I swear Jamba Juice puts happiness in a cup. Got the Caribbean Passion and it was basically sunshine blended with ice—smooth, fruity, and zero icy chunks. Staff was super friendly and had it ready in no time. Totally worth the splurge when you need a little boost in your day.

I stopped in on my way to Los Angeles yesterday and I was shocked at the outstanding customer service from the young girl working. And she was working alone. I have not seen customer service like this in a very long time. She was very attentive and patient. Asked me if I need this or that. Smiled. Was quick. Great attitude. Shocking for this country and her generation. But a very pleasant surprise. My green juice was superb and I’m gonna stop there for now on when I go up north.

I love our Jamba Juice place here in Tulare CA. I have made many stops lately in the past four months after coming out of Fresno from having my Chemo treatments. Adding the boosts energizes me. Just what the doctor ordered.

Been going in all summer for the delicious watermelon breeze. The got an extra shipment of watermelon juice so they extended the drink a few more weeks. It’s my favorite drink there.

Damnn order the white gummy. Trust me you won't be disappointed. They have really good customer service as well

Workers were great and helped me pick out what I should get. I just dont think juice is my thing. It tasted ok.

This time I tried the Apples n greens add ginger. Maybe she didn't put enough ginger, but I can hardly taste it. At least the cockroach in the corner was dying and not running around. Otherwise, nice visit 👍

Drinks were good. Small place but prefect for grabbing drinks to go. They have it set up to take mobile orders & I think phone orders. Wait outside after ordering & drinks are brought to the door. Overall pretty quick & easy. Cashier was friendly.

Not as friendly as hanford is but it works to get a Jamba.

I’m always a little confused on why this Jamba always has the bathroom out of order or why they don’t take cash.

This is the 2nd time I order the acai primo bowl. I'm not sure if they are unaware on how to make the bowls, but both times me and my husband pretty much get a milkshake with a spoon. If we wanted a smoothie or milkshake, we would have ordered that instead. I spoke with someone who identified herself as the manager, Alexis, I believe. She was nice and offered a free bowl. However, an acai bowl should always be thick, I shouldn't have to request "extra thick." As mentioned.

Unfriendly customer service. Most Jambas we can wait inside for our order. this guy says you can wait outside and we will bring them to you.

Went in with my daughter, they do not accept $100 bills. There is no sign any where in the store or windows saying so.

Rude! Always rude. Not sure what the other reviews about good customer aervice are about. This place needs some radical chamges before Tulare as a community decides to stop supporting this business with out local money.

Have to use a machine to order and nothing is explained what's not available. I had to ask someone why they didn't have the Peanut butter moo'd on the menu and was told they didn't have the ingredients. Ordered Peach Perfection and was really tarty. Make sure you have other payment options other than cash since you have to use the machine. This takes away the customer experience since its harder to make your drink personalized and can't ask questions on recommendations or what's available. Just not the same anymore. The business just wants a quick transaction and try to cut cost as best they can.

God forbid you try to contact this store about a mobile order called 10 times 0 answers. Horrible

My fine shyts order was messed up when she was trying something new, the smoothie bowl looked like there wasn’t enough love and effort put behind it 😤. Will be back and hopefully my pumpkin pie is happy 🫡

The drinks are delicious. The reason why I gave 1 star is because their ac does not work. I asked if it's getting fixed. The employees informed their employer over a month ago and still no progress. "According to OSHA, the employer must provide a safe comfortable place to work. If there's no AC, the employer is violating the OSH ACT". It does not take over a month to fix this issue.

Idk if the cashier samantha ann has an issue with me but the last couple of time I've been in there I've gotten a very weird dry vibe from her. Ordered a ginger shot the bottled ones they have and she said they didn't have any only the fresh ones she'd have to make. I don't know what she put in there but it was extremely bitter. My pregnant sick wife had most of it but I was able to try a little sip. I also ordered a large smoothie and I asked to split in to 2 cups it's on the receipt when i got the order I said I asked for a split cup. The. She offered me just an extra cup. I really hope my wife doesn't have a bad reaction to the ginger shot.
