Who doesn't love taco bell lol I usually get the Mexican pizza but got the crunch wrap this time...it was very good and alot bigger than I thought it would be but I did manage to finish it after loading it with tons of mild sauce...I could drink that sauce..my granddaughter ordered so many items I forget what she got but ate all of it

Our food orders at this particular Taco Bell were better than average for this chain...we will definitely come back to this one!

Drive thru is always fast, and the food always taste fresh. The drive thru servers are always pretty friendly. We eat at this location about twice a month and honestly they are our favorite location. The only time we had an issue was when they were out of baja blast lol! I mean you can't eat at TB without Baja Blast!

This new building is wonderful! They did a fantastic job building it and the new staff was very pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful throughout my order through the drive thru. They got my entire order correct and the food was delicious. Very very good first experience since the reconstruction began!

The BEST Taco Bell in the Longview area. Yall are the GOAT, no question. Always great service and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They make spending your hard earned money worth it. God bless y’all.

Honestly it was the best cheesy gordita crunch that I've ever had from any Taco Bell. It was late I think I was like midnight or 1:00 a.m. I went to the drive-thru the girl was super friendly and all my food was right and it was hot and fresh.

The service here is so courteous every time. They are fast, friendly and they remember my order. Plus that new manager Christine is a real boss! She keeps the store in line!

Fast service, great food

When we walked in there was an older gentleman ahead of us. It took around 10 mins for the drive-thru rep to take his order. Once it was our turn the drive-thru rep walked back to the drive-thru window. In the meantime, we stood there another 15 mins. So, we have now been in line for approximately 25 mins to order at this point. I gave Taco Bell 5 stars based off of 3 things. 1). The gentleman who came from the drive-thru window apologized for the wait. 2). The gentleman making the food brought our order to us and then returned with sauce packets which was super sweet of him and we were very grateful for his speedy delivery to our table. Then, as we sat there eating i see a manager walk out to talk to someone who waited for her at least 30 mins. My question is where was she when the drive-thru rep was busting his back and the gentleman making the food was busting his back??

I put in a large order with customizing some of the borritoes and tacos and they got the order correct the first time. I didn't have to wait very long for my order to be ready. I will definitely come back to this Taco Bell. Great experience!

This is by far the best Taco Bell around Longview. Lea and Esteban go above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience and my food is always right. They give great service and fast service as well.

I’ve had many fantastic experiences at this location. Today I messed up ordering my own food and they replaced it with the items I meant to order for free. If they mess any items up they’re always happy to correct it, mistakes happen. Great location.

They have a mini taco salad that is three words: de-lic-ious!

The food was good but the service was slow. They had a real problem with their electronic order taking device.

Usually enjoy the experience here. Have had a couple of times where food wasn't as hot as expected or as ordered but will always return to this one before many of the others.

Walked in, placed order through kiosk, loaded up on taco sauce by then food was ready, walked out. Took less than 10 minutes and the cashier was super friendly. Only 4 stars though cause the food isn't as good as it used to be.

I love tacos and Taco Bell. Tacos are my favorite comfort food. I could eat them every day. Taco Bell has a great selection of other foods also. Check them out and enjoy eating. Be sure to get plenty of hot sauce!!! OH you can also buy Taco Bell sauce in the grocery store. God bless

Honestly, the service here is generally quick and good. The main draw back at the moment is being out of many items due to supply chain shortages. Beyond this, the only problem was having to repeat my order several times before it was taken correctly. Still, everyone was nice prompt and friendly.

I don't eat Tacos Bell often but everytime I do it's an enjoyable experience. The order has always been right, always hot, taste fresh, and has always been yummy. The drive thru moves pretty fast and the employees have always been nice and polite.

I don't edit my reviews too often because I don't go back after it's bad. A friend brought me here after work and it was great. They got food out super fast and it was nice and hot. Plenty of meat in tacos and the taco was actually full of it's ingredients. I hope it stays like this.

This is a hit and miss location high turnover sometimes it's the best taco bell in the area sometimes it's all burnt or empty burritos... they do always fix their mistakes

Hours on the door shows your open until 3A.M. it's only 11:53P.M. and the dine in is closed and when we asked why we got told the power went out earlier so she locked the door for safety purposes. Power is back on and door is still locked because there's only 2 people working!

White Oak Taco Bell is not going to get my money any more. My tacos had less than a teaspoonful of meat in it. Dairy Queen puts them to shame.

The food was ok, but the prices have gone way up(I know they can't control the prices) However, the place was absolutely filthy!!! All of the tables were nasty, sticky, and covered with a black grime. They had food all over the floor, and nobody acted like they cared.

The customer service is ok so that's why they get the 2 stars but 1 star for the food I'm never satisfied with the food, either it's made poorly(sloppy), cold or I don't receive everything that I ordered. I decided to stop going for awhile because I was tired of being dissatisfied. Started back and sadly nothing has changed.

