Bowl Of Pho

Perfect, as usual! This time I got the #10 Pho, added couple of teaspoons of crushed red pepper sauce, it was a bomb!!! Would recommend all day long! Quiet place, not crowded, fast and convenient service.

I appreciate that they open at 8am! Pho for breakfast is the best. Tasty and good portions. Gentleman working the AM shift was so nice and insisted on giving me two cups of warm and cold water (iykyk)

best pho I've ever had. no MSG they offer discount n ppl working there are friendly n do smile. i had pho 4 many many years, and they are not as good as 20 or 30 years ago. many you. many years and did not as good as 20 or 30 years ago. but this one was a surprise. i found.in on Google took a chance to try and wow so good. soup was yummy n portion good enough for me I'm a big huge eater😅😂🤣

I had a nicely prepared dish for takeout in this mom and pop restaurant. I ordered the grilled pork vermicelli, and egg roll and it was one the best I've had in a while. Very tasty pork and fresh vegetables. Also later on I realized that I ordered 7 minutes after the closing time and they still helped me and allowed me to order. The student working there was really friendly. They also have a fairly clean restroom which is hard to come by nowadays.

My friend and I just got back from eating lunch here for the first time and it did not disappoint. Hands down the best Pho I've ever had. The iced coffee is AMAZING. Loved the big painting on the wall, the staff was super friendly, their customer service went beyond expectations. This is my new favorite spot. Definitely going back and telling my friends about this place.

We ordered combo pho and it was very tasty! The quantity is fair for the price and pho was quite authentic. They don’t have the Vietnamese sandwiches and they even post that on the wall which quite funny. We ordered some drinks that come along but they were a bit too sweet. The staff is quite friendly.

Absolutely charming hole-in-the-wall atmosphere in a large, professional restaurant. The older gentleman was so sweet to us and genuinely wanted us to have a good time. The vegetarian pho was outstanding, both salty and sweet while filling. Danh and his family have earned the place as my regular viet restaurant

Bowl of Pho has been the hidden treasure of Pho spots here in Sunnyvale/Cupertino. My wife and I love their Pho bowls both Beef and Chicken styles, they’ve always delivered high quality food. Our favorite side dish has been their Fried Egg Rolls which are STUFFED! And the Thai Teas have been sweet and delicious! Definitely our go to place.

Service was really quick. The soup and portion size was much better compared to other places. I got a sparkling lemonade for the first time and it was delicious! There was an option between red or green thai tea, we took red.

I had the combo pho, and it was pretty good. The soup was comforting and the meat was nice though perhaps a bit too many fatty parts. After tip it was about $17 for a large bowl. I could not finish the noodles.

Was visiting my brother from out of state and found this place near his house. I was craving Pho early before my flight back home and was pleasantly surprised to find that this place was slinging delicious bowls of Pho starting at 8 AM! I got the #2 Steak Pho. Broth was packed full of flavor. The steak was tender, melt in your mouth, not chewy at all. Perfect. And the staff was friendly and awesome. I'm jealous of the locals who get to go here often. Next time I'm back in town, I'll definitely be coming back!

Excellent food! Don't be scared w the menu and how it looks. Just order everything. It is fresh and very flavorful. We had the beef pho and the vegetarian bun. also had the shrimp spring rolls and the vegetarian spring rolls. YUM!!!

Nice they open early in the morning. It’s a small family style operation. Food is good. Soup not overly seasoned. The portion sizes are large.

Nice hike in the wall restaurant. It’s near my work so I figure I give it a try. It used to be called something else, they must have sold the restaurant to the current owners. The pho is great and they give you a ton of meat and veggies. I usually order the special pho but everything else looks good too. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Noodle soup) this time and it was pretty good, just missing a few things like pork feet and slices of pork shoulder. The old man that owns the restaurant is kind and friendly. It’s a good spot to eat for lunch or dinner but make sure you come hungry because they give you large portions.

We'll definitely be back! Update: I've been here about 4-5 times now and it's amazingly consistent and tasty every time! Also the filet mignon bowl is filled with a super tender meat for an absolutely amazing price! It's a one man show for the most part where the guy generally both makes the food and acts as the cashier to bring prices down and the savings are definitely passed into the consumer! I honestly don't know why this place isn't more popular considering how great it is, definitely my favorite pho place now!

Food is great. Flavorful broth, on the sweeter spectrum. Not a lot of white onions but you can order extra for free if that's your jam. Meat is great. Not tough at all. Good amount of bean sprouts and herbs.

It’s not east side San Jose but it’s close. Wish the prices were a little better and soup warmer. $7 orange juice had more water and sugar than real juice. Eggrolls are clearly from frozen. All in all great place because it’s close by my work

Chicken pho was a bit salty for my taste. Decor was nice, but with clutter interspersed.

We had the pork vermicelli bowl with egg roll and it was just ok. It would have been better if the pork temperature was hot and I know they can make a better egg roll. Also, they really need some music playing so you don’t hear everyone’s conversation. I know they can do better.

Everything was mediocre. The waiter, either couldn't or didn't, understand me and I received the wrong food. I had no other interactions with the wait staff. The pho arrived bizarrely not piping hot, and bland. Bland was the overall theme. Nothing about the soup or summer rolls was remarkable in any way. The price was decent, $24 for a large combo pho and summer rolls. But there are many better options in the area.

Menu is pretty small / limited. Call it simple. Sevice was decent, the food came out all at once. Server was pretty polite to suggest and bring items to the table for the 2 young kids. Pricing is fair, portions are fair, and taste is average to about slightly above. Not bad for quick bite.

The pho tasted pretty ordinary. The grilled pork on the bun were kinda chewy. The fresh spring rolls had a bit of off smell to it and the rice wraps were stiffer than it should be. Friendly staff.

We eat pho quite often, and I've had better broths. The noodles were cold and all stuck together, and broke in pieces when trying to eat them. We asked for two different items in the menu and they told us they didn't have.

I don't generally crave Pho, but I have to admit the Pho here was pretty good, even if they forgot the sprouts, basil, and jalapenos. Aside from that it wasn't all that great. I love pork chop rice plates, I've never not finished one before today. The rice was so dried out I thought it wasn't cooked, and the chop was somehow over-marinated and kind of too sweet(?). The egg was cooked well and the other sides were really fresh, to be fair. Also the service was just ok, after they took our order they brought the food out, one item at a time, and then kind of forgot about us. I might give a second chance if I'm really craving Pho, because it's pretty close to home, but I'm not itching to come back right away.
