Avaliações de Marò Torino
It was a fantastic dinner, the pizza dough was incredibly light and the ingredients were top-quality. The staff were very attentive and really friendly, as well as smiling. It was a pleasure to be welcomed like this.
Let me start by saying that I ordered home delivery for the first time and arrived at a very busy time, resulting in a slight 5-minute delay. That said, they were absolutely willing to make up for it by kindly making up for it with the delivery. When I explained the delay, they apologized anyway and offered free cans of pizza for the inconvenience. Now, let's talk about the pizza. I found it to be excellent value, quality, and good ingredients. Next time I visit, I absolutely must book a table and try the pizza on site. Great experience at home.
For the first time, we ordered four pizzas to go. Excellent, hot, and definitely high-quality. The price is reasonable for the ingredients used, but quality comes at a price. We'll definitely be back.
Whether you eat in or take out, their pizza is excellent. They pride themselves on their top-quality ingredients, and rightly so! Thin-crust pizza, a soft and fluffy crust (I never leave theirs!), fragrant tomato sauce, and a wide selection of unusual pizzas, in addition to the more traditional must-haves, which are also available. Furthermore, the service is impeccable and fast. How could I not HIGHLY recommend Pizzeria Marò?

This place is an attack on my fitness!! In front of my house, excellent Neapolitan pizzeria. Given my passion for Neapolitan pizza, fried pizza and Neapolitan fried foods, I think I will go there often. I have already had the opportunity to try some pizzas and some fried foods and they are really well made and very good! Highly recommended! The only downside, if you book pizzas for a certain time, you always have to wait 5-10 minutes.
I've been several times to confirm, and now I can say without a doubt that Turin finally has its own slice of Naples when it comes to pizza, and all those delicacies of the Neapolitan tradition. Right from the start, you can sense the contagious passion of the entire staff at Pizzeria Marò. Young, friendly, and well-trained staff, and a highly skilled pizza chef who I guarantee will have you licking your lips even if you don't have one. Here, the search for local ingredients, the exceptional quality of the products used, the slow and natural leavening of the dough that makes each pizza light and digestible, the perfect cooking, the dry and crispy fried foods, and then so much passion, expertise, and attention to detail make each pizza seem like a gourmet masterpiece. Tradition blends with innovation and continuous research to create a top-notch product!!! What can I say: highly recommended!!! This is not your average pizza. Here we are on another level: Category!!! Keep it up!!! Congratulations!!!
The pizza is really good, and it was served in the neighborhood, but they have a slightly cold attitude towards customers, especially the young staff... I think the atmosphere suffers. But they're young and will learn.
The first time I stumbled upon it by chance, I was hungry and craving pizza. Today I purposely returned because the pizza here isn't good, WAY MORE! This time I had a "panuòzzo" with some of my beloved 'nduja, and I can confirm once again that the order was delicious and the ingredients were super fresh and high-quality (really, huh?!). It must be said, however, that the place isn't "traditional": there's no seating except "across the wall," but that doesn't detract from the conviviality of an evening with friends, making the service largely self-service. The staff is present, friendly, competent, and above all, extremely helpful.
Very good pizza, light dough, and good-quality ingredients. The service could be improved so far, as we unfortunately waited over an hour for our order. That said, I'm confident that with experience, this shortcoming will be resolved, as the quality of the ingredients is good. Friendly staff. The place is small; perhaps fewer tables would solve the long waits. Reservations are also available with The Fork, and they offer a Just Eat service.
Let me start by saying: we had known the pizzeria for a long time, when it was still in Piazza Campanella and we were enthusiastic about the new opening with plenty of rooms and table service. We arrived at the pizzeria and they welcomed us a bit like always, they accompanied us to the table, we chose the pizzas and so far so good. When the pizzas arrived we realized that aesthetically they had changed but, this is not a problem as long as what you eat is good. At the first bite we realized that some ingredients had probably been changed and the flavor was no longer the same. We thought that pizza was the BEST in Turin, but after the last time I don't know if we'll go back (we live 70 km away, we went there precisely because we knew what it was like). When paying the boy at the cash register, a bit distracted, made a mistake in giving me the change but I noticed and without problems he corrected the mistake. Having said that, a good pizza but no longer the same...
1 hour for 4 pizzas is excessive. They asked us if we'd ordered 3 times... (Very disorganized) 3 tables served before us even though we'd arrived FIRST. And the pizza? The taste is quite good, but it tastes like we've eaten Play-Doh. With all due respect: Never again!
The pizza is excellent, but it's a shame about the total disorganization that meant we left the place on a Saturday night without having had the pleasure of eating anything. We had a reservation at 9:00 PM, and at 9:20 PM we were still waiting for a table. We asked for clarification, but were asked to wait another 15 minutes because unfortunately, people take longer than expected to eat. Inside and outside the place, there were tons of people waiting to be seated in the same situation as us, with no clear information on when they would be able to sit at the reserved table. We decided to leave, resorting to a plan B. I counted 18 people who left the pizzeria for the same reason (some of whom we met at the new place). I've eaten here before; it's a shame about the excellent pizza, but it's really poorly organized. I think they're taking reservations without a clear plan for managing time and tables.
We were very disappointed with the experience. We had reserved a table for 10 people two days in advance, but when we arrived, there was no reservation. We were told we'd have to wait at least half an hour to be seated, even though our reservation had been confirmed over the phone. This was unprofessional and very uncomfortable, especially considering we were a group and had organized the evening specifically. I would never return after this experience.
