Josephine ha guadagnato la quinta stella nel servizio, accompagnandoci durante l'intero pranzo con il suo sorriso e la sua professionalità: grazie! La cucina ha preparato delle buone pietanze. Spaghetto e raviolo impeccabili e se posso esprimere una critica costruttiva, sarebbe quella di cuocere il pesce un paio di minuti in meno (orata e salmone sono state le nostre scelte), rendendoli meno stopposi. La valutazione complessiva è "molto buona", esperienza da ripetersi, grazie Josephine e alla cucina!

posto stupendo con vista mare azzurro di Monterosso, ottimo servizio, ma soprattutto cucina davvero super squisita, abbiamo mangiato un polpo croccante mai provato, tiramisù con amaretti ed amarena veramente da 10+, stessa cosa per trofie al coniglio, spaghetti di mare e gnocchi. alla sera stasera siamo tornati per una pizza, buona anche quella, camerieri , pizzaiolo super cordiali e sorridenti. insomma super consigliato

Consigliatissimo, il pesce è autentico e lo spritz tra i migliori di sempre. Anche il servizio è ottimo, sono riusciti a darci un tavolo in giardino all'ultimo momento. Tra l'altro Il giardino ha vista mare, e non serve dire altro. Non è economico come non lo sono tutti gli altri ristoranti a Monterosso, ma almeno la qualità, l'ambiente è il servizio sono in linea.

Posto bellissimo! Oggi è il compleanno della mia ragazza e hanno portato i dolci che abbiamo ordinato, con una candelina sopra senza averlo chiesto; né io né la mia ragazza ce lo aspettavamo ma è stato veramente bello e carino da parte loro. Il personale dolce e disponibile, il servizio ottimo e veloce, il cibo buonissimo e ottimo tra qualità-prezzo. L’unica pecca, almeno per noi che abbiamo mangiato fuori, è che di sera ci sono più insetti che gironzolano. Che dire, alla fine di tutto, lo consiglio vivamente.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo. Abbiamo scelto piatti a base di pesce e siamo rimasti soddisfatti dalle porzioni e dalla qualità del piatto. Purtroppo non abbiamo trovato posto all'interno quindi abbiamo sofferto un po il caldo dell'esterno. Nonostante ciò siamo stati ripagati dalle portate e dalla bella vista sul mare. servizio veloce con cameriere cordiali e ospitali. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliato!

Location molto carina, soprattutto all'esterno. Ci sono stata per pranzo, ho ordinato spaghetti limone e gamberi, piatto con sapori ben bilanciati che ho particolarmente apprezzato, e una farinata con stracchino anch'essa ben preparata, né troppo secca né troppo morbida. Personale cordiale e servizio veloce. Prezzi in linea con la media dei locali a Monterosso. Consigliato!

I visited Lapo’s Restaurant several times during my holiday in Monterosso, and each time the experience was excellent. 🍴 The food was always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff is very friendly and attentive to details, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is pleasant, both outside on the terrace, where you can enjoy the sea breeze, and inside, simple but nice. A place where you feel welcome and one that’s worth coming back to whenever you’re in Cinque Terre. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome location for lunch! Ordered a caprese salad (tomatoes and mozzarella), which was excellent. Followed that up with a pizza with spicy salami, sausage and onions. The pizza was also very good. A lot of pizza around these parts is built on top of focaccia bread, which isn't what appeals to us. This place offers thin crust pizza, which was great. One thing about pizza here is it is very soggy in the middle of the pie. All the toppings fall off. But, it does taste awesome with the great, fresh ingredients available here.

We were so happy with this spot. The staff were so friendly, and when I spilled my drink accidentaly they jumped in to help fix it all up. The pizza was one of the best we had in Italy, and my beef strips were delicious and really well paired with the lemon and cheeses supplied. Cocktails were superb, and the atmosphere was a complete vibe. Love this spot. Also really good with spelling out what's gluten free clearly on the menu, sadly no gf pizza or pasta (just authentic Italian food the original way I suppose!) but theres lots of other options.

