Visited P.F. Chang's after quite some time, especially since so many new restaurants have opened in the area. It was great to be back and the food and service were just as wonderful as we remembered. We started with a couple of new drinks along with our favorite lettuce wraps, which are always a must. Every dish we ordered was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we are definitely looking forward to visiting again.
Lauren was very attentive and personal. She did a great job making sure we were good at each stage of the valentine 5 course offering
First time here and our waitress, Eva, made the experience! She recommended plates and was so attentive. Would definitely come again
Great location. Amazing customer service. Terrific ambiance. Great staff and food options.
Me and the family came in for a late Valentine’s celebration, everything from the atmosphere to the food was great. Chloe was our sever and did a great job at attending to us despite the crazy crowd. She was kind and helpful and made sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be back!!!
Our food was amazing! Hot and fresh. Our server Eva was by far the best waitress I have ever had. Very attentive, knowledgeable of the menu options, and really strived for a personable experience. Will definitely be back! Thanks Eva!
We came to P.F. Chang’s after a funeral, and the kindness we were shown truly mattered. Our server, Megan, was calm, patient, and incredibly compassionate without ever making the moment feel heavy or awkward. She gave us space when we needed it and checked in at just the right times. The honey shrimp, crab wontons, and cherry blossom martini were amazing!! The food was great, but Megan’s service is what stood out. On a really hard day, her warmth made a difference we won’t forget. This was our first time and we will be coming back to this location specifically again!! Thank you so much
My girlfriend’s and I came for a night out and we had an incredible experience. Eva was so gracious and attentive! Best service I’ve had in a long time. We will definitely be back for another night out. Thank you!
We had the pleasure of being served by Chris, and he was phenomenal. Not only were the drinks on point, but his customer service was exceptional. He was personable, attentive, and kept a great vibe the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who truly enjoys what they do, and it shows. He turned a regular outing into a great experience. We will absolutely be back and hope to be served by him again!
Great experience at P.F. Chang’s at Grandscape. Our server, Eva, was fantastic—polite, friendly, and attentive. She recommended several dishes that were absolutely delicious and truly made us feel special. Outstanding service and a great meal. We’ll definitely be back!
Parker was a great server to my husband and I as we had an early dinner. He was friendly, helpful, and a good conversation. The food was delicious and came out superrrrr fast. I was seated at 5:49 and was ready to pay by 6:20! Great location as well. Nice ambiance.
wonderful experience here with Eva! came here for my friends birthday and the food was amazing; our server (Eva) was super kind and there wassss a slight mix up with food but Eva immediately fixed it and we had no issues. she was super sweet and the quality of service was top tier. enjoyed my time here! would recommend :)
My family and I went in for christmas eve and it was a very full restaurant the wait was long but the staff was very understanding and professional. Eva was our server and despite the level of business she seemed to always have time for me and my family. My dad and I tend to run through our soft drinks and water fairly quickly and we often end up with empty cups half the night at other places BUT NOT HERE THANKS TO EVA! She is like lighting fast with the refills and service as a whole, but she never looked like she was in a hurry! I will ask for her next time im there and would recommend you do the same!
Had a great experience at P.F. Chang’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was welcoming and perfect for a relaxed meal. A special shoutout to our server, Sam, who was fantastic attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Excellent service and a great dining experience overall. Will definitely be back!
Food here was awesome as usual. I love the hot and sour soup, as well as the pork dumplings. Out of the orange chicken, firecracker shrimp, and Mongolian beef, I prefer the Mongolian beef. Parker was an excellent server providing us information about the drinks, appetizers, and certain deals. I absolutely recommend coming here, it did not disappoint! Picture caption - my dad was stuffed.
Whenever you’re craving Chinese food, P.F. Chang’s is a must-visit. With locations across the USA, we’ve been to 6-7 branches, and that itself speaks volumes about their consistency. No matter where you go, they maintain the same quality, which is truly impressive. Here are our family favorites—we order these every time without fail: 1. Sesame Chicken – Flavor-packed, with crunchy veggies and a rich sesame sauce. 2. Ma Po Tofu – Crispy tofu in a sweet-spicy red chili sauce, surrounded by steamed broccoli—so satisfying! 3. Vegetable Spring Rolls – Light, crispy, and served with a sweet chili dipping sauce. 4. The Great Wall of Chocolate – A dessert dream—six layers of rich chocolate cake and frosting. A must-try! They go above and beyond for groups too. If you’re coming with a party of 12–15 people, just inform them in advance—they’ll assign a personal server for your table. They also offer catering services and have gluten-free options available. One of the best things? Their family bundles! Starting at just $20 for 6 people, it’s a steal. If you’re going in a group or planning a small party, definitely ask about it. It’s delicious, convenient, and budget-friendly—truly the cherry on top! Heads-up: weekends can get busy, so keep some waiting time in hand. But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it!