I forget how outdated and disgusting this restaurant is and then make the mistake of dining in. It is ran by a bunch of kids who are too busy socializing to be professional and offer even mediocre customer service. Our food was cold, undercooked, and the restaurant just dirty. Unfortunately, it was not convenient to drive to Longview and visit another Taco Bell.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but the service is not great. Yes the employees have been nice but its like none of them are on the right page. We havent gotten our correct order once. The food is not like other kfcs or taco bells. It seems less than fresh no matter the time of day. It hasnt been real dirty in the dinning area on our visits but the kitchen looks like it has seen better days. The owner needs to address these problems. I get messing up an order everynow and then but every single time? If the owner stepped up then his employees would. They really just need to get it together. It isnt the worst i've seen.

My order wasn't taken correctly (so not the cooks fault). There were 3 customers inside. One had a hair in his food. The other customers and my food were not as ordered. Then when I bought my back to the counter she said I didn't say no lettuce or tomatoes on any of my order. (When I went to set down the other customer said you told her no lettuce or tomatoes i heard you say it)She just kept saying I'm sorry my apologies over and over. To all of us customers but didn't seem to have plans of doing anything to improve the service.

I love Taco Bell, but every single time i order from this location whether it is via drive thru or the app something is missing or made incorrectly!! I give them the benefit of the doubt every time but I have had it! I will no longer be going to this location! DO BETTER.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever seen...have tried it 3 times and each time the service was rather rude and the food even worse......I grab tacos usually to go instead of dining in....and each time they were just awful .....meat cold once...shells always broken and just overall nothing like a standard Taco Bell. Third time of this and I won't be back.....

Sadly if you don't order on your app or the kiosk there good luck getting any kind of service and then if you do get service it's terrible because most of the kids that's up there or not trained on how to be interactive with customers or run the machines food is well it's fast food but it's not what you pay for because you pay an outrageous amount for really poor quality to be honest but it is what it is sadly nowadays you pay a lot more for garbage

I went to this Taco Bell on today 6/18/24 , I ordered 3 soft tacos, needless to say, I’ve been sick every since, throwing up and everything… I will never go back !!!

I think this establishment is in need of new management. Last night my husband and three children went to grab some yummy chicken for dinner after being at the Dr all day. It was awful. The chicken was soggy and slightly pink. As if it had been cooked for too short of time in old grease. I have plenty of cooking experience to make this assumption. Also my husband ordered the steak nachos with no pico and gaucamole. His nachos were a disgrace. No nacho cheese what so ever. I guess they ran out and thought it would be fine to just throw shredded cheese on it. So we called and made a complaint and they offered to make our meal again. They messed up the nachos AGAIN putting the pico and gaucamole on them and didn't even give us all out sides with our meal. The African American manager working at the time between 12-1 was rude to my husband as well. These people obviously don't care about their jobs very much. Im sure the cooperate can find people who actually want to work to replace these ignorant people.

C'mon white oak yall can do better than this. Nobody acknowledged the whole line in the store and when spoke she was rude. We understand its short staffed but the attitude shouldnt be short.

Not only do the hours not match Google or their website (sign on door says it opens 9:30 instead of 9), but at 9:35 there isn't a single car in the parking lot. I don't know when they actually open but I'm guessing after 10 in reality. The owner should probably make sure their employees are actually showing up.

My whole order was messed up! The Cinnabon delights are normally the highlight of the meal and they were absolutely terrible! It's like they gave us a 12pk that was sitting on the counter for 3 days and were hard as a rock. All tacos that were requested to be soft without lettuce ended up being hard shelled with enough lettuce on one to make 6 tacos. Definitely not managing their food cost very well. There was maybe a few slivers of cheese so I guess they made up for the overdoing of the lettuce that way. Every item we ordered had the incorrect ingredients on it including our drinks. I never thought that could be possible but I guess it is. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience that I hope never happens again or to anyone else. You always get that craving where you just really look forward to chowing down on some of your much desired grubbage only to experience a total disaster. It will be a good while before we head back to this location again if ever.

Really tired of making multiple trips to get my entire order. Last several times we've been here we've had to go back, when you call the store you get a fax machine. Doubt I'll go back again. So disappointed. Will be making a complaint to the manager and requesting a refund since the food sat and got cold while we went to get what they failed to put in the bag.

If I could give no stars I would! We waited about 30 min inside for a to go order, & then found out they didn't even have it up on the board to be fixed! Then when we got to the car the soft & hard tacos were cold, tge steak burrito was nice & hot, but the triple layer nachos were just warm. I used to love going there, but no more!!!!

I think there has been 1 time in 10 years that these guys actually got my order right, not forgotten an item that i had to go back and get or served me cold food. The staff is rude, the food is put together unbelievably sloppy and if you are brave enough to go inside to order, try not to look behind the counter. The area where your food is prep'd is absolutely filthy and the employees never wear gloves, hair nets or even care to make an effort to be sanitary while making your food. Due to all of these situations, i totally wrote these guys off and didnt go back for over a year. Went back this evening for the first time and you guessed it, same exact rude customer service, had to go back twice to get my stuff right and ended up with one of the worst experiences ever at this location. No idea how this store stays open, its absolutely pathetic.

