I showed up late after placing an order online, luckily the manager Ronnie opened the door (I’m sure it was frustrating, I know I would be). Well it turns out the register was closed and there was no way to pay, so he went ahead and graciously gave me the order on the house (what a guy)! I feel horrible and I will definitely be back to pay the bill as soon as I can (unfortunately I live kinda far and it’s the only Wingstop near me). He deserves to be promoted and this is what I call great customer service... not giving away food of course, but being calm and understanding, and the biggest thing of all having a heart. Thanks Ronnie!

I placed an order Friday night and when I got home noticed it was wrong, I called the store and spoke with Levi and he apologized and offered to remake the order but it was already late in the evening. He offered to remake them on Super Bowl Sunday at no charge. I called Sunday and he knew exactly who I was and started the order. Thank you for the great customer service.

It is 7:45pm on 11.2.22. Im so tired but this Wing Stop have provided the best customer service. The cashier was very attentive with ALL the customers, attention to details and professional. Good job wing stop by hiring this employee. I dont know his name but he is very skinny, curly blond hair.. he was using a mask.

Clean storefront, clean bathrooms, very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good, hot, fresh. My first time at Wingstop- but absolutely not my last! Thank you ladies for your great attitudes!

This Wingstop restaurant had the most delicious wings ever! When my son and I were checking out the flavors we were offered if we wanted to try the Mango Habanero before ordering and I thought that was very nice of them. The Mango Habanero flavor totally transported me to Puerto Rico where I once had mango hanero glazed shrimp. The service was excellent. They brought our food to our table and sometime around the end of our meal we were asked if we enjoyed the mango habanero flavor. I told the guy that I was hoping that someday in the future they will have the mango habanero flavor in a dry rub and he was very positive and receptive to the suggestion. They also have a good selection of light beers like Corona.

I had an amazing experience at wingstop! It was my boyfriends second time and I really wanted him to have a good experience since has last experience at wingstop in San Antonio was so awful. My cashier Alexis was extremely helpful and kind as well at patient, which was amazing with my anxious boyfriend and helped him choose. She let us take our time selecting what we we needed and even gave some advice and help on what to select. I will be coming back again. 10/10!! Thank you for your patience with us. You rock!

The wings were hot and fresh. All the negative reviews complain about the time it takes to get food, but they drop the wings in the oil to order. Wings were delicious. Fries were good as well.

Wing stops in Lubbock are trash compared to this store. I didn’t have my expectations too high. Because we’re use to dry wings and bad service. But in a Monday night at 9 pm they were the one in a few restaurants open. At this location the wings were fresh, juicy, well seasoned, the fries were fresh and crispy. The boys working that night were kind and friendly. Definitely made me fall in love with wing stop again!

You can't go wrong with wings. Fries were great. I was super surprised by the Cajun wings. I was expecting a salty, not spicy taste-these were my son's choice - but they were awesome with a tangy sauce and secret heat that snuck up on you. I liked the fact that the staff stood by the social distancing rules and were not afraid to address rule breakers. Thank you.

Always our favorite place to hang after 8. Today we came in around 5 and they were packed. Even after we got our food the number of angry customers was growing due to the wait and wingstop being swamped. Staff kept a cool head and I could see the kitchen hustling in a orderly manner to regularly get orders out. The overwhelming stack of order was the only thing to blame for customers frustration. Keep up the good work wing stop!

Love the new chicken sandwiches, especially the Spicy Korean. Not to spicy, very juicy. Plenty of tasty fries and the ranch sauce is to die for. Ordering online and picking up is my go to method.

This location is phenomenal. I love coming when Gio is working he makes sure the orders are packed right and completed quickly. Always fresh and hot. 10/10 would recommend.

