The food taste bestest at this Panda Express! I've tried a lot of place and this one is the best hands down. Nice manager and workers. The food is awesome. Not over cooked and taste fresh.

Food is satisfactory, could be warmer. I was very pleased with my meal. Workers were energetic and nice. Frequent eater and have never had any issues. Definitely very clean.

Fast and fresh from the drive thru. Entrance and exit not very wide if 4 cars in line you cant drive past to park. The 3 item dish not worth it, they give you a small box on the side for the third item. The teriyaki was good but no sauce. I didn't ask for plain chicken. The mixed veggies were broccoli. Not much mix there.

I am not happy with the manager of this location. I placed an online order for pickup. When I went to pickup my order, using an email address that I only use for that, and showed her the email with the confirmation on it. She then questioned me further by asking for the phone number on the order. I don't like to be asked a 2nd time if it is my order when I show you the proof for my order. You give the customer their food.

Out of all the days we have come to this location I have never been disappointed even in the slightest. Today however there was a drive through line all the way out to the main street, and a slew of online orders steadily coming in. I get that you all are busy but if you have a line of people that goes to the door and you dont acknowledge us at all thats an issue. Thankfully nobody was just standing around doing nothing, but there was people walking in saying their orders were wrong and no clear order to the madness. We ended up leaving after waiting for about 15 minutes due to not having any guidance as to how long the wait would be. Like I said usually really great, but avoid if you are looking for dinner plans on a Sunday I guess.

The wait time was average. I wanted fried rice, orange chicken and the honey walnut shrimp. The shrimp wasn’t immediately ready so I had high hopes for hot and fresh. Well it was way closer to cold than hot, as you can see in the picture as it wouldn’t even melt the sauce. The serving sizes on the proteins are also small for the price you pay. The orange chicken was also barely warm and lacked sauce and flavor. Overall a very disappointing trip and I’m not sure I will ever return as the bang isn’t there for the buck.

This review is from a meal we had at panda about one month ago. While eating our lo mein my spouse found a piece of metal wire in the dish. We immediately reported it to the restaurant manager who took a incident report. They did replace the dish, but we never received any sort of follow up from Panda at least acknowledging they were investigating with their lo mein provider. Apparently they use external providers for some ingredients. The piece of metal was actually quite scary and could have caused a major digestive issue, especially if ingested by an elderly or young person. Just be careful, especially with the lo mein.

Spongy chicken, more vegetables than noodles and horrible manager and customer service. And don’t expect them to fix your order if they messed up or forgot your food. You just don’t get to eat!

so this evening, I went into the spring branch location and I was waiting online. They were a little bit busy, not too bad, but I noticed that the gentleman in front of me didn’t speak very good English. She was trying his very best and I feel that the employee her name is staci was super rude to him he was trying to point at what he wanted because clearly he didn’t speak English. Well, she raised her voice at him and said I can’t see what you’re pointing at. Of course, he felt very uncomfortable and chose something else. She is super rude and unprofessional. I highly suggest management gets a hold of her and gets rid of her immediately. I’m a business owner myself and I would never want one of my employees to treat anybody this way. She was very racist towards a Mexican young gentleman that was just so kind I actually called her out on it and said all he was trying to do was pick something he wanted and you were so rude to him. She just went on pretty much ignored me. I just wanted to point out. I am Hispanic myself. I speak perfect English, but there is others that don’t and there’s no reason to treat them that way. I really hope management gets a hold of this and gets it taken care of immediately. If this was me she would be terminated immediately. Keep an eye on her. She treats people bad.

My wife went to pick up dinner, she ordered 2 bowls. One was orange chicken and fried and the other almond shrimp with chow-mein. Literally received a bowl with shrimp and lettuce/cabbage.

My wife and I normally really enjoy Panda Express, this location is just poorly managed. Starting with the lights not being on at 6pm and when asked if they where open, The manager said "Oh yeah, the lights just aren't on. Someone else controls that. It makes it nice and slow". After that we were served half the normal portion. This was added to a host of just lack of care for there store. This was the dirtiest one we have been to and the only one that I would give less then 4 stars. Please do your family a favor and eat elsewhere.
