Within the last six months or so, this franchise went through an update of the dining room, as well as staff procedures. They have done a very good job transitioning to using the kiosks, and making themselves available to assist customers in the dining room. And by the way, nobody seems to buy the Big Mac wraps. I love the original, but this is a great menu item you are missing.

This was one of the friendliest McDonald's, we have ever been to. From the person, whom took our order at the drive thru, to the person, whom took our money, to the person, whom gave us our food. They were all, very friendly. When I say "friendly"; I mean that they were very kind and smiling. The food was inexpensive, so you get a lot of bang, for your buck. I will be very happy, to come back to THIS McDonald's, every time I come out this way. In closing: This is a great McDonald's! Kudos to the employees, we were served by! Thank you.

Great staff! Ordered $190 in food after a wedding and they more than accommodated my ridiculous order. Too many times people don't appreciate what people do for them. Great bunch of workers at this franchise!

Drive thru. And they actually got our order correct. So many times different McDonald's don't. I have allergys to sesame and I ask for the burger without a bun. Even though they could put on a plain... they still toast it onthe same toaster as the sesame. Which should change and have a allergy free one!! We got the Bills family pack. I stopped by this McDonald’s recently, and while everything was pretty much what you’d expect in terms of food and service, something caught my eye that left me a bit concerned. As I was leaving, I noticed one of the employees vaping just outside the entrance. Now, I’m not one to judge, but it made me wonder if everything was okay with this young man. Seeing someone in their work uniform, vaping right by the door, gave me the impression that he might be dealing with something stressful. I know life can get tough, and maybe this was just a moment where he needed a break, but it also made me think that maybe the job or something outside of it is weighing on him. I hope management is keeping an eye on their team’s well-being because when you see something like that, it’s hard not to worry a bit. I’m sure he’s doing his best, but maybe a little extra support or guidance could go a long way. Overall, my visit was fine, but I left hoping that whatever’s going on with this employee, he’s getting the help or support he might need.

This is a good McDonald's. Service is never bad when I stop here. It's clean. It is between two locations of my job, so I'll stop every now then when I switch between them. PLUS, this one has the Daily Double and not all locations have it.

Been years and years since having an Egg McMuffin and just felt like having one. It did not disappoint. Coupled with the orange juice and coffee, it was a nice change of pace. The person with me also felt the same and enjoyed his. The cashier suggested a meal promo which turned out to be less expensive. She was super pleasant and her input was appreciated. Restaurant was very clean. Employees were courteous. Lots of parking.

The automated ordering system was a little confusing to me, a person who's never been here before, but an employee did offer to assist after he saw I was having trouble getting started [I'd recommend to management a step-by-step instruction panel or card in view to help first timers at this dining establishment], kudos & thank you to the gentleman for offering help. The convenience of an automated ordering system could save manpower & free employees up for other needed work, so I think it's a great idea. The food was ready very quickly, & the employees were very kind & friendly though busy at their work.

It's wierd to me that McDonald's needs a review. If you don't know what to expect here don't go.

Have eaten here multiple times and will continue to. Staff always personal and professional and food always efficiently served and beyond correct; we’re talking like ok commercial looking food no matter how busy they are. Came back after a previous great experience, and once again this McDonalds delievered. The food came almost instantly with the correct customizations and was hot and straight out of a commercial. It actually brought tears to my eyes because I know this is what Ronald McDonald had in mind when he founded McDonald's. This wasn't just a meal, it was a spiritual awakening in McCrispy form. This McDonalds isn't a just a fast food stop on my way home, it's a monumental human achievement. Keep up the great work.

Usually, food and beverages at most McDonald’s locations can be hit or miss, but I have to say that my experience at the McDonald’s in Victor has been consistently great. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh and served just right. It’s refreshing to find a location that gets it right every time. Typical McDonald's as far as menu. Service was decent. They have an order kiosk like many McDonald's have now days and they were pretty fast with their delivery to the table. Food was pretty decent also. Their McDonald's don't really have a theme attached to it like some do. It was nice though and very nice lighting.

Nothing particularly special going on here, but it took the guy in front of me a LOMGtime to get his food. Mine was ready for me. Nice and hot Grilled Chicken Artisan sandwiches. Sadly, due to my diet, all I eat is the chicken, which was hot and good.