Yummy meal with friends! I've only eaten here 1 other time. It wasn't as Americanized as I remembered. This location is nice and fairly new. Good service. I enjoyed it.
Excellent location and good ambience. We liked the Chang's chicken lettuce wrap and Spicy chicken. The kung pao chicken and Singapore noodles were average
I recently visited P.F. Chang’s at Grandscape in The Colony and had a wonderful dining experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is modern, stylish, and perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. I started my meal with their famous Dynamite Shrimp, and it completely lived up to the hype—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a kick of spice. For my entrée, I tried the Pepper Chicken, which had a bold and spicy flavor profile that really stood out. The chicken was tender, the sauce had depth, and the heat was just enough to satisfy spice lovers without being overwhelming. I also got to try their Chef’s Feast dinner menu, which is a fantastic deal for a full 3-course meal. The soup and salad options were fresh and light, making a nice start before the main entrée. The appetizer selections like crispy green beans and lettuce wraps are highly recommended and great for sharing. Among the premium entrées, I would suggest trying the Crispy Honey Shrimp and the Mongolian Beef, which are both customer favorites. If you like noodles, the Signature Lo Mein and Pad Thai looked like great choices from the menu. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to recommend dishes based on our preferences. The portion sizes were generous, making it perfect for family-style sharing. The non-alcoholic refreshers like the Strawberry Cucumber Limeade and Peach Boba Breeze are refreshing alternatives to cocktails. For those who enjoy cocktails, the Rising Dragon Margarita and Cherry Blossom Martini sounded very tempting. The restaurant also offers several vegetarian options such as Buddha’s Feast and Ma Po Tofu, which makes it inclusive for different dietary needs. I appreciated that they clearly mark gluten-free options on the menu. The plating and presentation of each dish were elegant, adding to the overall dining experience. The location at Grandscape is lively, and the restaurant fits in well with the vibrant atmosphere of the area. Overall, P.F. Chang’s delivered a perfect mix of bold Asian flavors, attentive service, and a comfortable dining environment. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for flavorful Asian cuisine in The Colony.

We have nice service from Leeia, and had a great meal. PF Chang's is one of the better chain places out there.
It is as good as a Chinese Buffett but comes in an expensive single order. Portions were small and the price was large. Meh. atmosphere is nice.

Excellent meal at P.F. Chang's, from the lettuce wraps to the ginger chicken, everything was very good. Service from Leyda was great, freindly and fast. The pomegranate lemonade was really a great …
First and foremost i want to say- our server was the sweetest person and did a great job. This bad review has absolutely nothing to do with her, but everything to do with the entree. I’ve come to this location and always been happy with what I’ve gotten- i don’t know if they’ve switched their recipe for the honey chicken or if they’ve changed suppliers or if the cook just had an off moment, but the honey chicken was absolutely foul. The texture of the actual chicken was very very weird, chewy and just weird, massive pieces that had weird things hanging off of them, and lots of stringy parts holding the chunks together (literally trying not to gag picturing it again) and the taste was also very off and didn’t taste at all like it’s tasted in the past. I genuinely don’t know if i will ever be able to eat at another PF Changs in my life, or see any piece of chicken the same again. honestly, everything else we were served was great, and again- our service was stellar. But i really don’t think i will ever be able to come back again after that. We are 7 hours ago, and i am laying awake in bed with the mental images i will forever have of that meal. Do with this information what you will. If anything- please be cautious of the honey chicken.
We had a Father's Day lunch at P.F. Chang’s, but it didn’t quite live up to our expectations. The appetizers were the highlight—the chicken lettuce wraps were fresh and flavorful, and the dumplings had a nice spicy kick. They came out hot and well-seasoned, setting a good tone for the start of the meal. I ordered the lunch special with egg drop soup, fried rice, and orange chicken. The soup was delicious, and the rice was decent, but the orange chicken was unexpectedly spicy—even though I didn’t order the spicy version. The sauce had a strange tangy flavor, and the orange slices mixed in didn’t quite work. My mom had the crispy honey chicken, which lacked flavor, and my dad ordered the beef with broccoli, but the sauce was too overpowering and clashed with the fried rice. We also tried the Singapore noodles, but the strong curry flavor wasn’t enjoyable. Service started off great—Richard was friendly and checked on us early in the meal. But later on, he became noticeably less attentive. The restaurant wasn’t that busy, so it was surprising, though we did notice he might’ve also been covering the bar. Still, with the light crowd, it felt like the attentiveness could’ve been better. Overall, the appetizers were solid, but the main dishes left us a bit disappointed.

