Food is good. Makes me miss the location we had in my town, but happy this is only 15mins away. The service was excellent when I went in to pick up my order. Everyone was hard at work and there was only a small wait, about 5 mins, before I was able to leave with my order.
Ordered extra extra sauce and they nailed it to perfection. Don't know who made my pizzas but give them a raise.

DoorDash delivered the wrong order. I had mine Scheduled for 6.. they delivered two pizzas wings and bread sticks at 5:40. I called they still had my order in the kitchen. He said DoorDash asked for my order. He called about 6:15 and asked for my address remade the whole order because DoorDash never picked it up again..
Best I have had in a while, everything was hot and ready! Very fresh and delicious!! Definitely coming back soon!!!

Called in my order. Pizza was ready shortly after I arrived. I spoke with Emily. She was so sweet and fun to visit with. She was very polite and got my pizza to me as soon as it was ready.
I placed an app order for lunch on Friday, 8/29/25. Only one woman was working. No one else in the whole store. On a friday. At lunch. Insane right? Orders were flying, and so was she. She was killin it. I'm sorry to say i didn't get her name, but she deserves a raise. She earned it today. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

I asked for the peperoni to be in the shape of a 50. They said yes of course and I tipped really well. They didn't do it. All they had to say was no. Disappointed but pizza was good.

The delivery guy was very nice. The ordering experience was completely opposite. I ordered $50 worth of pizza for delivery and gave a generous tip. They hung up on me after charging the full amount to my card. I called back and said hey it's not cool to charge somebody and then hang up on them and I could hear the manager, who is apparently named BJ screaming in the background to hang up but thankfully the guy stayed on the phone and I got my order. Thank you to the people who made it happen despite BJ literally screaming in the background telling them not to.
Ordered the Holiday Box and it was a complete disappointment. The food didn’t even come as advertised. The cheese pizza was burnt, the breadsticks were hard as a rock, and every single sauce we PAID for was missing. The manager offered a credit for the sauces, but that does nothing for me because I do not plan on ordering from here again. Delivery drivers should double-check orders before leaving so customers aren’t stuck with missing or incorrect items. And don’t even get me started on the $4.99 delivery fee for this kind of service. Do better.

