Sonoma J i Box 1man by hisself was running drive thru and folks eating inside. He did a wonderful job taking care of everyone @ around 6pm. Very few places to eat in sonoma during fire. We were very grateful!!

Two tacos for a dollar. Exiting the drivethru is kind of a hassle because if you don't exit just right the bottom of your front bumper might scrape on the road. Inside it's roomy and clean.

It's fast food - you get what you pay for. Chicken strips are crunchy outside and tender inside. Churros smell like Disneyland!

I wasnt very hungry. my home town's jack in the box is straight poop! i wasnt really willing to eat the tacos from here because of the fact that they always just have some weird after taste. Anyway i had two tacos and they actually were good! They Didnt have some weird taste this just shows how bad our jack in the box is.

I'm upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4. I shouldn't condemn the restaurant just because it's a fast food restaurant. Within that category of restaurants, the Jack in the Box in Sonoma is a fine restaurant indeed.

Update: I did end up going back there a couple times...I guess the main concern would be that it is unpredictable. Will never go to this Jack in the Box again, perhaps any Jack in the Box. Food was not edible. My husband, 7 year old son, and myself all threw out the majority of our food, and had to go home and eat dinner instead.

I asked for curly fries but they gave me regular fries. They took while to get my foodm was on time limit so didnt bother fixing. Food was otherwise good

Bathroom is closed. The breakfast bagel is really good. Large coffee is about a medium size anywhere else.

Sourdough sandwich was not made to my expectation. Usually the Sourdough should be nice and crispy like a toast but I found it to be quite soggy. Staff may just need better training on how to prepare that sandwich but to me the Sourdough sandwiches are part of what make Jack in the Box great

When did fast food get so expensive!? 3 combo meals upgraded to curly fries was almost $60!!

Food was good, but the wait in the drive thru was a bit long, and the staff was not super friendly. Prices are kind of high for a fast food restaurant though.

The cashier was rude & when we got home discovered that one of the boxes was wrong. So we had to make an extra trip to return the box and get the right one. In the meantime the rest of our order got cold.

Usually you guys get 5 stars for great food & great service.... But the last few times i've ordered the food was made very sloppy and with no care. I just ordered Tacos & A Stacked Grilled Cheese Burger - The Tacos were amazing as always - BUT The burger came very cold not grilled, no lettuce, no mayo,, the cheese just looked like it was thrown in there... seems like nobody has work ethic anymore, quite often when I get late night craving and think I'll go to jacks place is lite up but no one will take my order, sometimes as much as 45 min. before close. if job is to sell food? then where is anybody? very frustrating

The quality of any "fast food joint" is poor, in my opinion . Their beef& potatoes are from big Ag businesses whose practices are more than a little suspect & of course the sodas are all garbage. I think that it's shameful what these places charge for inferior products & the power they have over the food industry & the growers & the beverage industry. They are all making us a sicker society overall ....obesity,diabetes, heart disease etc are what you get from eating their food on any kind of a regular basis. The sodas are all full of high fructose corn syrup which if you do any reading you know how bad that is for us . These places have contributed to childhood obesity more than anything else in our society & that includes most of the chain pizza places & Subway franchises...they use plastic in their bread products for ease of making buns and/or pizza dough. I don't think that there's a Dr. anywhere who would tell you that any of these products are good for you.

They never seem to get an order correct! Always have to go back! There are much better tasting Jacks out there! This one is mediocre to bad! Wouldn't recommend! Labomba taco truck is way better!

How are you gonna have a sign that says "It's not too late. Add on at the window" and then tell me I can't add to my order? The level of laziness displayed by your employees is ridiculous.

Sat in the line for a good amount of time, the customers ahead of me were given small bags (assuming their orders weren't very "special")...on arrival, the representative did not respond with a greeting but the price of the order...made payment in which the receipt was handed over and the rep walked off in to the kitchen area...short time later, the rep returned with a bag and asked "want any ketchup?" (Ketchup???)I said no thanks, the bag was handed over & the rep departed the window...very customer service...when i opened my bag after i had reached my destination, found my monster taco was one sided (all of the interior of the taco, which was very little was to one side) and my sandwich had cheese on it...it was slightly disappointing...the order was simple...as another customer has stated, find a different location for food...i believe my visits to Sonoma fast food chains has come to an end...

They close most nights at 12:15, I've been several times and only twice out of like 10 times were they open at 12:30 or later like it says.

they mess up my order about 3 out of every 4 times I go in. I order off the menu and i'm always polite. I go months without eating there and think things might be different but I'm usually wrong. the worst jack in the box I've ever been to.

No guests inside and 3 cars in the drive thru and it took us 20 minutes to get our food inside on Friday night . No manager on duty and all the employees where arguing with each other . The woman running drive thru kept yelling at the cooks in back , just rude and shouldn't be tolerated in the public eye ..

Staff was very rude, I've been there a few times and every time I go there I think it might bead different staff but nope!!! Still rude people with an attitude. Maybe they should get a different job if they don't like dealing with people on a daily basis.

I love jack in the box. But i am getting tired of them asking what i would like and them always getting my order wrong. Im fed up with this. I always think it will be different and sadly this is the only jack in The box i have in my town. listen and or read to the orders you are given. Its not that hard.

We got a response of the girl who took the order was new and when told to check she did not and just said yes. That was it, nothing was offered or even attempted to make it right. Past times they have forgotten things that we have ordered. Not very good customer service on their part.