We made a 5:00 pm reservation and arrived early at 4:45. We waited patiently until 5:00, only to watch another family of the same size arrive and be seated within two minutes before us. When we asked about it, the hostess who checked us in seemed confused herself. The other hostess, when politely questioned, became visibly irritated and offered us three options in a dismissive tone: “sit and wait longer,” “eat at the bar,” or “talk to the manager.” There was no explanation as to why the other party was seated first and no attempt to resolve it. I chose to speak with the manager. To his credit, he came out quickly, listened, and found us a table almost immediately, making it clear that seating us was absolutely possible. He asked the hostess to seat us, and she responded loudly, “I’m not seating them,” as though we had been rude or unreasonable. We had not. We remained calm throughout. That kind of front of house behavior is unacceptable. Guests should not be made to feel like a burden for simply expecting their reservation to be honored. The only reason this review is not lower is Miranda, our server. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. She single handedly salvaged the evening and deserves recognition. Management should seriously address the attitude and professionalism at the host stand. A reservation should mean something, and basic courtesy should not be optional.

Our reservation was for 8:15 PM. We were seated just before 10:00 PM, following a 1 hour and 45 minute outdoor standing experience. No estimates were offered, only optimism. Early on, a manager assured us the restaurant was seating reservations only, an assertion made while walk-ins were seated ahead of us. Later, another manager clarified the opposite: no reservations, only walk-ins. This despite our confirmed reservation for 8:15 PM. Somewhere along the way, our reservation appears to have been quietly reborn as a walk-in, as evidenced by my now-misspelled name. A subtle touch, but telling. We were joined by two elderly guests who stood outside in the cold for the entirety of the wait. One admires consistency, if not hospitality. Upon seating, a manager “felt bad” and offered to comp a single appetizer for our party of 8. A poetic gesture that ultimately remained theoretical. We ordered five appetizers and paid for all five. Our server was pleasant and professional. Beverage refills, however, were sporadic. Water and tea arrived cautiously, as though rationed. Our daughter’s “bottomless” refresher at $5.99 was never refilled. The finale came at 11:00 PM. Despite seating guests as late as 10:30, the restaurant abruptly turned on full industrial lighting, killed the music, and signaled—without subtlety—that the evening was over. A memorable experience, though not for the reasons one hopes. Reservations here are less a promise than a suggestion. Such a disappointing “celebration.” I nearly forgot to mention…while waiting with dozens of other guests, I routinely saw empty tables wait 20-30 minutes to be bussed and other tables sit empty for 30+ minutes after being bussed. The inefficiency was mind-numbing. Nobody was in a hurry to improve the guest experience and drive down the wait time.
Gross inefficiency. Food was fancy pei wei. The service was TERRIBLE. If you’re going to come here on new years, or any other holiday probably, I would hedge your bets and place another reservation elsewhere so that way when this poorly managed restaurant makes you wait for more than an hour you can leave and go to the other one! As for atmosphere, having tables openly next to the incredulous line, as well as more than 30 people lingering around the restaurant, is definitely not a vibe. In their greedy attempt to make more money the managers of this place decided to screw over their customers on NYE. (Edit) After being here for more than two hours now, just some little thing I’ve noticed: - managers refuse to apologize and claimed that this is just “how it is on NYE”, umm I don’t think any decent manager would claim that terrible service for their customers is EVER normal - open tables left open for MORE THAN 15 MINUTES meanwhile you have people desperate to fit inside the damn door, HOW DO YOU LET THIS HAPPEN JUST SEAT THEM - the bar got more priority from staff than the people who actually came with reservations - host stand practically just stood there lying to everyone’s faces about the wait times. Definitely never coming back, but maybe on a cool weekday afternoon this place might be the spot 🤷♂️
