Good food. Cooked fresh. The waffle fries were nice and hot so was the meat in the hamburger. They got my order correct and left off the stuff I did not want on my burger. Staff was nice. The price is a bit expensive for a fast food place.

Michael is prompt and he communicates well through the speaker at the drive thru, he make sure that I have the right orders by repeating back at me, he also ask if I need condiments and anything to make my drive thru enjoyable. He presented himself well by being courteous and respectful and provided outstanding customer service!

I went in around 4:30 ish and the cashier karely was so friendly when first greeting me after talking to the robot, she repeated my order which she made sure was all accurate and then proceeded to ask if I wanted any sauces or such. After she gave me my order and then wished me a good day with a smile and a wave. Such friendly attitude is never seen before at this carls so it was very refreshing.

I came in for lunch today, I would say around 2pm and Karely was one of the sweetest people I have met! She was so nice & made sure to ask all the right questions when she was taking my order to make sure that I was satisfied. The place was also kept pretty clean!

This was several years ago. This place takes forever to make your meal and they were expensive compared to other options. Also, the dining area feels empty. I did tend to order off hours though However, the wait almost always is worth it. The quality was always high. I have 0 reservations about having them on my take out / fast food rotation when I had the time because of the consistently high quality. The service was also pretty good.

Today was a very busy day so I decided to stop by and get some Carl’s Jr at a different location than I usually do. The food was fantastic and the cashier Karely was awesome. She explained everything to me in good detail and answered all my questions. I will definitely be coming back to this location again!

Karely was such a pleasant person. She was kind and genuine. Her tone of voice was soft and caring, she paid attention to detail and was patient. A customer with his 5yr old daughter asked to use the restroom. The daughter did not want to go in the restroom, she wanted to wait outside. The dad walked into the restroom and left the little girl by herself! Karely made sure to set her at a table next to the restroom and pulled out a chair for her and then kept an eye on her. She didn’t have to do that, but she wanted to. She truly deserves recognition for her kindness. This location is LUCKY to have her, it made my experience amazing.

First time I've had a burger from this chain, very good and open 24hrs this site, when the likes of the KFC next door and the Burger King up the road were all closed before 11pm on a Saturday night!? My combo was about 12 bucks and was very tasty, and was quickly prepared and done, with a steady flow of customers coming thru the door.

Great deals on the app of varying vicissitudes; tried the breakfast burger twice, the triple stack guacamole burger & the triple stack el Diablo which literally translates to the devils ; I would say — not unbearably spicy , but the spice can persist on your tongue 👅 | I’ve now tried the Santa Fe chargrilled chicken , it’s sweet and savory , the breakfast burger and the monster biscuit , both of which are the same thing where as one is a burger and the other a biscuit.

Love the app and the $2 shakes and sides from 2-5pm, limit of 4. Hope they bring the Angus steak burger back; that was so delicious! They often have great giftcard deals during Christmas.

Western Bacon Cheeseburger was hot, but not overcooked. I wish Carl's Jr's BBQ sauce wasn't so laden with corn syrup, though. The restroom's were clean, thanks to the throwback security from the 1960's. They used to have these locks on the stalls at Evergreen Plaza in Evergreen Park, IL, but they were a dime.

I really like how the burgers taste in Carl's. It's just different. Try the guacamole one. It's just perfect. Drive thru was perfect till they start using that ai voice. Now it's just annoying thst robot voice.

Carl's Jr. has always been a favored fast food restaurant of mine, and the location/customer service are no exception; One employee in particular, Candy on 1051 el camino in Sunnyvale CA, was extremely professional, timely, and well-mannered, and always gets my orders precise. If I had to choose what could use improvements here not unlike other restaurants, it would be revamping the menu, higher quality/prices food/meals, and make it a more lively/welcoming place. Overall however, it was a pleasant experience.

Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich here. It was a decent price due to the deal through the app. It tasted basically like a McChicken from McDonald's. Not spicy at all. Good taste but nothing outstanding. The service was a bit poor because we specifically asked to eat in and gestured a tray, but they still gave us the order in a take out bag. The feel of the restaurant was good with nicer and more unique seat and table materials compared to the bland colors that other fast food places have.