I saw roaches and I found hair in my food twice now I tried and tried to give them more chances but they can’t seem to do anything right the only thing they get right is the drinks when they actually give it to you
Update 12/20/24: called in and ordered the same pizza i get every freaking weekend. To the point the mgr has written my order down for ALL staff to see, and not only was it wrong when I got there, I waited for him to remake it and he did it completly wrong again!!!!!!!!!!!!! Incompetence!!!! You want me to forgive you cause you had a hard night, so whats the excuse for the second pizza being completly wrong????? You just don't care!!!!! There is NO CONSEQUENCE for doing a bad job anymore. This will destroy this company. 8/13/24 i ordered off the APP so unless they can't READ there is no excuse to get ONE pizza wrong! Waited 25 min after ordering it and drove 45 min home all to discover it was WRONG. I ordered NO SAUCE it was COVERED in sauce and the wrong crust!!! Can't trust ANYONE to take pride in their job anymore!!!! Update: I called and was put on hold for 3 minutes when I asked for the manager but she came in and agreed to replace my order the following day (I wasn't driving 2 hours for a pizza).... picked it up today without issue and it was great! I upgraded my rating to a 3. Shouldn't have happened and I will give them another chance. After all, I came to them becsuse Little cesars could care less if they got it right.
Paid 45 dollars for one large supreme pizza very little toppings and pizza sauce the other pizza was a pepperoni pizza very little sauce I could of what to Walmart and got better pizzas
My husband placed a curbside order about 15 minutes before I left work. I probably got there about 10 or so minutes later. I waited for another 15 before I decided to walk in and ask about the order. I was told they were waiting on one more pizza, so I went back to my vehicle to wait. I waited another 25 minutes before getting fed up and walking in to get my order. I was there for probably 45 minutes for an order that had been placed 15 minutes before I ever left work. First, I understand busy, but it shouldn’t have taken so long to get 2 pizzas and some bread sticks. It doesn’t anywhere else. Second, if curbside is not something this location offers, it shouldn’t be an option. This is the second time I’ve ordered curbside from this location and had to go in to get my order.
Please learn how to cut all the way through when slicing the pizza.
Pizza was horrible!!!! I have had better pizza at a gas station. Was over cooked beyond belief. Definitely will not be giving them anymore buissness. I'll pick up a Red Barron pizza from the Dollar store before I order pizza hut again!
I had a friend that just picked up my pizza and its disgusting! It has some kind of seasoning about and inch thick on it. I cant even eat it..... its so bad! and I live to far away to just take it back. So disappointing when your at work and cant leave and receive this!
Let me start by saying we haven't had Pizza Hut in YEARS, it's gone down hill but we thought we'd give it a shot, we are new to Texas so what the heck. Now, I get it, we live in Silsbee, too far. We ordered on Uber Eats because you don't deliver to where we are in Silsbee( no one does without a 3rd party platform like Uber Eats), again too far so it's our only option. BUT if you're not going to use the platform you signed up for as you would for your other deliveries closer to the store that you're doing on your own REMOVE your location from it! We ordered from Uber Eats last night, at 7:08pm, estimated delivery time 7:45-8:15pm. OK no big deal, we live in Silsbee, I get it, it takes a minute, we we're tired from yard work, remodeling our house, just life in general, didn't feel like cooking or driving to get food. We have an Uber One Membership might as well use it. Ordered the Ultimate Hut Bundle and a triple chocolate brownie, easy enough. One pizza was pretty much a supreme but we selected our own toppings to get all we wanted, the other meat lovers, both hand tossed, both with EXTRA CHEESE (at an extra cost), Cajun dry rub chicken nuggets (you take the bone out, it's not wings, it's a nugget!), bacon and cheese breadsticks and ranch. Time goes by and all it says is preparing our order, so we keep doing things around the house we were doing, an hour goes by same thing. I tell my husband maybe I should call and check, he says no, it's Sunday, it's coming, give it time. An HOUR goes by, still NOTHING, I told my husband I could have went there and back by now. He said to call. Well I call and can't get through. FINALLY, TWO HOURS later our order is on the way. It was not delivered until 9:31pm! Now to top it all off not only did the order that was supposed to take about an hour and 10 minutes take over TWO HOURS to get to us, it was cold! NO FAULT of the Uber driver, he tried. You could tell the pizzas had just sat there until they got COLD, plus we had our eyes glued to the app, after the first hour with no movement on our order. They took their sweet time making our food and then forgot about it I guess, it sat so long before being picked up, it got cold, chewy and dried out. Not only that the order instructions weren't even followed, there was no EXTRA CHEESE that I PAID FOR, the hand tossed crust which is supposed to be according to the website a lighter, airier, and thinner crust compared to their signature pan pizza, often brushed with a garlic-buttery flavor, which it was NOT, it was thin and dense and chewy and almost like thin crust. And all the bread taste like cinnamon and we ordered NOTHING cinnamon related! The chicken was chewy, the breadsticks were somewhat edible and the brownie was a whole chunk of brownie, not even cut, and they gave us a plastic knife to cut it OURSELVES, even Domino's cuts their cookie/brownie for you. NEVER AGAIN! Now I know why we haven't had Pizza Hut for years and won't have it again. ONE EXPERIENCE has left such a bad taste in our mouths that we're done with Pizza Hut. Back to Domino's we go! Happily! **noted** the picture is only after we forced ourselves to eat what we had because we had no choice, you can't return Uber Eats orders. The before and after looked exactly the same.
My order wasn't correct. I wasn't offered a full refund but only half. I wanted a supreme pizza which should include all ingredients however there is 2 different supreme pizzas. I got little sauce on 1 pizza and no sauce on the other pizza. I won't give pizza hut my business any longer
