Place is amazing for the community. They give back and are gracious hosts for the entire sports organization in Vista. The food is awesome. Establishment is clean. Kids feel welcomed. Can't say enough about LampPost/Backstreet, the crew and ownership

One of my favorite pizza place. I usually get the whole nine yards, lots of toppings, good sauce and crust is perfect. Great selection of beers. One side is a bar with seats other is more booth and table family friendly. Definitely a go to place for me.

Very nice, and even though it is a big restaurant, it is actually rather quiet usually. The food is always good no matter what you get, and there's an arcade. My family and I eat here all the time it's a go to with great food. We usually get the submarine sandwich (great to eat both as one or to split) or the whole nine.

I don't like to eat much Pizza, but this pizza is the best! My family is full of pizza lovers, and we all love this pizza! We enjoy each bite down to the crust (literally the crust/bread is delicious). Our favorite is the Whole Nine Yards (similar to a supreme). They have tables, boothes and picnic benches to sit at on the restaurant side. There's also a nice outdoor seating area off the bar that has a fire table.

This used to be our most frequented restaurant in the village and we basically ordered the same thing every time. They do have the best gluten free crust ever. We always ordered the Cobb salad too, but they started mixing blue cheese with Cesar, which just destroys the dressing, so we stopped going. But we're back for that pizza and just skipping the salad

This place is fine. For the price, it is not worth it. Recommend going elsewhere due to the prices vs quality of the food.

The spaghetti hardly had any meat sauce and the costumer service was plain out disgusting. I would not eat here if I was starving and this was the only food spot left on earth.

After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes and having to call back, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I explained the reason for my call, only to be told he “had to get back to the kitchen”—a clear sign that the conversation wasn’t worth his time. Again, the food has never been the issue. But when you’re regularly spending $120 to $140 per visit, a basic level of respect and professionalism from the staff doesn’t seem like too much to ask. As much as I’ve enjoyed the food, I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for great pizza with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere, I’d recommend Urbn Pizza down the street. The staff there are friendly, the drink selection is better, and the overall experience is far more enjoyable. My husband, brother, and I arrived early before the rest of our family, and my brother was hungry, so I went to order him a pizza. The girl at the counter (black hair, black glasses) didn’t greet me or acknowledge me at all—no “hello,” no basic customer service. I let it slide at first, but things got worse when the rest of my family arrived, and we placed another large order. When we ordered the second time, she asked for our table number, which was the same one she had already given us when we placed our first order for dine-in. That should have been an indicator that we were staying to eat, but somehow, when the food came out, everything was packed in to-go boxes. A different young lady, who was very polite, brought out the food, and I mentioned that we had not ordered it to-go. She apologized and said she would check on it. A few moments later, the same girl from the register—the one with the attitude—came back with the food and insisted, in a very rude tone, that we had requested it to-go. That was absolutely not the case. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she kept pushing the issue as if she was determined to prove she was right. Her tone was unnecessary and completely lacking in customer service. If she had approached me differently, I wouldn’t have minded a mix-up, but the way she spoke to me was unacceptable. Because of this terrible experience, I went back up to the register and removed the tip we had left. I always believe in tipping for good service, but this employee did not deserve it. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work in customer service. Mistakes happen, but the way you handle them makes all the difference. To the owner or manager: I highly recommend retraining your staff on basic customer service skills. The food is great, but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I truly hope this location improves its service because I would hate for this to happen to other customers.

I’ve always enjoyed the food here…. but after watching the recent video of the manager throwing the F bomb out at 2 female customers and telling them to shut up, I will not support this business anymore. Completely unacceptable and disrespectful.
