We ate here Sunday. As always you come in hungry and leave full .I don't have any complaints there very attentive. I didn't have to wait for anything we were all happy keep up the good work good employees are hard to find.you are lucky to have good ones
Food is really good, The tacos have good seasoning and flavor meat well cook . The camarones cocktel is big and great flavor with big shrimps and lot of them I asked mine without cucumbers and tomates I got full right away had a hard time trying to finish it .
Me and my wife eat at the Chapala at least 2 or 3 times a month....have done so for a long time..its great they know us so well that we are greeted with hugs.. Pedro and his wife have built a wonderful business.... the food and service gets 10 out of 10... put them to the test you will not be disappointed...
This is my go to spot for Mexican food in Visalia. The food is good, the owner (Pedro) is always welcoming and friendly and treats you and his staff like family. The bartender Raphael is always very attentive and friendly to talk to. I've been coming here for years and plan on keep doing so.
Great food and good atmosphere
I cannot express enough how incredible their Shrimp Don Guille burrito is!! It's filled with shrimp, rice, beans, sauteed mushrooms, and smothered in cream sauce. And of course with their jumbo bacon wrapped cheese stuffed shrimp appetizer! One of my top favs!
We stopped here 2 weeks into a 3 week roadtrip, and what a great find! Service was great. The margaritas were not only huge but also delicious! My husband got the seabass and still hasn't stopped talking about it. I had a shrimp, chicken and steak taco. All were splendid. My son had chicken chimmichangas and finished every bite, and even my picky eater daughter was raving about her quesadilla. The chips and salsa were great and I loved the bean dip. If you're any where nearby definitely check this place out!
I absolutely love this restaurant—from the food to service, it is AMAZING! The Levanta Muertos is the best seafood cocktail I have ever had and is loaded with 4 different types of seafood. I can not say anything bad about this restaurant. It is such a gem. If you haven’t tried it, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Btw, try a margarita or a michelada, absolutely superb!
One of our favorites for Mexican food in Visalia. Great food, great atmosphere and always great service! Also, in today’s economy, their prices are very reasonable!
One of my favorite places to eat at because the food is always great and enjoyable every time. My favorite dish is the Pollo al cilantro highly recommended not to mention the friendly and helpful service you can enjoy while dining in.
As always, the food and service was amazing! I also enjoyed the new coconut margarita … delicious!
Good service pretty fast, good chips and dip. The Chile saw ok not hot enough for me. So I asked if they had anything more spicy for me and they did. It was good. I will go back
Have eaten there many times. Food always great. Service very pleasant and attentive. Good experience from the moment walk in to paying bill on way out.
Couldn't ask for a better neighborhood restaurant. Great friendly staff, great owners and of course the food is outstanding! Make it to Saturday taco night for a good time. 4Mar22 Update: Still awesome! 2Nov24 Update: Still the most consistently awesome spot in town!
Great Service, Great Food. I am inclined to comment on the quality service provided to us on our last visit to Chapala Grill. We were a party of 30 and the service was outstanding... some restaurants would be overwhelmed, but they made sure everyone was satisfied and we very much appreciated their prompt service. Thank you!
The cup of beans brought with seating is my fav. Could eat just that! Kids love their kids menu. Family- owned business. Support small business and a great family.
I’ve always loved Chapala’s - and often went to their original restaurant on Caldwell years ago - but had a recent experience with a waiter named Johnny that I wanted to share. I met a friend and her daughter (who was going through a very difficult time) for dinner on a Friday night. The daughter was sharing her story with us and was extremely emotional. Johnny came over and read the table and the mood quickly. He could have easily ignored the situation, taken our order, and called it good. Not Johnny! He told the daughter that he was sorry she was sad, that we all go through tough times, but we always find a way through it. He pointed out that because she had friends to talk to, she was blessed. Every time he stopped by, he had more words of encouragement and even gave her a hug when she asked for one. She really needed that hug!! THIS is the kind of customer service you can’t teach! Johnny is a compassionate human who sees and understands the value in everyone. He offered a sympathetic ear and kindness to a young woman in crisis who really needed it. When I open my bar, I’m totally stealing Johnny from you to oversee the wait staff. He’s a phenomenal human being and you’re lucky to have him!