Super sweet gal named Kamryn who rang me up. Super smile, welcoming and seemed to enjoy her job which is rare in the food restaurant world. I don't run across many that actually seem to care about the customer experience. Ordered the special 16 boneless and fries for 16.99 which is a fair price. I have not been impressed with Wing stops level of pricing in the past and have chosen to walk on by due to the overly inflated prices. Finally I can say this time it seems they are priced more fairly. With all the positively I have talked about here let's move to the food that was served up. French Fries are perfectly done! You would have a hard time finding better fries anywhere. Now to the boneless wings. A bit of a mess when opening up and finding 4 wet wings stacked between wax paper one on top of each other in 1 single box. That doesn't take away from the taste, which was great overall. The sizing seems to fluctuate from quarter size to silver dollar size and always have not been able to figure out what the acceptable industry standard truly is. Seems very subjective and vary from place to place. I will say most kitchens give to attention to the smaller (undersized) wings and still count them as one. Which can be a bit disappointing when you stop to think that you're paying close to $1 per wing. Overall my experience is deserving of a 5 out of 5. Definitely will stop in again when convenient and do a "Wing Stop"

Walking up and just staring at someone without saying a word is not a good approach. Offer a greeting, ask how you can help, or at least smile and make eye contact. Wing and fries were amazing!! The employees were nice and it was a calm environment. The only reason I have a four star was due to the wait which I understand they are short staff but they did their best possible. 10/10 will be coming back

Love the wings, the best! But I can't understand why they are the only restaurant that remains takeout only and won't sell alcoholic beverages to go,even though the great Governor of Texas has made it legal to do so. I'll wait to come back after the policy is changed

Everytime I go in...I see a bunch of kids with no management present (or one of the kiddos are management). Plenty of violations for a health inspector to see. And I'm only picking up for customers...

Dec 2025 update: 3 months and no change, barely edible. The bone in wings have gone downhill lately, small with large bones, hardly any meat and overcooked.

Made to go order at 7 pm, 30 min wait. Continued with order because I had the time but it took 1 hour+! Not to mention the employee said he would bring it out to us if we waited in our car… only to go inside and check on order AND IT WAS JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER. so now I have cold fries and wings. Just irritating. Inside restaurant smelt bad and restrooms were messy without hand towels. This is the closest one to me now but don’t think I will be returning. Disappointed

So my 7 year old refuses to eat here now because he got food poisoning from their chicken!!! 3 separate times they messed up my order! Can't ever get it right at this location so good luck to those who orders from this location!

Won't be back. It took 44 minutes of waiting for my carry out order. Other orders after mine were done first. Larger orders. Had to go back in for items missing from my order. Alicia and the young man running registers were sympathetic but the fry Cooks just couldn't keep up.

Tried to order 6pc chicken wings without drink and fries ,they will not let you. But you can get 5pc or 8pc and that's ok. Needed to order 5 different types of 6pc , no go, took business elsewhere.

The food was great. However, there wasn't one employee wearing gloves while preparing food. I also saw an employee wipe her nose and didn't wash her hands before continuing to prepare food. This is unacceptable.

We stopped in last night after 9pm. No other customers in sight as it looked closed when we pulled up. We walk in and the girl at the register is on her phone and barely greets us. We order and sit down. One of the cooks was in the bathroom for over 10 mins so I am guessing this is why it took over 20 minutes to get our food. When I came up to ask if our food was going to be ready soon the girl at the front was once again on her phone & the cook came up asking me what I needed and then said it would be a minute as the food was in the fryer. It took another 5 minutes before the food was ready and I asked for it to go as it had taken too long. I asked if there were napkins in the to go bag and the girl at the front looked at me like I had 3 eyes and then pointed to the back and said “they are back there”. Literally horrible customer service and the fact that we were the only people in there and there was no apology for the wait and then being on phones - seems some training and rules should be implemented. Not impressed

It is with great disappointment that I announce the passing of what could have been a promising Wingstop location in Spring Branch, Texas. Once full of potential, it ultimately succumbed to a long battle with poor service, lack of cleanliness, and managerial apathy. Its final days were marked by imbalance and frustration out of a 16-piece order, only two flats made it into the box, leaving hopes for a fair wing distribution dashed. The dining room, sadly, spent its last hours in disarray. Tables were left uncleared, a trash can was nowhere in sight, and guests were left wandering for working drink options, as both the soda fountain and iced tea were out of commission. The environment offered no comfort in its final moments. The sun blazed relentlessly through the front windows, making the already uncomfortable space to bright and unbearable. A peek into the kitchen revealed dirty windows a symbol of a place that had stopped caring. Wait times stretched on past the 15-minute mark, with no word, no apology just silence. And that silence said everything. Wingstop Spring Branch is survived by better managed locations elsewhere. May they learn from its mistakes. In lieu of flowers, I suggest a visit to a location that remembers what customer service looks like.

