I didn't dinner in here for months because I moved far away and I work's all day, then last night I stopped by and dine in, the food was super tasty, the best chicken in town 😋, the employees treat me with respect and helpful, fast service, and I don't care if I needed to drive again more than a hour, I will return there to do business. Thanks to all worker's there, They're Good employees and Thanks Popeyes 😊.

I order on DoorDash quite frequently. Food is always good. Today they were out of what I had ordered through the app. They made substitutions that more than made up for not having what I had ordered through DoorDash. They certainly went above and beyond to make it right. Order with confidence.

Food was nice; chicken was juicy inside crispy outside and room temperature, coleslaw was just above room temperature, red beans and rice was at room temperature. We ordered our food at 1:56PM and received the order at 2:17PM. They had several orders lined up on the counter trying to get food prepared. There seemed to be some structure to the chaos. Employees were very friendly working on several tasks at once. For the prices to be as high as they are you would think that the food would be hot and freshly prepared for 21 minute wait time.

Fairly recently remodeled restaurant. Rather strange location since to get there you basically have to go through a tractor supply parking lot to get there. Service was quick and pleasant. Their layoot is rather cramped but adequate. The chicken and sides were good as were the biskets. Recommend.

My first time eating here. The chicken did not disappoint! Crispy and juicy as advertised, the mashed potato portion was REALLY small... But then there's no reason to do better than the way the industry dictates. Overall it was good and I'll be back, I'll just try a different side order.

Remove items you discontinued off your drive-thru menu. Everything i ordered was "discontinued". I had yo order something i didn’t want. I should have just drove to Chick filet or Canes.

It is unfortunate that this location has been snake-bit for years. Tried the bone-in wings. where do they find chickens this small? This will be anything I order on a return visit. Again, no ice available for drinks. If I didn’t like the food, I would never come back. the staff is polite and helpful, but can’t overcome the poor management of this place.

It would be zero stars if I could. Justification. Online order and payment at 9pm, store is SUPPOSED to be open until 10p. A worker who wouldn't answer the speaker because he was way too high, stated they were closed. When we told him we ordered online he said all they had were chicken thighs and refused to fill our order. He also couldn't refund the order. The online site won't let you speak to a human and when you make it through their bot to have your order refunded, it says they will take 5-7 days. SO.... avoid this store like the plague!!!! I'm pretty sure at this point I'm actually better off because the chicken probably would have made us sick. $23 is a small price to pay for what I found about this Popeyes! You won't be in business much longer with employees like that and the policies you have. Best wishes! 05/19/24. The management seems to have taken these reviews seriously. I've returned 3 times following posting this review and have had the opposite experience. The food was fresh, made correctly, and the wait was very reasonable. Thank you to whomever made need changes. Likewise I'm changing my review.

Drive through service was awful. I had to wait to give my order for 10 minutes and then when the person taking the order starts speaking through the intercom I could not hear or understand her. I had to go to the Drive through window just to talk face to face to put my order in. As I looked through the window into the restaurant I saw all the employees playing around. They were horse playing with one another instead of working. There were cars lined up all around the building waiting for service.

I came through the drive thru and I ordered a chicken sandwich and two sides with fries. When I got it everything was great but the fries were just threw in the bag. No container or fry bag just thrown in floating around the bag with my other things. I thought that was very unusual and have never seen that anywhere before.

Most of the time you will be in and out when using the drive thru. The last time I went to this location I was put on hold at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes and I have never returned. On another occasion I witnessed, through the drive thru window, a team member painting her nails on the serving line. Now if that’s not unsanitary or even unsafe I don’t know what is. Food is great, service is if’y… DEFINITELY WANT TO THINK TWICE IF CROSS CONTAMINATION IS IMPORTANT TO YOU.

The food took quite awhile to get. There were customers waiting and orders that were missed. The chicken was smaller pieces. I'm afraid I won't go back to this Popeyes. The restaurant was very dirty, mops hanging dripping in the hall to the restroom. At the price of your meals... You should want to give better service, and keep the store clean. Sorry!!!

