We come in this location Frequently never had an issue with this location !!!! my food is always HOT and they are nice to us — we love our spicy chicken and can’t forget our strawberry biscuits:) best location I’ve been too!! The Christmas decor is so nice this year also thank you💚❤️

I visited this Popeyes about three weeks ago and my order was incorrect. Giavonny (spell check) male manager was excellent. He listened and made sure to correct the order. He was extremely kind. I always visit this location now oppose to the one closer to my home off Marsh.

They have spicy chicken sandwiches here. Probably better than other places which I won’t name. This particular drive through is sluggish. Just walk inside. All the staff is very friendly. Honestly I loved the music. I never thought I would say that. I’m going to take a long hard introspective look at myself after that.

My top 3 place I have ever been, the service was kindness and, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and I got quickly. The guy at the drive thru Aaron always asked me if I would like something else, even though that guy is so young he took my order happy. I recommend this place 100%.

They have really upped their game! The place is clean, and the chicken is spot on! I have lived here since 1997. Popeyes has not been good here for a while. All I can say is it is fantastic and I am coming back!

Feedback for the Owner: I live very close to this location and regularly buy food here. Overall, Popeyes makes great food and this branch is almost always busy, so clearly the demand is there. However, the store still has a 3.1-star rating, and I think it reflects some issues that are worth your attention. From what I have seen, the staff often seem very young and either inexperienced, overworked, or constantly turning over. As a result, there are frequent mistakes in orders, the food is sometimes not as hot or fresh as it should be, wait times can be long, and the staff are not consistently friendly. This gives the impression that employees are not very invested in their work, which might be connected to internal issues like training, management, or pay. This is a strong location with great potential and a steady flow of customers. If the staffing, service, and consistency of food quality can be improved, this store could easily rise well above its current rating, which would benefit both you as the owner and all of us as regular customers.

Menu was confusing for a first time person. It kept flipping between two different options. The menu didn't show whether you got one or two sides with the combo. The lunch specials were on the outside window at the parking lot, but not posted inside. Chicken was good, though!

Not being a regular of Popeyes I was not sure of trying it again since my last experience was across the board, no stars. This location is providing all of the good qualities of service and fresh hot food. My purchase was the $6 box, 2pc chicken with biscuit, fries and red beans and rice. SN: This group of young people are definitely further gems of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.

Management was worried about her phone instead of customers. Watched as she looked at it twice before she waited on one of the five customers waiting in line. Not professional at all. Gave it 3 stars cause my food was ok. Asked for spicy tenders got regular ones. I was home when I noticed wasn't going back.

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes my stuff is correct, but more often than not it's wrong. We'll either have the wrong order all together or be missing things. The service is also not great in the drive thru. I'm excited for the new popeyes coming to fm 423 so we can go there instead

Some employees allow dinner purchases but most dont. Dont honor all promos. Supposed to close at 11pm, was told closed at 10:35pm. Rarely friendly service. Food is decent

Service was great very impressed wonderful staff restroom was clean for a chain restaurant like Popeyes. It smells a lot of smoke and chicken which is a plus or minus what’s most tasty I don’t want to go back to the office smelling as if I eat at a Cajun chicken restaurant. The hype of the sandwich was faulty and I was extremely disappointed it was not worth the hype good nice quick lunch but not worth all the glitz and glamor.

I went inside thinking that I would be able to get in and out. It took over 10 min for me to be able to order with only one person in front of me be waited on. It seemed the the girl didnt know what she was doing and it took a while before my order was ready. By the time I left the drive thru was empty and could've stayed in my car. Secondly why have the face mask on and not wear it correctly?

Picked up a to go order. The guy helping me was rude af and wanted to argue with me. I stood there and watched him make the box of food and then bag it up. I reminded him that it was supposed to ranch with it. He argued he put it in the bag, which he didn’t, and then added 2 more. Got home and the only ones there was the 2 he put after arguing that he originally put them in there!! Maybe staff should pay attention to what they are doing!

