbs up👍👍👍👍👍

I had my birthday party here. The owner made amazing suggestions for my personalized menu. All of the staff were extremely friendly, patient with my late guests, and accommodating. The food was AMAZING! Everyone was so pleased with their dishes. Most of us took home leftovers due to the generous portions. They allowed us to bring our own cake and even served it for us. This is an excellent venue for any special event.

Hosted a small dinner party at Fiorillo’s for 16 people. Excellent service. Attentive but not intrusive. Wide variety of dishes ordered, all were served promptly, and received compliments around the table. Very reasonably priced for the quality and service.

Fiorillo's is a gem of a place. The food is delicious and the staff are so nice. Recently, we had a graduation reception there and rented the banquet hall. The owner could not have been more gracious. He was attentive to our needs and respectful of our budget. His pricing was fair and he didn't try to oversell unnecessary things to us. The hall was beautifully decorated and all our guests loved it. Many said they were going to come back to have dinner because they liked it so much. Delicious food, nice atmosphere, cozy bar, ample parking, right off El Camino, nice staff and owner...5/5 stars!

Absolutely phenomenal from the first phone call to the moment our party walked out the door. Michael was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Gina and staff was incredible as well. Highly recommended for dining alone, parties of hundreds and everything in between. The food is delicious. The owners are an amazing family and this restaurant remains one of my top choices for Bay Area eateries.

The place is slightly pricey but in my mind it's definitely worth it. I had the fried calamari and the veal parm and both were very well spiced and had great marinara sauce. The place was very busy but the service was still quite fast. My only minor gripe was that the drinks were about 80% ice but most come with free refills so it isn't a big deal.

I generally don't like Italian restaurants. But their food was just amazing! Starting from the soft and warm bread to the dessert, everything was simply delicious! I am a vegetarian and I'm very impressed with the number of options they had! I had the Angel Hair pasta with sundried tomato, which comes with red sauce. Very yummy and I was pleasantly surprised, I must say, by their good portion size. Highly recommend

Visited here for lunch for a work team meeting. Reserved table ahead of time. Place opens at 11.30AM for lunch, folks were lining up before to enter the restaurant. Place does gets busy, so I recommend reservation. We ordered few appetizers, main course, deserts and coffee. All items came with big portions and tasty too. Service was excellent. We all really enjoyed our meal here. There is ample parking with wheel chair accessible lots as well. Restrooms were well maintained. Overall we had a great time dining here.

We had our wedding reception last Dec 2019 at their banquet. I'm glad we went with Fiorillo's and wouldn't have it otherwise. Food was superb. Staff was amazing. Special shout out to Michael and Renee for helping us celebrate this wonderful occasion! We and our guests enjoyed the food. Fun filled night + delicious food made the reception a success. 5 stars!

Cristina was amazing! I did not get the name of the gentleman man who was filling our waters but he was also fantastic. The food was delicious and the recommendation from Cristina was spot on. Our first time there for my birthday and will definitely come back.

I dined in earlier this evening with my brother and his significant other. We sat at 5pm, and I had a 7:40 flight to catch. Our server Cristina was the best server I've had in an extremely long time. I didn't know servers like her existed post-Covid. She was incredible, knowledgeable of the menu, had excellent recommendations, (I had the Fresh Sweet Pear and Ricotta), and she made sure we were in and out. I wish I could put her on the plane right next to me and take her to show my hospitality staff back in Indiana how it's done. Thank you for the best restaurant experience I've had in a long time, you are truly a treasure!!!

Nice food at reasonable prices. They serve focaccia before your meal comes out which is delicious. Free bread/butter is served with your meal if you want it too, which was a nice touch. Maura (I think was our server’s name) was really friendly and chatty and happy to answer any questions. I’d recommend this place without hesitation.

We held our son's wedding rehearsal dinner here in November 2021(75 people). It was spectacular. Michael was fantastic to work with as we were pulling this all together, and the rest of his staff pulled the whole thing of flawlessly. The food was terrific and plenty of it. All our guests were so complimentary about the whole evening. Thank you, Michael, and the rest of the staff. Linda

The service at Fiorillo's was excellent. Despite a larger than usual crowd for this time of week, due to high school graduations, the waiter did a great job. The quality of the food was excellent, as it was less than twenty-five minutes from the time of the order to the delivery to the table. As an almost ten-year patron to this great establishment, the food and service only get better!

Attended a very good seminar there on Social Security and retirement. Had a great free dinner! The seminar came at the perfect time for me. The dinners were a steak and the other was chicken. I was very surprised the food was so delicious. I would go back for dinner there again. I'm not sure about the prices though because our meals were paid for.

“Great for steaks and seafood” Have been here a couple times on business. Both times have been very impressed with service and meal. Ordered steaks both times, excellent. Shared oysters and seafood platter. Very fresh. Seems very reasonably priced for California. Busy both times, can be a little loud. Overall very solid.

This is a really good Italian cuisine place in Santa Clara. Generally they have waiting time of 15 to 20 minutes, but based on availability of the staff and tables waiting time changes. We ordered crab stuffed mushroom caps, Moscow mule, scotch sour, fettuccine pesto pasta with chicken, Tiramisu. The place is a bit high end but food is delicious and service is good. The ambiance could have been better.