I went in today at about 3 on my lunch break. I was greeted by a girl who seemed nice enough, however while I was ordering she picked up the phone and took an order over call. Afterwords, I finally ordered. Took them over 20 minutes to get my wings. Then I finally bit into one and something immediately felt wrong so I couldn't eat anything else. Well my boyfriend went to east some and let me know they are raw. Needless to say. I now have food poisoning and so does he. Truthfully disgusting and disappointing.

Ridiculous wait times, I was the only customer in the store and placed one order and they took almost an hour to make one 8 count order of wings. This has happened multiple times and I will actively see employees on their phones not doing anything. Don’t cone here if you value your time

Order food picked it up right after ordering and it was cold! Also was missing items and was told I could go in a get it for free next time. When I am ever going to need a side of honey mustard? I would rather get my money back!!! Horrible customer service. Lady on phone was almost irritated that I told her my food was not even warm!

The quality of the food is terrible these days. Very inconsistent. Don't even consider ordering it from Uber eats. They give you terrible quality food. Chicken was rubbery. Hardly sauced at all. Very dry. I asked for extra fry seasoning and it was on my ticket attached to the bag. I had ZERO fry seasoning. Not even a little bit. Like are you playing with customers money these days? I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. RIP Wingstop in Spring Branch.

Ordered online address was messed up and tip was messed up from what I entered. Left the tip and called the store to correct address. Was told I would have to cancel. Said I would call the driver. Driver took care of everything. Driver gets to store and they tell her I told them to cancel it and they never made it. Still showed being made online. I never said that. They said it would take awhile. Finally got the food. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Arrived at 12:05 to an empty pre rush dinner. A table of two was finishing up and I ordered a 6 peice combo and a 8 peice combo bone in. After me came a single male and then three construction workers. I finally got my order at 12:37 (32 minutes) later and after the other two tables finished their meals I finally got our order. Wings were good fries were like they get when they've traveled. Never had such experience at a Wingstop before. Oh by the way the rush never came. No customers other than those two tables after me. I could the casual slow working and chatty employees (3) in the kitchen. No wonder they already have a 2.5 star review. I hope I don't get some sort of apology to pacify the Google algorithm with their response . It is truly a shame.

We ordered take out twice at the Spring Branch location and the wings were the worst we have ever ate at any Wing Stop restaurant. The wings taste plain with barely any seasoning and the skin was white with no crispy texture. I had to airfry my food after sending over $28 for dinner. This will be the last time I waste my money at this Location.

I must say this place is hard to rate. The food was average and the service……well. I visited this location about 6pm on 2/13/25. There must have been 6 high school aged workers in the kitchen. For better or worse I sat by the window that provided a look into the kitchen. As they always take forever to serve you, I had a chance to watch them work, or what they did in the kitchen anyway. Two of the group were actually working while the others kinda roamed around. One young man stood in a corner texting on his phone while two others talked to a high school aged girl who was leaning through the food window for a good 3-4 minutes. Yes her upper body was in the kitchen right next to where they were packing the food. As I scanned the kitchen I saw that my wings waited on the counter for three minutes for the fries that weren’t ready. This equalled hot fries and barely warm wings. That’s when I saw it! One of the fry cooks stood next to the fryers taking off and putting on a bandage on his hand. He played with the bandage in between shaking fry baskets. If that wasn’t enough he took off and handled his hat by the fryers as well. Just when I thought I saw it all I see him chewing food while cooking. Guess he sampled someone’s fried or wings. I guess this is what happens when an adult manager or worker is no where to be seen. I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure that’s a few health code violations. Hopefully someone intervenes and stops these disgusting practices. The bandage game can be seen in the picture, minus his face. It was as gross as it sounds.