I meant to write a review a month or so ago after my visit and it slipped my mind. I just wanted to come back and give a 5 star review for Chupalas. I went in on a Saturday evening and it was really busy. I put my order to-go and waited. The staff checked on me every couple minutes even though I got my food to-go. They were extremely friendly even though it was a busy Saturday. Anyways, I got my food and got home only to realize that I was missing a small portion of my order. I went back and before I could let them know, the gal up front (maybe owner?) was already apologizing to me as they already realized they forgot to bag up a small portion. They were all very apologetic. It was no biggie to me, especially since they were busy, but I loved that they were apologetic and made it right with their customer. We will continue to go to Chupalas! Thank you!
Went here for my birthday dinner tonight and it was packed, but luckily I had a reservation made ahead of time. We were seated right away. Our drink order was taken and our order was immediately taken. The food came in made to order and hot. We were all satisfied with what came out and ordered a little of every section from the menu. I immediately saw why they keep this establishment so packed!! What stood out by every server is the constant "eye contact" Chapala Grill I will return again!
One of our favorite local restaurants for authentic Mexican food. Delicious fish tacos and chile rellanos plus their beans are the best! Loud, but fun atmosphere for families and get togethers.
Great food, they treat you like family people have to realize if the place is packed full of people you just might have wait a little. Highly recommend, you can’t fine a more family friendly place to eat. Venture out and try different thing you won’t be disappointed.
I have eaten here several times. When friends/family come in town, one of the "MUST GO" places I take them. Their Micheladas(Red Beers) are amazing and Huge! Food is quite delicious! I have tried many, many things on menu, and have had only one thing I did not "love"(was good, just not my taste). All other items, have been made wonderfully. Very fast service once you come in, drinks, quickly, and food service pretty fast as well, even when very busy. A definite recommend if you have not made it to this Mexican food gem yet!
We had a fantastic dinner. We where greeted by the owner. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was outstanding and a good value. We will be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant.
The guy that took our order was way to worried about what other employees were doing while taking our order. Barely heard what we were saying. But the female server that helped us after that was great. And the food was good
Oh my gosh, Love this place. The food is delicious, service is superb, I had the shrimp cocktail, so good. Best service and food hands down. I recommend it. Thank you Chapala Grill, we will be back.
We love Chapala! We're always greeted warmly and the service is great. The wait staff seem to all work together well. The food is really good. The portions are just right, not stingy. We almost always see someone we know there, so it has a real community feel.
Love it! I have eaten here on 2 different occasions. Each time I ordered different items. Food was amazing. Staff is very welcoming. Owner was on site welcoming guests.. Great experience. I took hubby for lunch he gets 1 hr, and we were done with time to spare.
I love the wet burritos from here great customer service! They deserve to get all the business they get!!

Maria was great she was very friendly.. and kept iur table attended ..
Love the bean dip; salsa too. Chili relleno was excellent
Great service, great everything. They serve chips and salsa and beans with cheese. 1 hr drive it was with it. ❤️
Great Food, seafood was fresh and sauces were tasty. Excellent Tequila selection. Fresh corn Tortillas elevated the meal. Great local gem.
I came in from out of town and stopped at Chapala Grill. I was blown away by the street tacos on Saturday. I have eaten my fair share of street tacos in my life but these were some of the tastiest and tenderest. I had the Al Pastor and Carne Asada tacos. The salsas were fantastic. The chips came out with an amazing bean dip and perfect salsa. My wife got the flair as and loved them. The staff was beyond friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to come back.
Chapalas has always been one of our favorite local Mexican restaurants. To begin, it's very authentic. Great menu selections. Highly recommend trying the Molcajete, very shareable dish, you won't regret it. The service is phenomenal. Always with a great smile and very welcoming. The bartender is very on point as well.
Delicious food! Everything we got was so well seasoned and amazing. Great service too!
Great place, Luis our server was awesome. The whole staff is attentive to the tables. Even the manager greets everyone and makes us feel welcome. My first time here, but I will be back.
Ordered to go on the way home and wow it was really good. I had carne asada and carnitas tacos. Both were really good. Nice size no little street tacos. My hubby ordered the sopes he said it was ones of the best he's had. A shame that we live 2 hrs away. But if In the area definitely will go back
Thank you Chapalas Grill and staff for an amazing Mother's Day lunch. We had a group of 16 served wonderful food very efficiently. The staff were polite and work together well as a team. Thank you!
