Hosting dinner for about forty people after our sons wedding rehearsal we were provided with (but not limited to) a special choices menu and served by two very attentive waitresses who never kept us waiting.. the food was awesome and the drinks were flowing freely.. the final bill was surprisingly reasonable, and the manager personally visited us during our visit to make sure we were completely happy and everything was perfect

Everything was pretty wonderful, we came before the dinner rush and got everything promptly. Our server was pretty great too, her name was Lindsay C, the only reason I didn't give a full five stars was because I was a little chilly during dinner but everything else was great!

I completely surprised by how delicious the Veggie Pizza was. I will be back for it. And, French Onion Soup which can be iffy at places was also very good. Quesadillas were a great portion. Our Server was attentive and courteous, as well as the food runners.

Hadn't stopped at Distillery in a few months. Ordered a burger and fries. I have to say it's one if the best burgers and fries i have had in a long time. It was perfectly cooked, not greasy and fries were perfect. Service was excellent.

The food was great and a wonderful selection. The staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is typical bar/pub, music could have been a little softer, but probably what you would expect from a bar type restaurant.

I got the Rueben Burger, and my wife got the Gyro bowl. Both meals with nothing else ran 37$ before tips. The burger was perfectly cooked to medium as requested, and the bun was great. The fries were also amazingly crunchy without being hard. The flavor was solid as well, but the price for the burger size and amount of fries felt about 2$ too expensive. The gyro bowl was alright, but a bit bland. The tzaziki sauce fell flat as well. It was a light refreshing bowl, and the wife said it didn't leave her feeling gross. Overall, it is a solid establishment if not a tad spendy. The menu does seem a little generic, but well rounded.

We were there for a rehearsal dinner. The food was good. Pizza, wings, salads, a ton of great desserts. The facility is upscale brew-pub, and the staff was nice, though interaction was limited to getting drinks. My biggest critique is that the beer selection was mostly IPAs and lite beers. As a beer lover, that was enough of a shortcoming that after one of the only(?) ales they had, I switched to Scotch. I'm probably older than their usual crowd, but am from Northern Virginia where we have a ton of breweries and wineries. There's always a prevalence of overly happy IPAs that seem to be popular, but also red and brown ales, plus stouts and porters, for those of us with different preferences. I'd go back if I was in the area.

Friendly helpfull staff. They have several gluten free options, loke cauliflower crust pizza and pastbfor anreasinable $1. They did flour the back of the gf crust so that was a mistake. Food was pretty good. French onion soup is really good.

Other than my fries being slightly cold, I had a wonderful experience and meal.

We found this place traveling through the area. Great atmosphere, kid friendly and very nice wait staff. The meal came out quickly and for the most part was good. The impossible burger was a bit mushy and the Guinness burger was well instead of medium. Other than that everything was good.

Had a wonderful dinner with my family. It was very timely & delicious. Susan was an amazing waitress! One of the sweetest ladies I’ve met! All I can say against the place is it’s a bit cold but anyplace is freezing with this New York weather!

The wings were pretty well done. No broken bones. I got a Chipotle dry rub. There was a very small amount of heat, but very little flavor. I also tried the potato skins, not bad. Good layer of cheese and bacon. The place was not very busy, but had little staff and very slow service. They blamed the 30 minute wait on the wings, really? Great service, but the food has become inconsistent over the years. Sometimes you can get amazing wings here. Also, the light are pretty bright for 9pm.

Service was average. The order wasn’t taken properly. Asked for condiments and it took forever, and there weren’t many people there. Asked for a pitcher of Diet Pepsi and was told they were changing the source and then they brought out an almost clear pitcher.

Very disappointed in Oklahoma Smash Burger - so dry and overcooked, it was hard to swallow! It only had 2 tiny bits of onion and only a smidgen of aioli sauce and I couldn't find any cheese. Wine glass had lipstick on it - returned that for a clean glass.

I get take out and the biggest issue I have is how much salt is added to food. I’m not even 40, healthy, it’s not like I’m super sensitive but even I see that there’s an outrageous amount of s&p added to the cauliflower crust pizza. It’s very off putting. Too bad!! It’s not edible.

Stopped by the Distillery in Victor on a Tuesday night around 8 PM after a basketball game. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet service was surprisingly slow. I ordered the Caesar salad and French onion soup—both were good, but it took 45 minutes to receive them. I kept checking my watch since we had to get back to the school to pick up our son, but the wait dragged on. That said, the bartender/waiter was super nice and made sure we had to-go boxes when it was clear we were short on time. While the slow service was puzzling given how quiet the restaurant was, the food was enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be back. Hoping for a quicker experience next time!

