Just wanted to write few words about Ms Kacey (waitress). She is so professional and so polite! My son was not in great mood and was a bit rude,but she made him smile and we all had great time! Thank you Ms Kacey for being so awesome!

Great service from Preston!! (Our waiter!) he was so nice and courteous. I understand this place had bad reviews however most restaurants get bad reviews not solely on the food but service as well. We went in with low expectations on a 6pm Monday night ... place wasn’t packed but it wasn’t empty either. The food portion was fine. I enjoyed my peach sangria, and my family had a great dinner! If you happened to get a bad server then I understand the bad review but honestly for the “brand” it was fine. It satisfied our cravings for salad and bread sticks! (Which our server constantly gave us helpings of!!) loved our waiter! If the manager of this establishment reads my post please give a huge praise to him!!! He was absolutely delightful! It’s hard to find waiters that’s willing to work and serve tables without worrying about what they’ll do it!

Food was flawless, and extremely fast to be brought out from the kitchen. Our server was very attentive and caring even though the entire restaurant was packed. This was our first time back since about 4 years ago. It definitely was the best service/food we've ever gotten from an Olive Garden. Don't hesitate to visit, even if it's on Saturday night (busiest).

Awesome place for italian food. The salad and breadsticks are all you really need but they do have a great selection of pasta and meats for all your other food choices. Get a bottle of the salad dressing and use it to marinate your grilled chicken!

You may notice on my reviews that they are all five star probably. The reason for that is I don't typically review a place of business unless it is a five star or the place is terrible then of course it wouldn't be 5 star. Our waitress at the restaurant was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The food was delicious. I had the gnocchii soup which was very very good. It was very clean and well kept and as soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated.

Amazing Olive Garden. Henry was our server and he was amazing! They brought back the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo which was cooked to perfection! Heavenly! 👌 Hubby got the Stuffed Chicken Marsala. It was also amazing. I would 100% revisit this location. Everyone was welcoming. The experience was one to remember.

We aren’t frequenters of the Olive Garden but this review deserved 5 stars for the service. The Manager Carly & our server Alexis gave extra care of my husband & I’s no dairy request. They took time go through the ingredients of our dishes to ensure we were ok. And also checked in on us intermittently. Carly let us know Olive Garden takes food allergies seriously and has enlisted an entire protocol to ensure the safety of their clientele. We don’t often dine in restaurant chains as we cook a lot at home, but being on the road this was truly outstanding hospitality and service. And the food was tasty too!

All positive except for one young lady who does not like her job apparently, was in the restroom with another woman no paper towels to dry hands open door young lady staff asked her to send someone with paper towels, she said she would after a lengthy wait, another woman shows up not happy having to bring us paper towels does not speak to either of us, just unrolls paper towels for us to take some, never smiles never speaks a word, def in the wrong business.! She did not fit in with all the other friendly helpful staff, even our hostess decided our booth seats were not clean enough so b4 we sat down she sprayed wiped and cleaned the seats, she was very nice as was everyone else.

This is a great place to stop and eat. We love it. The service is always fast and everyone is knowledgeable of the menu. The menu is large so you will be able to find something to eat no matter what kind of food you are craving. The atmosphere is always clean and quiet. Stopped here after a long day of traveling. HO-my GOSH was it worth it!!! I got a Minestrone soup. Fantastic. Breadsticks Wonderful. 6oz Steak Fettuccine Alfredo. Delicious. Then capped off the meal with zeppoli (warm donuts) and they were delicious. Our server Sky was fantastic and very accommodating. This restaurant was spic and span. I have nothing bad to say, or any critiques. It was that good. Best Olive Garden I've had, and I've been to dozens and dozens.

The food was very good and we had a great waiter! One horrible thing though was one of the managers. You think the manager would be welcoming and nice, but this was not the case! JENNIFER was terribly rude and pointed her finger at one of the members of our table. We asked for bread several times and she said she just put some in the oven multiple times! Our server Russ was great! He has great customer service and he checked on us through out the night. Our food was very delicious and fresh and it came out very fast. He made sure our drinks stayed filled before we ran low, and he also made us a fresh batch of bread because the ones that was made for us from the cook was over cooked and hard that when I bit into it, it hurt my tooth, I thought my cap was about to come out but other than that we left very satisfied. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

My mom loves Olive Garden so I take her there every time I take her out. In the past, this wouldn't have been my first choice because there was a smell that didn't agree with me (cleaning products... overpowered the smell of any food) and the prices were a bit high for pasta and cheese. We went a couple of times recently and things have changed. They have a "value menu" and there's not that weird smell. The food was good too.