I stopped in Victor NY at this Mcdonalds saturday, 2/8/25 around 2:30pm. I got a plain McChicken, fries & a coffee.

My wife and I were heading to the NYS 90 Thruway and needed to grab a bite. This looked so busy at the drive thru -- maybe 10 cars across two lanes -- but traffic control was good, ordering kiosk had clearly labelled choices, good attendant audio, and an easy order confirmation screen. Payment was smooth. Food was ready quickly and tagged good, despite a last second order change at the payment window. I will make it a point to use the well-oiled drive through process at this McD's.

Modern McDonalds with well trained, friendly staff. When they are not busy, they are cleaning. Site is very convenient with easy access going to or from Eastview Mall from the Thruway exit. Service seems pretty quick compared with most McDonalds.

Semi regular customer to a number of McDonald Locations. this specific location is always fast courteous and friendly. never had a bad experience. the only qualm is that they have two soda fountains and only one has ever produced ice.......

Service was faster than other locations and the food was fresh, only downside is you can't fully customize food orders on the kiosks. Best McDonald's in the immediate area by far.

This place is very fast in the morning. I have never had an issue with a wrong order. The staff are very friendly.

Now have a couple of self serve kiosks. I prefer to have human contact, so I went to the counter. Was craving a Quarter Pounder and it delicious. Fries just came out and were hot and perfectly salted. Too good for ketchup.

As busy as they were, I was surprised the fries were not hot. They were just barely warm.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect? My hotel (Hampton Inn) had less than stellar "cheese omelettes" for 2 of my 3 days, so I decided to walk over to McDonald's to grab an Egg McMuffin. Thank goodness I had a McDonald's gift card and had the app; that made breakfast less than $4 each day that was debited from my prepaid card. Service was quick, restaurant was clean, and food was great.

I stopped here to Grab a quick coffee with my brother on our trip. Staff was kind super friendly and space was super clean. We sat on table and just chat, stretched and start driving again. I don't justify to just give 5 stars . I didn't order much to say , I will give this place 5 stars but what I asked They serve us with kind honest smiles.

Well I pulled in and placed my order and parked in the pick up spot, and got an error and that I had to go inside to see cashier to complete my order, so I walked inside into the middle of some kind of dispute or argument between another customer and an employee cooking and the shift manager… so after that got resolved I finally got my order to go, paid and left… of course the food wasn’t good it tasted like it had been sitting.. I understand times are tough but come on Victor McDonald’s!!

Food was good, Shamrock shake was great! But sadly the place could have been better organized, service was slow and the restaurant not as clean as it should have been. Had to wipe off our table with the napkins.

Ice cream machine was done again. I wanted to get a couple of MCflurries. Oh well. Then my order was messed up. Took several minutes to get any of the 6 employees to notice me. Then my order was out back on the line for someone else. Good thing I didn't mess with it first.

Everyone loves McDonald's even though the food is bad for us! I usually go through the drive thru and it never takes too long. They usually get the order correct but not always.

Went through the drive through, the girl taking the order came across as if we were a bother. I mean if you need food it is fine. If you want to be treated like you're a valued customer, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Service was good. I asked if chicken was fried, she said no. Sure was! My child slipped multiple times & fell. The floor was like ice for some reason. Hamburgers were good.

At the one in canandaigua the staff always seems to have an attitude and try to rush me though my order. I have a boy and a girl so sometimes I try and go back in after going through the drive through to get different toys which they always complain that they only have one toy. Most but not all of the time they get my order wrong. The nuggets here are sometimes to crispy for my kids to bite into along with the fries. Also be careful of the chicken sandwich as I got very sick from an undercooked chicken I took two bites from. Please check all of your food before leaving the parking lot if you do eat here.

Stop at McDonald’s across from Victor Crossing. Clean restaurant although bathrooms around toilets could use attention. Friendly, helpful employees. However, ordered an egg McMuffin that came not toasted at all, and cold. Maybe the restaurant doesn’t toast muffins anymore?? It stuck to the roof of my mouth and was dry. We also ordered a sausage muffin with egg. Received a sausage biscuit. That was also dry. 😢 Ordered as take out so did t discover it until we hit the highway.

