We’ve been coming here for four years. Probably once a week on average. The last two times we came there is a lady that was working that just doesn’t care about the customer at all. It was awkward while ordering because I felt like she just wasn’t going to give portions deserving of our pay. I had to order extra fish and wanted to pay extra for avocado, but she gave me nothing to begin with. It used to be a lot of young and youthful kind people running it and now it feels different. We always tip.

This has become one of my favorite Poki spots in Temecula. The staff is always very nice, I have not experienced a line of more than 2 people. Meat portions are good size.

I'm late to the Poke Port accolade. The team was incredibly friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and this is the most important thing - their spice level has delicious heat. The small fish (2 proteins) bowl was enough for dinner and huge leftovers for the next day. For the price point and what you can get for it - this is budget friendly. Plus it's all levels of healthy. Highly recommend!

The fish is very fresh and they are quite generous in their portions with regards to pricing. Went with building my own poke bowl and I was very satisfied!

Been here twice already and will definitely be back. I've tried the beef dumpling soup, stone pot bulgogi, bulgogi fries, and vegetable tofu soup. All super flavorful, with fresh ingredients. The owner is super nice too :)

I’ve been to PokePort many times now, and it’s one of my go-to spots. The fish is super fresh (especially the salmon), and they don’t skimp on the portions. I love how customizable everything is—you can really build the exact bowl you’re craving. The staff is always chill and friendly, and even when it’s busy, they move things along pretty quickly. It just feels like a solid, reliable place to grab a healthy meal that actually tastes great. Definitely recommend if you’re into poke or just want something fresh and satisfying without the fuss.

Just wow. So good. So sad to be updating this with 3 stars. I'm not quite sure what has happened here the past year, but I really hope it gets fixed. While the service and inside was wonderful and updated, but the chef handrolls aren't what they used to be. Also, what is up with the incredibly small size of the handrolls now?! They used to be huge, but now are very tiny with barely anything inside making them not worth it anymore. I immediately started calling the store and the phone went to voicemail but the voicemail box is full. I called numerous times even someone picked up and hung up the phone on me. I must’ve tried at least 5 to 6 times. So I went online and submitted to be contacted via their comment area on their Website. Since I have not heard from them the next day, I decided to call. A young girl answered and passed on the phone to another lady who I assume was a manager or owner. When I told her what I was calling about, she said to me what do I want her to do about it !? She was exceptionally rude and very unprofessional. I stated since I ate the bowl and so did my (Husband) I don’t need a refund on those, but I would appreciate one for the drink that we never received. She asked me again. What do I want her to do about it? I told her that I thought this was very unprofessional, and I deserve a refund on the drink. She then asked me to hold, and I heard her asking a young man who worked last night if he knows? He said no, but he wasn’t working alone and named off to other men. So again, she asked me now what do you want me to do about it? This is really sad to us as again as I stated… We started loving this place, But I won’t be giving my money to them anymore. I thought I was being reasonable since for the saying of “if you eat the steak”, you don’t deserve a refund. But I was charged for a drink THAT WE DIDNT GET! You shouldn’t get a refund on the drink, Only!! UPDATE: After writing the review, the store manager, Angel called me. He was very kind and apologetic for the demeanor of Rebecca, which was the lady I spoke to. He offered to provide us with a free meal. I told him that I would update this review and let him know that I appreciated him very much for Being so professional and trying to make this right. I’m changing my star review from ONE to THREE
