Such a weird experience. It took forever for someone to take our order. They kept saying "someone will be with you in a moment." Finally some guys came to the counter, but they told my husband "We're off," and then left. LOL! Then a lady came to take our order. My husban dordered "two beef and cheese burritos," and the lady taking the order kept saying "bean and cheese?" "bean and beef?" "bean and what?" Finally she said something close to it, and my husband said "okay, but hold the beans." It was like a skit out of SNL or something. We paid for two plain burritos, but somehow got two burrito supremes which cost more and wasn't what he ordered. Hope they weren't meant for someone else! I got a Mexican pizza, and I thought they used to have green onions on them, but this one didn't. Also you need a code to get into the bathrooms, but you don't need to wait until after you order for the code, as we found out, because the staff put a sign with the codes written on the doors! Hope I saved you trouble with that tip. Wish I'd known that before we waited forever to order!

The burritos dippers are way to tiny not enough for an adult to eat. I also ordered no sauce on the quesadilla for my child because it's to spicy and they put the sauce on anyway.

Stopped in this evening at 5:30. Nobody else in lobby. Employees ignored me for 10 minutes. Employees saw me, just couldnt be bothered to take my order. Went down the road to Yreka. Second bad experience with this location. Dont waste your time with this location.

Lived here my whole life. The service has always taken 30+ more minutes for food they charge 30% more then the avg Taco Bell. And recently they removed the meal deal exclusives from the app. Final straw, I as a local will never go back. There are alternatives in town. Why go to Taco Bell and spend $9 on a burrito and still be hungry when you can go to the Mexican food truck and get better food for a slightly higher price that you can eat over two meals.

The wait was really long just for a little box of Nachos and they completely forgot the chips for the chips and cheese that I ordered, when I went in to ask for them they all let out a audible sigh as if they weren't just sitting in there messing around with eachother and getting nothing done. Not going back, I should have looked at the reviews before I even made a purchase. We literally sat there for 45 minutes waiting after I gave them an extra ten minutes by making an online order. I work in customer service and food preparation and this was appalling.

Worst taco bell experience of my life. Slowest staff of my life. Store didn't even receive our order for an hour from the app and others around me while we were waiting. Workers laughing and joking while the whole restaurant is here waiting with kids and just bad, man. Ruined our road trip vibes and schedule and instead of being a fast food experience and quick option, it was the slowest Tacslow Bell time I've ever had. I'm still here waiting for my food. An hour later. Insane.

This place is insane. Dine in people have to wait for 30-45 minutes before they get their food. I’ve ordered my food on a computer inside the lobby then waited half an hour. When I asked the guy inside he gave me an excuse saying they are only two people working although they are serving quick drive thru but dine in got to sit for 45 mins at least. Never coming back here.

It's extremely hard for me to give a one star review but I am only doing it because I have waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes in the last 3 months. I frequent this place far to often than I should and the food is always good, customers service is also good But the wait time is insane. There were 4 cars in front of me at 10 pm on a Sunday and it took 40 minutes to get our food. I would've turned around, but I was stuck in a drive through. And they had no ground beef available because it was "cooking" and wouldn't be available for 30 minutes. So I was told. When I pulled up, there were only 2 people (that I saw) in the restaurant. This is very much a management issue and please address it! I could've sat down at an actual restaurant if I thought I had the time and spent the $56 elsewhere. But I didn't have the time and thought this was "fast food" Manage your people please! Hire more if needed. This was not the fault of the kids working there and actually felt sorry for them. This is on management. Absolutely insane

Absolutely Disgusting Experience I went to Taco Bell today and I seriously regret it. The food was stale and cold, like it had been sitting out all day. Completely inedible. If I wanted soggy, flavorless food, I would’ve stayed home and microwaved leftovers. The employees were painfully slow and extremely rude — no basic courtesy, no eye contact, just pure attitude like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. To make it worse, the manager was on her personal phone the entire time, completely ignoring the chaos in the restaurant. No leadership, no care, just scrolling and chatting while customers stood around waiting. And don’t even get me started on the restroom — it was disgusting. Trash overflowing, toilet paper all over the floor, and a smell that made me want to run back out the door. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place needs a serious wake-up call. I’ll never be back.

One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. 40 minutes wait for one tiny, haphazard, sloppy burrito with a 1/4 dollop of sour cream entirely on one end. I will never, ever be going back to this location. I will eat literally anywhere else first.
