Dairy Queen is a child hood memory. I remember the "Friday Night Treat" our family used to do. The Dairy Queen Full Deal Meal with a hamburger, fries, drink and sundae or ice cream treat. I remember paying 99 cents for it when I was a teeen and it was a lot of money for it to go up to 1.49 It was awesome if you didn't want the treat right away, you can get the coins to get one later. I still have one of those coins. I love that they have a deal that gives you the ice cream treat . Its during lunch though.
Drive through was fast, our sandwiches where fresh and properly put together. Fries where hot and fresh. Best fast food meal we've had in Mesa.
I have gone to Dairy Queen on and off for most of my life since I've been a little kid. They always have delicious shakes and thick yummy blizzards that you can order to your specification. Good old-fashioned hot fudge sundaes are always wonderful and the DQ sandwich is the standard that we have loved since we've been kids. The only thing that I do not like are the Orange Julius. Years ago Orange Julius with the most delicious natural tasting orange drink I've ever had in my life. Many of my peers agree. But over the years they have changed the recipe and it tastes like a chemical soup... it is awful. Other than that I still give Dairy Queen five stars for being a good Old Reliable ice cream place to soothe your Savage beast when you're hankering for ice cream
I visited the DQ a few days ago and it was packed!! service was still great and morgan was exceptional during the rush and made my 4 blizzards very quickly, would definitely recommend her!!
I've been to this location multiple times. Always friendly staff. Never had any real problems. It has often had a very family friendly atmosphere. And if you're fortunate enough, you just might get to see one of the owners of the place. I believe she would be the one making the cakes.
The burgers are some of the best!! I wouldn't have thought they would be that good? But they are great!! Also love the s'mores shake!! They always make it extra thick for me at no additional charge!!!
This is the best DQ location I have ever found for Blizzards. They are generous in their toppings and the consistency is perfect. I will literally pass up a closer location on my way (Higley), just to get to this Power/Broadway store. Also, if you add a second topping to mix-in your Blizzard, they only charge an additional $0.45 whereas other locations charge $0.79+. If you haven't had a Blizzard here, you haven't ever truly enjoyed a Blizzard.
Don't get over to Mesa much but when I do I usually stop in at DQ for the lunch special. Can't go wrong with the $6 lunch. They serve their food hot and freshly prepared. The staff is always friendly, inviting and helpful.
I have been a fan since a little girl, and still enjoy their amazing treats! I still get excited anticipating a visit! Whatever I order is fantastic! Their iceceam cakes are delicious!!! Order 1 for Fathers Day! What a nice surprise!
Burger was Juicy Greatness. 👍 Fries were by far Alot tastier than other fast food places. Drive Thru employees were friendly even funny made me giggle. DQ next to Banner Baywood Hospital my emergency lasted to 9pm Glad DQ Is There!! 👍
I love DQ. Maybe too much. This was a first time for me at this location. We actually had food (grill) which was not too bad. Then we had dessert, 1 blizzard and 1 cone. The counter people were friendly, the store was clean.
The wait was a little longer than usual because my wife ordered the grilled chicken bits. I ordered the triple cheeseburger. Both were hot, fresh and definitely worth the wait. Food was very good. The young man at the counter was friendly, polite and attentive. He stayed busy cleaning when not taking someone's order. We didn't eat in but the lights seemed a little dim for a location that was catering to mostly an over 60 crowd.
This store was very clean. I was greeted upon entering and the lady at the counter was able to answer my questions. Order was prepared quickly. My burger was juicy & delicious! My small sundae was loaded with strawberries and was a good amount of ice cream for a "small". This is my favorite location in the East Valley. I will definitely continue to visit this Dairy Queen!! A sincere "Thank-You" to the employees👍
Our meal was great, but better yet was the experience. The folks that work at this location were super friendly and cheerful, and made us feel valued as customers. Our burgers and blizzards were yummy! Thank you, DQ peeps! We will be back.
This is kind of our go-to place for good, inexpensive hamburgers, chili dogs, & ice cream in any form. The workers are always cheerful & happy. It's not a big & fancy eating establishment but is usually quite busy and prices are very reasonable. The place is always clean and so are the restrooms!