So much good food. The endless bowls were awesome, but don't make the same mistake as me - you don't need that much food. The staff were really helpful and courteous, more cheese please! The place was too cold though, the AC was blasting far too much. Then again, it was pretty cold the weekend I visited.

Texarkana Olive Garden lacks quality control in regards to the food. Service is less than accurate but that falls upon the server, wrong drings or sat somewhere and half the ice melted before making it to the table. Hate having stalk or large stem cuts in the soups, rather just eat somewhere else after seeing this. I only return after about six months to see if things are better, and it's just another disappointment. Surely this NOT the taught practice in prep nor cook and services. I hate doing reviews like this, others I'm sure are finding it okay. Update: 12-15-18 Must have done some changes or we had a different shift or something, but they actually did very well, putting us on the fence now. I'm not giving up on them, just because I'm familiar of what has to happen and hopefully it has. Going from three to four, just looking for consistency for 2019. Update: 02-07-2019 Wish I could include my photo of my order, with this.... Ordered the Herb Salmon, could not get Asparagus or even a Loaded Baked Potato so take a guess....the Broccoli. The Salmon was cooked all the way through, the plating...it was just boring. The Soup was average but the Kale had spent too much time within. Maybe just change the name to, "You Want Cheese With That?" Everybody else in our party seemed okay with their orders,... I should have gone with the Mashed Potatoes and a bottle of wine. Update 05-10-19 Again RAW SALMON, with a clear edge taste that it was cooked with the chicken. It was horrible, even the waitress couldn't distinguish between a start of soup or salad be it my wife and I ordered the soup and inevitably received the salad. We just looked at each other puzzled and to top it off the waitress states, "oh, I'm sorry, you can have it, I won't charge you that." We did get the soup, and that's all I could really eat after the Salmon. I looked at the broccoli, and think to myself, why the heck did I ever come back. It was one of my daughters favorite places to eat, and while we were there a small group close to us sang to the same name of our Lil girl whom we called Grace. She recently had died in a car accident, needless to say my wife cried during our stay. We miss her extremely bad everyday! I'll leave a picture of my Salmons appearance and leave it at that. It just happens too much.

Olive Garden is notable for its consistency. Had the chicken parmesan with salad and bread sticks (perfectly seasoned with subtle garlic in c salt flavor) that was delicious and satisfying. But their soups and pasta combinations are also very appealing.

I wasn’t impressed with the tour of Italy. My favorite thing there is the soup, salad and breadsticks with the Alfredo dipping sauce. Now for the dessert, they literally have a tres leches cake but call it sweet cream. It’s AMAZING.

Driving from Missouri to Texas, we pre-ordered online curbside pick up 2 hours in advance for a specific time based on GPS ETA to take to our hotel. Everything was ready and hot upon our arrival. Ordered meat sauce on the cheese ravioli, but came with marinara. Was still good, but a little disappointed after a long car ride all day looking forward to it.

Hostess wasn’t very inviting. She could not answer any questions we had for takeout. Our takeout for just a salad took longer than I would have expected (probably 20 min.) I really needed a water to go but of course, the hostess refused any eye contact to see if I needed something and was very unapproachable. So I went to the bartender. She was great. Asked what I needed and took care of me right then and there. I would have given a 1 star rating but since y’all have a wonderful bartender, there you go.

I ordered the endless soup and salad. The salad was lettuce and croutons with one olive. The soup was mediocre at best. The server was pleasant but seemed to be spread thin, through no fault of their own. Over all it seems like the restaurant quality has declined.

The service by our waiter Tyler was amazing...he was warm and very friendly...the food was good...I remember the portions for the prices being bigger but it's the other way around now a days...I also ordered 2 alcoholic beverages...I can't remember what the blue one was called but it was a little sour and just tasted like blue lemonade with vodka....the strawberry bellini was just straight up champagne 🍾with no strawberry flavor and it had no garnish like on the photos....all in all we enjoyed our service, food and night out....but think that was the last time I'll ever return to an olive garden...TYLER YOU WERE AMAZING!! The reason I gave a 3 star is their AC for the workers was not working. The food was not as good as I remembered granted though I haven't been in 20 years. The only redeeming dish in my personal opinion was the steak and Alfredo definitely would have tasted a lot better too with shrimp. Idk I kept feeling like the food was missing something but I honestly don't know what.

To start, will I go back. Yes. At one time Olive Garden was an upper scale place to eat out. It has changed over time. The service was very nice. The pasta meals were good. The "new" shrimp plate started out good however left a bitter after taste. They are known for their salads and bread... not this time. I would give this spot 3.5 out of 5. Worth going but has some hiccups. Enjoy!!!!

