I had went Thursday night to get some crazy puffs because I had saw it on the ad. I work in a pizza place and I get how it can be to get orders last minute therefore I checked what time they close and it closes at 11. It was 9 pm when I went, so it was nearly 2 hours before closing. My husband and me had got off to get a pizza and some crazy puffs. To begin the guy looked very annoyed that we had walked in and he took our order but gave us breadsticks instead. I had told my that they weren’t what we were supposed to get and he said it was fine because he wanted some anyway. So he went back inside to ask for what he originally asked for. The employee was mooping the floor as he was talking to him and proceeded to say that “they don’t make them anymore.” That to me was ironic because it was literally on their menu and promoting the new cheese puffs. It just shows how lazy the employee was. I get that it takes time to make them but he could have simply said that it would take a while to make rather than lying and saying they don’t make them anymore. I just found it incredibly rude with his body language and not wanting to prepare something before closing and mopping with no sign. Honestly worst service.

I ordered four pizzas ($50): two pepperoni with extra cheese, and two with everything on it. The two with "everything on it" was missing jalapenos, and the other one missing green peppers!! They were passible, but BARELY. But the pepperoni pizzas were absolutely TERRIBLE! They were about as thin as a pencil, with hardly any cheese! Definitely did not have "extra cheese" as they advertise! My son and wife (and me) ate three pieces RELUCTANTLY, but the rest we tossed to our dogs and cats! That will be the last time buying pizza there!! 👎🏻👎🏻🤦🏻‍♂️

Service is really bad. If u request a classic pizza they make all the excuses to sell u what they want or wait 15-20 min. And if u ask for crazy puff u have to wait 30 min . I understand is a busy place but they always make excuses. Place is getting worse.

This place is very unprofessional, it was barely 830pm and they were already cleaning up to close early plus they had the radio full blast you couldn't what they were saying to you while taking your order.

At 10 they said we’re out of pizzas & said they were no longer making more. So why close at 11 if you’re no longer serving after 10?

First time coming to this location. Mobile app 💯 Customer service 0% I asked for plenty napkins because we were eating in the car, and she gave me 3. I asked for a little bit more and she gave me 3 more, I then told the lady I’m not to sure if she heard me but I need lots of napkins because I was eating in the car she said oooohhh and gave me 4 more! Like if their napkins where so absorbent Premium Paper Napkins 😂

As a regular customer never did I have a problem before here till the past 3 months. I place my orders online to avoid the line and just come and pick it up and leave right away, but for some reason the manager who has been in charge lacks completely of management (this only happens at night). Apparently every time that I have placed an order he always comes up with the lame excuse that either the oven is not working or that the order is made wrong because they didn’t read the ingredients. I hate to write bad reviews but this has been constantly happening to me. I would take my service elsewhere but this is the closes one I have.

Ew the simplest pizza they cant even make . Ordered the extramost bestest pepperoni. And this is supposedly it. Burnt crust on bottom and not alot pepperoni Just go to the one down by north loop and socorro. Will not come back to this one

If could go lower I would. Out of 10 times being here due to location is close to home they have gotten order correct 1 time. The rest even when I call in and go in restaurant they always tell me they don't have my order I will literally call them while in sitting area and they tell me I'm not there. Then when they find order it is never right. I'm not racist but you need to get someone that understands English to answer phone this is ridiculous.

Truly disappointed with today’s service. I paid for 2 thin crusts and 2 stuffed bread at 6:37pm. Was told it would take 8 minutes. I back in after about 10 minutes and the cashier looks dumbfounded and kept trying to look for receipts on his machine. He then told me it was going to be a bit longer. After another 10 minutes he then calls my name. I go to the counter to get my order and he asks me to wait. He was asking his coworkers for the receipt that had my name. Both employees shrugged and I was asked again what I had ordered. When I placed the pizza in my car I opened up the stuffed bread to see very brown (burned). I went back in to ask for an exchange. The cashier (Nikola) shook his head as he opened the bread. “It’s not burned, I’ll exchange it this one time but it’s not burned.” I asked him if he did not see how brown it was, “I’ve never had bread be this burned. It has never looked like this.” To which he responded, “well it’s bread, it’s going to burn.” The bread he replaced the previous 2 with was still burned (not as bad as the previous 2.) I did let him know I waited 23 minutes when I was told my order would take 8 minutes only to receive burned bread and terrible customer service. He was very dismissive. (I did not take pictures of the first set of stuffed breads.)