This place is my childhood! Every other Friday (payday) we would go after dinner and get us a perfect cup of vanilla ice cream with whatever, however you wish. The Dairy Queen near my home closed so we had to travel a little bit to this Dairy Queen but it was well worth it. I will love this place forever!! Its my favorite place when I need ice cream!!
Jacob at the register was extremely busy, but he had a great attitude and served me with a 100% accurate order. He read my order back to me and delivered it ASAP. This young man is an extension of great customer service at this store. His efforts definitely keep customers coming back!
There was a young man at the counter and he didn't speak but a few words to us and that was, "extra sauces cost more if you want more than 1 sauce." He didn't even smile at us once. Nor did he ask us if it was for there or to go and when I paid him, he didn't even say thank you. He simply just shouldn't be working in a customer service position AT ALL!!! Everyone else who worked there were VERY KIND and even a trainee was doing a very good job. So, there's just 1 bad apple in that bunch.
My daughter and I stopped in here after a long day of Christmas shopping. We were pretty spent and wanted a quick bite to eat. The food was fair at best but the experience was a 5 star for sure. The young men working here are the most polite and nicest men. They smiled, were kind, and checked to see if we needed anything. As I was leaving I told them how great they all were.
I liked this place, it had a romantic feeling to the place. It's the lighting. Spacious inside. It was very late and we had grandson with us, he loved the place. It seemed to calm him down.
We both ordered chicken strips and it was great. But the main reason we came here was for the summer blizzards. It was the first time in a long they couldn't turn our blizzards upside down. If they did we would have had it all over us.
tasted great but $8 for a blizzard
You can't beat the 3 piece chicken strip meal deal! It comes with chicken strips, fries, a dipping sauce (my favorite is gravy), AND a small sundae! I recommend the hot caramel sundae. You can't beat it when you're on a fixed income, and we like to pick it up to take home for movie night. $7.58 at this time
Great experience for us living temporarily in the area. Grill was moderately busy for the evening. The drive up was busy but we enjoyed the clean, neat and friendly atmosphere of inside seating.
I experienced excellent customer service during my visit on January 5. Friendly, efficient, patient with every guest. I will return.
My favorite fast food hamburger, and you can't go wrong with a strawberry cheesecake blizzard!
Lunch time so there were several people, the lady behind the counter was busy, but she greeted everyone that came in while i was there. She kept her cool and was on her game..
Day before my birthday I just had to have some ice cream so I had a hot fudge sundae and it was wonderful
The employees at the power rd location are alsome and rockstars. With the get a blizzard and they offered my dog a free pup cup. He was so happy and they sure made his day and mine. Thanks to those awesome people.
I go there for their blizzards. The burgers seemed ordinary at best, chicken needed seasoned, fries were ok. But their cakes, shakes and blizzards are exceptional. Hard to see the one on power road, but it's there. Kids seemed to like the place more than the adults. It was clean and service was fast.
Had a blizzard and cheese curds. Both were good. I asked for a glass of water and the girl said they didn't have any water cups. The warehouse was out. No offer to give me a regular cup for water.
Good ice cream but not what they used to be. I swear the peanut buster parfait used to have more chocolate and peanuts. Pricey too, $18.49 for 2 PBP and a large blizzard. 😳
This is the place to go on a budget . I got 3 of the 7$ meal deals and thats A LOTof food for 7$ you choose a 3 piece chicken or a cheeseburger add fries and you get a drink and a sundae for 7$ its good too. Their chicken is great
The service rating is not for those who served me, it's for the management that allows the drive through line to be so slow. If someone's food is going to take a bit of time, then send them around to wait for you to bring it to them and let those who have simple orders to get through in a reasonable amount of time. The food was down one because the dip was really thin and had little flavor.
