Amber Lantern Brewing

Visiting town for a wedding and we spent two late nights here. Barkeeps Cam & Katie were wonderful and attentive, the food menu is simple but tasty and we had a great time hanging out with locals. If we ever come back to Warsaw, we’ll stop in the Amber Lantern again.

Everything was wonderful. Stopped for a quick bite to eat and the burger was Phenomenal!! Perfectly cooked and hand pressed I’m sure. The ambiance and clean bathrooms and bartenders perfect attitude flowing inside the bar was just wonderful!

We haven't been here in a few years and we're pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was full when we arrived but a table was leaving. Service was a little slow but they were clearly understaffed so we gave them some slack. All of the food we ordered was fantastic! My wife and I ordered burgers and our sons ordered a fish fry and grilled cheese. Even the side of rings were great. Our new favorite place for 25 miles. We're definitely coming back more often. Oh yeah the beer was good too!

A coworker and I were travelling through town late night for a work trip and was looking for a place to grab a bite to eat before hitting the road again for several hours. Drove by and saw the lights on when every other place was closed up. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed as if they had known us for years. The chef offered to keep the kitchen open so we had a homecooked meal and between the staff and other patrons, we had such a great time, it was difficult to leave! Highly, highly recommend this place both for food and drinks and for the people who make it all happen. I wish we had a place like this back where I live!

This was my first experience at a brewery where 1. The waitress did not know which beers were from their brewery, 2. There were zero beers available from their brewery, 3. They told us OSB Pear Cider was theirs (it's not), and 4. No IPAs available on tap, in a bottle, or can. Food was decent but prices are high - $18 for a burger and fries. $6 onion rings we're good and well-priced.

They are tragically understaffed. The one woman that was combination bartender, bar back, waitress and busser worked like crazy to keep it all under control. She deserves tons of praise AND help. The food wasn't served as it was described on the menu. Prices were good.

Absolutely horrible service. Your wait staff was to busy smoking her vape at the bar and sharing her other vapes with customers while we had to get up and find our own napkins. Thank gosh the food was good, but maybe find a new waitress/bartender.

The online reviews were great, but unfortunately our experience was not. I was looking forward to a handcrafted burger. I've never been more disappointed. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger medium rare. It came out very well done and very dry-so dry it was difficult to swallow, with a small portion of cold canned mushrooms on top and cheese that was only half melted. I won't be going there again.

Was poorly treated insulated discriminated against being partly deaf and misunderstanding her sign language that she thought I understood.And then charged, twenty two dollars per beer, and told the leave dont waste your time / money on crappie beer and a bartender that tosses it out and can't take it ps 44 dollar's for two 10oz beers left a dollar tip and could here them talked behind my back all the way out the door couldn't make out what they were saying might want to check your cams and register will be reporting to the state liquor authorities and talking to a well, discrimination, attorney as well.This is completely uncalled for and will not be tolerated

Strangest experience. Went in with our one year old at 5.15pm, wasn’t sure if it was a baby friendly place but when we arrived there was another kid in there and a high chair available so assumed we’d be fine. Waitress seemed friendly at first but then completely blanked us after taking our drinks order and just served a big group that arrived after us instead. Already a bit annoyed as that meant we had to wait for the cook to make the order for the big group before we got ours, but not the end of the world. But then we continued to wait and still she didn’t come back. Eventually a different waitress came over and took our order. After 40 minutes during which all the other tables apart from the big group had left, leaving just us and the big group which had already eaten, the food still hadn’t arrived and the first waitress had gone into the kitchen to get her own food and had come out and was just eating at the bar ignoring is, while the other waitress had disappeared. We asked her where our food was - turns out they never put it through, and never bothered to enquire why two young parents would still be sitting there with almost empty drinks just waiting. She then told us we could “wait even longer” - even though we just ordered a salad and a burger and there was only one other table in there at this point - or “just leave it”, which seemed a clear hint we should go. Seems like we offended the waitress somehow. No idea how, maybe she didn’t think we should be there with a baby or maybe it’s because we’re not American, but I’d choose one of the other options in town if you’re visiting just for a night or two.
