Every time I order from this location, I think to myself, "It won't be as bad as last time,". At this point, I blame myself. When they handed me my drinks, there was soda dripping all down the sides. Meat was greasy and leaking everywhere in the bag, leaving tacos and Mexican pizza to be soggy. I specifically and kindly asked for our Cinnabon Delights to be made fresh because they're usually hard and lukewarm. I explained that I didn't mind waiting for them. They agreed that they would be made fresh... They were still hard and lukewarm. Save yourself the disappointment and go to ANY other location.

Everything is bad at this Taco Bell every time. Everything tastes like it's been sitting under the heat for a long time. The potatoes are rock hard and taste putrid every time. I don't know what it's going to take to fix these quality issues but do it. If you don't I'm going to start a town petition to have this business shut down...

Went in and ordered 2 Baja blast freeze and 2 potato grillers, not a minute later all the employees walked out the building and I was left there waiting for my food, I had to walk outside and ask if someone could come make my food I just ordered

I’m extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell. Nearly every visit, they’re out of menu items, and my food is often mishandled—cheese tossed into the bag and covering everything. Ordering is also frustrating because the staff constantly talks over customers. This location seriously needs improvement.

You have 5 people working 1 in drive through and 4 supposed to be making food. There was only 3 people in the dine in and it took 30 min per person to get our food. All the people in the back were focused on drive through. One of the guys only ordered couple tacos and he had to wait forever. I mean come on how long does it take to make a taco. Not happy with the service at all. They need to have at least 1 person on dine in and others on drive through. To keep things moving. And have all employees jump in where needed to make food not just stand around flipping bags and spatulas.

Waited 20min kept watching the grab drive thru before me, the place is dirty like real dirty food wasn't that hot they forgot the sauce in my food and mixed it into another order and my coworker Waited 20min before they took his order then they tried to grab someone else before him place is awful don't go here.

I placed a mobile order for me and my family. On that order was 3 Doritos tacos supreme, and 2 regular tacos. After picking up my order I check the bag and the only tacos they gave me were 3 regular ones. So I went back because I didn’t want my money wasted and my family to not have their food and told them what was wrong; that I didn’t get my 3 doritos tacos supreme. They said they’ll get it fixed for me and then proceeded to give me 3 regular dorito ones. How hard is it to look at the ticket and put what it says in the bag? I’ve worked fast food before I know mistakes happen but you can’t get it right the second time? If the tacos were my part of the order I wouldn’t have cared as much but they were my family’s so having to go back and it still not be right is ridiculous.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but it keeps happening with the evening/night shift…. Every single time my husband and I order Mexican pizzas they taste sooooo old!!! The chip part tastes like OLD GREASE!! If you know it’s old, just don’t serve it. We would drive to Longview but we already come from gladewater…. Don’t serve old food.