Busy, efficient, and friendly staff. They have a $6 meal deal: 3 chicken strips, fries, drink, and a sundae. My husband ordered that and I ordered the 2 chicken strips for $2. For $8.86 we had a good meal. We thought it was going to be a good wait on the chicken strips but by the time we washed our hands and got our drink, it was ready. The fries had some salt but definitely not like McDonald's or BK and you can get gravy to dip your fries or strips. They are open for inside dining with plenty of seating and have two tables outside as well. We will stop here again.
Pretty good DQ, my kids have to get it from time to time! This one sells burgers. Very friendly staff greeted us and made sure to say goodbye as we were leaving. The bathroom was not as pleasant could definitely use a good scrub, but there was soap and hot water. My food tasted good. So I'm not complaining.
Just went through the drive through for a maple cookie shake..the girl that was working the drive through was very kind & sweet. She smiled too ! That's a plus! 👏
Drive thru is kind of a loose term here. Everytime we order drive thru, we are asked to pull around and park and wait for items to come out. Staff is friendly, bathrooms and lobby are clean. It just seems they need to figure out their drive thru operation better.
I stopped here after an appointment @ Tri City Cardiology for a Ice Cream Cone. $3.85 for a large was kinda steep in my mind. As for the food, well the only Fast Food I ever do is Arby's or Pizza & Wing's from Barro's. So in short, I cannot give a fair review on the food at this Dairy Queen on Power & Baywood, with the exception ( Unlike McDonald's, The Ice Cream Machine Worked 🤔) Drive Thru was quick & fast with no waiting time, service was friendly & they do accept Credit & Debit Cards.
I paid in the Drive-Thru, they gave me my receipt and then asked for it back, asked me to pull around front. I waited almost 20 minutes. sat there and watch two other cars who came well after me get their two bags of food. finally someone came out with my hamburger and fries. I had asked for crispy fries the guy said yes sure and my fries were not even crispy, 20 minutes
Pro's: Friendly staff, seems clean and has good food. Con's: Extremely long wait times. Every time I order something that is not ice cream I usually have to park and wait for it - over 15 minutes at times. Also, I should mention that the wait times are significant no matter if the place is busy or if there's a single car in the lot. Waiting is going to happen but if a burger and a shake is taking over 10 minutes, it's no longer fast food....
Dairy Queen—a classic spot known for its desserts, but it also offers some fast-food staples. I'd give it a middle-of-the-road 3-star rating. Let's start with the chicken strips. Honestly, they left much to be desired. They were on the dry side and didn't pack the kind of flavor you'd hope for. It felt like the chicken was more an afterthought compared to their ice cream offerings, which is a bummer when you're in the mood for a hearty meal. Now, let's talk Blizzards. That's where Dairy Queen truly shines. The texture, the flavor options, and the mix-ins are all spot-on. Whether you're into classic chocolate or want to go all out with something like Oreo or Reese's, the Blizzard never disappoints. It's creamy, delicious, and exactly the pick-me-up you need. So, in the end, the experience is a mixed bag. If you're going just for the ice cream, you're in for a treat. But if you're hoping for a well-rounded meal experience, it might fall short of expectations.
This location is right next to a hospital (Banner Baywood) with a small ER bay and long offload times - meaning ambulance crews can't loiter to use the bathroom, etc - but this Dairy Queen won't let EMS use the bathroom without a food purchase? Classy. Upon ordering a chicken strip box I was informed they were out of the bread. Did they add more chicken or perhaps more stale, cold fries to the box? Of course not. You can tell a lot about various services by the way they treat public servants. Can't recommend.
Bought a mediun milkshake that costs over $5. It tasted like it was made with icemilk instead of ice cream. I was very disappointed in Dairy Queen. The young man at the take out window was very polite and friendly.
I have some very fond memories of Dairy Queen. From their dilly bars and other frozen treats for decent food from a fast food joint. This Dairy Queen seems to have joined forces with Disney remakes in an attempt to destroy any childhood nostalgia I may have had. I come here for a cheap meal and a nice trip down memory lane. Instead I get rushed out of the Drive thru to "wait up front" for my food to keep their times down EVERY VISIT. Who hands you ice cream in the middle of the Arizona summer and then says the food will be out in 5 minutes? Soup by the time I get the actual food. When I ask about the total being more than it should I get told the receipt "will come with my food, Wait up front." Yup, I overpaid. Can I ask the worker about it? Nope, already walking away and I used all of my lunch break waiting on the meal... which wasn't what I ordered OR what I was charged for. SO many fails in this one visit.