Stopped by to get something to eat and drink. That was accomplished. Iced coffee with French Vanilla was way too heavy on the coffee side with not enough creamer. Needed a quick bite and got the single burger with cheese. Just adequate to stave off my hunger. My sister had a drink deal for 99 cents and the total for 2 drinks and the burger was over $5! So much for cheap fast food. Won't be rushing back for more. At least the service was decent going through the drive thru.

The girl at the drive-through is a grouch. I asked for a de-caf iced coffee, and she told me they couldn't do that. Instead, she said they could give me a de-caf coffee with ice in it. By the time I got that, the ice was already melted, and the coffee was still hot.

This location didn’t make order correct and said straw in bag (straw was not in bag). I was too hungry to care and ate what I got.

Supposed to open at 5am. Went there on 4/28 at 5:30a....Doors locked. No one seemed to be inside.......

Apparently operating a frappe machine is to difficult of a task for the employees at this location. Ice chunks are to big to go up the straw and theres hardly any flavoring. Food is usually stale and dry. Pass this one up.

The mcdonald’s by me in victor says they have a broken oven. It’s been like this for 3 months. I went to another one in rochester and the ice machine was broken. Mcdonald’s is slowly going down hill, also the people we talked to gave us attitude and took 20 minutes just for a single cookie and sprite.

Needs new fountain drink setup or machine, half the time it lacks carbonation or tastes funny and they'll just tell you that everything is fine but you know it's not. Getting your order to be painfully slow sometimes too, it seems like somebody's always calling out there or something or at least that's their excuse. I believe the one by the mall is a lot better and worth the drive.

I usually just use drive thru at this location and service is always great but I had my grandson and he wanted to go in. I get that the emphasis is on drive up these days but The place was dirty with trash overflowing the bins. I had some trouble with using the kiosk and pushed the button for help. No one came to help almost 10 minutes. It wasn't lunch time and people that went to the counter did get waited on. I finally figured out what was wrong and went to our table. Service was OK after that.

It was the best of McDs, it was the worst of McDs. Here's why. BEST: FASTEST drive thru ever! There was a huge line of cars when we got in line but they flew through there. We barely even had to stop, just slowed down at the window for our food! WORST: the food. I have never seen such tiny, thin, flat, overcooked hamburgers in my life! My friend opened hers first and exclaimed on how thin it was... It looked like a burger that got run over by a Mack truck... Repeatedly... We thought maybe she just got a rogue bad one but the rest of us had similar microburgers! Even the Quarter Pounder was tiny and flat! And they were way, way, way overcooked. Not only that, but we ordered 2 pies for dessert, even clarified it to the order taker, and there was only one in the bag. I'm guessing the reason the drive thru goes so fast is that they've cooked all the burgers hours before, and just chuck them on buns when ordered! So...YUCK. I appreciate fast service but not if bad food is the result!

Back then I would have rated this 5 stars. But the service is horrible! First we order a 2 cheesburger meal, chicken nuggets, and a chicken sandwich. Then we get home and find out we only have the 2 cheeseburgers. We return to get back our food, by the time we get back and eat with our new food, we found out there were pickles inside our cheeseburger, despite us not ordering pickles.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown on the way out to Victor (where I work). When I got out there, the gentleman working the drive through told me he wasn't able to locate my order and the system told him it has been moved to a different store for whatever reason. I was assured that it would be taken care of at the 1st window. When I got there, the older woman working at the window was trying to tell me I had to pay again. I showed her the app on my phone, showing that I paid and she literally slammed the window in my face, called for a manager and started SCREECHING audibly from the back of the restaurant. The manager came to the window and apologized for his barbaric employee, and I didn't have to pay again. Meanwhile I could still hear this lady screaming and crying and having an absolute meltdown not 10 feet from the window. It was so unprofessional and embarrassing that I'm not eager to go back there soon. I have eaten there multiple times for lunch and breakfast and the staff is always courteous and helpful. That woman needs to go through some serious emotional help or seek a different job. Her reaction was completely unnecessary and uncalled for and she should be embarrassed to show her face in public. Especially because she is a grown adult woman. McDonald's needs to do better.

This location has gotten my very simple order wrong 5/6 of the last times I’ve been there. They have not been giving me receipts at the drive thru either, probably so I can’t go back and ask for a refund and prove I am consistently missing half my order. They should require an IQ test to work here, because I don’t understand how hard it is to properly pack an order when you have the exact list of items right in front of your face. And they still somehow constantly leave out half of it.

