We came in here with our group of 40 and the service was the best. Our family can be a bit loud and crazy but they served us and kept the pizza and salad fully stocked and didn’t make us feel unwelcome. We appreciate the great service!!

This location hosted our group of middle schoolers. It was super clean, pizza was great and the salad bar was fresh and full. We were a loud crew and the staff were friendly and took good care of us!

I love this spot. Staff are awesome! Very kind. Very helpful. We always eat in and play the games and I go for the sticker machine. The place is very clean. Great amount of space to dine in. I came here with my dad, my mom, and my nephew. The place was good. Quite. We were getting takeout. My nephew came in and saw the claw machine that they have over there, and he saw something that he wanted, which was this little green box that looked like a treasure chest, and because it was green which is his favorite color and that it looked like a treasure chest, he had to have it. I tried to win it for him, cause it only took a few quarters, so why not. He's my nephew 😊. Sadly, I couldn't get it, and the little guy was so discouraged he started to cry, which makes me sad. He loves to win at things cause you know who doesn't, but he has autism, so it's hard for him to cope with something he's not used to, like losing. I think those claw machines are rip-offs, but ehh. I'm still coming back for pizza, though.

Mountain Mike's Pizza is delicious and filling! My husband and I ordered a medium Everest pizza and the salad bar, and we could only finish half of the pizza. We saved the other half for lunch the next day. The salad bar has a great selection of fresh and pickled salad items. Just about anything you could want in a salad is there! We were the only ones in the restaurant that afternoon- looked like everyone else was either picking up or getting delivery. The owner and employees were very friendly.

I initially contacted this location to schedule a small get together for my son and his friends, a total of 9 of us, to celebrate passing winter finals. I asked if they offered the pizza buffet during dinner time and they didn’t. The person I spoke to asked me to hold on so they could ask the owner if there was something they could work out. The owner agreed to host my son and his friends for a Friday night. The pizza was great, service was great and the boys had a great time! We will totally come back to this location!!

The thing I care about the most is if someone takes the extra step. This mountain mikes location really does that. There isn’t much you can do to impress someone at a pizza franchise. But the fact that they actually care about their customers is really special. We come here for 2 of our kids birthdays because THIS location is their favorite pizza place. We come in months apart and they remember who we are. So cool. We haven’t had a bad experience here. They never make our family of 6 feel like a burden to them and for that, I am grateful.

This is where you have to come for the life changing experience and taste.

I’m convinced they use the entire nation’s supply of pepperoni on a single large pizza. Each slice weighed more than a newborn baby and brought me closer to God. I bit into it and saw a vision of my ancestors cheering me on from the pepperoni heavens. The cheese stretch was so majestic, I nearly proposed to it. I didn’t know mozzarella could be that committed. The crust? A crisp, golden throne upon which the royal toppings sat proudly. I don’t normally eat my crusts, but this one whispered to me: “Ben, I am the best part.” And it was right.

As soon as I got to the front counter for my order, one male staff member in the back signaled to give him a moment as he was on the phone. A female staff member came to the front where I was at, and before I could ask about my order, she snatched something from the box on the counter, which looked like a receipt in the Tip box, and mumbled something. Then she walked away without helping me. Like, I'm not going to steal your tips. There were NO customers in the building, except me. Finally, the gentleman from before came to the front and helped me.

Went in for their buffet. No buffet on black friday. Thought it would be a great day for people to come in and try different pizzas. When leaving had people ask how the buffet was, told them they did not have it today. Not sure if they ever made it in to mountain mikes.

Last 3-4 times ordering from here the pizzas did not seem fully cooked. The Pepperoni was soggy...raw. I ordered half with olives and got maybe 6 olive pieces. We've always enjoyed their pizza but it seems to have gone downhill recently.

Expensive for gas station style pizza. It took almost 7 days to refund my card because I ordered 2 personal pizzas online but only wanted one. Pizza was not that good. The personal was a bit pricey and very small.

I might have given more stars if the service time had been quicker. It must have taken more than 30 min to get our ours while we were the only ones at tables when we placed them. Before we finally got the orders, we heard other custoners inquiry of their order a couple of times. Each time they were told "10 more minutes" "10 more minutes". *The pizza itself wasn't too bad at the time I ate it. Unfortunately a couple hours later I spent the rest of the night in & out if the bathroom. (Sorry...just being honest) Might be simply a case of a long time since eating that kind of food ...I was better after a day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!! Terrible service. We called ahead and our pizza was not ready after 40 minutes. We were told 20 minutes. Staff is very rude and the teenagers working there are clueless. One of the workers flipped us off when we expressed how inconvenient it was to keep waiting. They actually served our order to a lady who came in after us and ordered. We will not be going back her again.

We ordered an XL pizza for my son’s birthday party today. When we went to pick it up, someone else with my husband’s same name had picked it up. So we had to wait for it to be remade. When we got it home we realized as we started eating that it had not been cooked thoroughly (most of the bread was soft, chewy dough). I called to ask for the situation to be rectified and I was told that not only would he refund us our money ($46) but they would also make us another pizza. We were told wait time would be 20 minutes. My mom goes down to get the refund and pizza and was told that they couldn’t honor it without bringing in the bad pizza (which ok, but I was not told this was necessary). Then he hands her a 20% off coupon. Needless to say I was mad. So my husband goes down there to get it handled. He just got the refund and left, but told me I should call the manager back and ask for our account to notate the replacement pizza for next time. They gave me the run around and told me that they were only able to give a refund OR replacement. That’s NOT what I was told. So apparently the first person I spoke to was not the manager and this last person claimed he was. What a joke. We’ve given them tons of money over the months and have patronized their business and this is how they treat their customers. Thankfully we got our money back, but we had to make 3 trips down there and it put a damper on my son’s birthday. Do better. Customers like us pay your bills.

This is a 25 dollar pizza. I can't believe this is the all meat pizza they offer at such an expensive price. I've had more toppings of a pizza half this price and same quality. I go here once a week and second time I found exact same rubber band in my pizza. First time they made it right and gave me a free pizza. The second time they said not sure why you are the only one to get 2 rubber bands in your pizza. He worded it making it seem like I planted these in my pizza to get a free pizza. Trust me I'm not that cheap, I wanted them to know this has happened twice and why does it keep happening. I said is it from the bags of dough or pepperoni bags. He said rudely no we don't have hair bands here. I said it looks like a rubber band used for bags or food. He told me his manager would call me and I asked if he would like to see photos which I sent to a number he gave me both times. This is beyond disgusting and needs to be addressed by higher management and possibly mountain mikes corporal management. It may be something coming pre shipped to them. Either way it needs to be addressed and they need to get to the bottom of it. I am a local and have been going here supporting their business for a few years now, just started going every Tuesday for a year now. Both rubber bands were found within a year of eachouther. If you go there once a week pay close attention, you will most likely get one to. Not only will I not be going to this location anymore I don't think I will be eating any pizza's from mountain mikes anymore. Most people wouldn't even know they are eating rubber bands, makes me think how many I've eaten and not noticed. Ever since the first time I've paid closer attention to the pizza and every bite waiting for something in my food. This time sealed the deal and made me literally sick to my stomach threw the pizza away and didn't finish it. The first two pictures are from the second time this happened, the other last picture is from the second time this happened. Two separate times within a year same thing found in the food, never again.