If you want a sundae or soft serve you have to order by 9:30 PM per Eddy. If the hours of business are are open until 10 PM, then you should be able to get soft serve ice cream until then. We drove up to drive thru at 9:40 PM. Had to get blizzards.
I ordered a burger and 2 Sunday's through drive through. When I got to the window, they had my 2 Sunday's ready but told me to pull around front and wait for my burger, meanwhile the ice cream was already melting when they gave that to me. Oh, did I mention this was on a 90 degree AZ day.
The staff were not only arguing with each other but yelling loud enough for the whole place to hear, including the shift manager. (A few curse words were heard) Then my food was shoved all in one bag, which ended up tearing the bag. Was not even offered another bag. Food fell out as soon as I set it down. Son and husband said their burgers were burnt and dry. Couldn't even roll the top down to stop food from falling. Blizzards were so soft the employee couldn't turn them upside down. They also argued over who was supposed to bring food out to a waiting vehicle andto my table. So sad that it's gone this far downhill.
Picked up a couple blizzards for dessert and got chicken fingers for my fiance. Ask for gravy for the chicken fingers. We left and we're upcharged for the order and didn't receive part of it. Didn't check cause it's in a box. I don't mind paying rctra but when you don't receive something and you don't even get a receipt, disappointed.
The kid at the counter is horrible. Was not customer friendly. He was rude and very degrading. When asked what sizes he would look at you with a dumbfounded look and pointed to the menu. The bathrooms were nasty and I wouldn't recommend this place to a family of dogs.
For a very long time this was our favorite DQ.., however recently our last 2 visits were very disappointing! Last night it seemed like there was no supervision and quite out of control...There was no ice in the soft drink machine & Coca Cola was out.. Our food chicken fingers and fries came out slightly warm, the pumpkin pie blizzard had no pie crust (was told they were out) and the wait was longer than normal.. Will find another DQ!!!
The floor is filthy from all the ice cream that was getting dropped. I don't think there was an adult working there. None of the teenagers working there seemed to know what was going on and none of them could make more than one thing at a time. Only half the orders seemed to come out right while I was waiting for my order to be fixed.
Been waiting in this drive-thru lane for 10 min now. There’s 2 cars in front of me and 5 behind. Pick up the pace
Everytime in drive thru they always make us pull up to the front of the building to wait and it’s usually 15 minutes sitting and waiting.. ridiculous. Some of the employees are.. lacking listening skills.. I asked for sprite they give Dr Pepper, I said no tomato they give extra tomato… I said no fries they give fries.. it’s like just listen please… food tastes good but it is NOT worth the wait
Spent well over $30 here not realizing they only give you one marinara sauce for a large cheese curd. So that means everyone's double dipping. You can get more but it will cost you $0.60 a piece. Back to Freddy's I go...
I was told to pull around to the front because we were waiting on my hamburger. I don't mind pulling around and waiting. That is if the food is actually cooked. My hamburger was not even brown! It was still ice cold on half it was raw inside! Not even edible. It was greasy on the bun and the meat was gray outside and pink inside disgusting!
My daughter and I waited for 20 minutes for a large order. We were told it would be freshly made. The order was gross and cold!! Not happy! Can’t get anyone to answer the phone there and I can’t file a complaint!!
Thanks for the pretzels and ketchup. I ordered queso ... And paid for queso ... Waited for 15 mins in the parking lot... For soft pretzels and ketchup. Thanks for wasting my time , gas , and life for something that should never be eaten together. The workers are not very intelligent. I'd recommend a different location.
Worst Dairy Queen i have been to (coming from a dairy queen connoisseur). I don't like to complain, but everytime i come to this location and order a Blizzard, there is some topping on the top about an inch down and the rest is just white icecream. How hard is it to put the correct amount in the cup and mix it in the blender-thing.