I used to love this place but it is not the same. I took my cousin there a few months ago after he got off work and we ended up sitting in the drive through for twenty minutes with only one car in front of us. I went through the drive through on my way home from work a few weeks ago, when I got home I realized half of my order was wrong and the other half was hastily done. Then, over the past several weeks my mother has gotten her and my dad food from there exactly twice. Both times it has been the same meal and both times she has gotten very sick. I don't know what made her sick, if it was the food itself or if there was something that didn't agree with her...but it was the same thing she has always ordered and it had never made her ill before those teo times. The atmosphere is still relaxing and I do love the new look the place has...but I don't think I will eat there again anytime soon. I will still get drinks there after work on some days...but I will not eat there again.

This place stole my money and wont refund me. They claimed my card was declined however the charge posted to my bank account. The managers here Hannah and Leah are very rude and have refused to refund my card as well as refused to give me our order. Will not be visiting there again. And truthfully the food in the morning is stale like it was used from the previous night. Gross.

Took my mother to lunch here. As we do, one of us orders what we want then the other. When my mother went to order, being an older lady, struggled to remember what we discussed she wanted. The employee running the register was visibly put off by my mother struggling to order and was extraordinarily rude to the point she suggested we know what we want before pulling her from another job she was doing to assist us. We were the only customers, no rush and no need for such harsh treatment. I wanted to leave but my mother, a White Oak Roughneck thru and thru, insisted one bad apple not spoil the bunch. When this TB relaunched not too long ago, it was flawless. Fantastic customer service, correct food customization and consistent. I don't know what's happening to it now, but it's an entirely different animal than it was before. Went from highly recommend from me to wouldn't recommend feeding your dog here, which is a complete and total shame.

Every Time I go to this Taco Bell they always mess up my order or serve cold, stale food. It's a bummer since I work nights and it is convenient to home. You would think after the first, or even the second time, I would of learned not to eat here. But I guess third time is charm and I won't make the same mistake for the fourth time.

My family and I had done a mobile order here for dinner. I went to go pick up the order, and it was wrong. We went back to try and get it remade properly and they gave me an attitude for it saying that I was in hours ago when I had just picked it up. Definitely do not recommend this location. If you want good service and proper food from them, go to the taco bell on High Street in Longview. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

I just went through and first they don’t have nacho fries ….. waited till we said the second nacho fry to tell us. My chalupas were burnt and taco was all fallin apart. No napkins in the bag and horrible customer service. Will not be back.

Every time I order from this location, I think to myself, "It won't be as bad as last time,". At this point, I blame myself. When they handed me my drinks, there was soda dripping all down the sides. Meat was greasy and leaking everywhere in the bag, leaving tacos and Mexican pizza to be soggy. I specifically and kindly asked for our Cinnabon Delights to be made fresh because they're usually hard and lukewarm. I explained that I didn't mind waiting for them. They agreed that they would be made fresh... They were still hard and lukewarm. Save yourself the disappointment and go to ANY other location.

Everything is bad at this Taco Bell every time. Everything tastes like it's been sitting under the heat for a long time. The potatoes are rock hard and taste putrid every time. I don't know what it's going to take to fix these quality issues but do it. If you don't I'm going to start a town petition to have this business shut down...

I’m extremely disappointed with this Taco Bell. Nearly every visit, they’re out of menu items, and my food is often mishandled—cheese tossed into the bag and covering everything. Ordering is also frustrating because the staff constantly talks over customers. This location seriously needs improvement.

You have 5 people working 1 in drive through and 4 supposed to be making food. There was only 3 people in the dine in and it took 30 min per person to get our food. All the people in the back were focused on drive through. One of the guys only ordered couple tacos and he had to wait forever. I mean come on how long does it take to make a taco. Not happy with the service at all. They need to have at least 1 person on dine in and others on drive through. To keep things moving. And have all employees jump in where needed to make food not just stand around flipping bags and spatulas.

I placed a mobile order for me and my family. On that order was 3 Doritos tacos supreme, and 2 regular tacos. After picking up my order I check the bag and the only tacos they gave me were 3 regular ones. So I went back because I didn’t want my money wasted and my family to not have their food and told them what was wrong; that I didn’t get my 3 doritos tacos supreme. They said they’ll get it fixed for me and then proceeded to give me 3 regular dorito ones. How hard is it to look at the ticket and put what it says in the bag? I’ve worked fast food before I know mistakes happen but you can’t get it right the second time? If the tacos were my part of the order I wouldn’t have cared as much but they were my family’s so having to go back and it still not be right is ridiculous.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but it keeps happening with the evening/night shift…. Every single time my husband and I order Mexican pizzas they taste sooooo old!!! The chip part tastes like OLD GREASE!! If you know it’s old, just don’t serve it. We would drive to Longview but we already come from gladewater…. Don’t serve old food.
