Went last week as I was having a bad day and wanted to try something new. I hadn’t tried this place before only seen it. Kim the cashier who attended me was fantastic she helped me picked a delicious dish that I just loved. It’s been a week and I’m still grateful for her great service I had to write about.

Quick friendly service; they made a mistake with my order but there was no issues in getting it fix. Please have menus available on the countertop and maybe on the condiments table too? The TV constantly changing of menu items is confusing. Delicious food.

First time here. Tried #1 which is the hawaiian chicken. It seems like boneless chicken thigh grilled in teriyaki sauce. Comes with 2 scoops of white rice, 1 scoop of macaroni salad, and veggies. I substituted 1 scoop of rice with cabbage. Chicken - tender, decent flavor. 3/5 Cabbage - needs salt. 3/5 Macaroni salad - 4/5 I tried the new fish they are promoting and the flavor is on point!!! Didn't really care for the chicken.

We love Ono because it’s easy to grab lunch for our staff as we are neighbors. Food is always great and we probably get takeout 2 to 3 times a week from you guys and we spend about a $100 each time. Service has been good not great, but this time the young lady helping us went a little over board. Now, our order was for 6 people and we asked for hot sauce she gave us a handful and we did asked for a bit more and she handed some more. When we asked for a little bag for our teriyaki sauce she make an, “ummmmmm” sound as if we had inconvenienced her in some way. I know sauces are complementary, but we did order about $100 worth of food. I hope this is not something that is permitted to happen because we want to continue to get food from you guys.

I like me some Ono. Great food. I prefer the chicken and shrimp but everything is quite good. Location is busy but it works sometimes. I wouldn't pick this location if you hate traffic. Best times to go is when the shops close late in the afternoon. The staff is young and energetic, it gives it great atmosphere.

Not friendly, not attentive and restaurants had mosquitos everywhere.

This is beyond inexcusable! Got severed RAW CHICKEN! I ordered one mini katsu for my child and one katsu plate and both had PINK with BLOOD and really GLOSSY. The manger told me they have been having problems with this katsu chicken that comes already breaded, and in my head I'm like then stop serving the food. Another thing the bothered me was that I asked him "so why don't you guys check the chicken before serving it raw"? His answer " We can't check the chicken". Might as well cook and serve me the plate with a blindfold on. Will never be coming back to Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Hopefully we don't get sick because we took a couple bites.

Food was raw and nasty. I never do this but I literally feel like throwing up of how nasty it was. The chicken katsu was pink.

This place always gets my order wrong whether it’s busy or I’m the only customer in there. I ask to have no macaroni . They do the exact opposite they don’t give me any vegetables or rice and only macaroni. This is the third time this has happened. This time I went in there was a worker crying in the corner and when she came back to work she was very rude. Even to her coworkers. All the other locations I have been to have been great.

Anyways im like ok i order and to top it off shes like its gonna be to go ok.. i ask why?? Ohh were getting ready to close. What its 745 you guys close at 9?? She just remained quiet? What service is this?? No wonder its always empty.. i will not return..

Real horrible service. I had ordered catering for my son's birthday. I had given a time that I was going to pick it up and paid in full. I get the the restaurant to pick up my order, and it turns out that my order was never made. Whe the cashier ask the cook about the order, the cook only said that nobody told him about my order.The cashier Angelina was rude by telling me to move to the side because she needed to take the order from the lady behind me. I had to cancel my order and try to find where to buy food to feed my invites. When I cancel my order, the cashier only ask if I was sure I wanted to cancel. Very rude customer service and unprofessional.

The food was great but the service is awful. Valerie the cashier has no manners for customer service and worse of all she keeps flirting with the cooks so they are no working as they are supposed to. They took 18 minutes to serve my food when there was only 1 customer before me. Trust me, they need to have a manager on site.

I work in the restaurant industry and I love this places but when I walked in and observed Marlene going from cleaning her noise to taking my order to bagging orders without washing her hands grossed 🤮... the only reason why I did not cancel my order was because she did not touch my food... Food safety is the most important thing in a restaurant and team his not following it!!!

I work in the restaurant industry and I love this places but when I walked in and observed Marlene going from cleaning her noise to taking my order to bagging orders without washing her hands grossed 🤮... the only reason why I did not cancel my order was because she did not touch my food... Food safety is the most important thing in a restaurant and team his not following it!!!