This place was great! Don't let the one star reviews fool you. Our server was so kind and patient with us Americans, the service was fast, and we got a free limoncello at the end! We had a party of four, and we all got different things from the menu and dessert menu, so we all got to try lots of things and everything was delicious. I'm convinced that you could order any meal or dessert from the menu and be very happy with it.

Great food, great setting and great service--I'm really surprised this restaurant doesn't get a higher rating! I dined here upon the recommendation of my hotel receptionist, and I'm so happy I did, because it turned out to be one of my favorite restaurants in Monterosso (and the only restaurant I visited more than once during my five days there). All the dishes I ordered were beautifully presented and tasted as good as they looked. The seared prawns and mini polenta cakes in avocado lemon sauce featured a very creative and successful pairing of ingredients. I've tried many different versions of squid ink pasta in Venice and Sicily, but the one at Lapo's, with zucchini and croutons, was unique and incredibly delicious. The stuffed squid with foccacia was also by far the best stuffed squid I've ever had. I look forward to returning to Lapo's upon my next visit to Monterosso!

Lovely restaurant with delicious local seafood. Nice trees outdoor on the ripid steps that cover you with shade, very refreshing during hot summer. Nice view, friendly staff, food not too expensive. Full of tourist during summer you have to fight to secure a table, with not many options of restaurant compared to the amount of tourists

I had salad with tuna - great choice. Simple, but all products seemed fresh. We were seated inside, where you can see all staff running around. Also, some restaurants in Italy has coperto charge (seat/table charge) which is €2-3 per person. A bit expensive, but I would recommend.

Siamo finiti per caso in questo locale io e il mio ragazzo in vacanza; il posto è romantico con una vista spettacolare sul mare, le cameriere sono cordiali e il cibo è fantastico. Il conto onesto per la località e per il cibo. Una bellissima esperienza!!

L' ambiente e' decisamente suggestivo, il personale disponibile ed attento, il servizio rapido. Abbiamo ordinato una frittura mista (buonissima) una porzione di patatine fritte (abbondante) ed una pizza margherita (congelata? Non so...Ad ogni modo gustosa). Si consiglia di prenotare

Il posto è caratteristico e accogliente, abbiamo mangiato all’aperto. Per quanto riguarda la pizza devo dire che è molto buona, bassa e croccante ma molto saporita, il ristorante offre un’ampia scelta di pizze e non solo ( parte ristorante, antipasti primi piatti ecc…) Devo dire che i prezzi sono un po’ alti ma ne vale la pena per il posto davvero molto bello e turistico. Per quanto riguarda il servizio è ottimo, molto accomodante e gentile. Se siete nei pressi di monterosso consiglio caldamente questo posto. Ps. Il locale offre la possibilità di fare anche aperitivi con un’ampia scelta di drink.

Posizione strategica vicino alla stazione, alla spiaggia e al termine di un sentiero, sfruttati molto bene gli spazi. Servizio veloce, gradevole ed educato, forse un po' freddo a causa della confusione all'ora dell'aperitivo. Prezzi onesti (altini per le birre) e scarso aperitivo (patatine e arachidi) che è sempre meglio di niente.

Beautiful location with outside seating on a terraced patio. The food was actually good too. I ordered the Margherita Pizza and thought the flavors were quite good. The crust is crispy and fresh, the tomato sauce is thin and full of flavor, the cheese is amazing. Overall, great pizza. My partner ordered the Fergina Salad and was not impressed. The Fergina is a green salad with carrots, balsamic vinegar, fennel, green apple and walnuts. The green salad part is mostly arugula and red cabbage, there was no green apple in the salad and maybe 3-4 pieces of walnut. Not impressed for the price. They offer their own bottled olive oil for the salad and the pizza which has a very light flavor compared to some other restaurants in Monterosso. Overall, not a bad meal, love sitting outside on the terrace. Service was fine.

Great location and setting. I ordered the Bufala pizza. It was a bit salty and ”wet” as if the sauce was not cooked enough. Tasted ok though. My daughter had the gnocchi with red cabbage sauce and sausage. It was really good! 🤩 Service was good. However, for 3EUR/each ”coperta” one would expect at least some olive oil to the bread served in a little basket… Price was ok though, ~40eur.