Came here a few times before and was good but never again. Ordered online for pick up .. it said 15 to 20 min to be ready. Takes 15 minutes to drive there get there and find out order not started until you pay, sitting and waiting for about 30 minutes and a guy who came in after us picks up his food so we have to get back in line and the cashier asks for the receipt and goes to talk to the manager and she says oh, I couldn’t read the name on it so it’s over here …so our food has been just sitting there and by the time we got home it was cold and the fries tasted burnt, some of the chicken was dry Not to mention they didn’t place the corn I ordered in the bag or the veggie sticks that were a replacement for fries …

I was very hungry so I ordered a combo of 10 pieces with bones when I received the order they measured 10 pieces without bone well I didn't say anything and went to sit at the table for dinner when I started to eat the chicken and the French fries they are so salty that even My throat hurt, you see that I had to throw away the food. I never imagined they would cook that way, but when I looked through the kitchen, I realized they were just high school teenagers with their phones in their hands and cooking. Well, I hope it improves and that they don't put too much salt in it. salty seasoning

everytime we’ve gone in to order our food there is this one cashier that messes up our order and we never realize till we’re home at least 25-30 minutes away. last time we ordered with her was in october and i could tell she was still being trained so i didn’t mind just going back in for them to fix it, i had to back in 2 times and the 3rd time my husband had to go in because she kept telling them the wrong thing mind you that was October. well today 1/9/2024 between 4:40 and 5pm we went in to order the food and she still gets it wrong and of course we didn’t realize till we get home 25 minutes away. i don’t know if she jus doesn’t know what to press or she just presses whatever but it’s so frustrating when we pay for what we thought we were getting and end up with something we don’t want or even eat once we get home.

Slower than any other location. Order took 1 hour and wasn’t even busy. Staff are rude and unapologetic without valid reasons for being so slow. They’re on their phones a lot of you watch while waiting.

The last two times that I have ordered from this Wing Stop the service and food were not at all the expectations I know from other locations. The last time we ordered a couple of weeks ago it took them nearly 45 minutes for my order and the chicken was not good at all. This time the same Manager was on (2-9-20) and the fries were horrible (cold, soggy and no salt) how is that possible when they are so busy! Took a bite out of the boneless chicken and got a nasty piece again. (Like muscle in the whole piece and grossed me out.) I am done with this location and will not be back. Be prepared to be disappointed!!

Placed my order for delivery @ 6:45 at ten til 8 I called manager was working on it. Called back at 8:30 nothing had been done. Worst service and then wanted me to come pick it up. Terrible service.

Wings were great but corn was refrigerator cold. After notifying cashier she said she would look into replacing it. After waiting 30 minutes and approaching her again I found out that the manager had declined to replace because I had taken a bite out of one piece… the same one that made me realize it was cold!!! All other pieces were untouched. Went to bathroom to wash my hands and leave to find overflowing toilet of $h!7 water.

Today is Sunday, March 8, 2026 around 12:39pm Just landed in San Antonio and decided to order Wingstop for pickup since I had no groceries at home. Unfortunately the customer service on the phone was incredibly rude. I asked for fries and queso (I don’t know the menu but seriously, maybe correct me and say, “we don’t have queso but we have a cheese dip”) the employee seemed confused, put out and responded with attitude. When I politely asked for her name, her response was simply, “Why?” Then proceeded to say Chloe. I seriously thought she was joking…she wasn’t. Customer service matters. Experiences like this really make you think twice about where you spend your money.

Served us raw chicken. We literally ordered at 7:13pm and the order wasn’t ready until 8:34pm. We sat in the restaurant for an entire hour waiting all for the chicken to be raw. We called and spoke to a manager and he legit told us to “take it to corporate” and “this restaurant has gone through staffing issues. Sorry but supposed staffing issues is not an excuse for raw chicken. We are taking this to the DSHS. This place is straight up terrible. Unless you want to get sick, choose somewhere else.

Would not even give ranch with 10 wings. Then wanted to charge me $1.60 per ranch on top of the meal charge. Doesn't make since. Will not be returning again. Kid had no idea about anything.

This Wingstop used to be top notch. Past three times we have ordered from here the order was not correct and employees refused to correct it. First time we asked for all drums, extra extra extra wet, and fries well done. Did not get all drums. Wings were extremely dry (not even normal wetness) and fries were not cooked well. Typically we would get a couple of containers of the sauce to make them as wet as we wanted but not this time. We had to purchase the containers so our wings would be wet. The same exact thing happened the next two weeks in a row. I have attempted to get management to return call or email my feedback responses to no avail. The food costs are skyrocketing and the service and quality of food is rapidly declining! We do not mind paying for quality food and good service, however, this Wingstop currently has neither. Maybe in the future. Another local restaurant has lost our business at least for the time being.

