This was a first. We usually get get pizzas but today was different. We ordered online as usual. We got 2 of $9.99 and we ordered a thin crust with light sauce, pepperoni, sausage, bacon, and extra cheese. We did not get extra cheese and pizza was a little burnt. All we ask is that we get good costumer service.

I don’t like to complain because I like dominos but last night I ordered a pizza online. I followed the instructions and showed up on time. I was told it would be another 10 minutes. I came back in 10 and sat there another 12 minutes and was given a pizza that Luke warm at best. I think it was ready when I first arrived and was told to leave and come back. I called store and manager said that it was impossible to be served a cold pizza. Well I guess the impossible happens.

Worst dominos pizza yet. How does a pizza get burnt to a crisp when they are using an auto pizza cooker. Med burnt pizza and cheese bread was $21 with $3 delevery for 2 miles. So after tip I payed $25 for the worst pizza I have ever had from a Domino's. First time I have ever send pics and complaind to corporate office about a franchise for ANY reason.

They kicked me out of the store and called the police on me because I didn't want to show them my receipt.

The pizza is usually pretty good. But the service is slowww. Maybe staffing issues. They are always hiring. The app is NEVER correct. It will say it’s ready at 6:10, drive there at 6:15 and they will still ask you to circle around the building because it’s not ready.

**Update Received the replacement pepperoni pizza. Complete burnt trash as well!!! Pizza was received cold, yet burnt! The other pizza and garlic bites on the order were cold as well. I called to complain, and was accused of frequently calling to complain, and that is not true. I dont think I've ever called them. Food was subpar and had to be microwaved. They refused to remake the food, just the burnt, cold one. I do not recommend this place. Will not return. Pizza hut, Gondolier, Vittorino's, Little Caesars, Weigels will get our business from here on out!

On the app ordered food said it was done and they said it wasn't had to wait longer and then when pulled up to window sat at the window and no one came and had to even wait longer for someone to recognize we there

I ordered chicken wings and when I got home I had an employee’s half eaten food instead. The employee had put his food where they put people’s take out food goes.

The manager is rude he told us that the app that says my order is ready for and waiting for deliver is wrong. After 45 min of the app saying quality check which was an hour and a half from the time the order was placed saying it would be delivered in 25-30 min we called the store to check on the order we were then told that it would be another 45 min to an hour before it was delivered but it was under a heat lamp. The person on the phone asked do you want your pizza or not. For those playing the home game that delivery estimate of 25-30 min has now turned into 2 hours and 15 min to 2 and a half hours. The manager then informed us that the app has been wrong for the past 30 years I was unaware that apps existed for 30 years. Also when he was told he was being rude to customers who are the reason they have jobs he said that is awful arrogant to think that customers are the reason they are there. With no customers to buy pizzas there would be no reason to keep the doors open. Do not recommend this location.

This was first time I ordered online at this location and I was very disappointed. My order was incorrect and when I called and spoke to the manager Kaylee all she said was we just make what comes in, I told her I know what I ordered and she didn't even apologize, I told her I had the receipt and it did not match what I ordered and all she said was well that's the way it came in. I have ordered online in Athens for years with no issues. It also took around 40 minutes to get my order. The staff was not very friendly either. This will be the last time I order from this location!!! UPDATE:I called again and was told to contact corporate very rudely, I might add. I contacted corporate several times, had a case number and was told by email only, that the store had contacted me, THEY DID NOT!!! It has been at least a month and half and nothing has been done or corrected! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THE SWEETWATER LOCATION and the way I was treated, I will probably rule out DOMINO'S all together!!! Sad one location can ruin the reputation of all locations and corporate was no help 0 and you do not speak to anyone, just email. The worse experience I've had at any place!!!

Very unprofessional. Made my food wrong told the manger Kaylee.She sat and tried to argue with me. Told me I was wrong that she would make it how I wanted but I would have to pay for it . Have ordered many times from Loudon one and no problem what so ever .

They refuse to honor their 50% off coupon from the app. This Domino's as lost mine and my ole lady and my mother business. I will always choose little Caesars over the Sweetwater Domino's

Not one of the staff wears gloves while handling food. As it took a full hour to get a pizza, had time to watch as they handled their cell phones, money, credit cards, touched the filthy order screens, wiped their noses, pushed back their hair and wiped their hands on their pants then went right on handling all of the ingredients and food with the petri dish that was their hands. Long hair left loose around the food, etc. Disgusting. For their own amusement, they tossed the cooked food to see if it would land in the box. It didn't always but they picked it back up and boxed it, laughing. Then, after waiting an hour for a medium pizza, should have checked it before going home. It was 40% plain crust bubbles, completely dry with so little sauce we weren't sure there was any and even less cheese. Seriously - had to put on magnifiers to find the few scraps of cheese. Couldn't even categorize it as a pizza! Truly awful. So sad as they have the opportunity to have loyal customers around here if they would just treat them right. Too many other options for our hard earned money. Do NOT recommend.

Just got my delivery from Sweetwater Domino's spent $15 and I'm able to eat like 1/3 the pizza. How do you even send this out of the kitchen let alone not check it before it goes out. I did make the mistake of not looking at it before the delivery person left but I will be doing so from now on.