The woman at the counter, she was knowledgeable but being our first time we forgot to order spicy chicken on our order. Wish they offered that on family meals at the time we ordered. All 4 of us that ordered waited for at least 10-15 minutes. There was only 2 in the back doing the orders while the 3rd man I guess just does dishes. While waiting the lamp overhead you could see all the dead bugs in it and dust covering it. The ceiling tiles... several are brown, the vents are nasty and rusted in spots. The floor is in desperate need of actual scrubbing, old food still on the floor. The bathroom for women's is in need of someone that actually cleans the walls, stalls, sink, toilet. It smells. My husband went in to the men's restroom and it was just as awful. So what does that say for what we can't see where the food is prepared. The health department needs to visit this place.

Not a great place to order from. Unless you have nothing to do for the rest of the day or evening. Only reason why I attempt to order there and put up with this unfriendly place is because the chicken is actually Delicious when you do receive it. Don't care much for the staff since they could care less for their customers. Customer service is extremely horrible..

I ordered 2 big boxes and 2 spicey chicken sandwichs. I should have checked it. I got home with NO spicey chicken sandwiches. The boxes had very old fries and small small chicken tenders that were hard. When I tried to call them the phone says that the call couldn't be completed at this time. I tried the number several times.

Slowest drive thru to exist. Cashiers saying they “can’t hear” as you’re placing order. You pull to the window. The cashiers all have earbuds in their ears so no wonder they can’t hear. Manager doing all the work. They’re not concerned about cleanliness and they love being out of product. When you actually get the food it does meet the Popeyes quality. They just lack the care for the customers and brand.

This Popeyes Chicken Location Definitely Needs Help With a Complete Remodeling project. Floors Are Extremely Dirty. They Really need Cleaned Badly. Restrooms Are Disgusting. Last time I was there Went to Use the Restroom Had Wet Stains All Around The Toilet Seat. Floors With Wet Fresh, And Old Stains On the Floor In Front of The Toilet. As far as the Food, Well Chicken Tasted Like it Was From Yesterday. The Employees are very Nice Though. It's Not There Fault. Remodel This Location Please.

The problem with this place is that they are very slow in getting orders out. I don't understand why. They have plenty of chicken cooked up. The dining room is messy. I never saw anyone wipe down the tables while I was in there. I had to wipe down my own table. The inside is also outdated.

AC system was down. It was hot inside. Service was good. Food tasted good. Chicken piece size was bad. I don't think I have ever had a thigh they small. The leg was and breast were tiny. I guess this is how they are saving money now.

Edit: Things have gone down hill since my last review. The last two times I ordered here I received thighs with no meat. Literally just battered and fried bones. DO NOT EAT HERE. Original review: I ordered and paid for the new Spicy TRUFF Blackened Bacon & Cheese Chicken Sandwich and TRUFF Mac N Cheese. I got home with a regular FRIED spicy sandwich, that was so dried out I could barely eat it, and regular mac and cheese. Was not taking it back after the the horribly long drive through wait.

Ordered,paid, and asked to park in front, 10-15 minutes later, I get a bag of food.... The sides were in drink cups, a piece of chicken had feathers on it, and 3 of 5 pieces were thighs, as well as lukewarm... I arrived in the drive through at 950, they said on line that they were open until 11 pm.. after being at the speaker for 2 minutes (without anycars in front of me),I was told that they were only taking orders for door dash... this place is a disappointment. It's the only place in the area, for this food, but always has an issue.. we need better... the employees have some of the worst attitudes and poor service I've seen in this city..

Do not DoorDash. Unfortunately every time I get an email the store has confirmed my order they tell the dasher they do not have my order the first two times DoorDash offered a full refund but anytime after that was just money lost. It’s not updated or remodeling which in these new times makes the experience not so enjoyable thru drive thru or inside the store. It is such a shame because their chicken does have the best breading and their biscuits are a staple.