Premessa. Ho solo bevuto un cocktail buonissimo ma molto caro. Sfortuna mia ho preso il mio Levante, in strada a fianco al menu dove si sono fermate trenta persone a pensare e parlarmi sopra. Location di classe. Servizio ottimo. Sono stato poco fortunato io. 🙏

Location molto bella davvero sia fuori che dentro. Le cameriere mooolto gentili. Eravamo i primi clienti o almeno gli unici alle 12.30 fuori. Abbiamo ordinato 1 flan di bietole con quenelle di caprino e semi di papavero e 1 farinata con stracchino. Nel frattempo si è riempito di clientela fuori e sono arrivate prima le trofie al pesto e la pasta di 1 coppia arrivata 10-15 minuti dopo di noi e le 2 pizze della coppia accanto a noi arrivata ben 20 minuti dopo. Non buono questo! Per niente direi! Il flan era buono. La farinata..boh. Secondo noi il formaggio non era affatto stracchino. Raffreddandosi, si era solidificato come le sottilette e quanto a sapore..non si distingueva..non si capiva che sapore avesse e a che formaggio rimandasse. Quasi insapore. La farinata non aveva un sapore deciso come la farinata dovrebbe avere. Non si sentiva un granché il sapore della farina di ceci. Impiattamento meritevole.

Piuttosto caro come tutto in zona. 2 pizze e una bottiglia di acqua 40 euro. Purtroppo la pizza era appena sufficiente.

ho mangiato in questo posto con mio papà, locale carino vista mare. Abbiamo preso le cozze marinate che non sapevano di niente, insipide e senza aglio e prezzemolo e poi gli spaghetti ai frutti di mare che dall’aspetto mi aspettavo di più ma mangiandoli sapevano solo di olio e il pesce non aveva gusto. Prezzi troppo alti per la scarsa qualità. Secondo me bisognerebbe rifare un giro di qualità e insegnare come si cucina il pesce. È un posto da turisti stranieri che vengono e non sanno nemmeno il gusto del pesce. Non ci verrò più

Bella la vista, purtroppo non sono daccordo sul cibo, abbiamo preso due pizze ed erano una troppo oleosa e l'altra troppo salata. Le cameriere in piedi a fissare e non troppo amichevoli. Non lo consiglio.

Servizio pessimo, il capo/responsabile, (che non si capisce neanche se effettivamente è il responsabile), di un arroganza unica. Sembra si infastidiscono ad avere clienti. Lasciamo stare le dipendenti, probabilmente il loro comportamento è dovuto da come sono trattate dal superiore. Peccato perchè si mangia bene .

Pizza of average quality for Italy at an inflated price. Beer is 5 times more expensive than in the store. We paid 40 euros for 2 pizzas and 2 0.4-liter beers, which is normal for a beachfront cafe (I can't call it a restaurant). However, there was an unexpected service charge of 3 euros per person on the bill. The waiters kindly didn't mention this at the beginning of the visit. In the menu, next to the service fee, there's something about frozen food. If this is the reason for the service fee, then it's not legal. The unexpected fee and overprice made a bad impression after visiting. The good things: no waiting, fast pizza delivery, and friendly staff.

I recently dined at Lapos, and I must say it was the worst restaurant experience I've had in Italy. The service was frustratingly poor from the start. We had to get up to approach the server just to place our order. She told us to wait for another server, but that server never came. After quite a long wait, the same server finally returned to take our order, which was both baffling and disappointing. While the food was decent and had potential, the overall dining experience was severely compromised by the environment. We were constantly bothered by pollen and insects falling onto our plates, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. It was clear that the maintenance of the terrace trees had been neglected, contributing to the unappetizing atmosphere. At one point, I found it so unpleasant that I had to stop eating altogether. I simply couldn’t continue in such conditions. As if that wasn’t enough, a lizard unexpectedly made an appearance at our table. It startled me so much that I nearly had a heart attack! Overall, while the food could have been good, the poor service and unacceptable dining conditions overshadowed it completely. I cannot recommend Lapos based on this experience.