We enjoyed the food and service at this Mexican restaurant. I had a chicken chimichanga and the flavour was excellent. The margaritas are only ok. I prefer them made with real lime juice. The chips, refried beans and salsa to start was good too.
This was a cheerful spot we’ve been to many times and as always they didn’t let us down! I ordered the Filet Manuel. This was so tender and full of flavor but didn’t overpower the fish! Also ordered a side salad as you can see more than Ordinary! Will start going more often for sure. The fish was so good I took the picture after I had a few bites.
One of my local favorites, I recommend everything. I got cheese enchilada with a chile relleno with red sauce on top, very delicious. *So I came back and tried something different, the molcajete was delicious we got the shrimp on the side but that was personal preference they accommodate in every way here. Then the queso fundido with chorizo!! Boom 💥 now that was bursting with flavor, and the cheese pull was award winning. Come check it out tell them I sent ya! ✌️
First off, this food is freaking delicious! They give you bean dip with your salsa and chips. The staff is so friendly. Great food selection (took us a while to pick what we wanted) try the chicken relleno it was different but AMAZING. And if you are thirsty, they are fully stocked on anything you could want. Recommend them definitely. Plus.....fresh made tortillas.
Right off the bat I dipped my chip in the deep fried beans and I felt like I was back home eating my moms freshly cooked food. This place get a 5/5 they nailed everything about Mexican cuisine and the taco’s are more like mini burrito’s . Served on a freshly made flower tortilla. You will not be disappointed if you go here the rice was a little on the bland side but easy fix. The salsa verde was on point too, just enough spice to let the person truly enjoy the taste of the food with every bite. I will be back to try more items on the menu that’s a promise believe it.
Family's weekly go-to spot. ❤️ Awesome food. Love the staff. Our favorites: Chimichagas, Baja Fish tacos, Empanadas, AlPastor tacos. 🌮 😋
Always excellent food and service. Our Prayers are with Pedro while he is battling his illness.

This will be one of my go-to's when I'm in Visalia. They gave me chips, beans and salsa to start. The salsa was excellent. Good amount of spice. Normally I'm not a fan of beans and rice because they're usually bland but these were really good and well seasoned. I ordered the chicken chimichangas and they were SO good! I like how they cut them in half. I went before the dinner rush so there weren't many people, but the service was excellent. The Raya restaurant is very clean. They also play great music!
Always a great experience! The food is always amazing. The service is always so caring. I have been coming here for over 10 years. I’ve never had a bad experience here! I also realized that I don’t have any food pictures, but you dive into the atmosphere so well and by the time the food is here, there’s no time for pictures! You’ll want to eat right away!
The food was excellent me.And the rest of our crew, we enjoyed it.Thank
Chapala's is always so consistent. I love their chile rellenos. Pedro is a great owner and very friendly to his customers. The energy there is great and I always run into people I know.
Really love the food. The take out service is good. The 3 stars on the atmosphere is because it is so loud in this restaurant. It may seem like a petty critique, but when you can't hear yourself at your own table. It's a problem. It's been loud for years. The tortilla soup with chicken is Awesome and I highly recommend when you're feeling ill. Great Job Chapala Grill.
Customer service is outstanding at Chapala Grill. The food is amazing. One of my favorite restaurant's in Visalia. I highly recommend.
The food and service are excellent. Most of the wait staff have been there for a long time. The atmosphere is nice; roomy, clean and light. It is slightly loud for those who have a hard time with their hearing.
The customer service and staff make you feel at home. I had the Baja fish tacos. They were some of the best I've ever had.
Each dish we ordered was at least two portion sizes and listed at a great price! The food was amazing and the wait time was faster than expected. Great place!

The food was pretty good i was glad to see that the place wasn't packed and loud as some reviews have said. The service was great and we got our food pretty quickly we did go around 630 pm on a thursday maybe it was after the dinner rush. We will be returning.
My 1st time here. There was 13 in our party and everyone had a good time. Food was very good. Service staff was great. Price was reasonable. I would come back.
Ordered food for lunch as take out based on reviews. Carnitas and the Chile verde both were great, yummy flavors. Only issue was for take out there was very little food. Very surprised...since we're from out of state we'll never be back, just heads up to those ordering take out maybe eat in and get more food.
The food is incredible, and the prices are reasonable. However, it takes FOREVER for your food to come and the acoustics make it sound like a loud high school lunch room. But ownership is super nice and food is worth it. I recommend the Fillete Relleno (I get it without the chipotle). The octopus is cooked perfectly! Sooooo good!
