I experienced a disappointing visit to this establishment on Tuesday, November 25th, at 1:22 AM. I encountered difficulty understanding the female employee, who I believe may be the manager, while attempting to place an order through the drive-through. When I inquired about specific menu items, she seemed to struggle with comprehension and appeared to be rushing me to finalize my order. This language barrier proved to be quite frustrating, and as a result, I ultimately decided to leave.

They always want you to place your own order I place my order and was very superficial about what I wanted. The workers read it back correctly and the order came out wrong. When I ask the to fix it, they were mad they had to fix it.

In the last year, I've gone hella times because it's the only drive thru in town open late night and I have never, and I mean never, gotten the correct order. It's almost laughable at this point. Almost.

They stop serving breakfast after 10am even though everywhere says 11am inside the restaurant. Worker was very rude to me and they don’t have a bathroom. Trash.

Been twice and they've shorted my order both times. tacos also have significantly less meat compared to other locations. tortillas tasted stale. feels like scummy business practice to use less inventory and make more profit by shorting customers as well. will not be returning.

If I could give this place zero stars I would and I hate to say this because I'm a Taco Bell guy but this place is terrible. I've been working in Santa Monica for 6 years and have been to this particular Taco Bell 5 times , 3 mobile orders and 2 walk ins , and I'm not the one that gets mad ( More like disappointed ) and goes back to complain. I chalk it up as a lost and just don't go back. But since I am a Taco Bell guy I get cravings ( Hence the 5 times in 6 years ) so I would try the next year and be cool. ALL 5 TIMES MY ORDERS WERE WRONG!!! Ordering anything with steak and it's a problem. So forget this location because it's not even a 50% chance that they'll get your order right.

Inconsistent fills of cups, one is missing an inch and a half of drink from it, feels like I’ve been cheated out of some drink/money Edited to add: this order was also supposed to be no spicy ranch. Yet they failed to read instructions and added it to the Gordita crunch anyways. (Picture included)

NO MEAT IN CRUNCH WRAPS EVER!!!!! I ordered from this Taco Bell a few times, and every time they had barely put any meat in the crunchwraps. They would literally put about a quarter size of meat. Today I paid extra for extra meat. This time they literally put NO MEAT!!! They didn’t even put a penny size. It was basically a ghetto quesadilla made of nacho cheese and sour cream 🤢 I even paid extra because I bought it on Uber and they mark the price up much higher on Uber. So basically, I paid my Uber driver a tip and for the Uber service for no food. I hate this Taco Bell and I do not ever recommend it. What a joke