Our waitress was lovely. Our food was overcooked and not enjoyable. My husband had a Philly cheese steak. I've never ever heard anyone say that a cheese steak was overcooked but his was. I ordered chicken fingers and had to pick them apart to find moist meat. We won't be back. I did tell our waitress that everything was overcooked that she might want to let the chef know so that this didn't happen for the next people.

The Distillery chain has definitely fell off the grid in recent years, although the Victor and Henrietta locations were still on my list of go to places for me and my grandkids until this happened. The waitress was a complete air head, added a 20% gratuity to my check which was fine because my daughter came in late. But when they can’t make a decent grill cheese for 3 six year olds there is definitely a problem. The fish fry I ordered was soggy and the wings lacked seasoning. The only thing that wasn’t subpar was a hamburger ordered by my grandson. I addressed this with the manager and not even he could offer an excuse.

It wasn't a horrible experience but I also doubt I'd come back. The food took over an hour to come out and was quite bland. We are appreciative of their gluten free friendly menu! But not ideal for anyone who is sensitive to contamination. The rice was the best as well as the cauliflower pizza.

Be careful. Their employees are using the bathroom and come out without washing their hands. This happened on December 26th around lunch time. If anyone gets sick you will know why.

I had a recent dinner out at the Distillery in Victor. It was not great. I had the worst Philly cheese steak of my life (which is really saying a lot since I have pretty low standards). Ordered some frickles as an appetizer. They were very thick compared to what I am used to from living down south. We didn't eat more than 3 or 4 of them before giving up on them. My wife had a salad, which was fine other than a few really wet pieces of lettuce. This was my first visit to the victor location (been to the Brighton Henrietta one several times) and it will also be my last. Service was slow, even when the dining room wasn't full and the food was terrible. I will say they had the Genny Pils on tap and that was excellent. The other beer I had from Ellicotville tasted really flat for being on tap. It is really frustrating to say it but just go to NYBP. It is worth the 45 minute wait.

Food was absolutely AWFUL. Couldn’t even eat my buffalo wrap it was so greasy and fell apart from the mush that it was. Got a mouth full of oil when i bit into it. Service was okay, a little slow but older lady was super nice and accommodating to the inedible food. Brought home steak and shrimp to my partner and the steak was over cooked and the shrimp was absolutely atrocious.

Horrible service. Ordered food and it took almost an hour to get to the table. All the while other tables that came in later received their food in a timely manner. When speaking to the manager gave poor excuses as to why food took so long.

The only consistent thing about Victor Distillery is that it’s consistently going downhill. Most of the food was cold. Soup never came. Time from when order was placed to when we got our food was over 30 minutes and there were maybe 8-10 other people (3 tables) other than us - so it was not busy at all on a Monday night. Only bright spots were our waitress was friendly (though the woman who brought out the food was miserable) and the wings were decent. Overall the whole place just seems not well taken care of. Our table light was ultra bright but the table next to us was missing a bulb and the bulb above the other table was blinking like a strobe light the entire time. We have tried many times to see if they could turn things around and each time we are most disappointed than the last. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Find somewhere else to eat. For what you pay, you don’t get much. I paid $12 for a sandwich and french fries and the portion was incredibly small. See the picture in this review. Our server was mediocre at best. I had to yell excuse me just to get refills on our drinks. We went there on a day when it was 68° out and they had the air conditioning on and it felt like a freezer inside. When you walked on the tiled floor it felt like there were some sort of gooey coating on the floor. I am very surprised with the lack of quality at this restaurant considering somebody in Victor has so many choices of restaurants.

I was very disappointed at this location. For a Friday the restaurant was pretty empty. Our waitress was very persistent to the point of almost pushy asking us if we were ready to order. The restaurant was not full so it's not like she had many tables. I was there meeting friends that I haven't see in 20 years so we just wanted to talk and catch up for a bit. What really turned me off was when I ordered the apple skillet dessert. After ordering it literally came out with in 5 minutes. It wasn't even cooked all the way or hot or even looked anything like the picture with the baked crumble top. I ate some of it but then told the waitress that it was terrible and not cooked. The waitress told the manager? And only $2.35 was taken off. I'm guessing because I ate some of it. As a former waitress it should of been taken off completely. Garbage service!

Wings are nasty 🤮 gross with a weird taste may be old taste freezer burt. Grilled chicken sandwich was good but very small. Didn't complain just paid the tab and will never come back, The waitress was nice.
