Is the best mexican food I have ever had in my entire life. The portions are magnificent, the staff is friendly and it's very, very clean, and the prices are unbelievable. Everyone needs to find this little gem.

All the employees here are friendly and are sure you have everything you need. The food is always enjoyable! It's my mom's favorite Mexican restaurant in town, and she comes every week. The shredded or grilled chicken has a great taste. As does the shredded beef and asada. We usually get the tacos, medium fried shell. The chips and dips are always fresh. I love the Pollo en creama, which has just the right amount of spice! Also love the mole enchiladas! Sometimes, the burritos are on the small side, but we have always been happy with the portions on other menu items. It's a little pricey but competitive to other restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Javi's for years and you don't continue to go to a place if you don't enjoy it. One of the things I like best is the consistency and by that I mean the salsa is always the same, the bean dip is delicious and oh my goodness the cabbage! Today I had half of a bean Tapatia and the guacamole just added the Right Touch of deliciousness. But I love the enchiladas and their green sauce as well as a couple of the shrimp dishes and the Giant enchilada. I never leave hungry.

Javi's holds a special place in my heart. It is my and my wife's favorite taco truck and we make it a point to get some to celebrate our anniversary every year as a weird tradition. They have always been very consistent with the food and the folks there are really friendly. I will just say, though, if you like your foods really spicy, I've never tried anything off the menu, with no changes, that I would classify as really hot. Most of the items have a nice kick but no punch to the gut.

I have been going to Javi's for years and you don't continue to go to a place if you don't enjoy it. I honestly have to say it was delicious 😋 my only problem was the server not once did she ever ask if we wanted refills or just to see how we were doing. Other then that the food was fantastic.

Very nice location and wait staff. The food was tasty and came in sizeable portions but I was quite surprised at the price. Not to say it wasn't worth it, but I've had Mexican food for half the price of the menu here that was just as good if not better.

Perhaps my expectations of overpriced restaurants are a bit high. But if I'm going to spend $80 on a single meal, it needs to be five stars.

We love Javi's and have ate at all their locations, Turlock is our fav. Great quality food, never disappointed. We don't eat there as often as we used to because it is just too expensive. Lunch is a better option.

The folks at the Manuel Cancer Center recommended this restaurant to my sister and I. It wasn't as great as we thought it would be. But it was good. We had a Chile Rellenos plate, and that was good, not great. The interiors are pretty, especially love the aquariums they have. Waitresses were very good, and they showed teamwork with each other which was very nice to see! We will be back soon!

I like the have a discount for seniors up to 3 items combined. I got tamale, taco and tostada. Very filling.

Great service, however food took 25 minutes to receive, were the only people inside the restaurant. I ordered fajitas they were HARD steak strips, good flavor though.

Went here for a quick lunch. Service was awesome. As for the food. It was just ok. The rice was fluffy, which is good but lacked seasonings. Beans were ok but could use a bit more flavor. The Chile Colorado was meh. Ceasar salad was drowning in dressing. A bit too much for my liking.

Went for lunch. Chips & salsa rocked. Wife got taco lunch special, said it was good. I got burrito & tamales special. Tamale was dry but very tasty. Burrito only had meat and a funky green sauce in it. Nothing else. Beans and rice were good. No drink refills offered at all despite waitress coming over 3 times and oue glasses being at the edge empty. Will still try again, probably dinner next time

I have never been treated so rudely. Sat down to eat outside and never got checked on. Had to get up to ask for service. At one point we had not long ago received our food and I had to wave down a waitress. She came and I asked for my daughter another drink. She said we are closed do you want boxes. I was furious. We were all still eating! I told her no we would finish our meal and I wanted another drink for my daughter. She walked away saying out loud that I didn’t have to be rude. I will not return. I pay money to eat my meal without being rushed and to get appropriate service.

The food is great and friendly service I would give it a 5 star but when I looked up and the ceiling fans grossed me out they are full of dust. If those were to be turn on while guest are eating that would get into the food. Other than that I would say good place to eat, but please clean fans asap.

Food is ok, not great. Service was great by the waitress that was serving us.. Had the Chile relleno burrito. The burrito needed more beans, but the chile relleno was good. My niece had the deep-fried hard shell carne asada tacos were ok but not great.

The food was pretty good although it was really hot inside, but the portion size was so small I left hungry and had to go eat somewhere else

I ordered a chili relleno with red sauce and the sauce basically tasted like just plain tomato sauce. The salsa was petty good though.

I came in and asked for authentic Mexican food. They don’t have a torta, Lengua, Cabeza. It’s a good spot to sit down and have dinner with your family but if you want true authentic Mexican food, I got up and left and found a taco truck around the corner by the CVS. Amazing.

Went with friends. Waitresses were rude and lazy. Food was horrible, bland. served cold, and not everyonesvcame out at the same time. Then there was the hair in the food. The cook then replaced the toastada with a cold one. Tried Javis 3 years ago. Still the same. Yuck

Now I understand why I went in their and 3 people were eating. I ordered a simple burrito supreme. Its 97% rice. My other order was 2 enchiladas shredded beef. Got home and they were chicken. With the 300 Mexican food restaurants in Turlock, go somewhere else.

Food places need to start taking pride in their business again. Came to this place and there was dead flys all by the windows. Looks like it’s never been cleaned. What grossed me out even more was seeing they have tortilla chip trays stacked on eachother so basically the bottom of the tray that’s dirty, is on top of some chips! Like quit being lazy and just give as needed instead having them all stacked and waiting and sitting there. Disgusting. I hate when restaurants don’t take pride in their business. Dirty, filthy, lazy. Not worth the $. Like hire a cleaning crew to help if needed.