Very good service. Sometimes can be a little busy.. I would suggest to go on Mondays. Very good food I get the enchiladas suizas, they are very good.. tacos are with homemade tortillas as well. Overall Very good place to eat.
Loved my food 😍 homemade tortillas. Very busy Restaurant. If your on a schedule do plan to come before peak business times. Disliked not having more chips while we waited for food. Sorry tight budget didn't allow for purchase of another basket. Next time I will come prepared. I will return I want to try every dish on the menu
Food, environment, staff... all was very very good. Took a lot longer than it should, but food was amazing. Great flavor.... average prices!!! Nice place for date, friends hanging out, or just grabbing food to go home....I will for sure come back.
2nd time coming to try different menu items. Did not disappoint 🙌 recommended GOT TO TRY!!! A little noise but, the food is exceptional 👌.
I ordered the enchiladas suiza. It tasted great! My only complaint is on their website it has the lunch special price of $12.95 but when I got there I was charged over $16. I don't understand that.
Waiter never came to check on us after bringing our meal. No it wasn't busy, and he had time to stand in back and talk to other employees. Food was good. I had ground beef taco and enchilada combination lunch.
Always super friendly staff and food is consistently good and has been for years. The owner always walks around to make sure everybody is all right, great guy. Drinks are always decent.
Food was good, service was quick (sat at the bar), and house margarita was only $5 for happy hour. I ordered the pollo al cilantro. The chicken was a large flattened breast that was still juicy and tender even though thin. It came covered with an avocado, cilantro cream sauce that wasn't too heavy, but also didn't have too much cilantro or avocado flavor. Served with rice and beans, both of which were tasty. Total for dinner with tip was $25.00.
I was greeted very warmly and escorted myself to the outdoor patio; inside was very noisy. They could use some sound absorbing panels. The service was prompt. The chips, salsa and bean dip were delicious. I ordered the skinny chicken which was well seasoned and grilled. The accompanying salad and avocado were fresh. The pinto beans were savory and tender. The portion and the price were reasonable. Well done!
Food was his, service was fair, server was very nice, just stretched.... prices have gone up alot.. still like it, but plan to spend about 50% more than last year.... not sure why.
Food was great. Soupe was different - I order chicken and it was tasting great.enchiladas with green sauce was good as well. And cilantro chicken was yummy . Empanada toppings were great. Good draft beer. Service was good as well.
Chapala grill offers great mexican cuisine for just about average pricing. The food is one of the best in the area but service had a few hiccups. The enchiladas were warm, not hot, and the sauce was noticeably dried out. We also did not recieve our tortillas until we finished eating. On a good day this place would be amazing. The pollo al cilantro was interesting and tasty!

Food was delicious the only reason I gave a 4 is because it's not unlimited chips and salsa however I guess it's a positive because it gives me enough belly room to actually eat my food.
Came here because the reviews were good but I was sort of let down. Ordered the empanada because of one the reviews said it was AMAZING, plus it's considered an appetizer and I thought it was going to be something different. We got a plate where the empanada was covered in a mountain of lettuce, I pushed it all aside so I could taste just the empanada and it was flavorless. They let us seat ourselves, then took forever to hand us menu's, then took another decade to take our orders. Our drinks were empty more than full and my husband kept having to drink from MY cup because he was thirsty! It WAS NOT busy, there was maybe three other groups besides us. All in all the food was okay, not bad but not amazing.
It was incredibly busy when we went and the time it took for us to receive our food was over 45 min. I got a chili verse burrito that was filled with rice. I wish there was more meat. The flavors were good.
Meh. Food was average and service was just okay. Prices are average EXCEPT that they charged an extra $1.50 for a second basket of chips which is a stunt I haven't ever seen pulled at any other Mexican restaurant. Place is clean but extremely noisy with just a few people in the joint. All the hard surfaces create a very loud echo chamber. Acoustical design with a few well placed fabrics could easily fix the problem.
A great draw to this place is the Carne al pastor setup. Seems like a great place to hang. It was a Saturday evening and was very busy. Our party of 10 were attended to quickly. Got our drinks quickly but the food took far too long even for our big party. The meat was very dry and looked almost like beef jerky....not on the menu. Food was also cold.
