Everything out of stock waited 10 minutes came back and still out. Chef was washing back splash behind woks versus making more food. After watching for a while more I see the issue was more the fact that they had one chef making food and 5 people scooping food. Really not fair to the chef who had no chance of keeping up with all the call in uber take out orders as well as walk-in orders clearly ownership or management is truely at fault. Got to Panda at 8:20pm left with my 2 item plate at 8:55pm. Update...went back today and was very crowded but 2 chefs were working and all items were in stock.

I've always loved Panda! But you gotta try the new steak and shrimp! Steak was tender, and just enough spice to not be too over spiced. It does add like $1.50 but worth it! This location is clean and the crew were very nice and fast.

Panda has gotten extremely expensive for food that was once inexpensive and a great value. Preparations are basic and well prepared and you do get a lot of food for the prices. A four item combo is 12$+ but enough for two meals. Staff was friendly and courteous and the restroom was very clean. Overall a recommendation.

This Panda Express location can be easily located because it is near other popular establishments like Starbucks, Target and Cold Stone Creamery. They are pretty quick to take your order and very efficient when it comes to preparing your food and after paying. I would suggest trying their new entrees because they tend to release good entrees that would elevate your experience. I would normally get Honey Walnut Shrimp. It is pretty good. Then, I would also get the ever so good, Orange Chicken and their Chow Mein. Parking won't be a problem since they are located at an establishment circle, so there would be more likely have a space of your car, whether it is big or not. I also like the fact that they are very happy to assist you and would greet all the customers whenever they come here.

A little above moderately priced, but a large selection of entrees and sides. Food a bit bland compared to many non-chain 'Chinese' restaurants. Staff friendly and efficient. Parking not an issue here as it's located in Trolley Square shopping center. Dine-in and Take-out available.

The service was quick, friendly, and accommodating. Venue was clean too. However, the food I have gotten from this place has consistently off taste and quality like I'm used to from Panda Express. I've gotten dry food from here multiple times.

Panda is usually Always A Positive experience. Where yet at least, to have a bad Experience or Meal that we can recall so, Nothing bad to say and, my Babe knows what she WANTS plus I'm fairly quick on my choices as well. They've many different items to choose from so it's pretty easy to be happy with your meals unless you are super picky, but, again they've many items so you shouldn't have a problem finding something to your liking. It's pretty freshly made too so, Enjoy And, Safe Travels!🍽🚘🚁😎✌

It was ok i find the restorant but the directions take me to back of the building and it was no parking available, I go around the hole shopping center to find a closer parking lot.

Green beans were tough, undercooked and fibrous. Chow mein noodles were tough as well. Only plus sauces were good.

We decided to pick up some food here today before my daughters and I headed home. We love Panda Express and couldn’t wait to get something tasty to eat for lunch. But I don’t know what it was but the food did not agree with my stomach and I’ve had to rush to the bathroom a couple of times. Afraid we will NOT be going back to this location. Something was wrong with the food we bought. Thankfully it hasn’t affected my oldest daughter. She only had the chow mein so I know it wasn’t that. So it had to either be the cheese Rangoon’s, fire breast chicken, or the walnut shrimp. Really bummed.

They forgot my teriyaki chicken. They walked away from my plate to fulfill orders they had on hold for broccoli beef. I walked to the register and just saw someone walk to the counter with my order. I didn't notice they had just closed it and walked to the counter without the teriyaki chicken.

Very poor online experience. Faster to show up and wade through a long line. 50 minutes to make my simple order. Food came out 20 minutes after online time. No acknowledgment by in store staff of delay. Just ignored me.

We received none of the sauces (soy, teriyaki,etc) that we asked for. No napkins,etc. We ordered through Uber eats but it's on Panda Express to put that together. Teriyaki chicken sucks without teriyaki sauce

A 5 minute order turned into nearly a 25 minute wait. Poorly run line, with all mobile orders taking priority over in store customers. I watched them make about 6 mobile orders before mine, that were sent after I had gotten in line. It was strange and a little frustrating. I’ve never had this problem with this location before. I hope management figures out a better system, I know the workers were just doing their jobs.