They delivered me flavors(Sweet N' Spicy) on side as I requested but gave no Mardi Mustard sauce that I requested . This changes the whole eating experience. Not pleasant.

Food is very good but the lady taking the takeout orders via drive thru needs some training in customer service. She was rude to talk, was behaving as if she was doing a favor in taking our orders. I got further evidence of this when I came up to the window and saw her rolling her eyes and making a joke of the person whose order she just completed. If management is reading this, I was at the place on 04/17/21 at around 8.15 pm.

I did not enjoy this meal at all. Chicken was ok but still a little pink. Mash potatoes was stiff and Mac n cheese well didn’t look like Mac n cheese. And the food was cold.

Got the 2 can dine for $14.99...dine and still be hungry after they gave us 1 breast and 4 wings. How cheap! Don't advertise 2 chicken breasts, 2 drumstick and 1 wing on your website if you serve different portions. I would have gone some place else. The new wraps are good though. Giving 2 stars for the false advertisement.

I understand it was going to be busy because the chicken sandwich came back out today but them not taking orders from customers inside is ridiculous. They were only working on drive thru and mobile orders which after waiting 20 minutes inside without a single order having been taken, is what I ended up doing. Btw, they were out of pickles by 2pm, maybe that's why the sandwich was flavorless?

I pulled up to the drive thru box, waited for a while and was never greeted. Eventually, I had to say hello loudly 3 times! Once someone responded there was no hi or sorry about the wait.....nothing (there was no customers inside the restaurant either). It was like I was inconveniencing them. I took my money elsewhere....never again!

Save your time and do not order from this location. 2 sauces delivered and if this were once then that would be ok simple mistake. 2 our of 3 orders either no sauce or not all of my saucese were delivered. I tried to call, ended up on hold forever.

Food is great, don't get me wrong. But this is like the 3rd time I've gone through the drive through with no cars I front of me and had to wait for like 10 min for someone to take my order. From being frustrated from waiting we had to go inside since no one was taking out order at the drive through. We went inside and there was 3 employees working and all 3 started walking towards the drive through window without greeting us. Finally after 5 min one of the employees walked up to the cash register and just stood there without asking us what we would like to order... so we just told him our order. -_-'

I used the drive thru service today and the clerk at the window was very disrespectful causing at other employees in Spanish in front of customers. Management should be more selective when hiring and provide better training that way employees dealing with customers would be professional!!!!! Really disappointed of this location and never will be back she didn’t even give me my receipt 😡 but the worts part the language used.

I ordered online to pick up but they closed the door forcing me to go to drive through. What's the point of ordered pick up? Not understandable at all I recently tried here and still they have no idea what they do. And the fried chicken tasted like it had been there for long time. It was too dry hard to eat. I hope their upper management comes and check how they tarnish their brand.

Waited more than 5 minutes at the speaker with no other cars in line. Said “hello” multiple times before finally getting greeted by someone who was only focused on having me finish my order. Ordered 2 rip n chicken big boxes. Cost $7 each. Received maybe 2 chicken tenders, small amount of fries, and drinks 25% empty. When trying to call, no answer and no way to leave a voicemail.

Got all the way home with my order to notice half of it was missing. Had to drive 15 minutes back only for him to look at me like it was an inconvenience for me to ask for a refund because half my order was missing. Then he sat there staring at me like I was crazy, asking where I put my receipt, which he never gave me. I wasn’t going to move out the window until I got my refund so he finally gave it to me, but it’s sad that they lack basic customer service skills. No apology for wasting my time, tossed my refund receipt out the window. I guess that how you treat people who choose to spend their money at your establishment

If you go to this location you are likely to have a bad experience. More often than not they will get your order wrong since the person taking your order can neither understand what you're saying nor can you understand them very well. Ex.: Order a 2 piece with Cajun rice, the receipt shows a 2 piece with red beans and rice, receive a 2 piece with mashed potatoes. Also, the food itself just tasted... Wrong. This has been my experience more than once at this location. I will not be returning.