I had a team that I brought here for dinner. Me and the coaches ordered first but was probably the last to get our food. The coach's wife ordered rigatoni with meatball but by the time they got the orders sorted out no rigatoni for her, they were out. I was offered a refill on my sweet tea and never got it. I feel like we barely got bare minimum service here. The waitresses just seemed disheveled and on how to keep up a large crowd.

The waitress seemed worried that she didn't miss any of her required duties as a wait person . She interrupted our conversation multiple times, to ask us if we needed anything. Like bring my side order of marinara, or bring my wife's soup at the end of our meal. Or rush us to pay the bill like we were in her way. Clearing dishes when we were clearly not done. Then the floor manager came by twice to ask how everything was. All seamed pushy and pre returned. Then wanted me to fill out a survey like it would make a difference. Also messed up our friends order . Bringing it corrected after we were done eating. ?

The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our server changed mid meal which was strange. Our to go order was incorrectly filled. It took over five minutes to get a refill on a drink. One expects more on a $100 ticket.

The last time I went to this Olive garden was about 10 years ago. Nothing has changed. Although very apologetic the service was bad. The salad drown in salad dressing. Soup not very hot. Had a hair in our salad. The salad itself was limpy not crisp. The only thing that was good was the bread and tea. I hadn't been to an olive garden in probably 6 years, this was just not good. I felt like I was eating a tv dinner. We did get checked on by a manager after the hair in our salad, our waitress was a good one, she was super sweet.

I'm very disappointed this trip! The salad was good as always, breadsticks perfection! Soup was luke warm. We ate the entire meal before drinks were served! No, it was not busy, and they did not look to be understaffed. Waiter never returned with the change said it would be a long time before he could come back with it as it was a cash transaction. So he did get over 12% tip from a very unsatisfied customer.

I had a bad experience with the new stuffed chicken Marsala with mushrooms. My stuffing and chicken was burnt horribly the sauce did not taste good either don’t order it and it is new on the menu. The salad had to much Olive Garden dressing in it so I did not have a great experience today but every time I order something with chicken it is always burnt they need to get this under control or fire the chef! My waitress was awesome!! So I ordered an egg plant parmesan to go that dish is always good. The manager never came to me to say sorry for my experience! Not good!

We love the food from here but recently its like they’ve gotten lazy. My to go orders look distasteful. A tuscan soup is supposed to be a soup yet it’s mostly potatoes. It’s in the name so why not make it a soup.

Very disappointed. Stopped by for dinner as I kick off a business trip locally. I had the tour of Italy. The fettuccine alfredo was pretty good. I could definitely tell that the dish had been made in advance and then heated up because the chicken parm was not crispy. The lasagna was burnt and inedible. The salad and breadsticks were predictably good as usual. I was also surprised that they do not give out mints with the bill at this location. Waitress was friendly but took a long time to get my soda refilled. I don't know if I'll be back after this trip is done, but if I do come back, I won't be going back to this Olive Garden.

Definitely not the place it was five years ago. I have a soy allergy. The kids meal is the thing I always have. I was told tonight that they would not serve me that, Not going back anytime soon. We set at the bar and always get the best service. Our bartender is always great. She takes very good care of us.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Beyond disappointed. We arrived to eat here today at 1:30 pm and left at 3:50pm. The resturant was not busy at all and there was multiple employees working and several just standing around talking so for it to take as long as it did there is n o excuse. Then had to ask 3 times for our breadsticks and the first time our waitress said she will bring some out, and we never got them. Then the next two times we were told they didnt havd any rightnow but they brought two different tables next to us breadsticks within a 15 minute time frame. It took almost 2 hours to get our food. We had 2 adult meals and 2 children meals. The reason for our wait was because apparently their kitchen staff is just kind of slow. Our bill total was over $100 and honestly for what we spent and our wait, it just wasn't justifiable. Oh and at the very end when we were paying they brought breadsticks to the table, at that point what was the point. Incredible disappointed and we will never be back to this location again.

It's probably the worst Olive Garden I've ever been to. We came in at exactly 3:00PM it was pretty much dead inside, maybe 3 tables being used. No one at the hostess stand, when someone did come to bring us to a table we passed 4 tables which hadn't been bussed. We sat and waited for 25 minutes, and no one came to even greet us or do a drink order. Bottom line, General Manager needs to fire some front of the house managers because they're clearly not holding any employees accountable.