Can't select ZERO stars. This place is one of the only locations that DOES NOT have Reese's Pieces, they are very slow and they keep adding syrup to a vanilla blizzard. If I wanted chocolate soft serve, I would have ordered chocolate and not vanilla. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to the better store on Recker.
The place was dirty. The service was lousy! There was a really strange oder when you first walk in. I found old food caked on the side of my chair they forgot my order I had to go and get it and it wasn't even made. The health department could have a field day here.
They just made us wait half an hour, holding on to my card just to tell me they couldn’t serve us. They are blaming the machine but they should have told us before that half hour. I’m not happy with them and this is not my first bad experience with them. Visited again hoping to giving them a second Chance, they goofed around with my card and then took 20min to get my food in drive thru.
I came here after my daughters gymnastics class and ordered 3 of their hungry deals that come with 4 chicken strips. We waited for a while in the drive thru and we’re asked to “pull to the front because they were making fresh chicken.” After a pretty long wait, I was brought my order and got home and opened it to find there were only three chicken strips in there. I called the store because that was really frustrating and didn’t want it happening to someone else and spoke to a manager named Molly. She said that she would give me two free meals on my next visit. I came in for them and let the girl behind the register Alyssa know what happened and what the manager Molly had said. She said She had left already and went to get a manager , Steven was his name, and said they have something wrong with their order while rolling her eyes. He came to the counter and asked me what was going on and I explained it. He had major attitude as if it was a huge inconvenience and coming out of his own pocket, and rudely asked if she wrote my name down. I said I didn’t know as I called on the phone and was assuming she did as my number was asked for. He just walked away and left me standing at the counter... then told the girl you have another order so I just stepped to the side. Upon making the order you could hear some girl sarcastically say, “always give the customer what they want” while laughing. I have always gone to this location because I have family that have lived near there for the last 25 yrs, but I will not be stopping here again. Horrible customer service.
They had a long wait time at the drive through. And wanted to charge for dipping sauce for my order of chicken tenders.
Worst experience ever at dairy Queen. Order a Choco brownie extreme blizzard, got a vanilla shake. When I brought it to counter to show them, they had the audacity to tell me that it was blended in. Never going back to this dairy Queen
I was very disappointed when I had to sit in line for a very long time. It wasn't that it was a huge line, it was that they wouldn't have anyone go to a waiting area when they have a complicated order that was going to hold up the line. A long time, an unreasonable time, a rediculous time! There's no way to pull out of thier line and escape either. When I finally got my strawberry sundae, it had two little pieces of strawberry and a bit of juice. Extremely disappointing.
In order to warn you, I gave it one star. It doesn't deserve ANY. I can't believe I spent $40 here. Everything was bad! I took pictures of the food, our gravy was brown and looked like it had been sitting for A WHILE. I will be calling the city food inspection on them. I was blown away! The chicken was so hard and gross. I have never tasted a chicken strip that didn't seem to have chicken in it because it was so hard and had been sitting so long. Don't eat here seriously. For them to serve their food that way, puts you and your family in danger, gravy should never sit that long and still be served! You will get sick.
Dont bother with the disgruntled customer script. Won't be going back to this D.Q. Drive-thru. Paid at 4:47. Had to park in front and wait.. And wait ... And W A I T ... Watch an employee come in, park and walk in about 4:51ish. 5:05, Give up and go in. Met at the door, by same employee Who apparently they had been waiting for, to carry our meal out after clocking in. Blizzard soft and already melting. Should have done the "flip" right there in the dining room. Ordered popcorn shrimp box. Sub fries for the cheese curds. Please see picture for that disaster. Shrimp, what there was of it. Hard and chewy. Cocktail sauce tasted like dish water. Tarter sauce had a tang to it, as if spoiled. Curds the best thing. So they did earn one star. Burger wasn't hot. Fries warm and sad. Theres no pride here.
I ordered the bacon cheese grilled burger with fries and a mint chocolate shake. Positive: shake was good. Negative: the burger was not cooked all the way through and disgusting. The fries was a combination of bland and burnt. I will never eat the food from Dairy Queen again. And the total was $11.46 for disgusting food. Very disappointing.