Served us raw chicken. We literally ordered at 7:13pm and the order wasn’t ready until 8:34pm. We sat in the restaurant for an entire hour waiting all for the chicken to be raw. We called and spoke to a manager and he legit told us to “take it to corporate” and “this restaurant has gone through staffing issues. Sorry but supposed staffing issues is not an excuse for raw chicken. We are taking this to the DSHS. This place is straight up terrible. Unless you want to get sick, choose somewhere else.

I must say this place is hard to rate. The food was average and the service……well. I visited this location about 6pm on 2/13/25. There must have been 6 high school aged workers in the kitchen. For better or worse I sat by the window that provided a look into the kitchen. As they always take forever to serve you, I had a chance to watch them work, or what they did in the kitchen anyway. Two of the group were actually working while the others kinda roamed around. One young man stood in a corner texting on his phone while two others talked to a high school aged girl who was leaning through the food window for a good 3-4 minutes. Yes her upper body was in the kitchen right next to where they were packing the food. As I scanned the kitchen I saw that my wings waited on the counter for three minutes for the fries that weren’t ready. This equalled hot fries and barely warm wings. That’s when I saw it! One of the fry cooks stood next to the fryers taking off and putting on a bandage on his hand. He played with the bandage in between shaking fry baskets. If that wasn’t enough he took off and handled his hat by the fryers as well. Just when I thought I saw it all I see him chewing food while cooking. Guess he sampled someone’s fried or wings. I guess this is what happens when an adult manager or worker is no where to be seen. I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure that’s a few health code violations. Hopefully someone intervenes and stops these disgusting practices. The bandage game can be seen in the picture, minus his face. It was as gross as it sounds.

Wings were great but corn was refrigerator cold. After notifying cashier she said she would look into replacing it. After waiting 30 minutes and approaching her again I found out that the manager had declined to replace because I had taken a bite out of one piece… the same one that made me realize it was cold!!! All other pieces were untouched. Went to bathroom to wash my hands and leave to find overflowing toilet of $h!7 water.

Order food picked it up right after ordering and it was cold! Also was missing items and was told I could go in a get it for free next time. When I am ever going to need a side of honey mustard? I would rather get my money back!!! Horrible customer service. Lady on phone was almost irritated that I told her my food was not even warm!

The cashier with the pink hair is extremely unprofessional and immature. Don’t come here, they’ll lose your order and then smile and laugh in your face about it.

The quality of the food is terrible these days. Very inconsistent. Don't even consider ordering it from Uber eats. They give you terrible quality food. Chicken was rubbery. Hardly sauced at all. Very dry. I asked for extra fry seasoning and it was on my ticket attached to the bag. I had ZERO fry seasoning. Not even a little bit. Like are you playing with customers money these days? I'll take my business elsewhere in the future. RIP Wingstop in Spring Branch.

This Wingstop used to be top notch. Past three times we have ordered from here the order was not correct and employees refused to correct it. First time we asked for all drums, extra extra extra wet, and fries well done. Did not get all drums. Wings were extremely dry (not even normal wetness) and fries were not cooked well. Ordered online address was messed up and tip was messed up from what I entered. Left the tip and called the store to correct address. Was told I would have to cancel. Said I would call the driver. Driver took care of everything. Driver gets to store and they tell her I told them to cancel it and they never made it. Still showed being made online. I never said that. They said it would take awhile. Finally got the food. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Arrived at 12:05 to an empty pre rush dinner. A table of two was finishing up and I ordered a 6 peice combo and a 8 peice combo bone in. After me came a single male and then three construction workers. I finally got my order at 12:37 (32 minutes) later and after the other two tables finished their meals I finally got our order. Wings were good fries were like they get when they've traveled. Never had such experience at a Wingstop before. Oh by the way the rush never came. No customers other than those two tables after me. I could the casual slow working and chatty employees (3) in the kitchen. No wonder they already have a 2.5 star review. I hope I don't get some sort of apology to pacify the Google algorithm with their response . It is truly a shame.

We ordered take out twice at the Spring Branch location and the wings were the worst we have ever ate at any Wing Stop restaurant. The wings taste plain with barely any seasoning and the skin was white with no crispy texture. I had to airfry my food after sending over $28 for dinner. This will be the last time I waste my money at this Location.