Driving for hours on Thruway, decided to stop at this McDonalds at 8:30pm Thursday. Dining room CLOSED despite posted hours on restaurant door, and online, saying it was open. Multiple cars in parking lot with people eating food in their cars. No service, I can't comment on the rest.

I was given two chicken strips in place of nuggets, but they were old and I got food poisoning.

This place has gone down when I was a little kid the food was better now it's just awful they need to change the workers and the establishment because that is the key sometimes the workers do not care what type of condition the food is when they give it to the customers And that's what I have experience from this McDonald's

I frequent this McDonalds, as I live in the area. I was employed by McDonald’s In the Rochester area for multiple years. Every time I go here, they mess something up something different, ex. missing sauce, a stickered cheeseburger with “no ketchup” with ketchup all over the damn thing, I’m sorry this just gets me heated. It’s not that hard. How about you get the order correct instead of getting times that are clearly incorrect and misrepresent how efficient your store is. Slow and stupid.

1/20/18 Horrible experience at Victor, NY McD. Ordered via Mobile ordering thru the app. No signage showing where to pick up order inside. Checked in when I parked in parking lot. Waited app 5 min before getting order. They served me fries that had been sitting in a box under the light since I walked into the door. Had to ask for fresh ones. Drink station disgustingly dirty with no ketchup. Just nasty looking. Told young lady at register when I asked for ketchup about drink station was told "we've been really busy" and made no effect to send an employee out to clean it until much later. Bacon double cheeseburger served with one1/2 piece of bacon instead of two 1/2 pieces. 2 Double hamburgers no onion Xtra pickle came with 2 pickle slices. One bun was completely burned on top. The Young lady (Alyssa) with long black hair's attitude was horrible. Complete with eye rolling when telling her issues with order and restaurant. Short male manager was doing best he could with crew on hand. Ladies restroom smelled like a sewer. Non handicap stall was out of order and the stench was horrible. The stale smell indicates the toilet was out of order for days. Ice cream machine is broken so no shakes or ice cream available. 2/24/18 Sat night with only 3 people working. Dining room was a diaster. Drink area nasty with overflowing garbage. Empty napkins and ketchup. DR tables and floors messy with garbage on table tops and floors. Drive Thru worker came out complaining that "garbage isn't overflowing just not pushed down" while not restocking empty items. About 15 min later the worker finally cleaned up the DR haphazardly. *Sigh*

You cannot even order a black iced coffee at this location. The employees cannot even comprehend how to make it. They then get frustrated when you correct them. This happened on two separate occasions. $15 is a joke, I would not pay these people $8.

Food was good, dinning room was very dirty. There was not a clean table, the floor had trash and food all over it. Somebody spilled there drink and it was not cleaned up. We told the manager and he said it had been to busy to get somebody out to the dinning room to clean it. When someone finally cleaned the dinning room they wiped the tables down but never cleaned the floor. We also ordered our food at the kisosk and never got a receipt. We told the manager and he said he couldn't do anything about it and it wasn't his problem.

We ordered three frozen drinks, one of which was a plain strawberry shake. First they put whipped cream on it then had the nerve to call it strawberry when only 1/4 of it was strawberry and the rest was vanilla. They just kept saying that was the way the machine dispenses it and there was nothing they could do...then how come at every other mcdonalds I can get a full strawberry shake??? Bull.

I don't know what went wrong today. I ordered a double quarter as usual but when I bite into it all I can taste is the salt. There had to be one tablespoon of salt on each patty. There were literally a layer of salt crystal on the patty. Holy s***. The foh is amazing. The boh though is either pulling a joke or misread teaspoon as tablespoon. This is one of my favorite place to get double quarter pounder. However starting from today I'm going to be hesitant to come here to order.

This is the legit the worse McDonald's I have everrrrr been to! I live maybe 5 minutes away but will do the drive all the way to the Farmington location. This McDonald's is disgusting. It's dirty, they have horrible customer service and they can NEVER get your order correct. I would recommend to never come here and make that drive further to go to any other one! You'd be very happy you have!

