We had such a great experience at the BJs on Arden in Sacramento. From the moment we sat down Kaylee took amazing care of us. She was friendly attentive and genuinely made the meal feel easy and enjoyable. Our drinks came out quickly the food was hot and everything tasted just the way it should. What really stood out was how she checked in often without ever making us feel rushed. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and relaxed at the same time but Kaylee nailed it. We will definitely be coming back. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

I come to this BJ's pretty often, and it's always a great experience. The food is solid every time - my favorites and definitely the seared Ahi salad and brussel sprouts. They're both super fresh and full of flavor. I've got to give a shoutout to Sara, my favorite server here! She's always friendly, attentive, and just has great energy. She remembers me and makes every visit feel extra welcoming. Overall, great food, great service, and a nice chill vibe. Highly recommend this spot, especially if you get Sara as your server!

We were seated quickly even though the restaurant was fairly full. Our server Mariela was friendly and attentive, informing us when our food would be brought to the table and she made recommendations as to what she like on the menu. When the food arrived it was presented on the plate in an attractive manner. Everything was delicious, and we enjoyed the all chocolate pizzookie for desert. I hope our local bjs is as good as this one in Sacramento!

Any Gen Xers remember that Pizza meme that throws back to the "good ol' days" when you went to the majestic red temple and cashed in all of your summer reading credits to get that scalding hot personal pan pizza? Well, here i am right off a flight from the PNW, and the only place at 1130 to grab a beer and a bite is BJs. Little for I know, these guys know pizza. I have always thought of BJs as a Red Robin with a beget brewery. Similar to the Ram restaurants of the northwest. I have never had a pizza here. WOW! this little hockey puck took me right back to 1985, and the beer set it off! I may be one of the last to know, but I had zero clue how good their pizzas were, and the price!?! $16 for a pizza and 2 beers! Ok, it was happy hour, but still... in the California economy, who could ask for more. Even though it was after closing hours I felt like I was in shopping mall heaven, harkening back to good times of old.

I thought this place would be another sports bar on the way. But what a delightful surprise. The guacamole burger was delicious and the Oktoberfest lager was so German! And the tender took good care of me. Pay a visit if you want a nice time. Music volume was just right do a nice chat with my friends.

We left $20 cash tip for our waitress at BJs Arden Mall - Ms. Fernanda: This black guy walks in pretending to be on the phone and stood by the table where we sat and took the $20 and left. We saw him and could tell that he was upto something and so we watched him. This was on 02/04/2026 around 6:45pm to 7pm. We informed our waitress and told her to check the camera. Seems like the guys has been doing this for some time whereby he walks through one door, steals the tip money from the tables and walks out the other door.

Had a great experience at BJ’s Brewhouse! The food was solid and came out hot and fresh, but what really made the visit stand out was our server, Lillian B. She was friendly, attentive, and checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. She knew the menu well, made good recommendations, and kept everything running smoothly even when it got busy. Service like that really elevates the whole experience. Will definitely be back, especially if Lillian is working!

Early dinner visit on our way back from Fairfield, CA. First I want to say that the service here is excellent. We had a misunderstanding with an email special that was quickly resolved by the manager. The burgers were good and the restaurant is dog-friendly on the patio outside. Highly recommended...thumbs up!

This is a very nice restaurant with clean well kept. The service people are very polite professional. However, as pricey as the food is, it came to my table cold. I don't like cold food. I don't want steam to come off my pasta, vegetables and steak, but thit wasn't the case. When I spoke up about it, I got a few dollars off my bill. As a foodie, the whole experience was very disappointing. I won't be back.

Portions are so small for what you pay. Had the steak salad and a margarita. Everything pictured on the menu showed up half the size. Including the margarita! Good was good but left hungry. 1 margarita, and 1 steak salad with a 20% tip was over $47! Used to enjoy this chain for the quality of the food and value. There’s no value anymore. Bar seating was about 50% occupied by patrons. All these schedules other seats were loaded with personal items. Couldn’t sit at the bar.

I have been to this location 2 times in the last month. The first was a party of 4 + a baby. We were there for 2hr and 45 min, food took over 2hrs to come out. They comp'd the food and gave us a $50 gift card to apologize. Really great they acknowledged it and if it ended there I would be giving them 3 stars. We went back a few weeks later to use the gift card, just 2 adults and a baby this time. We were there for over 2 hours again, again ordering basic food - a burger and a sandwich - with no substitutions or anything complicated. No acknowledgement from staff of how long we waited like there was the first time. It's weird cause I used to wait tables and I would be pushing to get the table with the infant out ASAP so the baby doesn't start crying and annoying other guests. Luckily my boy is an angel and didn't cry at all during either visit, but I sure wanted to cry after waiting 2 hours for food. They prioritize good service for bigger tables, as most restaurants do, so I wouldn't go again with a party of less than 6. Which is a shame because the deep dish pizza is fantastic. The other food we had (burger, club sandwich, some chicken flatbread thing) was mediocre - Applebee's or Chili's is better.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I would give this place no stars if I could. On April 20th my boyfriend and I went here for lunch, as we’ve been here several times. We love BJ’s and go here regularly. Well this time we ordered the nachos as an appetizer. Halfway through eating them, I found a dead ROACH cooked in with the cheese. We were absolutely disgusted as anyone would be and have never had something like this happen. We called over a manager who ended up comping our meal and took down our information. He said that someone would be reaching out to “make things right” but it’s almost a month later and we haven’t heard anything. The fact that they haven’t reached out says everything. We could’ve gotten seriously sick from this and they don’t even care. Someone from the health department needs to shut this place down. I can’t imagine what else they have crawling around back there. Absolutely disgusting.

Last night ( Thursday) not a holiday my daughter & I wanted to have a nice Mother daughter dinner date..was told 10 minute wait. Had to wait longer. Fine . Service was horrible. My water was not refilled until the end of my meal when I had to ask someone that wasn't my server to do so. Food took a long time. Wasn't offered dessert. Watched as my server was attentive to the other table next to us? I had to ask for box & check as well. My daughter forgot the leftovers on table, but I realized it while we were still outside of BJ 's walking to our car. ( not even 5 minutes after we walked away from our table. Our leftovers were in a boxed & in a bag she Ran inside to get them. Again not even 5 minutes later someone threw them away. Having been in the food industry, I still left a good tip ( cash) for the server. But needless to say I'm not going back there again. Disappointed. When my kids were younger used to be one of our favorite places to eat..
