The most best pizza is the great when you get it fresh out of the oven. Pretty tasty pizza. That was my experience last time I got it. I try not to get the pizza that had just been sitting in the hot box because most of the time they are old and dry.

Had an awesome time here. The workers especially made this visit better. I didn't get the guys name, but there was a blonde guy who was really helpful and made the experience fun. Although prices have gone up due to inflation, I would much rather get pizza here than many other places

Not the most amazing pizza in the universe, but it's good for what you pay for. I got 4 pizzas and don't think it ran me much more than $20. The wait was pretty short and the staff who was there were very helpful and accommodating.

Pizza was good. Fresh and exactly as we ordered. Crazy bread wasn't the warmest/freshest however. All in all a good location though. 👍

Even though the food is good, they needed to change their wording, their "Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni" claims "more than a hundred pepperoni's" on this pizza. The pictures shows it covered! I attached a picture.

They were slammed that day, I believe orders might have gotten deleted too. Most of us never write reviews when things go right, but the second something goes wrong we rush to do it. Kept hearing lewd music from the back, there are kids ya know. The tall kid serving was like a total himbo. He looked like he didnt know what he was doing. Pizza was okay but anything with pepperoni on it was very bubbly. The hawaiian was thinner but felt fresher. It's also strange that sometimes the store looks clean and other times it doesn't. Prices haven't made it worth traveling to this place. I get that you're busy but pick up the phone once in a while.

Honestly worst time ever here pizza took 45 minutes to be cooked people that came in after us was getting their food and all we got honestly was 4 pizzas. And it was just way too much for my liking.

Food is good if its fresh. But they don't know the correct ratio of crust. Every time it feels like I am getting half crust have actual toppings. Mainly come here because of convenience but if I have more time Ill choose a different location.

I ordered a lot of stuff. Its doesn't taste the same anymore. The pizza was hard and kinda crispy. The dough was airy (lots of bubble holes) and it didn't taste the same. Very disappointing because that was my go to place when I didn't want to cook. My kids even said the pizza tastes weird. I don't know if it was the ingredients, dough or what. To make it worse it more expensive now. I might give it another chance if I don't like it again I'm not going back.

I dont know why their slogan is hot and ready. When every time I come in I have to wait 10 mins. All they have ready are extra pepperoni pizza which is way to greasy and soggy.

They never answer the phone at this location. The pizza online portal is not working . They NEVER have the $5 pizzas ready only the most bestest so your forced to either pay more or wait 20 min. UPDATE so I called today and surprise they answered. I told him I wanted the original $5 pepperoni pizza. He asked for my name and said 10 min. My bf went in to get it and the guy lied and told him I ordered a most bestest. I NEVER said those words. They force people to buy those more expensive pizzas or wait 20 min witch we couldnt do. Hate this place

Lack of customer service. Every time I come there’s a wait of 5-6 minutes to have my order taken. Staff walking by the front, confused-looking. No acknowledgement of people waiting to order. Pizza is cut terribly every time. Staff in the back doesn’t wear mask properly (chin diaper style). Too bad this is the only little caesars near by.

I used to love this spot. I've spent so much here because I love right by it. They tried to tell me they were closed at 953 . I get it less than 10 minutes. I saw wings and other things for sale but they told me to leave. Not going back now

This location never answers their phone 📞 or really really lags it to answer. I was also told that at 8:30 at night they stop answering phone orders when they close at 9 at night. I don’t understand that one. So I just got to this location and cashier said Sunday are really busy to where they can not answer phone at all on Sunday so they turn the phone to silent. WOW WOW WOW. CRAZY Reminder; NO PHONE ORDERS AFTER 8:30pm M-F and on Sunday No phone orders what’s so ever.

If you order in the app, don’t be fooled if it says your order is ready to be picked up at the counter. Apparently it means it still has about 10 more minutes to go.