The lettuce from my chicken sandwich was brown and old. The fried chicken más okay. It was not fresh but not bad. The service was not bad, a guys was being train by this girl and both wete friendly and always smiling, but the manager oh man looking at me in a bad way. She has to have a smile not because she is the manager she can look bad at the people. This is not the first time I go, all the time she is like that in a bad mood.

The drive-thru automated ordering system by voice is pretty darn cool (and pretty accurate) The food however was not very cool, and fried chicken patty on the spicy chicken sandwich made me gag when looking at it, couldn’t even eat it. The fried zucchini was its saving grace, otherwise this would be a 1 star

Tried out their Ghost Breakfast Burger and was left wondering why I thought Carl's Jr would have good burgers, or fries for that matter 😂 While I did get takeout and there was a ten min delay in consumption, both the burger and the fries were soggy, and the hash rounds and patty tasted stale in the burger itself. I did get a nice spicy kick from the burger, probably at a mild-medium level compared to a regular spicy Chinese dish.

The burger was okay a little messy but the fries tasted old and reheated. There was no one servicing the counter when we showed up and then the got our order totally wrong and then over charged just to do a partial correction so the order was still wrong just less wrong but more expensive. ( ordered one meal + once double cheese burger ended up with one burger + double western then the correction was just adding fries and a drink separately which is more expensive than just getting the meal. Double western was ignored) the store had no air conditioning so really hot and there was loud squeeking noises like if you had a couple old hot dog warmers that needed to be oiled. I usually like carls Jr. But this time kind of dropped the ball. Also expensive for Carls Jr. Ended up around 26$ for one meal and a burger. They seemed to forget what carls Jr's demographic clientele is and why they were on the cheaper end before now the expensive stores are actually cheaper to eat at. Go figure

Four stars for their Beyond Burger. It was tasty! Typical fast food restaurant, but this one is really dated and needs a good scrubbing. I'm surprised it's still around.

I had to pay 50 cents to use the bathroom while I was buying and eating here. The door stole one quarter from me first and then with the second quarter I was able to get in. But more than that just the fact that you don't have a special coin for patrons. Is ridiculous! It almost seems like a petty money grab here. For a quarter from each person to up the profit somehow. That's the only way I can look at it. I'm going to take this I ain't coming back here after this because you guys are ridiculous!

There's an AI taking drive-through orders. Doesn't understand questions, takes very long to respond, took our order incorrectly. Awful unwelcome service from a cashier. Was driving by El Camino and my little daughter really needed to go to restroom. It was the closest public place where we could stop, I have just minutes for a decision. We (me and two my kids) ran inside and saw a huge lock with quarters on a bathroom door, we asked to go, she responded that we need a coin, I didn’t have a coin, and I asked to pay with my card for a restroom and she responded in very rude way that restroom is for customers only, we had to leave and out of the restaurant my daughter couldn’t stand it anymore and had an accident and pee right on a road. The cashier came out and started to threaten us a police. I was ready to buy anything in this place for my kid just to use a restroom and become a customer, but I will never-ever will return to this place. That’s inhumanely to behave this way to small kids, they scared so bad!

CANDY is a terrible employee and very rude she gives attitude at every chance and has called me out of my name multiple times. She would not give the information for a manager because she claims she is the manager! I really don't know how this place stays in business. I've been here twice in about three years...that's twice too many. This place never seems busy...and I'm pretty sure I know why. They've always been a little expensive for fast food...which may not be a problem if you don't mind being "helped" by people who seem miserable interacting with customers or having your over-priced burger worth maybe half of what they charge you. I've read people have a hard time receiving their order in a timely manner...I didn't have that problem and probably would have preferred it that way if that meant I got fresh food...the burger patties were dry-minutes old, which is however long it takes for the patty to lose it's temperature, all moisture, and begin to change color...a reflection of its flavor. My last visit... three kid's meals, one with a shake, two "regular" meals, and fried zucchini.... $65. Seriously.....65 mf'n dollars....for /that/ mess. I've also read that they charge for using their restroom...that's laughable, right!? I cant help but think that this is a reflection of its ownership. Speaking of which I'd like to know who owns this place and what other businesses they own so I know not to go to /any/ of their establishments. There's a Burger King a couple blocks away that's never let me down. Just saying. Good luck.

