I can't lie - Popeye's chicken is my secret obsession. I have never had bad chicken here. The service isn't always spot on, and the dine in decor is nothing to brag about - but OH that juicy chicken makes it all great! And the biscuits are the best in the business!

Got the best service I’ve ever had at a Popeyes last night. Been to over a hundred occasions and the guy working the drive thru last night was literally the best Popeyes worker I’ve ever encountered. Not necessarily the friendliest, but very competent. Would recommend this location if it’s not too busy.

We had to wait for like 10 mins until anyone shows up in front of the cash register - plthe employees were cooking and didnt pay attention to us. Kuddos to the manager who apologized and was really helpful. The food was good, crispy chicken and tasty. Good location but the service could have been better and faster.

Food is very good Restrooms are locked, you have to ask them to unlock it Every time you need to use it . The restaurant interior is not very clean. No refill fountain, same as restrooms, you have to ask.

I went thru the drive thru around 4pm on Friday. The male employee was fabulous. It was my first time visiting a Popeyes so that first impression was appreciated. I ordered food for 3 people. We got sandwiches, fries, biscuits, and drinks. My sandwich was very good. Lots of white chicken. I liked the fries, just the right color and not salty. We will be back.

I'm not sure if the recipe changed for the gravy, but it looked like broth and barely anything on it. The manager said they put the standard 3 scoops in, and the recipe is still the same. I was debating on getting extra gravy, but it was almost $5 for a side of it. The chicken was a little on the dry side and the red beans and rice was more rice than anything else. Then there was the 27-minute wait from the time I paid for the order until the time they put it in a bag. There was only one person waiting inside and two cars in the drive-through. And still took a good five minutes before I was acknowledged by any of the workers behind the counter.

Told myself that I will go in next time, but it is not the nicest part of town. I am sure I will try it again sometime within the year. I hesitate because the price is high for what you get.

I normally come here and everything is great, except today when I was asked to wait in the parking lot for the chicken to be cooked and ready to go. However, 25 minutes went by and no one came out to had me any food. I went inside to ask how long to expect the wait and they thought I got my food already cause it was ready and no one ever came outside. I really wish they had been more clear of coming inside instead of sassing me to wait in the parking lot.

Thank you Store # 12034 03/27/21 at 1:20pm Missing parts of my order also was served food without a proper container. Called and informed them and got a rude response and no apology. This is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend this Popeyes location to anyone.

I placed a mobile order and they expected me to make two left turns to go park. I asked to be served in the drive-thru. Pedro not only was rude to me, but he then refused to make my order. I'm disabled, but still went inside and he still refused to make my food. I'm still dealing with trying to get my money back!