I am a long time customer of Olive Garden, and eat there multiple times every month. I can’t remember a time when I’ve had a worse experience than what I had today. When we arrived, we had only a couple of minute wait. No problems there at all. We were seated and the server came to get our drink order, and placed an order for Alfredo sauce. She put in the order for the Alfredo, came back and took our order. She was a bit upset by something, but we were friendly, trying to maybe help her have a bit better day. There was nothing complex about the order. It was 17 minutes later when we finally got our drinks. I thought maybe something happened in the kitchen, causing a delay. No biggie, right? 29 minutes after we initially placed our order, we received OUR SALADS, a soup, and the boat of Alfredo, with seven breadsticks - one basket - for six people. After another 12 minutes, 41 minutes after our original order, we received our food. In that time, there’s no refills of drinks or salad. There’s no extra breadsticks, no Alfredo refill that we ordered, and no reason as to what is happening. Of course, several couples around us had eaten and gone. I have never said this about any other OG, but I may never go back. I never got a refill on my drink, the alfredo, breadsticks, salad, or any explanation of a problem, all the other servers’ tables are getting proper service. It’s Olive Garden. I don’t expect the finest Italian, but I do want a good meal with okay service. That’s why I go back regularly. I don’t leave hungry. I left disappointed, a bit hungry, and definitely needing a drink. Hope their DM sees this and does something to fix this issue.

Service was terrible, they made our food wrong and then lied that the pasta was gluten free. They were questioning my daughters gluten allergy instead of just serving her the food she ordered.

The 1 star rating is for Corporate Olive Garden, not this actual location. The service here was awesome, our waitress was fantastic, she gets 5 stars! My food was good, I'd give it 4 stars, only because the pasta was a little undercooked. The salad is always 5 stars. The 1 star is for my husand's food, and it would actually be a negative 5 stars! He ordered the steak, and the build your own appetizer with the new nachos as one of his choices. The steak looked like a small porkchop. Actually, part of a small porkchop! This steak wouldn't fill up a small child, much less a full grown man! My husband is holding his fork right next to the steak in the picture, as a size reference and yes, that is the whole untouched steak. The nachos were a horrible mess, and I'm being nice! Note to Corporate Olive Garden: either offer real steaks or take them OFF your menus! $17.99 is absolutely ridiculous for a small porkchop-size steak that tastes awful! As for your extremely unappetizing nachos, if y'all are going to offer them, send someone to a Johnny Carinos so you can see how AWESOME Italian nachos should be made! Do the wives that drag their kicking screaming husbands to your establishment a big favor......put a nice, flavorful LARGE steak on your menu (at a competitive price!), so we don't have to listen to them complain all the way home....and for days afterward! Send someone to Texas Roadhouse so you know what I mean. I won't go to Olive Garden again with my husband. Which means I will only be eating there on a rare occasion now. We will go to Texas Roadhouse, spend less money and my husband will be happy. Great job corporate Olive Garden!

Took 40 minutes and still didn't get my entree. Spaghetti and meatballs. I get your busy but this should be premade and just needed to be plated. Asked for my entree just to be taken off. No sight of manager or no offer for anything else. No other discount on anything else for wasting my time. Wouldn't recommend this Olive Garden.

Service was great, atmosphere was good then the food was lil off. 20 miss after we left. Me and my Date got some kinda food poisoning? We felt very bad all night and still feel yucky. Sorry but we won't go there again. 🙏🏽

A pretty bad experience on 10/10/24. We didn’t get our drinks ordered for 20 minutes and it took another ten minutes to get them after that. And then we sat forever just to get our food ordered. The manager, Jennifer, saved the night but the other manager could have cared less. There was a big table so our waitress, Zoey, was pressed but we should have been seated elsewhere. I wish we could have tipped Jennifer because she’s a gem and it would have been a good tip. Check #51574

Was maybe a handful of tables so not busy...Waiting on my soup and Server came back 10 minutes after taking our order to ask us to tell her again because she couldn't find a pen then she goes and types it into the computer, if you could have just done that 10 minutes ago why did I wait for my soup. Got the steak gorgonzola Alfredo and it was horrible, the steak was like boiled liver, the sauce was glue with a bitter cheese taste and the noodles were starchy and undercooked. My boyfriend had the chicken Alfredo which had very little sauce and no flavor. $60 and we left most of our dinner sitting there. My dogs would have thought I was punishing them if I took it home to them.

The food is great however the staff were not on the level of expectation for such a decent restaurant..

Trouble

We went in for dinner at 420 Sunday afternoon. We were seated then we sat. Others were seated after us asked what they wanted to drink and appetizers. So we were still waiting. No one ever asked so we left!!!! Will not be back. Someone missed out on a really good tip! Merry Christmas
