First off, this food is freaking delicious! They give you bean dip with your salsa and chips. The staff is so friendly. Great food selection (took us a while to pick what we wanted) try the chicken relleno it was different but AMAZING. And if you are thirsty, they are fully stocked on anything you could want. Recommend them definitely. Plus.....fresh made tortillas.

Right off the bat I dipped my chip in the deep fried beans and I felt like I was back home eating my moms freshly cooked food. This place get a 5/5 they nailed everything about Mexican cuisine and the taco’s are more like mini burrito’s . Served on a freshly made flower tortilla. You will not be disappointed if you go here the rice was a little on the bland side but easy fix. The salsa verde was on point too, just enough spice to let the person truly enjoy the taste of the food with every bite. I will be back to try more items on the menu that’s a promise believe it.

This will be one of my go-to's when I'm in Visalia. They gave me chips, beans and salsa to start. The salsa was excellent. Good amount of spice. Normally I'm not a fan of beans and rice because they're usually bland but these were really good and well seasoned. I ordered the chicken chimichangas and they were SO good! I like how they cut them in half. I went before the dinner rush so there weren't many people, but the service was excellent. The Raya restaurant is very clean. They also play great music!

Always a great experience! The food is always amazing. The service is always so caring. I have been coming here for over 10 years. I’ve never had a bad experience here! I also realized that I don’t have any food pictures, but you dive into the atmosphere so well and by the time the food is here, there’s no time for pictures! You’ll want to eat right away!

Chapala's is always so consistent. I love their chile rellenos. Pedro is a great owner and very friendly to his customers. The energy there is great and I always run into people I know.

Food was great. Soupe was different - I order chicken and it was tasting great.enchiladas with green sauce was good as well. And cilantro chicken was yummy . Empanada toppings were great. Good draft beer. Service was good as well.

The enchiladas were warm, not hot, and the sauce was noticeably dried out. We also did not recieve our tortillas until we finished eating. On a good day this place would be amazing. The pollo al cilantro was interesting and tasty!

Decided to leave, so went up front to tell the manager about our poor experience, and he charged us full price for the one (overpriced and weak) house margarita anyways!! I visit Visalia often for business, and frequent local restaurants for personal and group outings...this restaurant is off my list.