I try not to leave bad reviews with the understanding that everyone has their days and that one employee does not represent the whole… In saying that— this location is the exception. I’ve never been somewhere where every employee has a stick firmly lodged… somewhere. These folks clearly hate their job and resent you, the customer, for having the audacity to want a chicken sandwich lol. It’s ALMOST funny, almost. I could forgive bad attitudes and their idea of cUsToMeR sErViCe if they honored their coupons and were accurate with providing what’s ordered but that seems to be to big of a task for the individuals working here. On top of that their lobby is locked despite having open hours posted so keep that in mind if you decide to be brave and order through the app for pick up. Lastly if sanitation is something that’s important to you I’d highly recommend going elsewhere. If what you can see through the drive through window is any indication of what the dining area looks like then I understand why they keep the doors locked.

I placed my order was told 5 min. 10 min. Later I went in, 10 more min. I asked what the problem was, manager said he could only hold the chicken sandwich for 10 min. In the holder. I was their 20 min. My order wasn't correct. 4 cars went through after me!!!I'll find another place that knows how to treat their customers. There is a problem with this store and manager. More training!.

I had not been at this location in a while. So after returning from my doctors office, I needed to eat. I went inside, I am standing there at the counter, no one even realizes I was even there! Everyone is reading their phones! I actually hit the counter, and asked if no one is working today! Also I am diabetic, and the chicken pieces had like double layer of crunch! Will not be returning to this location!

The worst Popeyes location I've ever been to and I've been to locations all over the country. The Manager is rude and doesn't know how to take care of the customer. The food quality compared to other Popeyes is sub par. The people of The Colony have been complaining about this location for years and it seems like the district Manager Marco has not put the right people in this store to make a positive impact that customer can see and experience.

I placed an order. They made the wrong item. The window attendant was unapologetic and didn't care if I had to sit and wait another 15 minutes for them to correct the issue. I would give them -1 stars if I could. I can not get my time back. For that I won't be returning and hope that people don't waste their time here neither. Good luck if you visit.

Went there twice before, bad experience, one time the fries tasted like they were made the day before and were cold. Ordered twice online to have food delivered and the first time it was fine. Second time I ordered popcorn shrimp and received red meat chicken instead. No sauce that I had ordered, food not even warm and fries soggy. No more food for me and my husband from this Popeyes location ever again.

I came here for lunch just now. I’m not usually one to use coupons, but happen to have one. I wasn’t sure if it was applicable to this location because it wasn’t very specific. I didn’t mention it over the speaker when I was ordering because generally people have a hard time hearing me over the speaker. It easier to understand and see what I’m saying when I pull up to the window. I showed this coupon to the guy at the window and said, “I’m not sure if these coupons are accepted here?” His demeanor immediately changed from welcoming to annoyed and irritated . He clearly displayed that I was inconveniencing him and not only displayed it to me, but to the customer that was wanting to order while I was at the window by irritably saying to the customer, “hold on… HOLD ON.” I sat there and continued to watch him shake his head side-to-side in disapproval and then communicate to his coworker that he didn’t know I had a coupon and was going to input the order again in Spanish. I highly doubt he knew I could understand him. He topped it off by giving me my order by staring at his screen in silence and muttering, “thanks.” I get that this isn’t a five star restaurant, but that behavior is unacceptable. I will no longer be coming here.

Had the chicken sandwich finally. It was ok but I failed to see where the hysteria came from. On my visit the restaurant was smoky like a vent hood wasn't working properly. Probably needed cleaning like all the tables in the lobby did. The cashier was rude, even making a snarky remark when a customer didn't pick up their to go order promptly saying "cause you're on your phone" and then shoved the food bag to the side of the counter. Best part, wait for it...she then takes a personal call on her cell phone while a guy is trying to order. This person does not need to be customer facing at all.