Last two visits were awful! Waited 20 minutes in line got to speaker to order and was told it would be 20 minutes to get the food, we left instead. This last visit we waited because they said the pies would take 9 minutes which we said ok.....waited longer than 10 minutes and we only got 1 pie when we paid for 2. This was our LAST visit to this location! Too bad as it is one of only 2 chicken places in a reasonable distance from us.

They tend to close the place early. I didn't get an opportunity to buy anything from them cause the staff was told by management to close up and this was at 9:05pm. I happened to catch one of the staff members locking the door as I was about to enter the establishment and asked him why he was locking the door. They're supposed to be open until 11:00 pm. I was very disappointed that not even the drive-thru was open. I really had a craving for Popeye's at the time, too.

It’s absolutely disappointing and honestly sad how lazy and slow the workers choose to be at this Popeyes location. It never fails no matter who serves you, they are completely clueless and will try to do anything they can to make you want to leave. For years the food has been good enough where you look past the awful service, but at this point I decided to say something. If you aren’t waiting 20 minutes behind no one, for one chicken sandwich, then you’re getting the wrong items or told they’re all out of another item. I know for a fact they’re too lazy too prepare enough food for the volume of customers they get, so they do what they can to drive you away. I love Popeyes, and always have, but the level of professionalism they choose to hire seems to always be mediocre at best. Please get your stuff together Popeyes.

Just all around terrible. I had to explain 6 times what I was ordering because the cashier don’t know how to listen. Floor was covered in soda and crumbs throughout the restaurant. After 20 minutes I got my food cold. Ordered spicy tenders and they were mild. Either they don’t know what heat is, or they can’t listen. It’s sad too because I love Popeyes chicken too. Management needs to do something about this.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to . No one in the whole place speaks English! How can you give quality service when you can’t even communicate with your customers!?!? Speaking of service there wasn’t any, never been treated so rude! As far as my chicken sandwich, it tasted like it was cooked in grease that hadn’t been changed in 6 months!! Horrible couldn’t even eat it . I will never be back!!

Every time I got my order is wrong and missing items. When I go back to window to get my items they said well I needed to check my bag like its my fault they messed up. Went tonight before 10 and they are closed when website says 11 pm. Manager was speaking spanish to her employees in front of us, very rude, they spoke english to us. She slammed door in our face when questioned why they closed early. Very bad management. I would have rated this place zero stars.

The workers do not care for the customers always have an attitude I’ve been several times and love the food but it takes forever to get my food cause they will just stand around and talk to eachother but I’ve also noticed the attitude part is a lot of Popeyes all over!.!.

I've gone to this location twice in the last week, and the service was exceptionally slow both times. I sat at the drive thru at least 5 minutes on both occasions before anyone took the time to even acknowledge I was there. On this last visit, the food wasn't even hot when I got it. How could they have a long wait and not have hot food? It seems that the only time there should ever be a waiting period is when they are held up while fresh food is cooking; therefore, everything should be hot. I will NOT be returning to this location.

Ordered through delivery, but received only a portion of my order. I was at work so I was unaware that half the order didn't arrive. The surf and turf had been opened and the shrimp was gone. The cajun fries didn't arrive, but the driver didn't eat the fries from the 3 pc tender. He did however keep the soda. My last $39 dollars spent on this joint

I don’t even know where to start. If I could give it negative stars I would. They have forgot half of my order before. one time a girl told us “you didn’t order that” when everyone in the car heard us ask for the lemonade and heard her REPEAT it back to us. Great service right, doesn’t stop there. No time we have went have we got ice in our drink or an explanation of why there is no ice. And today I placed my order and drove all the way there to be told the list of items on my order they were out of instead of telling me what they do have I was told “we can’t make your order” and that I would have to go online to cancel and get a refund(which the bot was the worst). When I called the store for the support number I was told “i don’t have anything to do with that you’re going to have to go through the app” anyways finally got an email from support and will get refund in 3-5 days :). This location is a literal disgrace to the Popeyes chain. Have never had a decent experience at this location.