We came in today, and we ordered 1 plate and 1 bigger plate. As we were waiting in line, I saw a HAIR on the beef and broccoli tray. I told the worker about it and she removed the hair but did not change the entire beef and broccoli tray. Another customer politely asked her to remove that tray and make a new one because it is unsanitary. She removed the tray and asked to make a new one but AMERA (the manager) told her to leave it and she was about to put it back when the worker told her that the entire line knew about it. So instead AMERA told her to just leave it on the side and they never threw the beef and broccoli out. She obviously was going to place it right back after we would leave. Then AMERA messed up our plates and mixed our order and when we tried to tell her about the mistake she gave us attitude and said " yeah I know! I will fix it!" But instead she started putting our entrees into small boxes. Then she asked another coworker to bag it and one of the plates was completely missing 1 entree. At that moment we just decided to leave.

Went on a Sunday evening. The lines were long and online orders kept coming in as well. It seems like they were more worry about packing the online orders first than the walk-in waiting customers. Waited more than 30 minutes until my turn. Also the fried rice were under cooked. The noodles were mostly vegetables because they were getting low. Definitely not going back to this location.

Hair in my food. Said they would replace it but when I came the next day they yelled at me and tried to deny giving me my food. So rude and unprofessional

I use to get great service and good portions. Lately it has gotten worse. No eye contact and no hello’s or thank you’s. And to top it all off the chow main was half the size as normal. Totally disappointed and still hungry. Bummer.

We went there yesterday. I'm not a panda express person I tried it ten plus years ago didn't like it then. My father n law picked it so we went. I knew there was a reason I didn't like it. We ordered food 3 sides they filled the box with two and gave us these tiny boxes with the other side fyi I paid extra for the "bigger" portions. My mother n law order hers 2 side she order two of them. They told qe needed to stand back as they prepared our meals. When it was ready my mother n law went to grab them as the employee said okay here's your order she responded I should have more she then continued to argue with her finally another employee said she should jave another bag the girl say oh here you go 🙄. We weren't impressed and will not be returning.

Horrible customer service. I will not go to this one again. I ordered $92 worth of food and they shorted me my order of 6 chicken egg rolls by only giving me one. I tried to call them twice and they refused to answer so I had to drive there. When I got there they told me I would have to wait for them to be cooked so I had to settle for spring rolls and when I asked to have a small to compensate me for my troubles and gas and they refused after I spent $92 on the food. So rude.

If you only have a 30 m8nute lunch break don't bother wasting your time coming here, they are always slow and this last time I ordered through the app, it said it would be ready in 10 minutes... I ordered , drove over there only to sit and wait another 15 minutes for a orange chicken and power greens bowl... nothing else, a damn bowl of veggies and some chicken. I literally wasted my entire lunch break waiting for this mediocre food. I will 100% not be back to this place and I deleted the useless app. I got to take 3 bites on my drive back to work, put my food in the fridge and clocked back in.

I love panda express, it's one of the few places I tend to frequent wherever I go. So with recently moving, I decided to visit this store as it's the closest to me. Usually I order online but decided to walk in and order. Wasn't particularly busy during the visit, and my order was taken relatively quickly. Brown rice is not available at this store. Unfortunate. I placed my order which included honey walnut shrimp. I tend began to see in each interaction..shrimp falling out of my container. Scoop of shrimp, atleast one fell out. I got chicken dishes next. Shrimp landed on the table. Shrimp landed in the bowl with chicken. At the end of it all, I got 5 pieces of Shrimp and a boat load of walnuts. I'm not one to complain much. Majority of my reviews are positive or neutral at best. But the lack of coordination and then cross contamination of foods is unsafe for those with shellfish allergies. The chicken was not taken out to be replaced. I never got an extra small scoop of Shrimp to replace all the ones that got knocked out. It is just really disappointing to have a place I considered a comfort food be taken out of that spot in my mind.

Massive line of customers waiting to be served and the staff can barely be bothered to do thier job. Only 2 people working behind the counter and they had no sense of urgency or desire to serve anyone. They just looked bored and slow and lazy. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to serve one customer I had to leave. I won't be coming back. And I dont recommend anyone else to either unless you have an hour to waste while the employees finish talking amongst themselves and finally decide to SLOWLY and LAZILY help serve customers. Worst experience I've ever had at panda express.