Laughable. This place is a joke. Tenders are different sizes and charged 11 bucks for a meal that looks smaller than a kids meal. Service was ridiculous. I can’t believe I used the term service in this review because there wasn’t any. How does an individual keep their job if this is the product they are putting out. Also flies were really bad in the dining room.

I don't think I've ever experienced a slower drive through in my life. Absolutely unbelievable! I could have sat down at a full-serve restaurant, ordered, and eaten a meal in the time it took to get my food. Absurd. Waited for 10 minutes before being able to order. When it was my turn to order, I wasn't even greeted - sat in silence for several minutes. Ordered at 2:54pm. Got food at 3:14pm. That's over THIRTY MINUTES, y'all! I'm in shock.

This place used to be a lot better. Considering it's prime location it never seems busy anymore. At 1:30 pm counter service was fast, but when I opened my take out when I got back to my office I was quite disappointed. the pieces were extremely small and dried out. I would have been much better with Kroger Deli chicken from across the street.

This location can never get your order right. It seems like they are always in a rush. Something is always missing out the bag and the last time I went here my food was warm when I asked for fresh chicken because I didnt mind waiting. I even received a cold apple pie. Like come on man seriously. I stopped going to this location because of too many bad experiences and they are not big on customer service either.

I decided to place my order through the Popeyes app tonight for dinner. The app was painless, and I chose the option for "pickup" because I know how long the drive thru can be. When I got to the restaurant, the dining room was closed so I had to go through the drive thru. It would have been nice to know that pickup was not an option because I would have just picked some place else to eat. I totally understand that some restaurants are still closed for dine in / pick up but it would have been nice if it was indicated in the app for this particular location. I finally got through the drive thru and when I got to the window, I asked for a Manager just to vent my dissatisfaction. The Manager rudely told me that he has no control over the app, and I should have just ordered through the window. Ummmm....I thought it was his responsibility as a Manager to promote the app. Also I know he has no control over the app, but honestly after working in Customer Service for over 20 years, a simple "I am so sorry for the inconvenient" would have been much better.

The lady in Drive Thru was very rude, her name is Melisa and served me a chicken sandwich that had been sitting for hours! I asked for refund and she refunded an order that wasn’t even mine to a Visa card after I told her I paid in cash several times. This place needs structure! Then the lobby wasn’t even open and people were walking up to the window just to order. I don’t understand how they are still in business operating this way. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

Same experience every time I go here. Employee asks you to hold at the drive thru.. you wait at least 5 minutes just for that employee to get back on the speaker to take your order. Then you wait another 5 or 10 minutes to receive your food. Only reason I still go is because it's the only one even close to me. Surprised it hasn't closed down yet.

Went to get Ghost Pepper wings at 2 in the afternoon. I was told they were frozen and would be thawed at 6 pm. I went back at 8 pm and was told they were out. I guess they're trying to build hype like they did over the spicy chicken sandwich.

Man where to begin... service was awful but the quality of the food even worse. The coleslaw here was very old and toxic. Make sure to inspect everything if you decide to eat here. I suggest another location or different option. Hopefully managment gets a hold of this location and pulls it together. As of now I'll be avoiding it and informing others.

This is my second time coming to the colony location and something went wrong. The first time months ago, I was served uncooked meat from chicken tenders, I was then sent a $5 gift card for the incident.... which doesn’t solve the issue of BEING SERVED RAW MEAT. Then today I get my food and check my balance and they charged me twice for it. I return to let them know and the woman tells me that the machine isn’t working and I can’t get my money back and that there is no manager on duty. 15 minutes later after making phone calls on her personal cellphone, she comes back and claims she fixed it but had to charge me again to refund it.... I look at my card balance 2 minutes later and now I was being charged 3 times and the district manager is nowhere to be found or to return my calls, based on the phone number provided on the receipt for issues. I WILL ABSOLUTELY not return and I will be calling corporate for the unprofessionalism and someone competent enough to return my 29.91.