Ordered online. Arrived a few minutes after completing order. Went inside and watched as customer after customer was served their food. Waited 15 minutes in store. Asked about my order... they hadn't started it. Bunch of excuses "short-staffed, frier isn't warmed up" but remember I saw several customers enter, irder,and leave with their meals. So none of the excuses hold water. Asked to cancel order, staff said there's no way. Canceled online. Won't be back.

Set in drive through for 15 minutes. No one to take our order. We pull round to pick up window and Lady is handing one car a sack. We sat behind that car for another 5 minutes. We called the store and no one answers the phone. We finally gave up and drove off like everyone else.

Not even worth one star. Went in store because there were about 7 cars in DT. 5 other customers standing around inside waiting on their food. 6 workers and no one was doing any work. All customers were getting furious. My order was wrong, and attitude when I asked for the right one. Chicken was undercooked and got sick the rest of the eve as a result from eating only one piece. Unbelievably horrible food service management. Should scrap the current manager and get rid of all the high employees. Might actually pick up more business as a result. Waste of my time and money.

How does Corporate even let them use their name..?? The coke machine hasn’t been cleaned in forever, I ordered tea, the girls hands were so dirty I cancelled. Two pieces of the smallest chicken in the world. I had asked for spicy, said they were out. Didn’t bother saying they would cook more, it was 4:15 in the afternoon. The floors are unreal, does the health department even know their address?? Close this disgusting hole Down before someone gets really sick !!!!

Went to get those fabulous chicken nuggets. They were out. Thought we might settle for regular chicken. They were out of white meat. It was not inside, the door wouldn't stay closed and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Won't go back. Management needs to read this and get this place put back together, the way your customers expect.

At this point I’m sure corporate doesn’t even care that this is the biggest eye sore in the company. The outside makes it look like it’s out of business. The inside makes you guess as well as the AC is rarely on, the restrooms like like a scene from a horror film and the dining room is never clean. Positives? The food is typically good as long as you have an hour to wait on it and as far as I know, no none has died there.

I used to love Popeyes chicken. Unfortunately the customer service is just non existent. I ordered online and waiting for 5 minutes then another 5 waiting for someone to greet me or ask me why I'm here then waited 5 more so they could make it "fresh", yet everything was cold and felt like it sat in a lightly heated room. I was missing a large fry and had to argue to get my cup that I ordered. My chicken tenders are decent size too bad they're slipping out of the crispy outside. They also gave me normal instead of spicy. A doordasher also came in because the lady forgot to give her the items the person ordered. Overall this place would be fine if the people working cares about anything literally at all.

To begin with people were standing in lobby waiting to order for at least 5 min and no one would wait on us. Then when we finally did get someone the young lady was very rude. Our order was not repeated back to us so I am quite surprised that it was actually correct. The spicy chicken didn't taste very spicy at all. The customer service in this restaurant has gone way down hill. The rudeness is really something that makes a person not want to go back.

If you're open until 10, and I swing through the drive thru at 9:45... I would expect to be acknowledged still. Like, I would get it you don't have everything on the menu... But I'm sitting in the drive thru writing this review and not super pleased about just being ignored (for ~10 minutes). A decent manager also wouldn't appreciate me being ignored.

I've never been to Popeyes but it's always caught my eye on the way home from work every night. Well tonight I decided to come around 1030pm through the drive. No one responded or said hello, so around 1040pm I pulled up to the window and whoever opened the window told me that they were done serving food for the day...... so yay, great first time i guess....

I would have given zero starts if possible. First of all waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with no response. Tried to place our order just to be informed they were out of hot wings (Too late to cook anymore, it was 6pm). Asked to speak to manager he had a different story. He said the people that make them were out of them. However they were advertised and posted everywhere outside including the menu. Such a waste of time and energy. Go anywhere else. The service absolutely sucked!!