Today my husband was assaulted at this Dairy Queen by the manager Alyssa. He was picking up a DoorDash order and she asked him to confirm the order which he did. She did not ask the driver of another race to confirm their order they were able to walk right out of Dairy Queen. After he confirmed his order and tried to walk out she assaulted him tackled him, ripped the bag from his arms and scratched him she blocked him from exiting the restaurant with the bag. I was outside he called me to alert me that she would not let him out of the restaurant when I walked up to the door she had both arms blocking the door. I open the door and asked her to move to let him out and she would not. I told her that if she did not move she will be charged and I will be calling the police that she is holding us against our will inside the restaurant. She was trying to accuse him of stealing the DoorDash order that he was picking up. I do not appreciate this type of behavior from a restaurant and cannot believe a manager would do something like this …absolutely absurd we will be contacting an attorney. If I could leave zero stars I would.
I bought a salad. It was one of the skimpiest salads I have ever purchased. Very little chicken, tomatoes, or cheese. It was mostly iceberg lettuce. I didn’t even get dressing which I did request. I will not return to this location. ☹️
They put sauce on my burger and I ordered it plain only lettuce. Service was lousy. I will never eat there again. I do not recommend this Dariy Queen. No stars.
The front staff is very slow! I waited 17 minutes for my order and did not get any dipping sauce for my pretzels or my chicken and fries. The drive thru is usually decent on time but was alot busier than inside so i opted for the reasonable way which made me late returning to work; when initially i had 30 minutes. Ridiculous.
Ordered a small 5oz cone, they gave me the kids size, 3oz, i can tell because i work at dairy queen, i asked if they had weighed it and the manager was dismissive and closed the window on me, not very representative of “ Believe” in B.L.A.S.T!
I won't go here again. The service was really bad, it took them about 10-15 min to get our food and blizzards. Ordered the box meals, this place is so stingy that the food didn't even come in a box. Nor was the food fresh. They also want full price for when they upgrade a size for blizzards. All in all, a horrible experience. I'll be going to the one on Higley from now on. I've been there and the service there is wonderful.
My kids and I stopped by for a treat and I ordered a mini cookie dough blizzard. I asked for extra cookie dough too. Being that COVID-19 has everyone taking extra precautions, they put lids on the ice cream. I get home and see there is NO cookie dough in my ice cream and I was charged for the extra that I ordered. I wouldn’t have cared for the extra charge if there was actually cookie dough in it! That’s bad business!
This store is filthy. No one washed their hands. The staff touching the register should be wearing gloves when making food items
I sat in the drive thru for an entire 5 to 7 minutes and no one came onto the speaker. The cars in front of me didn't even move. There were only 2 cars in front of me so they weren't that busy. It would've been nice if someone on the drive thru speaker could have at least acknowledged that they were aware I was out there. Maybe the speaker was broken. I don't know because after sitting there for that long, I backed out of the drive thru & went elsewhere. So disappointed in this Dairy Queen.
I'm lactose intolerant I ordered burgers two separate times and specified no cheese on my burgers both times when I got home they were loaded with cheese , when I came back and informed the manager she would only replace 1 burger , also they do not answer the phone so you can't call to talk to them, They did not stand behind what they sold me, I was ripped off !!!
100° outside, took my order took my money gave me my ice cream items and told me to pull around to wait for my food. Still waiting as I write this review and it's been almost 20 minutes. My Ice cream is a melted mess even though I have my AC blasting. Based on other reviews this is standard procedure. A 20 minute wait for two cheeseburgers and an order of fries should never be standard procedure. There was no one in front of me, no one inside and at least eight workers. I get how hard it is to find good people to work but I'm now going inside to ask for a refund. Sonic is just up the street.
Absolutely terrible. I visited my Father at the hospital and after a long night I saw that there was a DQ and was so happy because I hadn't eaten. It was 9:45pm and they closed at 10. I was in the mood for a cheeseburger, when I ordered at the drive thru I was informed they were no longer serving burgers because they were open but they were "almost closed"??? Really upset me, but good news there is a 5 guys just down the street, they also close at 10pm but they were very happy to take care of me and I enjoyed an amazing burger and fries from 5 guys! Thank you 5 guys!!!