Ordered online and received an email saying my order was ready but to come to the counter because it could not fit in the portal. Waited in line and when it was my turn the guy just told me to go to the portal. Ooookay but my email says to come here. Then had to wait for others to grab from portal first. When I put in my code for the portal, I was missing things from my order. I had to go back into line and explain I was missing items. He gave me my missing item and I left. Once home, I opened my pizza and Italian cheese bread. Umm... someone clearly doesn't know how to cut pizza properly. I didn't think it took much thought to know what way to cut what pizza etc. Half of our deep dish was cut like pizza sticks rather than the pieces they're supposed to be. Then our Italian bread was cut into pieces (like the pizza was supposed to be) instead of the sticks. Something is wrong with this location. Definitely won't be returning any time soon.

It had like made a dozen of salt on the crust The pizza had like no sauce on it as well. The naco cheese in the crust made me sick to my stomach. Then to top it off I called around 8:25PM and no answer.. Kept calling till I got to the store. I am informed that they do not answer the phone after 8:30PM. So do not call this store any time from 8PM till 9PM. Had a coupon and they almost didn't want to take it. If this location wasn't close to my nephews house I would never come back to this location. I would recommend that you go somewhere else.

First I called over and over again, no answer, then I drive there and the phone is just ringing constantly and it wasn't even busy then I ask them for a pizza then they pull a totally different pizza out and said did I want that.... no!!! That's not what I asked for. Horrible service the people on shift now need to never get a shift again if I was the manager or owner I would let them go soon as their shift was over. I get this not luxury but my goodness

Id give them a negative 5 if i could. They gave me a hard as old as pizza. What the hell is wrong with them i bet they wouldn’t eat it. Even with the high price gave me and old pizza and had nasty as mosquitoes. And service the dude through the box of pizza at me

I ordered 3 pizzas and waited about an hour for them. The longest time I've ever waited at a little ceaser. I was noticing 2 guys in the back that came out 30 minutes within that hour of me waiting trying to make pizza and they were so high on something that they couldn't even make the pizza. They had no masks on either, they were hugging on each other, it was like if I was watching a comedy show. I was in awe! So many people in the lobby were upset about the same situation. I counted 8 people at least waiting for a while. On top of that they got my order wrong. Not 1 apology or sorry for the wait.. Little ceasers needs to think twice about who they are hiring.

They need to put sauce on the pizza. We will not be getting pizza from here again!

If you like waiting 20mins or more for a pizza that is not cooked, come down to this location. If you like watching a bunch of teenagers sit and talk to each other instead of taking orders or making your food incorrectly this is the place for you. You the owner need to rework your staff and get control of YOUR business. Just tonight including me 4 people came back because their pizza was not cooked or they where given the incorrect order. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO ANY LITTLE CEASARS LOCTION JUST BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR "TEAM"!

Ordered a 10dollar pizza online with breadsticks. Came out to $14.Wait till the app says the pizza is ready. Get to the store to pick it up and there are no lights on. It was 8pm and maps said they're open till 9pm as well as the LC website. Workers at the store were exiting so we asked whats up and they said it was an error in the system and to come back another day for the pizza or request a refund through corporate. (Also,There were other customers showing up outside too with the same issue.) We requested a refund and have yet to receive it. We went back a week and a half later to see where our refund is and they printed out a receipt saying we were already refunded. My girlfriends bank account has definitely not been refunded on the day they said we were and we showed them on our chase app and they still said they couldnt do anything. Great job Little Ceasars, no wonder people prefer Dominoes or PH.

I am usually a fan of their thin crust pi but this time I was waiting in the store for my text message telling me my pizza was ready and it was several minutes after my scheduled time when I looked up and saw my name on their board telling my pizza was ready only to find my pizza had been sitting in the warmer for quite awhile. It was stale and disappointing.

This place takes your Change and pretend they don’t know until you notice so be on it and count your change. On another end you can’t reach the restaurant and let them know since the phone call doesn’t go through it disconnects so I had to drive down there and spend gas and my time this sucks!! For future I will not visit this place again.

