It's the college pizza place of all time. Open just about whence you'd really think about getting pizza, and also when you aren't. They have gyros, salads, little appetizers if you'd like, and decent desserts too. There's a deal most of the time but, too reiterate, it's a college pizza shop. It's gonna be reliable

Best Pizza and Wings I've had in Troy at a very reasonable price, plus they have great bundle deals! The guys working there are really nice and polite even when they're slammed with customers. You don't wait forever for your food either!

I do takeout/delivery from here regularly, and their gourmet pizzas are worth the bit higher cost. Really flavorful and great topping combos. Crust is tasty but not standout. Highly recommend their Mediterranean and Christina pizzas! Delivery people have usually been great about getting it to the right place and on time, only once seeming to get lost delivering to my office. Lower rating for atmosphere as the location is really small and gets super frenetic during busy hours, so I wouldn't eat onsite. Haven't tried their other foods, so can't comment.

I have never eaten shawarma until I came to this place and I am proud to report that is now one of my top 10 favorite foods, hands down :-) I think that pretty much says it all. The place was totally chaotic behind the counter but the gentleman that was waiting on us stayed so calm and gave us his undivided attention and we were not familiar with the place so it was taking us a while. He genuinely did not seem to mind nor did he feel the need to rush us or abandon us for taking too long. The busyness going on behind him was impressively chaotic and organized at the same time. We can tell they cater to a lot of college kids and they must make a killing because they do a darn good job at what they do. This is definitely the place to choose if you want some relatively quick and affordable takeout and amazing quality, which can sometimes be a rare find. Well done!

Amantes is the go to spot since I’ve lived in Troy, food has always been good and very consistent. Tonight I got food delivered and they are using nice new plastic containers instead of the round tin foil trays which is great! Will continue getting food here regularly.. the desserts are really good too

I’ve never eaten at their pizza parlor, so how can I rate atmosphere, I used door dash yesterday, and my two pizza looked like they were freshly made, the baklava was a joke there is no way that’s homemade, it taste like the prepackaged baklava I got from middle eastern market. I was hoping for homemade for the price they charged, for cold sticky baklava, I saw the bad reviews on the delivery service, that why I chose to go with door dash. I only heard of Amanti‘s threw my sis and her Pizza always looked awesome and tasted good. So I do want to try there speciality pizzas.

Such nice people! I ordered a gluten free pizza and selected eggplant as a topping. They called me to let me know it was breaded and to let me swap it for another topping. Even the guy who delivered the food was super nice! All around a great experience. Good wings, too!

I have now ordered several times. Chicken wrap excellent. Falafel good also. Just tried their salsa. Really spicy very good. But a little too pricey. But what is not today. I cannot yet speak to non middle east food. But will be trying pizza next.

we were traveling through for the first time and we almost stopped at a chain restaurant for lunch. we drove by and quickly pulled over and we were glad we did. fast and friendly service and 5 star pizza to complement it. my favorite was the chicken teriyaki pizza!

I love this place! I come here as a customer, and an Uber Eats driver. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The staff is always friendly, and the food is delicious. What I like most about the pizza is the crust. It's light and crispy, it tastes way better than traditional thin crust, and doesn't make you feel all bloated like pizza with thicker crust. I highly recommend the Buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken pizza. $7.50 for two huge slices and a can of soda. Enjoy!

Jason from DoorDash only grabbed half of my order and refused to go back and get the rest. The gentleman at Amante’s made sure I got my food and was very diligent and very nice offering a refund and even free items bc of Doordashes mistake. The pizza was delicious!!! I went to Amante last night and I have to tell you, the pizza and wings are to die for. I got the Margherita pizza and Deluxe Supreme and it was the best I ever had. The wings I got a mild garlic parm mix and I couldn't believe how fresh and crispy the wings were. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I guess the saying is true, it's the best pizza out of a house.

Amante Pizza is my go-to spot when I’m craving something quick and tasty. Their cheese slices are always fresh and hit the spot, and they’ve got a bunch of awesome gourmet slices too—pepperoni, buffalo, BBQ, and even Hawaiian if you’re into that sweet and savory combo. The honey BBQ wings are a must-try—super juicy with that sweet, smoky flavor. And if you’ve got room for dessert, their tiramisu and tres leches cake are both so good—light, creamy, and the perfect way to end the meal. It’s just a chill place with good food and friendly vibes every time.

I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this place is. The Shawarma I got from here was undeniably insanely delicious. Amantes is that old friend who is always there for you. With college kid friendly hours, these guys are always there! What the regulars know about Amante's is pizza. What they dont know is the OUTSTANDING Mediterranean/Middle Eastern. Grape leaves, shwarma, and the appetizer platter. Good restaurant hidden as a college Hotspot.