The young lady that took our orders was Super Nice. She brought our food out to us, shes great super polite. Im sorry to say though took a couple bites of my cbeeseburger had to spit it out, all burnt, tasted terrible, my granddaughters was the same. Didnt want to complain but wont eat their again.
First of all, they gave me a super watery blizzard... When I complained, they didn't seem to care. (I wondered why she didn't flip it). Whoever was in charge at 9 pm at night is rude. I always come in the daytime and never have had a bad experience until I came tonight. I feel bad for the guy who was training. I noticed how the female treated us and other people of color versus the other customers, and it was distasteful. Me and my family won't be back.
I ordered chicken fingers basket for my daughter and got a chili cheese dog for myself. The basket turned out decent but I got a chili dog that was so hard to cut it flown the hot dog all over my pants the bun was hard as a rock could not cut it and it looks like it had been nuked in a microwave this is by far the worst place I've ever been and now have to go buy a new pair of shorts just to look decent. Thanks a lot dairy Queen!
Zero Stars would be best rating. Tried drive up window for ice cream cone three times. Maybe 2/3rds of the ice cream the cone usually has in it for over 3.00. Been eating them for 60+ years never had skimpier amount of ice cream in a cone you can see the waffles in the edge with no attempt to put ice cream anywhere but the center of the cone. It has been the same drive up window worker with the skimpy filling of cones and all cars we see order cones get the same skimpy ice cream cone. Don’t use this drive up window she doesn’t care that the cone isn’t even close to filled! Shame on them for cheating the customers.
Worst dairy queen. If you want to be happy with your ice cream drive a few miles to a different location. You will not be happy at this location! No need to respond, we will never give you our business again.
I'm beyond disappointed this restaurant used to be my favorite.ate lunch almost everyday.but now it's awful 2.60 for a 6oz drink 5.00 dollars for two cheese burgers that taste like eating a rubber disc I've never had my teeth bounce off of food before till now worst ten dollars for lunch ever.
Really tonight 9/24/2025 I stop by get food at this place. I pay 2.16 dl for a small sprite and this people they give me sparkle water 😡🤬😡🤬😡😡🤬 Is not about the money is about they acting like they don't know and the cashier and the service girl they were discussing the situation in front of me out side of the window. Be more productive and speak to the customer about not having what they pretend to sale.
Went in for a blizzard and sundae. It took 16 minutes to get my order. I saw them tilting the blizzard over the trash can because it was already melting from sitting on the shelve. I went and asked if that was my order and was told she was finishing it up. She only need to add a spoon which she didn’t. so I had to wait in line to ask for one. Probably should’ve read the reviews before trying this location.
On July 24th about 9:30 p.m. went to the drive-thru order the banana split oh I thought I did because when I got up to the window three employees saw me sitting in the Drive-Thru Lane and did nothing I just talking on your cell phone is more important then helping a customer I guess those kids think it's more important to talk on the cell phone than to help a customer for a place that its days are numbered I guess they don't care I remember when that complex had a bashes in it and a lot of other good stores now look at it
I only ordered my dinner here for the ice cream. Well when my order was delivered I had paid for the ice cream but it was not there? It was on the receipt but not in the bag. One of the most disappointing food experiences of my life! I will never order food from here again! I will buy my ice cream from the grocery store and order whatever food I want.
Very disappointed, we paid for hot fudge to be added to my blizzard, was charged but they didnt add it but I didnt realize until halfway through cause I thought maybe it got shoved into the middle when mixing. Didnt do the upside-down thing theyre supposed to do and everyone there looked like they hates their jobs. We were there about 9pm Thursday night. Drive thru
I was handed my ice cream completely melted. Which is upsetting because it’s not like this is a cheap place. And I was in such a hurry to get to work I didn’t have time to say anything or go back. My banana split was all liquid right when she handed it to me which is when I took the pics and there was strawberry sauce coming out of the package
