I have honestly been coming here for over 20 years. Nicest staff. Best Pizza. Will always rate them 5 stars. But what's up with charging for ranch? Is this new? Never had this happen here or any other mtn Mike's location, ever. As a long time customer this is whack. I can understand if I ask for an excessive amount, sure. But for 2 large pizzas paying a premium price I get charged $1.00 for a single small 1.5 oz ranch? I usually tip a large amount in the store when I eat at your location and when I order carry out. The ranch charge will just be deducted from the tip now because we as consumers are getting pinched and squeezed too much already.

This is my go to pizza in town. It's what you would expect from pizza. Now I will say going to the bay is always the best option. Anyhow.. Service is exceptional. Never had an issue yet. Never had wrong orders. Never had extreme wait times. I can't complain.

My first time there despite the fact Mountain Mike's has been repeatedly recommended to me. The dining room, bathroom, and arcade area was clean and comfortable. The pizza was delicious and the service was polite and friendly. There was eight of us in our group and everyone was very happy with the overall experience.

I ordered medium wild veggie and it came down to $33, which is bit expensive compared to other pizza places in town. when server asked me if I want anything on side I requested for ranch, she said we don’t provide ranch. I’m not sure why they don’t, so please ask before you order or pay separate for dressing on side.

We had a group of 20 here for my sons 13th birthday on a Friday night. I purchased 8 pizzas in total. I asked to purchase some pitchers of soda and they said no that I could purchase a pitcher of beer but not soda. They wanted me to purchase 20 people separate drinks. This is ridiculous especially when we had a large group. Finally one of the workers told me to go to the store next door and purchase sodas and cups and bring it back so that's what I did. Thank God one of them spoke up.

The prices are ridiculous. The salad table is always a disappointment. The pizzas are usually great but my god the prices. Lunch buffet prices are a little easier on the wall at but usually not a great selection and try skive the pieces so small you have to get 3 just you make a full sized slice of pizza. The wings are ok but seemed rushes every time where the sauce isn't covering them completely

They gave me a hard time when they got my order wrong. Ordered pizza with pepperoni, bacon , and sausage l. All they gave me was cheese pizza with extra cheese. I ate it of course but wasn't worth $30.

I buy here frequently but today it didn't taste right so I looked and it had Green on the salami and the sausage was hard and old. We threw most away. My husband rarely eats and didn't notice. Not sure about the future. Bad business. Garlic bread was burnt.

I wish I could remove all the stars..They messed up my orders more than three times and the worst thing they did was that we ordered 4 pizzas and they gave us three pizzas and one empty box. The owner was so out of control when I complained. He finally agreed to deliver the missing pizza. The delivery person apologized when we gave the empty box . But the icing on the cake was that on a later date I couldn't place an order and the employee told me that she can't accept the order with my phone number because my number has been blocked for the future orders. What a shameful act, for their own mistake, for giving an empty box to the customer and charging for the pizza you block the customer number. I guess, this business doesn't need anymore customers. So please go somewhere else where you can get what you pay for and enjoy the food.

Well I had to call three time and two out of three times I was hung up on so apparently 3rd time is a charm, the girl answered but definitely rushed me through my order and made me feel like I was interrupting her. I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for over 15 years as well as owning my own establishment so I have a pretty good idea what customer service is and how I would like my employees to be in person and over the phone. This was by far the worst over the phone customer service I have ever experienced. I don’t write reviews because I feel that most people are disgruntled but dear lord. To the management please give your employees some training on in person or over the phone customer service. That goes a long way.

I was then told that they can take my number down but besides that they didn’t know! What the hell happen to customer service! All they had to do to keep my buisness was refund me the $12.99. Lost a good customer and will be sure to talk crap on them everywhere I go.

The salad bar only has 1 type of lettuce and it was yellow and old, it only has 1 type of cheese which is mozzarella and it doesn’t go well with salad and no protein. We settled for the salad. But when we ate the pizza there were only a few pieces that were already very burnt and hard. We tried to eat some but they were too hard. I asked the employee if they had more pizza that wasn’t so hard and she answered: “That due to the time we arrived that was all the pizza they had left for the day and that I had to eat that. She repeated that due to the time it was and that there were 15 minutes left until the buffet bar closed they weren’t going to prepare any more!!!. We paid too much for a plate of bad salad and 2 pieces of burnt and hard pizza. In addition to bad service. I do not recommend this place.

The manager is terrible.. can’t handle stress.. can’t coordinate or plan efficiently. We had our end of soccer party at this location. She double booked and tried to condense us and move us out of our party. The manager was cleaning out tables and moving our things to make room for another party that was pressing her to fit them in a full establishment. She had no respect or regard for the party we had going on. She essentially kicked out 10 year old kids to make room for 15 year olds. The tension escalated and the parents from the encroaching 15 years were threatening our parents. Terrible experience. Terrible management. Definitely don’t recommend ever hosting here.