Went with a large group (17) and the lady taking our drink order took way too long and the draft XX Amber was awful. But the lady bringing our food and refills was great and they brought me a bottle beer which was as expected. The food itself was not good, I had a chicken torta which was bland. They use a whole chicken pattie not shredded chicken like anywhere else I've had one. The chips n beans were good tho. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone looking for Mexican food.
Despite the food tasting good. The service is horrible. We were standing just waited to be seated and when they finally sit us down they didnt give us menus. We were just there waiting and waiting until we noticed another party who came after us have already ordered. Then a waitress came up to us after we went and told her we have been just waiting for a waiter/waitress to come and give us the menu. This is unacceptable. We did t even got an apology. The owner should really pay attention to this. This type of situations says a lot about the business. Customer satisfaction is what makes a business succeed.
My wife & I made our first visit Sat May 11th just before noon. Walked in & noticed a family of 5 waiting to be seated so we figured someone should approach us soon to take our names or seat us. 10 minutes goes by, I take a peak around, look at the other customers that have been seated (maybe 4-5 tables) thinking that they were busy...finally someone asks, table for 2, we nod & are finally seated. We went in just for the empanadas (appetizers) & were in the restaurant for an hour & a half with a waitress that barely attended to us. The place was not busy to not get another order of chips n salsa. We eventually had to flag down a waitress to get our ticket. Nice looking restaurant & a nice bar, just wish the service was better.
HORRIBLE service. Coming from someone who is easily satisfied. Twenty minutes before they took our order. Servers walked past us MANY times and did not offer refills or if we needed anything. They didn’t even bring us our check (Waited 15 minutes for that before I got up and paid without it).
Went there with my ma. And we waited over 45 min before our food came. The food wasn't good only thing good was the beer...paid $66.65 for ot. When we got home my man seen that they took almost $75 off his card...OMG REALLY WE LEFT THE SERVER $10 TIP EVEN..
We really had high hopes! This was our first time eating here. Our carnitas were so dry. When they sat them down they could see it was dry looking meat. Then our tortillas smelled and tasted like fabric Softener from the towel they were wrapped in. I will never go back again.
I had a bad experience in the past with this restaurant with wait time and bad customer service. I decided that every one deserves a second chance. My kids wanted to take me out on fathers day and I decided to go back again. And now I had terrible customer service. I dont now if i will ever go back again and or recommend this restaurant . I wanted to talk to owner bur waiter never called him. Thats to bad despite the food is very good there.
🛑🛑UPDATE: AS OF 1/20/23 1 STAR.WE WENT AND WAITED 30 MINUTES TO GET SEATED AND 58 MINUTES FOR FOOD. WE ORDERED A BURRITO AND QUESDILLA AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY FOOD. 3 other parties sat after us recieved thier food before we did (party of two). The lady didn't want to give us any more chips for the long wait and we finally had to just walk out WITHOUT DINNER because they simply never made our food. What happend to this place it used to be good. Also management didn't offer any solutions just said "I'll try to look into what happened". Smh. 🌯Chapala grill is delicious! Hi friends and thank you for taking the time to read another review written by me! Chapala grill is not only delicious but the staff is also kind and friendly. The owner, a gentleman, promptly greeted us with saludos and shook my dates hand to personally welcome him inside. This impressed me early on. The hard-working owner takes passion and pride in his restaurant, and makes sure his patrons feel welcomed here. There are multiple signs in the restaurant stating that the food is being made to order and that it takes time to make good food. This is a family ran and owned establishment and the food is delicious, it just takes extra time to make. So, bring company, order a drink, play on your phone but patience is key to a good meal here folks. The complimentary beans and chips before your meal are a treat and they are so good, I highly recommend asking for some fresh Salsa as well, it’s got a good back heat but no to over powering. 🛑IMPORTANT! Tables do not get assigned wait staff, the waitresses and waiters help all Tables and accommodate as many tables as possible. This seems to be their biggest complaint, but for my experience it was completely fine and multiple people checked on us and took time with our needs. I was completely satisfied with my wait staff service. I did feel they forgot about us at the end with bringing the check but that isn't a huge problem. They were completely packed and I’m patient. 🍽Overall, my fajitas were on par with any great Mexican restaurant and maybe even a little bit better because it came with a side plate with the fixings to make little tacos. The tortillas were absolutely worth it. I’m 99% sure the flour tortillas are hand made they are that good. Food was delicious. It can get really loud in there but it’s worth it just bring headphones for the sensory overload friends.
