I like KFC fried chicken, and there is a family drum fried chicken set menu. Great. The store is clean and bright, and the delivery is fast. Open 7 days. If you pass the I80 highway, it is easy to find it when you come out at exit 53. It is also very easy if you are thinking of going back to high speed.

It was not spicy, the breading was crumbly and the meet itself can be better quality wise. It just not as good as KFC used to be but, what is now of days. Still if I had to recommend a decent KFC it would definitely be this one.

Out of all the KFC this one has been pretty good for the most part. The pot pies are always nice and hot and the regular chicken is always pretty good. Food is on par with other locations. But explain to me how a simple mobile order takes longer than going thru the empty drive thru. 🤔 Ordered on mobile, pulled up to the empty drive thru and they asked me to wait for 10 min. How can you not just process it now as if I ordered thru the drive thru? Service is poor Not that polite either.

I do not appreciate the serving size of the large mashed potatoes. There is more cole slaw than the mashed potatoes. I did not spend $30 to get half of what I paid for.

I just came from there and this is what my large Mac and cheese looks like. It looks as if a dog throw it up. And it’s cold. I’m not happy. Not worth the $6 I paid for it. I won’t be coming back

I love KFC but I am continually disappointed at least at this one. It still tastes great but the size of the pieces are so small but they charge you three times as much. There’s no option to get just 2 pieces with a biscuit with a side. They force you to buy the meal.

The chicken is already expensive and they . I told them about the next day the lady states there was nothing she could do..Plus I had my receipt..sad just poor customer service .. It's December 30th 2025 , I resisted the location and I must say Angie was the most helpful and nice person I have met.She really made my day . Good customer service .

The employees on the other hand are respectful and will always offer to park me to cook my food fresh I do not mind waiting. This manager needs to be removed ASAP. I have the interactions on my Dashcam. Very unprofessional.
