Rating purely based on service. Ordering online was fast and easy. The staff inside were very friendly and efficient. As for the pizza itself, well.... It was Domino's, so I wasn't expecting to have my mind blown. It filled my tummy, and for that, met my expectations.

We got what we expected, took a bit, but food was hot and what you expect from Domino's.

Kinda pricey for some entrees but great pizza. Got the veggie. Service excellent . Ready when expected.

It's all right I just find another place that I felt the pizza was better but the Domino's chicken and a salad is better than the other place but I still order from Domino's on occasion

This Domino's Pizza runs with such efficiency that they deserve big kudos! They also service the LW community one night each week and that's a nice convenience.

They always get the order right the first time, which hasn't been my experience at other locations.

Ok spot if your other options aren't feasible. When I asked about specials he only mentioned a regular priced item. I had to pull my phone out and Google the list of true specials. They also did not allow me to use the restroom while I waited. Pizza quality was as expected and time waited was acceptable.

Friendly fast service. Somewhat high cost. Pizza four toppings large hand tossed, tasted good.

Customer service was bad. Just rude young adults. Pizza order was messed up and they did not give me the promotion that is advertised on the commercials. 🤷‍♀️ wont be going back.

We stopped in to purchase a pizza, rather than having them deliver it. They were quick and friendly. We did have to drill them a bit to find out what specials they have. Don't buy a pizza until you find out their specials. We saved $20 because we asked. The pizza is good, but not premium. Though you pay for premium and you get what you pay for.

Ordered a Pepperoni and sausage pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread for pickup. Pizza was dry! No sauce on it!! I didn't order a pizza with no sauce. It was a long day or I would brought it back.

Delivery driver was tailgating, speeding and cutting off other drivers on Seal Beach Blvd south between Plymouth and Westminster. Driving a dark grey Lincoln MK, i couldn't safely keep up with the driver or id post a picture and license plate.

Our go to pizza place no more. My family and I have always ordered dominos for our late night dinner when we have late nights. Last time I was up working late and didn't have time to make dinner so I ordered dominos and I ordered a large half cheese half sausage peppers olives onion pizza and an 8 piece boneless chicken. The employee on the phone said it would be there in 25-30 minutes. Consumed with work time went by and I realized it had been an hour and a half and my stomach was growling. I immediately called dominos to see what had happened, turns out my order had gotten marked as a pick up instead of delivery. I had already paid with card over the phone so they couldn't give it to me for free so instead he would put a note on my account that I would have credit for a free boneless chicken and large pizza for the future and that my order would be at my house in 20 minutes they were making me a new one right away. After hearing this I was totally satisfied they were gonna give me a free dinner for screwing up and I respect that everyone makes mistakes. However, after just now calling dominos to order my free dinner I was only offered 7 dollars off instead of a free boneless chicken and large pizza(I only ordered the chicken and a medium pizza too because I didn't need the large so wasn't even using all they offered me). I explained to the employee what was offered to me and why and that the person I had previously talked to said he would make a not on my account giving me the credit. The employee said there was no note and his manager said he can only give me 7$ off. Extremely upset with this I told him to tell his manager that this was not what I was offered and was very not cool of dominos to do especially to someone that has been a loya customer for so long. So my family and I will no longer be ordering from dominos in seal beach. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else

The prices keep going up and the value/quality keep going down-they are only still in business because they are convienent-on the east coast pizza is well made and inexpensive because there is a mom and pop shoppe on every corner-too bad for us here in California- One think they do fairly well is their Brooklyn style which is better than the rest of their pizza also the Feta and Spinach cheesy bread is quite good especially dipped in their balsamic dressing and I have a soft spot for their warm and chewy marble brownies-its the last things that keep me ordering also the free pizza after 6 orders (which doesn't include the Brooklyn style)

Bad management made me feel discriminated against. Had to cancel my order and they didn’t care that they messed up on the order and had me waiting.

Limited choices for food at last minute on New Year's Eve, so ordered from Domino's.....TOTAL RIP OFF 2 Xtra large pepperoni pizzas $52.96, small order wings $10.99, delivery charge $6.00, tip $10.00. $85.00 for 2 pizzas and wings..... Never again... You got me once but never again..... even if the foods was decent!!!!

To only find the bread by the doors and the bag was kinda used lets say not taped just rolled in a doggy bag style No dips No parmesan No peppers Late bred No feta cheese Messed up pizza And exaggerated wait time

This place will rip you off. Tried to get delivery and my pizzas were almost $45 for 1 large 1 topping and a small 2 topping. Asked what it would cost if I picked it up and it was $22. We are in Leisure World which is one of the largest retirement communities in the country. It seems like they are blatantly overcharging the elderly. No conscience at all

Last time I ordered they called me and said they don't deliver to my address since I'm out of range but that's not true since like I said I'm aways ordering from them. They need better customer service and the agility to work. Next time they pull a stunt like this imma go to corporate on them.

This is probably the worst Dominos I’ve ever ordered food from. Immediately after placing my order online, I called to ask that they make my wings well done and that they make sure the pizza had the garlic seasoning. When I get my delivery, there is NO garlic seasoning on the crust, the pizza is undercooked and chewy and the wings are not cooked well done at all. There was still pink in some of the wings. Don’t order from here.

This place i will never buy pizza again. The pizza looked like it was sitting under the hot lamp for long time. It didnt look fresh at all. It wasnt piping hot it was luke warm. Restaurant have to have safety temperature for food handling. I got sick off there cheese pizza and cheese bread. After 20 minutes i felt so sick i was throwing up for 2 hours and my daughter had the diarrhea she had pizza . I dont recommend this domino's to anyone. My grandma called them and said what happened to me and my daughter the manager didnt care . said ok I'll call other people. The manager said he would call back he never did. That means dont bother me thing my grandma knows the restaurant language. I am very disappointed they tossed my pizza on the porch that us very rude. There suppose to hand it to you. The delivery person wasnt even friendly. Dont waste your money here On top of things No parmesan cheese packets No pepper packets The wait was very long