Worst service I've ever experienced. In drive-thru waiting for 15 minutes. Someone finally comes to the speaker and says they are out of chicken for the night. Chicken fryers are taken down at 9pm. Keep in mind closing time is 11pm. During another visit workers were horseplaying and chasing one another from the building throughout the parking lot while my family is sitting at the drive-thru window. Horrible horrible service!!!

Hours on the window say they close at 12am Saturday but at 1140 pm Saturday I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order and was told they “had already thrown away the food” which would’ve been ordered around roughly 1130. So they are either lying, or they are dumbest chicken friers in the planet because they would’ve made the order around 1130 pm just to have thrown it away 10 minutes later. I am sitting in the parking lot typing this watching employees leave the restaurant before 12 am which is stated in their sign. Customer service is a joke and these people should be fired for poor work ethic.

ZERO stars - I wish they would just shut this location down and allow another business to come in and take that space. I work at night at a hospital. I've gotten off work several times in the past 3 years and came to this location just because I was tired and hungry and this location says they're open til 11 pm. Well last night, just the same as the other nights I've gone, the night crew pulled the same sh-t. They make you sit in a long line in the drive thru for about 15 minutes, and then when you get to the speaker, they lie and say that they're out of WHATEVER it is that you order. Please excuse me if I'm wrong, but if it's only 10:20 pm and you close at 11 pm, isn't that plenty of time to cook chicken, or shrimp or whatever it is that the customer wants? If this location doesn't want to serve the people in this community, no matter what time we get off work, why don't they just close up and let some come in who don't mind serving food to those of us who don't work bankers hours? geez! How unethical do you have to be to just straight out lie about the food you have available? This is just plain lazy and wrong. I wish they would just shut this location down. Give us something else in that spot. This location is despicable! What if I did this for every patient that came into the hospital at night who needed help? Ridiculous and immature workers, irresponsible management.

Horrible customer service. Went the other night with my boyfriend tried to order the surf and turf and cashier lied and told me they no longer sold shrimp. I then got a 2pc spicy breast and wing and asked for ranch instead of hot sauce and cashier basically looked at me and said you have chicken and refused to give me the ranch. Should be more nice to customers

I ordered 2 Classic Chicken Sandwiches. I got to the window they said they had 1 and a blackened chicken sandwich if I wanted it, or I could wait 7 minutes for a classic chicken sandwich. I said I would wait for 2 classic chicken sandwiches. I asked for 1 while I waited, the guy with the earring slammed the window on me and said nothing. He opened the window 5 minutes later and said here are 2 classic chicken sandwiches fresh for me, and gave me attitude and said BRUH. I politely said thank you and drove off. I opened the sandwiches, and one was an old cold blackened chicken sandwich. Specifically, what I said I did not want. I went back in and they acted dumb. Terrible service.

I need something done about the manager… I had a very unpleasant visit where I wanted to get food quick and the manager said, “wait.” I waited. After a while I told her I’m waiting she said, “I told you hold on.” Then I asked her, ”Why do you talk to me like that ?” .She said, “I told you to wait I’m not going to attend you now for being disrespectful.” Then I went to the front recording I got her name, and there was another lady who said that wasn’t her name and her name was Ana but she put Melissa. The coworker of her said she was evil “mala” this all happened in Spanish I have the recording if you want to see. Just how she treated me and how the coworker described her I was in shock and this all happened at 4705 State Hwy 121, The Colony, TX 75056. The lady was a red haired lady with tattoos all over her body. I have never ever had an encounter with someone treating me like that much less the manager.

The employee working the drive thru is very rude and short. He cut me off the entire time when attempting to order. I came inside the store and advised the GM and she stated she would talk to him. The employee continued to deny being disrespectful although lying is more disrespectful. I asked her if she heard and she seemed uninterested and stated no. The other workers preparing the food are great! I will be contacting the corporate office over my experience.

