Customer service was terrible and food was nasty not once but twice

This Wendys has provided the absolute worst experience multiple times now. I always come for A Baconator, and they always cheat me on the bacon. Two slices of bacon an inch and a half long on each layer is so far from correct it is unbelievable they could tell me to my face that there is nothing wrong with that. It is not a one time occurrence. They are not apologetic or helpful. Do not eat here.

Woman that took our order yesterday 7/29 sounded bothered & annoyed. The one who took our payment wouldn’t even respond when I said thank you. Just stared. Another girl was shaking our lemonade with her hand all over the cover. We asked for another cover & they both seemed annoyed. The one shaking it walked away. Didn’t really trust eating the food after that. Waiting long to get these stale fries that looked like they were the leftovers for the day. Sandwich was the new hot honey chicken & it was good. That’s the only good thing about this one order. We waited long on the side parking to receive the order then again the girl wouldn’t respond to being told thank you. Just handed me the bags, little eye contact, looking annoyed & walked away. I wish I could take my niceness back lol they didn’t deserve it. This is the closest Wendy’s to us but I’ll find another one or eat elsewhere. Rude customer service & food is blah! Leaving this review made me realize it has so many other bad & similar reviews! Never coming back.

received these through doordash (yes they also received these), they are SWIMMING in oil, the fries are barely cooked, the bacon is cold, and the cheese looks like it was melted under a heat lamp. absolutely disgusted, they put zero care into the quality of food that they make. (would give 0 stars it i could)

The bun of my chicken sandwich literally had mold on it, and half the time at this location I have to repeatedly state my order or correct my order. No intention of ever returning to this particular Wendy's.

The store is locked all the doors on the store are locked today I’m documenting the time and date is March 6 of 2023 at 6:40 PM. That’s a Monday The store is completely locked and there are people in the back eating and playing on the phone I’m looking through the window at them now. I’m a business owner. If this was my store, I would fire everyone at my expense and start over new. It’s difficult to leave any review above zero star when employees will not even acknowledge a customer. Drive through is open. There are No signs stating that the Inside is closed. Been here several times and same locked doors no sign on doors. You don’t like this? Criticism is helpful. I welcome it. My business does batter when I know the problems and fix them.

This location has consistently served me refried fries when I ask for no salt fries. High BP prevents me from just getting regular fries, but I don't mind waiting on food, but only when it's edible. Someone needs to let them know that dipping cooked fries a second time doesn't burn away the salt, and makes fries soggy and burnt. Just drop new fries, y'all act like it's coming out of your paycheck... I'm having to wait on my order anyway, it should be worth it at least.. would you eat fries that's been dipped twice? Laziness. They should keep these bags year round with the way food quality has declined .

So my order was being picked up and the ladie who was putting my daughters order together she used her bare hands to put apples into a cups and also scratched her head prior to it. Very very disgusted people should be fired for this

ATTENTION PLEASE: DO NOT CONSUME THEIR FOOD, PLEASE!! I’ve been VIOLENTLY throwing up for the past 15 minutes after having a meal from this restaurant. I haven’t eaten anything before this meal and I am sure this has caused it. Please, for your safety, do not eat here!!!

We don’t typically indulge in fast food, but I was eager to try Wendy’s new Saucy Nuggs. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I ordered a 10-piece serving with Buffalo sauce, but the nuggets were swimming in an overly salty sea of sauce. I could only manage to eat four pieces. To make matters worse, the French fries were disappointingly stale. Overall, I can not recommend the Saucy Nuggs; they were quite terrible.

Whoever works til closing really needs to stop being lazy. I spent $40 worth of food on uber eats for 2 baconators, baconator fries, 10 nuggets, and a cookie. Well I did not get no nuggets, no cookie, no baconators, or no sauce. They gave me 4 tiny burgers that felt like they just came out the fridge. Super cold and I mean cold not room temperature. Extra hard room temperature fries as well but no baconator fries. No sauce and the drinks are even wrong. It’s like whoever is closing just said “throw this in the bag we are closing in 30 mins anyways” oh and I forgot to mention I asked for the burgers plain. Meat only and this is what I get.
