The older woman who works there, a brunette, spoke to me very rudely when I asked for an iced coffee with milk. She wanted to give it to me in a small to-go cup, but with the ice already inside, instead of giving me a separate glass with the ice. I told her I didn't want it then and gave her a very reasonable explanation: if you put the coffee with milk directly in a cup that's smaller than usual, it's like buying a cortado. To which she replied that the way I was doing it made the coffee more expensive for her... It was incomprehensible no matter how you look at it, and the service was awful. She was rude and arrogant, on top of charging me 2 euros for the coffee.

Very bad service, they asked me for a covid passport and there were more than 10 young people who arrived after me and not one of them asked for a covid passport, after that I asked for hot coffee with milk and he gave me milk from the bottle and got angry because I told him it was hot, he wanted to heat it in the microwave and I told him no because it is not the same the coffee loses its flavor and I got angry and said that my look had disrespected him, I look at him however I want and I told him and as long as he doesn't say offensive words to you, he didn't disrespect you, he told me I came from the jungle and that I shouldn't be such a DUMMY and that I should get my bearings, it seems to me that working in a cafeteria is very lacking, whether it's the owner or even more so if she's an employee. I'm not giving it a 0 because the app doesn't allow it. Wow, people working face to face with the public and racists above all, put up a sign that says only Spaniards and Catalans can enter so we avoid both them and us.