This has to be the most poorly run “fast food” restaurant in Grayson county. When you are able to order at the drive thru it takes forever. This time I wait 10 minutes behind 3cars only to be told at the menu that they are only taking DoorDash orders!! Someone please open a new Popeyes location and put this place out of business!

Got popeyes tonight and the chicken was fine. I also got an extra side of fries and they put it in one container so it literally looked like they didn’t even give me two sides of fries. The mac and cheese tasted like dish soap and so did the biscuits. A waist of money if you ask me! Also, I now feel very nauseous like the food was bad or something.

If I could I would give this place a one star.I ordered a 5 pc chicken combo with a sweet tea it took over a hour to arrive on uber eats and the sweet tea was water down. The chicken tasted so plain and under breaded and over cooked.The fries were ICE cold and soggy LEARN TO COOK FOOD PEOPLE.And the biscuit was honestly the best part sadly it was burnt and crispy I don’t know if I will order Popeyes again yall need to learn how to cook and one more thing the price the 5 pc chicken combo was $18 dollars 😡

Went the the drive thru. The diet coke I got with my meal tasted like literal dirt, I'm guessing mildew in the ice machine or dirty soda fountain nozzles. My daughters sweet tea tasted the same. Food was edible but this location needs to do better cleaning their drinks station.

Worst ever experience. Website says they close at 11pm. Pull up at 945pm and the window worker states they are closed and that they threw all the chicken in the dumbter. Manager gets there and I explained that all again then she closed the window and us. Manager needs to be fired and Popeyes needs to do better.. I love Popeyes but this is beyond unacceptable! The window worker stated they clean at 9pm and nothing will be sold as they are cleaning. Get rid of this management as she is rude

I went by last night about 30-45 minutes before close and went through the drive through. I was told that they weren’t taking orders there and that I had to download the app to place an order. I asked again if I couldn’t just order a sandwich (all I was there for), and was told that they were out of the chicken for the sandwiches anyway, so they were not available. Seems like keeping chicken in stock and letting people buy it is pretty much the bare bones basic goal of a chicken restaurant, but this location couldn’t do either.

Went to this location and ordered a large 3 piece spicy meal, when I got home and opened it, it was wings, not my 3 piece combo, I drove all the way back to the restaurant and asked for my food to be remade and a refund for the inconvenience and waste of gas. They refunded me the money but refused to remake the food. Staff was rude and there was no manager in the store. I ended up going to wing stop and for the same price, got better quality food and had a much better experience. Will not be returning.

I ordered the 3pc combo meal supposed to come with a leg thigh and wing. My meal ready they throw it on the counter and said here you go and the box in open up and I had 2 bantam legs and 1 bantam wing so I ask the worker where my thigh was and she said we didn't have anymore thigh so she figured I wanted another leg. Only thing that was good was the Red beans and rice and I want be going back to there establishment.

Y'all need to change the time for Saturday says y'all open till midnight I go to get something to eat get there at 11 o'clock after driving 30 minutes and they say there close where in the web say there open till 12:00 am and sign in the door saying the same thing and cashier tell me that close at 11 every day

Went to order at the intercom and was ignored for 10 minutes and then they attempted to take my order but then told me to wait a moment and never came back for my order for another 15 minutes. Decided to drive to the window and waited another 5 mins and one of the ladies pointed at us to the man and then they both left the area where we couldn’t see them anymore. I hate when fast food isn’t fast and is complicated. The employees here don’t know the menu or how to use a register. The manager isn’t doing her job when orders are out of place and you haven’t seen her try to assist. Dining room was a mess. Not sure if I will be back. One month later same mistake,same manager playing with a child instead of managing and a 18 minute wait inside 8 minute wait in the drive through.

