To the girls that worked tonight. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you so so much. We came in with our elderly dog getting drinks for us and a pup cup for him as it was his last ride. They not only loaded up said pup cup with bones and drizzle but they gave us our drinks for free. I know I ugly cried in the drive through but you guys were absolutely phenomenal and you guys definitely deserve raises. Thank you ladies for everything. Charlie appreciates it more than you’ll ever know 🥺😭
I’ve never had a bad experience at any Dutch Bros locations. I don’t know how they always find the mist energetic and kind people! By the way I’m obsessed with the Dulce de Leche Latte!!! 🤤🤤 Great coffee taste without the odd aftertaste. Not too sweet, just enough.

I love, love, love this Dutch Bro’s!!! We go daily! We know a lot of the staff by name. They know I and my husband by name. They are extremely friendly. They know both of our drinks when we drive into the drive through or walk up to the window, unless we switch it up for the day. There are days when I am having a rough day and just going through the line Tyra, Jayden, Natalie, Dani, or one of the many other staff we love, their friendly face, hello, smile or excitement to see us, their notes on our coffee cups make our day! This makes your establishment not only have the best coffee but has “all the feels” of the small town in our big city! We love our Dutch Bros!!! I have read the reviews, yes there are times a newer worker has mess up my drink, maybe even an older worker in a years time. I take it back to the window. All the workers are super chill, they are so sorry they made the mistake. They fix it immediately and will make you a new one. I say this after being regularly for over a year. You have to give people grace everyone makes mistakes. I used to go to another big box coffee chain. They never made anything right without giving me all kinds of hell. They were never chill and extremely uptight, like their jobs were always on the line. Here they just tell me how sorry they are and to fix it, it is “The Dutch Bros Way”. I love this place!!! They will continue to get my business! If you haven’t tried their coffee (my favorite-ask the older staff to make you the extra hot golden eagle with a cinnamon shot, caramel around the cup, whipped cream on top, a little more caramel drizzle on top of the coffee and a dash of cinnamon…only if you love cinnamon) and other beverages they are amazing! I suggest you give it a try, it is a whole experience!

My all time favorite place to get a morning pick-me-up. Not only is it delicious, but the workers are outstanding. Every morning I’m greeted with a smile and most mornings they know my order without me even having to say it. They always handout free compliments and good mornings. Callie, Kirby and Regan are top tier!!! Highly recommend!
Kirby goes above and beyond everytime I come through, she has an infectious smile that radiates to her customers ❤️ I always enjoy stopping in because of the great vibe she gives off and the drinks she makes are always on point! I can also ask her for new drink ideas and she always recommends the best, this young lady really is the whole package when it comes to customer service, great job yall!
This is the first Dutch Bros location I ever visited and boy did they set the bar high for other locations! Even years later the staff is kind, acts like they are happy to do business with you, and the drinks are made to look and taste the way they should! Some other Dutch Bro locations could definitely learn a thing or two from these guys.

Get in the shortest line in the drive through. It does not matter if one line is long and the other is empty, if someone pulls up in the short one they will go to them. They should either shut down the line or have more people taking orders. The coffee is great though. It is not super fast if there is a line.
Alexee was the absolute sweetest Broista. We are traveling and decided to stop by for a pick me up and she recommended many different options. Very patient…. My drink was YUM!
This is my new go-to coffee store. Everyone is VERY friendly and helps me decide when I can’t. And since my dogs are my children, I definitely appreciate how much they love seeing them. I’ve never had a coffee I don’t like from here.
Kirby aka Hailey she is the sweetest !!! She knows me and what I order every time ...All the people there are very kind and friendly I enjoy going there everyday if possible

I love Dutch Bros. I've been getting my coffee there since this location first opened, and I have had nothing but good things to say about it. The workers are amazing and the manager is so nice. The food there is great, my favorite thing to get is the hazelnut mocha truffle cold brew coffee.

My shameful addiction. It's bad when your car automatically pulls in for a iced or blended coffee. Especially when caramel is life.
I was traveling from Brookings OR, and was excited to see a taste of home. I turned off the interstate and right into Dutch Bros! The service was excellent with a touch of Southern charm. I drink Americanos and it was perfect. The employee that was standing outside in 30 degree weather with a smile on his face told me I was in the right place. My Americano was givin to me hot and with a smile. Not to mention to drive carefully over bridges because they tend to get icy. A thousand miles away from home and still get treated like family. Dutch Bros will always be my first choice! Thank you

We travel the country and get dutch bros. Every opportunity we get. This location is our home base. They have the best employees and make the very best drinks! Never been disappointed. Great job! The zebra people 🦓💚🦓💚🦓💚🦓
The young lady that served me (glasses with blonde hair) was absolutely awesome! Her attitude will really turn your day from bad to good! I don't know what I ordered, but it wasn't as sweet as I would have liked. I do like that they are cheaper than Starbucks, which is a plus! Overall, I had a great experience!

I LOVE Dutch bros. But I will not be returning to this location. They use spoiled milk. I have been there 2 times, and both times, SPOILED MILK. I thought it was a bad draw the first time, but no. They got me again! I went back this morning and SPOILED MILK. Let hope I don’t get sick. I drank that much before realizing 🤮🤮

I recieved my white choc. Moca with an extra shot........my wife drove off and i grabbed it from the cup holder to find my cup half full of coffee and the rest was foam........worst cup of coffee I have recieved in this area including Emory