The lady at the cash register completely ignored. I asked for a restroom token but informed her that I would purchase something even tho everything on the menu was overpriced!! I love a Superstar with extra cheese but I will not get that from this Carl's Jr.. thanks to management treatment!! The owner reached out. The token needed for the restroom was a Quarter, and although I had change I felt it appropriate to purchase something. I think the manager's name was Sandra and she was hella rude, ignored me, and took her time asking what I wanted. The other worker who could see me just stared at me while making a burger for a drive-thru patron. It was not busy at the time and only one car in the drive-thru. The owner reached out but left me a link I could not copy and paste. I hope the service improves.

New AI drive-thru ordering system replaces having a person take your order, then the lady at the window had to confirm my order anyway. The computer kept trying to upsell me, even after I had answered "no" to the "anything else?" question. The lady at the window was great, but they need to ditch the upsell robot at the window.

The creepiest Carl's Jr I've ever been in. It was a constant mechanical metal sound from some equipment. The main staff seemed completely disconnected. They blocked off the drive-thru and wouldn't let anyone access the seating area. It actually would make an amazing set for a Netflix Black Mirror episode.

I'm a real estate guy. I'm driving down El Camino in Sunnyvale looking for a home and my client, an Attorney for Tesla says, hey, let's stop and get something to eat. He's a vegetarian but says he'll order a burger with no patty and Carls Jr. is ok...just wants to get in and out so we can look at another 7 homes....it's about 1:30 and we've already seen 5. We step up to the counter and ask the cashier who seemed to be annoyed and disconnected, if they had anything on the menu that was vegetarian. He says no, but you can order a "superstar" with no meat. I asked the clerk, "since we're paying $6 for a Bun with only lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and condiments, if they could double them up since they were not giving us the patty" He replied, yes but I'd have to charge you extra....really??? We're saving you the $1.50 beef patty and you can't give us 30 cents worth of lettuce and tomato? OK, so now we ask for water and he tells us they don't serve water. I looked at the self serve soda machine and there's water there. I called him on it and he said he can't give us a cup. I ask him to sell us a cup and he says $3/each....at this point its a tense, awkward situation, my client's very annoyed, the cashier has an attitude so I say fine, just do it, we're on a schedule. We get our $3 cups, and our water, sit down and the clerk brings my chicken sandwich but no superstar with no meat....unbelievable. As we finally start to eat some time later, we look over and our napkin dispenser is empty. Look at the table next to us and same thing, in fact no napkins in any dispensers on the tables. Have to ask the clerk for napkins. The chicken sandwich was up to par, but the service, experience, dirty stale dated atmosphere made this a very unpleasant visit....it's going to be hard to visit Carls Jr again when I know Wendy's, Jack in the Box and Burger King are usually much better run.

Just ordered 1 veg and 1 chicken. Sandwich with two water and the Bill is $28.5 in a fast food drive through with no additional items like fries. The sandwich was worst quality with a over heated Patty in microwave. This is height of how we can be ripped off if we don’t ask. Will never go to a fast food or order without checking the prices.

First of all, my review is for the sandwich and the Carl's Jr. franchise. The customer service I received was immaculate, considering that it was very late at night (around 3 AM I believe?) Anyway, I was so surprised to see the prices at this location. They are more expensive than the average Carl's Jr. I can understand due to inflation and supply chain issues, but $13 for a "Bacon Beast" Burger was not worth. At $17 for fries and a drink we were approaching $20 combos for one. It was severely lacking in bacon or beastliness anyway (see photos). I did not even get a drink because it was such a rip off, but I was desperate and it was late so I settled on a pretty mediocre meal. Nationwide chains like McDonalds have had more consistent prices and better menus. This is just straight up greed. Y'all need to improve and pare down your menu. I hope you pay the very patient and kind customer service lady well with all those outrageous prices. Not going to be a late night option next time (McDonalds will come in clutch for my 24/7 cravings).
