Very good service, the pasta had a very good flavor, although for my taste it was a little oversalted, the salmon, being a relatively quick-cooking protein, took longer to be served than a cut, the carajillo as it should be

The pasta was excellent, the cuts were not good, the rib-eye was very dry, the service was poor, they were not attentive to see if we needed anything, I asked for a soft drink and it took them more than 15 minutes to bring it.

After 11 months, there is little left of what initially seemed like a good concept, now the service is terrible, very slow, even the waiting staff are now irreverent, the pretty-faced girl who served me when I arrived did not even welcome me (I think she is a supervisor) when I gave her the menu and asked her about a dish, her response surprised me "I am not a waitress" she replied, uff, ok I said, but when the waitress passed by, I asked if she could take my order (we had already been waiting for about 10 minutes) .. another response with an arrogant tone ... "I'll take your order right now" . excuse me?? ... and the owner or the manager? Who handles this rebellious staff? Could it be the heat? She brings me the fruit, dried, refrigerated for a long time, the only thing worth saving .... the main course, it's a shame they left only the chef and the owner ... I must say the restaurant did not survive the tie of all the competition around it .... shame

The service in the mornings is incredibly slow; we spent almost an hour waiting for our food and we were the only table…

There were only two tables in the restaurant, the clericot was horrible, it only tasted like orange juice with grapes, the food took a long time to arrive, I think if they have a full restaurant, it collapses.