The manager is terrible. I don’t know what his problem his or who hurt him, maybe mobile orders just stress him out. Every single interaction I have had with him has been rude. I’m not a rude customer and I’ve never actually had an issue when he was rude. (Such as my order not going through or something) For example, one time I told an employee I had a mobile order and then he tells the manager that (for whatever reason). This manager then yells “SO DO YOU HAVE A MOBILE ORDER?” It wasn’t like he was just being loud because that’s how he talks, he had a certain annoyed and rude inflection. He’s probably like this because being the manager of a McDonald’s has somehow gotten to his head.

I paid $5 for a chicken burger with two pickels, no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato. Fries were undercooked and not salted.

This is the laziest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I had three separate orders before they even started Bagging them. I asked them to put them in separate bags and they told me no and handed me three bags to do it myself. I also ordered McChicken‘s add mustard and pickles. Just went to Victor McDonald's. Coffee was warm hot water, mild , mild taste of coffee and french fries were cold. Disgusting stop threw entire order in the trash. If you care ????? donate the $4.60 to charity. I won't be coming into your store in the future. Very unhappy customer!

This location makes you pull out of the drive-thru even when no one is behind you just so that their "timers" show they are serving customers quickly. Told the window clerk that I wasn't interested in falsifying their performance and then the manager "Brandon" forced me to pull ahead.

The girl with the pink hair working late evenings is completely rude. Was served cold fries yet again at this location. Was told by her to pull up and wait for the “fresh fries” they were apparently dropping. I was forgotten about and left waiting in the front for over 10 minutes. Over 7 cars went through the drive thru while I was waiting. Then this location closed at 11pm!! After circling around twice, I saw someone going in and out the back/side door- which apparently so happened to be the manager. Was again served very much still old but likely rewarmed fries. Completely irritated and a waste of time to get cold food for dinner after working a double. Not sure why employees like this feel like they deserve more than minimum wage.

Came through DT and all of my food was premade, hard and cold. Also got the wrong snack wraps im guessing they were too lazy to make them to order and just handed out spicy since they were already made.

Stopped by this McDonald’s today on my way home from a pickup order at Target in Victor. Ordered my daughter a happy meal and the 2 ranch snack wrap meal for myself. When I got home after giving my daughter her food, I opened my first wrap and I ripped the chicken into smaller pieces to eat my wrap. The first one I didn’t notice anything wrong with and ate. The second one, I started ripping it up and noticed my chicken was raw. Not every piece was raw but the whole entire side of it was raw. You could tell from the photos I have, as well as touching it because raw chicken versus cooked has a VERY different texture to it. I am pregnant and in my second trimester so to think that if I ate it and even still if any part of my first wrap I already ate was raw I could end up with food poisoning. As I said, I didn’t notice any raw chicken in the first one I ripped apart but who knows. I obviously did NOT eat the second wrap it went straight into the garbage after I took the photos. I did call the McDonald’s and spoke to what was a manager I believe. She seemed very hesitant to believe my chicken was raw after I told her I believed the first wrap was ok. To be serving anyone raw chicken is disgusting and a hazard in itself but to serve a pregnant woman raw chicken is even worse. Best believe if I get sick I will be contacting a lawyer. I will NEVER eat here again. This McDonald’s was 25 minutes from me otherwise I would’ve drove right back the same day. I will be going back for a refund as I was offered that or for my meal to be remade. Not sure why anyone would want their meal remade after being served raw chicken- couldn’t be me. Hopefully I am still offered the refund after this review but oh well I will NOT keep my mouth shut. Absolutely disgusting and sorry but there is ZERO excuse for serving somebody raw chicken or any type of meat for that matter. I would highly recommend everyone to stay far far away. Disgusting!! Every time we go to this McDonald's I get some of the worst food or completely wrong order. I used to work at McDonald's and I know the cooks are recycling the timers food warmers. HOURS worth! So much so the burger patties are a dehydrated, nasty, piece of meat. Cold, dried out nuggets. And pickles on a snack wrap which tells me they are sloppy and pickles or other things are getting dropped into the veggie containers like the lettuce. It's disgusting and it has been on multiple occasions at this establishment. Never again. Who ever manages this franchise is doing a horrible job and our family will never eat there again. I wish I could attach photos of the gross food they have served me and my family.