I ordered the spicy sandwich since I hadn't had Popeyes in years and I remembered how good the spicy sandwich was. Well when I got it this location gave me a old piece of chicken that you could tell was just sitting there for a long time and when I bit into it and looked at it, it was a bit raw. I was very disappointed with this place but I did like the fries. I ended up going to a different Popeyes location the next day and they gave me a fresh sandwich and it was amazing.

If I could leave a zero I would. The night store manager is absolutely rude. She couldn’t figure out how to use my gift card. Then she slammed the drive thru window closed. I asked to speak to her one on one she the proceed to tell me that she didn’t want my business again. I go to this location at least 2 times a week. I have never ever had this kind of experience. I do believe that this location needs more training on customer service and appreciation! If not I will take my money and business elsewhere!!

Every time I visit the mac and cheese is all dried out and old, never fresh and they only give you a spoonful for 3.99 it sits under the heat lamp long lengths of time, how do I know, because its real hot and the noodles fall apart , the french fries always cold, mash potatoes are not always mixed properly, Im leary of ordering them, (who doesn't want taters with they chicken man!) chicken is never fresh each and every time I visit, I request my entire order to be cooked to order. It's sad it's the only Popeyes in the City, if I want fresh I have to drive to another location. The Mgr/ Owner is rude sales old food, then when you complain , he will make you pull up and wait or drive back around. I get it being courteous to the next money, not customer behind me, if judged right, because if they were concerned about the customer, there would be a timer on the food and the customer woyldnt have to complain, or drive a second time around, or park in the front. I try to avoid this store, sometimes its last minute and a only choice.. Ridiculous on quality of food and service. Smh

No idea why but I am on a chicken kick. Been coming here a lot last few weeks. Food is good but service is lacking. 1. Always forgetting anything extra I ask for like ketchup 2. Always out of items. I have been here 3 times now that they were out of chicken. 3. Tonight was the last straw. Was in line for a very very long time and just silence no hold please or anything. I did not say anything for a long time the 1st time I said “hello” I was answered “ONE SEC” Bunch of young guys working there now. No good.

I generally love Popeyes, but this is by far the worst one I've ever been too. The first time I came here the chicken in the sandwiches I got were horribly old and hard. I returned today and asked if they could make sure I had fresh chicken because I had a bad experience with it last time. The Lady in the speaker was very rude and said, "only if you wanna wait thirty minutes" when I know for a fact it doesn't nearly take that long. Not only did she lie, but she was very disrespectful in how she spoke to me and had absolutely no customer service skills. I plan on never returning to this restaurant and recommending my friends to do the same to avoid such a bad experience.

The kitchen yells at each other in spanish. My order was wrong; a breast is not a wing. I wanted chicken and a biscuit. You have to pay for a side. I got the nasty mashed potatoes and gravy. On the up side, the chicken was crispy and warm, the biscuits were fresh and lightly salted. Very good.

Waited for a long time on a rainy day in the drive thru. Wait time would’ve been tolerated if they didn’t over cook my entire order. Not one piece of food wasn’t overcooked. We threw it in the trash and got food elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time here or your money. They never have enough chicken to complete the order. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is they won’t even try to cook anymore. I offered to wait but they still refused this place should just close down.

Did a mobile order for a 5 pc combo. When I arrived they told me to wait for 12 minutes . I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes . While waiting I notice other cars getting thier order. Went to the window and it seemed they forgot about my order . Will never come here again.

We interrupted the staff lunch today. Stood at the register as the only customers for about 5 mins before a lady eating lunch went behind the counter, grabbed a bun with bare hands to butter it, and then grabbed gloves to put on for safe food handling. All while not saying a word or looking at us, but being roughly 3 feet away, behind the register. A guy took the order instead of her. Never had great or even good service here, but I really wanted a biscuit, but that too was dried up. Popeyes has a bad reputation for a reason.