Wow how is this place still in business we went there last night at about 8pm excited it was actually open this time and we ordered 50 worth the food only got about 75% of our order and that was under cooked the red beans and rice where like water with a spoon of rice as well as they flat out forgot our biscuits and our second red beans and rice and didn't put the right sauce on the wings when the greatest part is when you try to call and let them know what a terrible job they did their phone rings twice then goes to a busy signal whoever the owner of this place is should not be owning a business yall are basically scammers and thieves the minute you make it impossible for someone to complain verbally by setting your phone up like you do so you don't have to hear the complaints about the raw chicken that you're serving to children nice job Popeyes

Spent almost $20 for meal and they are stingy on the condiments, my chicken wings are all cold again. Find a better deal where quality is better, and they don't charge all they cans queeze from us on condiments adequate and reasonable for your order. I agree with the other reviews on lo g wait times because they rarely have a stock of food cooked to serve the public.

It took 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and take my app order. After that, they said it would be 12 minutes for the unspicy chicken. They didn’t read back my order and immediately told me to pull up to the window. I waited there for 3 minutes before turning up my music to get their attention. The manager finally asked me to pull forward to wait. From the time I checked in with my name, it took 25 minutes to receive my order. The app also didn’t correctly place my red beans side. I returned the fries that were mistakenly included and asked for my red beans instead. Upon leaving, I mentioned that I should’ve been given the fries as a courtesy for the inconvenience, but that didn’t happen. To make matters worse, the red beans were hard, and the chicken legs were tiny. My sister, trying Texas Popeyes for the first time, said her chicken was dark red and not cooked well. Most of the frustration with this location comes from having to wait too long before even placing your app order, followed by an even longer wait because they rarely have food ready as it should be. While mistakes happen occasionally, the bigger issue is the lack of preparedness and care for timely service.

Every time I have eaten here they are always out of something. They person at the register could barely speak English. I had to repeat my order 3 different times. The chicken was old and dried up like it had been over cooked and then put under a heat lamp for to long. I dined in and, overheard the manager tell another customer that they where out of chicken and, she has to drive to the Anna, TX Popeyes to pick up more chicken. It would be 2 hours before she could get what ever it was he ordered. All of the tables had been ate at and, not cleaned. The drink machine was out of order and, all they had to drink was Coke and, Sprite. Worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes.

This restaurant needs a new Manager! I cannot blame the employees because a Manager should be Aware of how their store is ran! This store NEVER has enough food in stock! The line is always a minimum 30 minute to an hour wait! When you order door dash or Ubers eats they pick up the order as if they are making it and NEVER have I once gotten a completed order! They have the driver wait to then tell them they are out! You area a restaurant!! It is very disappointing and this company needs to focus on their Sherman Location!!!

Asked for regular tenders, got spicy bone in chicken. Asked for sweet tea, got stale unsweetened and they were out of coleslaw. They were more interested in hanging out in the parking lot with their boyfriend than taking care of the customer. Will NOT be back

This place is horrible. Staff is rude, quality of food is horrible. Lady at the counter could not understand English, messed my order up twice (I suspect on purpose because I asked her to pay attention to me instead of worrying about the conversation off to her right - in Spanish), and the chicken was over cooked and dry. Avoid this place at all costs, a great Popeyes has opened in Anna tax, just a short drive south on 75.

This is one of the worst Popeyes ever!!! Employee have no customer service experience at all.. RUDE.. They take forever on orders and the only person responsible for that is the GM in not coaching her staff and training them properly. The drive-through is the slowest I've ever been to in my entire life. I'm writing this review as I'm still waiting in line to get my chicken scene which and up already been waiting 20 minutes. WHY DID I DO THIS?

COPS WERE CALLED!! Lied about the order. I called to complain and was told I can't get a name of who was rude on the phone and then she hung up on me. Went there to get a refund with phone in hand to record. They refused to give me a refund and called the cops saying it is illegal to record only to find out I was well in my right. They still refused refund and said I was trespassing so had to leave. I have never been to a worse run establishment in my life. Will be seeking legal advice.

We ordered the 16 piece chicken only. Regular and spicy. Absolutely the worst chicken I ever had. Very small pieces. We were so disappointed. It's been years since we have been there, the inside tables were all dirty, trash on the floor. We will not be back. I'd rather get our chicken at Albertsons next time.