Amante Pizza is one of my favorite spots for takeout. The food is always really good, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Their takeout service is quick and easy, which makes it perfect for a cozy night in. I usually go for their Cheese Pizza and Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and they never disappoint. Both are well-done, with crispy crusts and really nice flavors. The Buffalo Chicken one has just the right amount of spice without being too much — it’s one of the best I’ve had. I also like to grab their Wings and Garlic Knots. The wings are juicy and tasty, and the garlic knots are soft, buttery, and just so good. If you’re looking for a place with great food, good prices, and friendly service, I’d definitely recommend giving Amante Pizza a try. It’s always a satisfying choice.

Simple, tasty food, made and delivered fast. Don't confuse this place with Crispy Basil or DeFazio's and you'll find it's great for what it is. One star taken off for the gluten-free pizza crust not really being gluten-free, I'm guessing it's getting cross-contaminated in the kitchen.

Ordered delivery the gentleman who answered the phone couldn't have been nicer. We chatted a bit, and I found out that it was a family-run business. That explains why it's so comfortable to deal with. Food was very good.

I tried Amante Pizza for the first time tonight (I'm a Big Apple Pizza regular) and was pleasantly surprised. The workers were friendly and accommodating of our special order and our XL pizza was ready in 15 minutes. Their pizza menu is more limited than many of the nearby pizza places but they offer a greater variety of appetizers, wings, pasta dinners, etc. The pizza was cheaper than other similar restaurants in Troy and good for the cost. The pizza sauce could use more seasoning and I'm disappointed they do not carry my favourite pizzas (pasta and chicken alfredo) but, overall, I had a good experience.

Atmosphere aside this one of my favorite go to pizza places. Food is done great and fast. Customer service is a highlight your always treated with respect and they'll always do their best to accommodate wishes when it comes to your pizza. My only gripe is they dont have breakfast pizzia 😥. Honestly you can't go wrong with Amante and they're very generous on toppings which is nice as well.

I've been ordering from Amante for years. It's the perfect place to order from if you're ordering a few large pies for a get together or a party and you want variety plus speedy delivery. My personal favs are the buffalo chicken, the margherita, and the chicken parm... and of course, their pepperoni pizza is solid, although you have to manually order a pizza with pepperoni on it because a pepperoni pizza not its own item on the menu IIRC. I came here to write this review to offer a suggestion to the good folks at Amante. I love everything philly cheese steak-related (even if it misses the mark by Philly standards), especially Philly on pizza, so it's a surprise even to me that just this week was my first time ordering it from Amante. Now, the fault here is my own for not examining the listed toppings on the menu more closely, but I missed that mushrooms are included on Amante's Philly pizza. Guys, a traditional Philly does not come with mushrooms. Mushrooms in a Philly are not bad, per se, and I do appreciate mushrooms, but they're simply not typically in a Philly, and most Philly lovers will tell you they don't include mushrooms. I strongly, strongly recommend ditching the mushrooms and letting anyone who wants them ask for them individually. Otherwise, keep doing what yall do. Peace and love! See yall next week!

Would have give. 5, food is great, there was a little confusion with my uber eats order and I was just trying to explain to a gentleman who didn't want to hear it. I called right after placing the order, and made sure to explain them and a young woman said no problem. The guy who answered after I received the order immediately went into defense mode. Sorry Guy, but I wasn't complaining, just trying to clarify, practice active listening sometimes and figure out the difference between someone who wants to come on the attack and someone who is just trying to have a conversation

I haven't tried their pizza yet. But I tried one of their rice meals which included chicken. It was not great, kind of okay. Rice was plain. The chicken item was not bad. I think the price was a bit high compared to its taste. However, the quantity was sufficient. The good thing is that they serve halal meat.

I usually LOVE their pizza but tonight was not the norm (hopefully a one-off). Way too much sauce as you can see from the photo. I've never been given anything different than the pizza in the photo they use in their menu so I'm not sure what's changed. I was also charged for a bottle of soda but was given a can. Not the best experience but not the worst by any means.

It is a little over priced for quality. The chicken parmesan wings were dry and lacked flavor. The honey BBQ wings were basic. The meat lovers pizza had a good portion of meat, but needed a little more sauce. I wish the coupons had more than just cheese pizza options. Overall I wouldn't recommend it and I wont buy again.

I order delivery from here often and always get told that they can't deliver to my address because it's further than 5 miles away (it isn't) only for the employee that says this to be told not even half a minute later that they in fact can deliver to my address and they have delivered before. It's super frustrating.

Never wrote a review in my life but I had to for this spot, very bad I might be bias cuz I’m from jersey and we got way better pizza than Troy or Albany but this spot is just terrible I can’t lie. They allowed me to place an order for delivery at like 2 in the morning which was the only upside, they said 25 minutes but ended up taking around an hour and 15 minutes. The mozzarella sticks came uncooked almost as if they were right out the freezer. The pizza came hot but that’s the only good thing I can say about it. Would much rather eat dominos pizza or even a 5$ frozen pizza. Don’t waste your time

VERY DISSAPOINTED!! MY Delivery ORDER was forgotten. After waiting an hour i was called and informed. It still took another 20 minutes. The pizza was far beyond cold at this point😔. $1.50 delivery charge was automatic I gave an extra $3.06 tip. The order came to $21 but $24.50 was taken from my account. It stated they will update charge in 7 days. 🤬seriously!! They put an extra $3.50 on my bill and say it will be returned in 7 days??? I don't even think that's legal. You know i'm watching that bank statement!! This us NOT TYPICAL OF RESTERAUNT DELIVERY.