It took 15 minutes to get my 5 piece chicken strip combo. The manager was very rushed and abrupt. It was my first visit to this location but NOT a good experience. When I’m paying $13.63 and I can sit in a restaurant and get better service for the money, it is a no brainer!

Jan 15th 10am, I had a terrible experience at this Popeye's location. I pulled up to the intercom and waited for 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. Frustrated, I decided to drive up to the window, only to find a Hispanic lady with glasses, no headset, standing around doing absolutely nothing. She didn’t acknowledge me until she noticed I was at the window. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time! This location seriously needs better management and training for its employees.

The geniuses here will charge you for a large but then hand you the small cup as if they didn't just charge you for the large. I know I could say something but honestly should I HAVE to make sure they were doing their job correctly and making sure I got my monies worth?

Typical LAZY Popeyes closing down their dining room on a Saturday night at 9 pm. When hours are posted for the dining room open until 11 PM. Keep turning away business and see yourself trying to find a new job soon. Does ownership even know this stuff is happening in their stores? Popeyes, on par with Wendy's. What a shame. We went over to Burger King, who was posted AND OPEN until 11 pm. We will just begin there next time.

Worst fast food location I’ve ever been to. Super unprofessional and they gossip about customers in Spanish. I ordered to eat for dine in, after waiting 15 minutes my order number wasn’t called so I went to the cash register after someone else after me got their food, the lady that took my order said they didn’t have any other chicken besides wings and asked if I wanted that instead. After almost 20 minutes I asked for my refund and left. There were about 5 people waiting in the lobby for their food while the all the staff huddled in the corner and talked to each other. DO NOT GO HERE!

My boyfriend and I got food after a long day of working. We are both in the service industry and very patient when it comes to certain things but this was an all around bad experience. First off we ordered a 12 piece spicy tender dinner and then was informed at the window that they only had 2 spicy tenders - it was only 10 and they close at 11. We asked for Mac and cheese they were out. We asked for no gravy on our mashed potatoes, they said they were out (shocker) and we still ended up with gravy on our mashed potatoes. We both ordered sweet teas and were given unsweet teas. On top of all of this the employee was not very apologetic and honestly seemed to have a bad attitude. Again - we’re in the services industry to I GET IT but this was just ridiculous. I would never spend my money here again and I know yall are a chain so you probably won’t care but anyone reading please go to literally any other location!

Tried to get gravy on the side and they tried to charge me $3.49! I didn’t want extra gravy and explained that but the worker doubled down and said it’s extra. Your gravy isn’t worth half that even if I wanted more. The Popeyes off of marsh and pres bush hwy has much better chicken anyways.

If I could give zero I would. I went to the Popeyes in the colony last night (03/20/24) after placing and order on the app. Mind you I always use the app because they’re so slow in the restaurant. Got there at 10:30 pm and the drive thru attendant said we’re out of everything and he couldn’t fulfill my order. He told me sorry and that was it. Call this morning and a manager was so rude and didn’t care that they didn’t have any chicken and turned away a customer that had already paid for order. This is unacceptable that they put people in charge that show no care or understanding and the customer service was down right atrocious. They need to rethink who they hire from this moment on. And she told me to go on the app and try to get my money back because she doesn’t know anything about the app because she never had to use it because she works there. Shame shame !!!!

How are you a chicken restaurant and run out of chicken 2 hours before closing? Do you just sell sides for the last 2 hours? Your Manager & Corporate should not allow you to accept online orders if you are out of food for the the night. Cant even give your food 1-star since I didn't get any!

Horrible services. They messed up my order twice, within a span of 20mins. First order I thought was just a mistake where they didn’t give me the Cole slaw I ordered and they didn’t give me the spicy chicken. I made another order to make up what was missed, the second order came and they was no side (mashed potatoes and gravy). Not sure what’s going on there but I think y'all need to get it together! Please work on your services. This is very appalling. The food came out stale and for the troubles to get them, it’s not worth it!