Awesome Italian good with a very nice service. We ordered multiple dishes and all were very good, only thing missing from the menu is Mac and cheese for kids

This review is specific to their Banquet Halls. They have a couple nice sized rooms available with some very nice AV equipment installed. A bright widescreen projector and very large screen This made it easy for our Car Club to run a video slide show and presentation from ou lap top. Food was good, above average Banquet fare, we chose from 3 entrees off of their sit-down banquet menu. One negative: Lack of bar staff. We had to go out to the bar to get drinks, and on a Saturday evening they only had one bartender, who was swamped.

Family style Italian restaurant with excellent food taste/presentation, conveniently located near the train station and Santa Clara University, excellent value for money, traditional interiors and exceptional friendly/professional service.

Birthday celebration had a reservation, but they were slammed night of Elton John concert. We had to wait 25 -30 minutes forcoutvtsble of 15 persons. Excellent waitress Christine made upnforvitvwith her friendly demeanor Turns out her bday was the next day.All pasta dishes were over the top flavorful. Hot and delicious.

Super friendly wait staff with a lovely smile on her face the whole time. She was very attentive and a real sweetheart. The place has a very 90s feel but it's a comfortable family owned type of restaurant that serves large portions of Americanized Italian food. The food was better than I had expected though. The clientele was quite old and only white people. It didn't feel like the Bay Area at all from a diversity perspective but it had its own charm. Definitely a place I'd go to again.

Support small local businesses! Great place with a large variety of menu choices with pastas, meats, and seafood. Service is great and very helpful to understand the menu. Quality food that you can enjoy. Do expect to pay a little more, but the quality matches it. Choice of plenty of drinks from the full bar.

Italian restaurant with a spacious dining area. It is slightly out dated in terms of decoration. The staffs are attentive. You have a decent options in drink, food and deserts. The taste is ok, not super authentic, slightly on the American side. You are looking at about 40 plus per person.

I ordered Ceasar salad, but it had so much dressing on it, and the dressing was not homemade, for such a comfortable and elegantly looking restaurant I expected better quality. Soup tastes like lipton soup packagers or the knorr ones. Blackened salmon was awesome.!

A very nice family American Italian restaurant. Since the children took over, the focus seems to be on banquets and quick business meals. There is an old regular client base that dates to the father. But they still make the coil sausage which is great and the rice balls with meat inside on Christmas, both which the father started.

I've had to down grade from five to three stars. We still love this place when we want good Italian food and services - We like the bar area best - it has very relaxed and comfortable feel most of the time. However, if there is a banquets, the management just let them over run the bar and the one bartender. This leaves those of us in the bar trying to have a nice dinner having to deal with the banquet goers loud, rude and disruptive behavior and the poor bartender is trying to do their best. So the down grade is based on poor management.

The stress exhibited by the staff was intense. The hostess, servers, and bussers were all suffering. The dining area was insanely busy and loud. The kitchen was very backed up. It took an hour to get our food. Our server apologized twice for the delay but declined to give us a second basket of bread. On delivery, my food was cold. It must have been finished first and waited for the other plates. It wasn't a great meal.

This was a major disappointment. I visit & eat with friends here maybe every 3-5 years and have had good service and food in the past. Last night met overseas friends here to enjoy a nice meal. The only thing good about it was a house ravioli appetizer, all the main course’s were horrific. Chicken had a sponge texture and the calamari was not fresh by a long shot, a very fishy taste. The personal were friendly but not trained, reaching in front versus pouring from the side of others to pour water, cut me a break. They meant well, but still not an excuse. On the upside, since there were not many there, it was quiet and we were able to have a good conversation and an extended visit. Just wish the food was better. Doubtful I will return in my lifetime, too many other places available.

Where to Start .! I’ve been coming here for over 5 years now and always had great veal and most importantly excellent customer service . 1 year ago I came to celebrate my Birthday and the customer service was a 1 star, the food on the other hand was a mischievous plate in which I received chicken instead of veal. Not sure if they thought I wasn’t going to notice but I did . On 07/14/22 I went to meet with family members in which the whole vibe from the start from Juan the waiter was such a unprofessional and lack professionalism, he was ranting to me about the hostess that she didn’t know anything etc… and from there on the snowball effect the way he presented himself to make this short. As a waiter you never ever put your arm between peoples faces while having a conversation, without excusing yourself.Second the fact he spoke Spanish and said he would rather speak English in which in my party I had 3 relatives from Mexico that needed help with the menu . Juan needs to be coached needs to be more courteous and smile a bit here and there , TIP . The only reason I come here is the food but from this point on if I get him as my waiter I will leave the restaurant. I hope to see better Veal not chicken and let’s be real here veal is very tender not rubber band material . Last but not least I noticed other tables not Hispanic where treated like royalty . Last note the other Hispanic guy there was awesome didn’t get his name but he knew we were being ignored so he was attentive.

Disappointing experience. We were there for a banquet. Chicken breasts were dry and tough. The beef was so chewy. Greeted by one of the rudest hostesses ever. The servers were awesome. Might go back, reluctantly, to try one more time.

This was my favorite Italian Restaurant and I have know its existence from year 2000. I used to got there with friends, customers and anybody out of town. The staff was great and owner was a very nice guy. Always used to sit in a table near the Kitchen entrance. For some reason, the quality of food has been taking a deep dive in this restaurant. You can notice it by the empty parking lot during lunch and dinner. I have been here this year twice. The food quality isn't there and it is sad that a good restaurant like this turns out so bad. I would call Chef Ramsay to rescue the good restaurant. The place need a remodel and quality & taste needs to be added to the food.