The sidewalk is black and greasy,the entrance door was filthy and very greasy and nasty,the restroom was very unsanitary and nasty,the employees don’t even speak English and the chicken is supposed to have cayenne pepper to flavor in with Cajun spices instead the put Tabasco sauce on the chicken which tasted badly, the service was very slow someone needs to do an overhaul of the restaurant in Sherman Texas we won’t be back sorry for the crappy review but it’s all true

Claudia owes me $52.60. She's the manager who made my disabled mom wait over 20 minutes for spicy chicken.. After bringing it back home to Denison, it was in fact, original chicken.. She drove back to the store. While she did that, I called. It took 13 calls to get someone to answer, and when Claudia did finally answer, she cussed me out and said to bring the chicken back and they would refund. This was 4 days ago. It's been 48 hours passed the time they said it would be refunded. I've escalated this and found out it's independently owned. So they got the food back and kept the money....

Came into my local drive thru of Sherman, TX 1/16/26 to pick up an online order. Wasn’t ordering much except a 4pc and 2 lg sides. Well at 10 minutes til the lobby closes(DRIVE THRU is 12am) I wasn’t greeted with a hello or anything just a rude young lady saying we are closed. When I asked why it says midnight she said that’s a question for my managers but she stated she was a manager. I said well I’m just picking up an order and gave my name she proceeded to tell me that she got it but she won’t be able to make it. I asked why again and she said bc they threw all the food out… 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE on a Friday and it says yall don’t close until 12am. So I asked how do I get refunded bc it was not my money she shut the window in my face! The GM name is Claudia and I’m just disgusted with how this young lady acts and is supposed to representing Popeyes! DO BETTER

Went to order today 11/1/2025 at 14:00 Was greeted by the guy in back then by the female crew person. Then they went about their business talking and doing whatever. There was on customer in lobby who received his food then the crew person went back to chatting. The other guy had just handed the food out to the ONLY car in drive thru. The place is good, the guy who took the order was very polite but we went 9:30 the door was locked and the employee saw me trying to open the door and she turned the other way even though the lobby was supposed to open till 10 and they said 6 minutes for my food and it took 18 and they forgot my Mac and cheese

I asked if we could purchase a side of pickels and the guys like arguing with ne saying they cant give our pickles but we normally order it that way and its never been a issue. Do I really need to put something down here? Popeyes is known for their terrible service and this location is probably top of the list in that bad service category. The food is great don't get me wrong, IF they have it in stock and/or ready, which as you guessed it, is never. Take your time and your money and go elsewhere if you're planning on going through the drive-thru or walk in and order. Online might be bad too, but I wouldn't know,

Placed a mobile order that was to be ready at 6:35. There were 2 cars in line ahead of me when I arrived at 6:35. I was informed that my order would be a while because they had to cook the chicken. I finally got my order 20 minutes later. When I questioned what took so long the employee told me I should’ve just left. Never going here again.

This is the most pathetic form of service. Got absolutely scammed on the “tenders”. Paid for extra dipping sauce and didn’t receive. I guess due to the playoffs going in in the NHL they’ve become inspired to create hockey puck biscuit. Straight up sorry. I’m expected to pay for a service and they didn’t hold up their end of the deal. Never going back. Ill just upload some pictures from the kitchen. Nasty place! Especially the mold in and around the soda fountain.... The rusty box cutter they use to open food with, nasty pans, the rack the cooked chicken sits on is rusted. The manager allows them to cook fish and shrimp with the. Chicken/fries/pies all in same fryer. This place is going to get somebody sick!!! I was let go because Me and managers would argue about these things. And anytime I spoke out about health risks and we can't do certain things she would say " But we have to make the sales" we can't keep customers waiting" and That I was wrong. Its not cross contamination! Yes it is. Whenever you put two different food groups togther and or cook them together yes it is! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!
