Im vegan my dad n i...i order 4 hashbrowns and 2 kids meals no meat add all the veggies...i use the receipt alway to get 2 for the price of 1 jumbos jax no meat n no mayo...i add the hashbrowns to the burgers. Ive done this in houston chinatown on samhouston exit...u could do this in all jacks in texas. God bless jacks way

Placed an order for a my son's Soccer team 13 kids meals online picked it up 10 min after it was placed. Everything was individually packed very well, and sealed. Appreciate the fast service and good service provided at this Jack in the Box!

5/5 great food. Cutely packaged. HOT. And delicious. Those bacon cheese curly fries are amazing 5/5 for the manager walking around and picking up trash and asking how our food was. 5/5 for the girl cleaning the tables to make sure it was clean. 4/5 because the girl taking our order was new and didn’t know where anything was on the register to place our order. But I understand, we were all new at a work place once. Then came a girl from the back loaded with boxes to refill the condiments tray and she was the seasoned cashier. She helped the new girl find everything and repeated our order and helped us find a mistake. It was fixed prior to paying.

Way better than the other location on fm 1015. Great service picked up online order it was ready when the time it said on the app and nothing was missing. Their tacos weren't soak in grease or nothing their were good 👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service by Tania Today (01/26/26) I was helped by Tania at the Jack in the Box drive-thru, and I felt compelled to leave this review. I was ordering three items separately, and she took the time to recommend getting the meal instead. Because of her suggestion, I actually saved a few dollars, which genuinely meant a lot during these tough times. What really stood out was the sincere and thoughtful way she handled the transaction. It didn’t feel rushed or forced at all—just genuine care. I hope this review doesn’t negatively affect her, since I know upselling is often expected, but her recommendation came from a place of helping the customer, not just pushing sales. It’s rare to see customer service like this anymore. Tania clearly loves her job, and it shows. This was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Thank you, Tania!

I love eating here with my girlfriend, the dine in has so much space to pick to eat at. The food always comes out in great condition for us. Their fries, strips, spicy chicken and the grilled sandwiches are WAY better than the ones at whataburger and Popeyes. I’m going to be taking my future kids here to eat one day