From the moment I entered the establishment I was overwhelmed by the smell of bleach. When seated the waitress was unconcerned by me and my friend. We ordered our food and specified we didn’t want any meat much less sour cream because we’re vegan. When given our food I take a bite and to my surprise my food was full of pork. I wave a worker over and let him know I haven’t eaten meat in years and how could this possibly have occurred. He began to blame me for not having double checked with the waitress that the plate didn’t have any meat. When I spoke to the waitress she said the same thing. Not once did they offer to remake the plate for me nor apologize for their mistake. I’ve been to other restaurants before and if they ever made my food with meat by mistake they are always helpful and kind, this restaurant was neither. I will not be returning to this place ever again.
The service was so bad. When the waiter brought our food out, we asked for more napkins, bean and chips. We waited, waited and waited and no body came to refill our drink. Then a waiter came to take our dishes and I told him that we had not seen our waitress and he said “oh we don’t assigned waitress to any tables. All waiters/waitress serve everyone”. I told him we wanted more drink. He offered to refill but we said it’s ok because we are done with dinner. The waiter did not apologize. I told the manager what happened about the bad service we got. He also confirmed that all servers are supposed to watch and serve all customers. Well they all failed to do their jobs then because no one came to our table to refill our drinks and bring more food that we ordered. We will never go there again. Very disappointed! It was my daughter in law’s birthday celebration.
The waiters are all arrogant and unwelcoming, I love their food and always order from them but I decided to go in for lunch. They all avoid making eye contact at all cost and ignore you calling them if you need anything. I told the manager and he showed some interest on my input but, not really,he could of at least given me a discount on my meal!!!!!!! I would rate a zero if I could. I will NOT be returning there and will tell every one I know not to eat there either. 10/1/18 Not sure how to reply to your unnecessary comment 'owner' but you should know the first rule of customer service is "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" second: get your facts together, It was not three of us so you are confused, I had a male waiter not female and I stare at peoples faces when I speak to them, something you and your staff should be doing as a sign of manners and courtesy. third: I don't need your discounts, I work for a living, make plenty of money and I get nothing for free.. Get a class in customer care and learn how to treat your paying customers!!!!!!!!!!
Not a place where I wish to return, the food is extremely greasy, salty and have nothing to offer for people with allergies. I asked if they can cook something without seasoning and I was told that everything has been seasoned already, we stayed because we were so hungry and all I could have was a cup of tea. My friend ordered a plate of shrimps and he couldn’t finish it because they were extremely salty.
Food is blend. Who puts tomato in fajitas. Red sauce for enchiladas, do not have a word to describe it. Kids even did not eat it. I
Customer service needs to improve. Took forever to get a waiter to just get us the drinks to begin with. Then took our order and that took about 45 minutes!! Our waiter never came to see how we were doing. The man at the front that seated us was kind and came to us once asking how was everything. Think their flavors need to improve food had no taste and their salsa taste spoiled. Maybe just a little old. We won’t be coming back. Hopefully it improves.
We often ate here. No more we will never eat here again. The reason why we quit coming. We had went in and ordered 3 burritos. An hour later the burritos came out. The burritos came out warm not hot. Must of sat after being made. We said something to the Manager with barely an apology. It was the last time we ate here. Fast forward to today Aug 24th and we decided to try Chapala again. We ordered 2 chili Verde burritos and it has 80% beans 10% rice and 10% chili Verde. I thought I ordered a chili Verde burrito not a bean burrito. The service was not good the restaurant was not busy. No one checked on us during the meal. We had empty drinks and not one refill. Basically paid $42 for 2 bean burritos and 2 sodas. I watched a customer get up to get the bartender to order food. Lost a customer that gave not 1 but 2 chances.
Ordered the asada empanadas to go. They were chili verde, soggy and really greasy. Definitely won't be ordering those again or anything at this place again. Also was charged the wrong price.
Visited for dinner on a Monday night. Seated and ordered drinks, then waited around 20 minutes while our waitress disappointed then helped other customers while ignoring us. Decided to leave, so went up front to tell the manager about our poor experience, and he charged us full price for the one (overpriced and weak) house margarita anyways!! I visit Visalia often for business, and frequent local restaurants for personal and group outings...this restaurant is off my list.