Called in order within an hour before they closed thinking it would be plenty of time when I got the pizza it looked like they just dumped a handful of jalapeños on the center of the pizza and had used an old pizza that had been in the warmer all day. Very disappointed.

They got our order wrong so we tried calling on the phone...my girlfriend been on the phone for an hour an half. I tried calling 4 differnt times about 15 to 20 minutes each...finally drove back to the store...they weren't that busy people were standing around and I was first in line, I even mentioned we been on the phone ringing on hold for over an hour they didn't really react hah...recorded it too so you can hear convo and see them jist sitting around, not answering phone ringing for 90 minutes hahaha. Staff is slacking would rate this branch a 0 if could

Pizza was good but don't keep advertising Hot n Ready when it never is. Been a few times always can you please wait. And Im sorry but if Im gonna wait for pizza i can get better

Ok... I typically love Lil Ceasars, I even love this particular location. But tonite service was the worst. I was told 13 min for a pizza and 45 min later I cant get anyone to get it for me, much less there attention. Customers arounrd me and behind me were responded to, but I was not. Finally, another customer called them over and she was promptly responded to.To which her response was, this lafy has been waiting for her pizza for awhile now. I so appreciated her thoughtfulness. Granted my hair was a mess and my clothes were dirty, but Ive been repainting and cleaning out an old house til that point. I felt discriminated against, and hopefully Im wrong. Particullarly being that everyone serviced around me was caucasion, including the young auburn man in the back who completely ignored me until another caucasian patron drew his attention to me. Damn, I realky didn't want to go back to Zappys.

EVERY TIME I go they never have $5 pizzas "hot and ready". It seems like they do it on purpose so that you are forced to buy $7 pizzas because it's very conensidencial that they have like 20 $7 pizzas ready and zero $5 ones. And if you are ok with waiting 20 minutes for it they still ask again if you're ok with waiting that long and if I'm SURE. Also pizza is always undercooked.

I’m a HUGE Little Caesar’s fan. I used to work at Little Caesar’s, and this location SUCKS! They purposely never have the $5 hot n’ ready pizzas available. They do however have the more expensive, super greasy, extra-most-bestest ready. If you want the normal hot n’ ready, plan on a 20+ minute wait. Someone needs to reach out to the owner of this location. Taking my business to Zappy’s pizza for the foreseeable future.

I only went to that one out of convenience. There weren't any pizzas ready at 7:00. I'm very disappointed in that location. If you want a pizza cooked a little more they charge you Xtra which is ridiculous.

It took way too long for my pizza with other people coming in after me and leaving before me. After asking if my pizza was ready I was told and I quote "I don't know your name" in a very rude tone. They then look at the order and see that our food has been ready the whole time. Didn't even reciebe a apology.

Went into Little Caesars because it was the closest pizza parlor to us and I was on my way over to a birthday party. Order two different kinds of pizzas both of them large was told come back in 20 minutes and I could pick him up I came back in 15 minutes and still had to wait another 15 minutes. I should have looked inside the pizza boxes but I didn't I was running late for the party so I grabbed both boxes went over the party and set the boxes on the table. When I open the box yourself neither pizza that's what I had ordered. I called Little Caesars immediately they were not willing to do anything because I left with the pizzas without looking at them. I will never set foot into another Little Caesars again! Any company it messes in order up as bad as what they did and refuses to fix it I'll never see any business for me again. Domino's Pizza Factory Pizza Numero Uno Pizza Shakey's Pizza real good pizza Two Guys from Italy real good pizza Little Caesars garbage! But that's just my own personal opinions I'm just very upset over the fact that the person whose birthday it was head really wanted two specific kinds of peaches and I drove and I was there order those it picked up what I saw. Where the pizzas that the birthday girl had wanted and didn't find out till I got back over to the house didn't either pizza was correct. It's a shame Little Caesar wouldn't fix they're mixed up.
