On a recent visit, the steak and eggs breakfast was a standout. The steak was cooked just right—tender, juicy, and well-seasoned, pairing perfectly with the two sunny-side-up eggs. The home fries were golden and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and loaded with bits of onions and bell peppers for extra flavor. The dish also came with thick slices of toasted bread, fresh and perfect for dipping into the eggs. To go along with the meal, the hot tea service was a nice touch—presented with a small pot, assorted tea bags, honey, and lemon. It gave the breakfast a cozy, personal feel that elevated the experience beyond a standard diner meal. The service was quick and attentive, with staff making sure coffee cups and tea were topped up and checking in just enough without being intrusive. The retro diner decor adds to the charm, and the overall vibe is warm and welcoming. If you’re craving a solid, old-school breakfast in Simi Valley, Beeps Diner delivers both quality and comfort. The steak and eggs are well worth ordering.

Their To-Go boxes are reusable! Had a great experience at Beeps, they weren't to busy so it was nice and relaxing. They played great music and the food portions we big! And at the end they gave us reusable, microwave and dishwasher safe to-go boxes. Which was totally cool. Cant wait to go back and bring my parents here to try it out!

Drove up from West LA specifically for this diner because I am working through a list of all diners in LA County and I’m happy to say that I had a great experience at Beeps. The menu is one of the largest menus I’ve ever seen and inside is a true retro 50s style diner. It’s a blast from the past and somewhere that would be fun for someone of all ages. Parking is also extremely easy because it’s in a shopping center that has tons of free parking surrounding the restaurant. Everything that we ordered arrived quickly and our server was very polite. He stopped in and checked on as many times. We started off with a Cinnamon Roll, which was absolutely gigantic. It would be enough for four people to split and we hardly could finish it, but we both really enjoyed it. It was a great treat to start the meal. For my breakfast, I chose the California Eggs Benedict and honestly really liked it. The eggs were done exactly as I like them and the hollandaise was especially good. The portion size was large and the price was fair so I would highly recommend this place to anyone searching for a great diner or breakfast option.

Atmosphere is better than most restaurants due to the fact that atmosphere is 1950s style. The food was excellent and the menu has a wide variety of items: from an Alaskan cod Burger to a Monte Cristo. The portion size for the garlic fries and pies are very generous. To my shock, when first reading the menu I realized the prices were not affected by inflation. Despite getting 5-ish items the bill was hardly expensive. The Alaskan cod burger was 5.99! For a diner! That's a great deal! This restaurant alone, has made me appreciate and diners a lot more--especially if they're 50s' themed.

I waited 30 minutes on Saturday at 11am.l for a party of 4. Walk in and have your name written down at the host stand, they will give you an estimated time. It was pretty accurate! Once we were sat down, the service was great! My friend and I got many coffee refills without having to ask. The breakfasts we ordered were all good! Some plates are shareable. I would not get the hollandaise sauce again, but everything else on the menu is delicious and worth the price. I would definitely revisit when I'm in the area.

Diner eating. No frills, just good eats. Went as they were open later in relation to other restaurants in the area. Everything was so good, we ended up going for breakfast the next day. Both servers we had were really nice and attentive. They have updated their prices but they are very reasonable. The pepperoni fries, the kids devoured. The french toast was delicious with walnuts and caramel. Pancakes were great too.

Good American diner food. Really enjoyed the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Chili cheese fries were also great-- Chili was not overpowering and I loved the addition of sauteed onions. My grandson loved the grilled cheese-- thick cheese layer. Clam chowder was also creamy and savoury. Staff were kind and courteous.

The atmosphere, service, and vibes were absolutely perfect. I loved all the neon lights and 50's characters scattered throughout the building. We came on a busy Saturday afternoon and got sat in 30 minutes as described. Was quite disappointed that the "authentic mexican" food wasn't great, but it's a diner with over 500 items on the menu!

The food was good. But the menu was a little overwhelming. With so many options, it's great that's there's something for everyone. But it takes away from what they specialize in. I couldn't figure out if it was the food or the atmosphere that attracted people. I wasn't sure what to order, so I asked for help. The servers were great at offering suggestions. I tried their pizza fries, which I was told was a bit popular. But I wasn't impressed. While they tasted good and had a nice flavor, the sauce is soaked up by the fries, making them very soggy. I personally preferred their garlic fries instead. However, there was nothing special about those either. They tasted just like any other garlic fries. But the fried zucchini was pretty good. Overall, I didn't mind the experience. If I was around the area again, I wouldn't mind stopping by.