I never leave reviews, but please have your employees check the customer's ubereats code before giving an order away. I ordered and went to pick up within 15 minutes. We waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes because the dining area was closed. After we got to the window, we were informed that someone picked up our order 30 minutes ago. We asked if they confirmed the person before handing the order, and they said the ubereats app does it? Not sure what that means.

Terrible Service, specifically by Carolina. There have been numerous poor reviews, many with the same poor experience and issues and they only receive generic responses, with slight tailoring. These reviews have been ongoing for months, why has nothing improved ?

The terrible customer service experienced by my coworkers and myself here is crazy. I’m not sure if it’s the same woman, although it sounds like it, but Carolina needs to be taught basic etiquette and the bare minimum customer service. I got to the speaker and waited 4-5 minutes, silence. I finally said hello and was greeted simply with, “order when you’re ready”. Then when I asked questions, their answers were so short and seemingly annoyed. I pull forward, she has the most unhappy, judgemental face on as she looks at me. Again, very short responses, never a smile, no hello, nothing. The disdain on her face the entire time was crazy. We get it, you hate your job, but it is not difficult to fake the bare minimum and be respectful… say hello/goodbye, respond professionally, smile AT LEAST once. My coworker finally made a comment to either Carolina or another employee another day because the customer service here in general is so bad and they responded with “if you hate our service why do you keep coming back?” That is unheard of to say back to a customer, let alone one who was civil. But even to an unruly customer, that’s so unprofessional. First and last time here , and we only come for the cheap meals. I’ve worked retail, and other service jobs, and I would’ve been written up for any of these unprofessional acts … Now that I see the Google review ratings 3.2, I’m not as surprised.

I went to Popeyes at 10:37 PM, well before closing time at 11 PM, and was really disappointed with the service. We pulled up hoping to get chicken sandwiches, but the employee told us they didn’t have any. When we asked what was available, we were told they only had chicken wings. Really? Only wings—more than 20 minutes before closing? It honestly felt like the staff just didn’t want to cook anything else because they were close to closing. If the restaurant is open until 11, customers should still be able to order from the regular menu until then. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially since Popeyes is usually one of my go-to spots.

Please please close this location DOWN. I have an issue with something EVERY TIME I go. And I only keep going cuz it’s the closest one. The staff is under trained, the mgt don’t speak English. It’s so frustrating. Update: it’s been 7 months since I visited this location. The same as before. The lil Latino young man, Elias, is rude, no account, and unhelpful. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SERVICE! THIS LOCATION! DO NOT RESPOND TO ME WITH AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE. ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MESS OF A PLACE!

Chicken tenders were almost cold, smaller pieces. Never had the chicken wrap dip combo before so I ordered one via drive through. Didn't realize chicken wrap came cold, so I walked inside to ask politely if that was by accident or if it actually was suppose to be cold. The kid answered "i dont know" with an attitude. Mine didn't come with dipping sauce, had to ask and met with another attitude. Yeah I'm good.

I would never return to this place ever in my life because the customer service is extremely horrible!!! I got coupon from Popeyes and it says present it when ordering. the Latina laday probably the store manager just say no, this is only online available with horrible attitude. I double if she can read English?! I really hope this Lady can be laied off !!!!! Stay away from this lady and this store.

I can easily see why this location has a 3 star rating. The people are mean. I walked into the store I wanted a kids meal. The kids meal only come with a leg or tender. I wanted a wing. The cashier said, "NO!" I asked her why I always substitute the leg for a wing no problem. She went asked the Manager she said,"No." I thought you guys was in business to make money yet you tell the customer no when you could have simply up charged from a leg to wing which is not that much in price difference. I understand how you tell a customer "NO."