The one star was solely based on just one order(I'm sure they have better food options on the menu but.... the garlic parm wings that night were not the winner at all, was very bland with hardly any garlic on them. We have been getting food from here regularly for a long time and this place keeps getting worse and worse which is very sad... Garlic parm boneless wings were frozen not even fried to be crispy and weren't tossed they were just drizzled with butter the Mediterranean salad was hot and wilted because they put the wings and salad in the same bag what a disappointment for the whole family only thing that did get eaten was the extremely greasy pizza. Great job amante Pizza you officially lost my family as your customers.

This use to be a great establishment. I'm not sure what's changed but in the past year the deliveries have gotten later, the portions got smaller, and the customer service has gone down. If something doesn't change then I fear my favorite food spot will go out of business soon.

I placed an order for large pizza and two dozen wings. It took two hours for delivery,The wings were supposed to be boneless wings but they came bone in and were so overcooked the meat was dry hard and stringy. I called back and gave them the chance to make it right and they said they marked in the system i have two orders of free wings... i just called to collect what was owed and they told me no you have a dozen free. After explaining to them and telling them the man specifically told me it was 12 he laughs and said oh well im a different person i say 12. I asked for a manager and he says oh he very busy i said is there an owner he said hes very very busy... i said so no one can resolve this? And he laughed more. I hung up frustrated and not giving them my money again... im very disappointed because i was a faithful customer and thats how i get treated!

Don't order from this place if you are 5.1 miles away. They have a strict 5 mile ordering radius and get pissy if they have to drive slightly farther. They told me to not order from them again, don't worry, I won't!

Pizza arrived on time around 4pm 6/19 most dogwater pizza I've had in a long time. A single kind of cheese, spagetti sauce, flour. Completely devoid of any flavor or seasoning.

Been ordering here for a year. Last two times late and cold. Employees rude and belligerent. Told 25 minutes, came in 65. When asked was told I was impossible. Worker, manager delivery person very rude. They don't care because RPI keeps them in business. Never wrote a review in my life. That angry. Go somewhere else!

Ordered the beef over rice and it was literally just "slop". It's gross the amount of white sauce that was just dumped onto this bowl. No veggies, no hot sauce. I've had beef and chicken over rice before and it's never been this bad.

My girlfriend tried to order a pizza for me last night and because she lives in another state you would not take a payment over the phone you guys lost my business, you may think that's a silly reason but for me that's like saying if I come in to this location to pay for a pizza to be delivered to someone else you won't take the payment because it's not going to me its going to someone else. Payment is payment you refuse one type of payment then you don't deserve my business, I'm trying to help you make money and you refuse it then you don't deserve it from me anymore.

Order online THROUGH AMANTE NOT DOOR DASH. 8 minutes away according to GPS. They sent door dash. I work Uber so I know how apps work. They just left it my door, no call, no knock. Leaving at the door is not what I requested. Checked my text and my food was delivered and left in 22° weather to get ice cold. Food was mediocre to begin with. Baked ziti was okay at best. Very dry with very little sauce. Will not order again. Left an 8 dollar tip too. Over 60 bucks for cold food. Called Amantes and went to automated, wasn't even be to talk to anyone. Used to be great. The last time I ordered food came cold. I decided to give them another shot. Another EPIC fail, food Luke warm mozzarella sticks cold. Given marinara sauce asked for Raspberry sauce. Called and complained, said they were sending another order in 7 minutes. Came 20 minutes later after going to the wrong address. COLD Will never order again from there.

Made an order on DoorDash, ordered the strawberry cheesecake. I received old and dry cheesecake, with strawberry jelly slapped on top of it. If it’s not gonna be what people expect don’t even bother selling it.

The last 2 times I ordered from this restaurant (I ordered via Grubhub, however Amantes does their own delivery and also updates their order status) my pizza was literally LEFT on my porch steps without so much as notifying me! When I called them to check on it I was told it was left out there over 20 mins ago! It was ICE COLD & I was told by Amantes that they wouldn’t do anything to fix it! The 2nd time I was able to get a refund from grubhub but the first time I was stuck with a cold pizza!!! Idk if the driver is new or what but I’ll never order from here again!

Ordered cannolis for $7, turns out there was only one and it was reheated. Definitely not coming back again, stay away.

I ordered a beef over rice platter with spicy sauce on the side. I also asked the uber driver to ask for extra white sauce. I got the extra white sauce (see photo) but no spicy sauce… Never ordered here before so this might not be normal but I was extremely disappointed in the taste of the beef and the astronomical amount of white sauce they threw on top of the food…
