I love their salads! They're fresh, unique, healthy, and delicious. My favorites are the Baja Green Goddess and the Thai Mango Salad. The staff is also very kind. One time my salad was taking quite some time to come out. I didn't mind but they still offered me some chips for free. Thanks y'all!
Always great here no matter the location, same quality food and great drinks, and wine, etc. This location is east to get to and has plenty of parking. Staff is always friendly, and they all are very knowledgeable of all the options, so feel free to ask for opinions or more about a meal. Highly recommended no matter your meal preference.

We love the food at Mendocino farms and each of our family members has their favorite. We were up in this area and visited the location. Parking is a bit tight as there are a lot of stores around. We came at 6:30p and about 50% of the tables were full. A couple of to go orders were delivered in the next 15 mins. Our food took the longest time of any of our many visits at other locations - close to 20ish mins! The serving staff was pleasant and place was clean. Marcos was patient with our order as we have allergies and picky eaters. A customer next to me complained about her food by comparing our bowls and Lizbeth handled it like champ!

I really try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but Mendocino Farms has been consistently disappointing. Our last 4 out of 5 orders have been wrong, and at this point it’s honestly ridiculous. Missing items, wrong sandwiches, things made completely differently than ordered — it’s become a pattern rather than a one-off mistake. For a place that isn’t exactly cheap, you’d expect a basic level of accuracy and care. I love the menu and want to support the business, but it’s hard to keep coming back when we can’t rely on them to get even the simplest order right. Edit: The manager reached out to me directly and was extremely professional and understanding about the repeated mistakes. They apologized, took full responsibility, and went out of their way to make things right. It was a very kind gesture and genuinely appreciated. While the ordering issues were frustrating, their response showed they do care about their customers, and I’m hopeful things will improve going forward.
love coming to this location the food is always good and the team is so friendly! we had the not so fried and chimi steak and bacon they were both delicious will definitely be back! a bit of a wait but the food is worth it.
Kevin was awesome! He made sure our food was out on a timely manner and made us feel right at home. He was friendly and had a warm sincere smile. He treated the employees with respect and kindness. It seemed like they enjoyed working together. Thank you Kevin and your team! I
Mendocino Farms never disappoints! The food is always super fresh and flavorful. You can tell they really care about quality ingredients. The staff here is so kind and welcoming and the service is always on point. Feels good walking in and being greeted with a smile then leaving full and happy. Definitely one of my go to spots when I want something delicious and fresh!
The food tasted very fresh! I can tell they take the prep work very seriously. Kevin warmly greeted us and had top tier customer service. He made our group feel very welcomed. Clean tables and facility as well. 10/10 first time experience!
Came in day after Christmas. Cold and wet outside. Most people are not in the mood to work, but here there were a couple of ladies running the whole place by themselves. We were from out of town and our Mendocino has a little bit different menu and way of doing things. These ladies did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. They were great!
Love the food here my favorite is the chimi steak and bacon! Always hits the spot.. the staff is amazing as well.. will definitely be back!
Such delicious fresh food!! Very hard to find fresh food anywhere now-a-days. I ordered To-Go when I arrived at the store. I waited 20ish minutes, which I fully expected because they really craft your food here. But, the staff was very apologetic and offered complimentary items for my wait. The staff was also incredibly professional and friendly and they all seemed to be in a good mood working with each other which was so endearing. Ximena helped me out and she was great! I didn’t catch the names of the kitchen staff but they were also amazing! I’ll definitely be back here!

I love this place! The food is always fresh and tasty. The salads can't be beat. They have seasonal menu items that change frequently and keep the menu interesting. The staff and managers are great, very attentive and friendly. Great healthy options that are delicious!
it was my first time at this restaurant. I had I have turkey salsa. Verde sandwich was really good. The manager Chris was very attentive and very friendly. Definitely would be back.

Super friendly service from Zoe b. Awesome. But the place sucks.... They do don't care about seating... Every man for them selves . The chimichurri steak and bacon was so disappointing. For 15 bucks.. no steak.. no bacon. 90% bread. I would not eat it again, even if it was free. Trendy little place that is 35mins standing room only wait for food at lunch. Not going to repeat.

So far disappointed, considering I just tried the same salad in Mendocino Farms in Garden Grove/Orange county, and was impressed by both a very generous amount of chicken in it and by the taste - it was delicious.
We ordered the Farm club sandwich and Mama Chen's chicken salad. There was a tiny piece of bacon in the sandwich and just a few pieces of chicken in the salad.
